Kid was nice but had to call for backup help  3 or 4 times, finally more experienced dude showed up 30 minutes later. Total time 1 hour 30 minutes from time kid showed up to getting a key that will open car but won't start it!!!
It isn't cheap and they wont tell you the up front costs no matter what. The fees just keep getting piled on... $$$ I'd day expect 80% to 100% more than whatever little cost info they will provide over the phone.
Honestly, in this crazy world, the upfront truth would be nice.
Job done and it's over with. Kid was nice and allows for extra star.

Still would give this place a zero out of zero stars my car door is still broken open thanks to this place AND they charged me.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They're complete scam artists. My wife lost her key for her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was stranded so I called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement. I was told there'd be a $25 trip charge and that the key fob would be $125.

They came out and ended up charging $670 ($29 trip charge, $152 to look up the code by VIN, $289 for the key fob, and $145 for programming). AFTER the work was done. And the key doesn't work. It unlocks the door but doesn't start the engine. Also, he broke the back hatch of the truck, but fixed it later.

I called and talked to the same guy I contacted and now he says he quoted me the "starting price" of $150 because he couldn't possibly know how much the key fob would be even though I gave him the year, make and model of the vehicle. He was rude and belligerent.

I'm giving them three stars because they did what they needed to do, which was unlock my car, but when I called the dispatcher and asked how much it was going to cost, he told me, in very heavily accented English, that it was $15 to come out to my car, and $30 to unlock it. Since I had been quoted $55 and $65 from two other locksmiths before I called this guy, I told him to go ahead and come.

He showed up almost immediately, because apparently he lives right around the corner from my office parking garage. We drove down three levels of parking garage ramp, and when he got to my car, he looked in the window at my pushbutton locking mechanism and told me it would be $165 to unlock it. I told him there was no way I was paying that, especially when I've been quoted less than half that. He snorted at me when I told him how much the dispatcher had quoted me, which led me to believe that either A) I didn't understand the dispatcher's accent, or B) the spring pollen is really getting to him, too.

It wasn't until I told him that I would pay him $15 for coming out but I wasn't going to pay more than $55 for him to unlock the car that he agreed to do it. He inserted his little air expander thingies and his long bendy stick thingy, and had my door unlocked in less than 10 seconds.

Five minutes of travel time and 10 seconds of work for $165? BRB, going to buy some air expander thingies and a long bendy stick thingy.

I called the 24 Hour service out of panic. Accidentally locked my car keys in my Toyota.  

I was told "don't worry over the price, I'll estimate it when I get there" over the phone but I definitely should've been worried. It was overpriced, it cost money just for the phone service, when the guy showed up, he said the overall cost was $160. Earlier, I had another locksmith (Angel Locksmith) offering to unlock my car for $75 and I was iffy with the price but after this Green Locksmith, I'd  definitely felt ripped off.

I won't deny how fast and efficient my locksmith handled the job but I definitely felt cheated for the guy telling me "don't worry over the pricing". This taught me a lesson though, never take a locksmith's word if they cant give you a definitive pricing, especially in LA.

Of course the service is a bit expensive because it's a mobile service, they all are.  The communication was really good. He showed up on time, got my ignition fixed in a timely manner.  I feel (still waiting for him to finish up) pretty comfortable with the whole deal.  You have to expect that someone driving to you and working out of their car and not in a shop is going to be a little pricey.

Well after waiting 40 minutes past a scheduled time (I gave about two hours notice) I was misquoted prices, ended up paying a ridiculous amount for an unlock service that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore, the tech quoted me 180 to begin with, and knocked off 40 bucks for the wait, what a nice guy right? No, because I would have definitely decline service if that was the case. Honestly I want to thank you guys for raping me financially, because I'll never forget my keys now. Seriously considering therapy for PTSD after this unprofessional, overpriced experience. Completely unsatisfactory, especially waiting in the Arizona heat.

do not use under any circumstance.... even if your baby is locked in a car.

they price gouged my sister in gilbert when she accidentally locked her child in the car.... mom of the year ... i know right just kidding

literally for a normal $80 job they charged her $160 as they knew she wasnt going to wait.

i own a couple businesses here in the valley; we may not always bat 1000 but we always take care of people.

this was insanely disgusting and any attempt to contact them was met with rude banter on their end.

i wasnt even looking for a refund i was just dumb founded....

