We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I would highly recommend hiring FIVE40 and Shannon for your next remodeling project, and I know I will be using them again in the future.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

My A/C stopped working last July.  Cruz at CHA was recommended by Flores at Flores Air Conditioning and Heating because Flores was backed up for a week with appointments.  Cruz came out about 90 minutes after speaking with him and he walked me through the different possibilities of what might be wrong with my A/C.  He determined the compressor was going bad and given the age of the unit (17 years), probably best was to replace the entire unit outside.  He rigged up the unit to continue working and he was out the following morning at 6:30 AM to replace the unit.  Very professional work and I highly recommend CHA.

Paul is honest, professional and saves you time, money. I am Realtor and investor and can`t explain how important to work a guy that you can trust and work gets done. I believe Paul help me with 6 homes less then 6 months.

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

I live in northern Arizona and finding advise to finish my new Saltillo tile floor was difficult for me. But Dave was great in giving me the help