Do not use. Serviceman was about to charge $500 for a new car key.  I declined service and said I'm going with a locksmith that will charge less than half.  Total scam artists and will add many "fees" for your auto lockout service.

I have been locked out of my condo on several occasions,lol. Green locksmith always comes to my rescue :) They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend them if you are locked out, need new locks on your doors, or if you need a new key for your car.

KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought the website looked legit and needed the lock fixed on my Honda. The dispatch said he would send 'his Honda specialist'. She arrived and I told her that the AAA tech had said it was a damaged lock. She insisted it was the key. Gave me the quote said if it was the lock she would fix the lock for free. Cut to hours later and she says she can't fix it because she needs a special machine for this Honda lock that only her boss has. You would think a 'Honda specialist' would have known this off that bat. I was told he would be here in a couple hours. That turned to almost 4. Neither he nor she would answer the cell phone. Which had a full mailbox so you couldn't leave a message-never a good sign for a business.  He finally calls back after 8:30 pm and suggests we do it in the morning. And my car door is disassembled so I can't use my car. He says he wasn't answering because he was on a job. Cut to the next day and he is an hour late getting here. I tell him the price she quoted me. He comes back that more work needs to be done and not for the quoted price. The whole time he is here is is on the phone. He then has a friend come work on his own car while at my house. Every time I look outside he is on the phone pacing around or at his own car. I go outside to complain he says it is work calls so he has to answer. I say well your excuse for not answering last night was you were working, funny how you can answer the phone now though. The whole experience was unprofessional and terrible. You get the distinct feeling you are being scammed. Terrible service. I have never written a poor review. But please be forewarned. Keep looking!!!!! YOU can find a more reputable and trustworthy company. This place is shady.

The telephone dispatcher at Green Locksmith AZ (480-522-6265) quoted $130 for a new electronic car key replacement (with key programming) and a $25 trip charge to total $155. The locksmith who arrived 30 minutes late for the appointment stated he would charge $50 less than the dealership price. He then produced an invoice in the amount of $300 for a new electronic key plus a $25 trip charge. With the locksmith listening, I called the car dealer who quoted $54 for a new electronic car key and $130 to program the key for a total of $184.The locksmith argued that he would not give me the $50 discount which he originally offered because the dealerships are "breaking the market". I told him that I would not pay more than the original quote of $130. He then attempted to extort a $25 trip charge from me. No service was rendered and I had not agreed to pay a trip fee. He insisted repeatedly that I must pay a $25 trip fee. I requested him to leave my property but he refused to leave without payment. I instructed him that I would not pay a fee for non-service and told him that he is trespassing. While leaving he said: "Good luck staying alive", which I consider a threat.

Warning - this place is shady!  Scam artists and bullies!  I made an appoint for 3 days ago - just wanted a spare FOB made for our car.  I was kept waiting for over 3 hours from my scheduled appointment with a text every 30 minutes saying they were on the way.  When they showed up 3 hours later the price had gone up $50 and they didn't have the right FOB.  Made arrangements to meet the next day.  Again, 3 hours late.  This time they were rude, said they only accepted cash (although this was news to me) or they'd charge 6% more.  No checks, just cash.  After waiting 6 hours total for them I had to run 4 blocks to an ATM.  The locksmith was so angry and called and said he was annoyed to have to wait for me!  Oh, the irony.  Seriously, just a complete clown show and very mean!

Usually I can trust Yelp, these reviews must be family or friends. If there was a 0 star I would give it! These guys scammed us!! Did't show up in a company vehcile and looked like their family was all with them. We asked how much a service call was and they said $29. I went to pay them they wouldn't take a card. When I came out with the cash to tell them to leave, they continued and damaged my company truck. They were continuing to hang around even after being told to leave! I would never recommend this company to anyone. charged $289 for doing nothing but damage. Called and spoke to owner Tony, who argued that his employees would leave if told to, they did not!! Not locksmiths by a long shot!!
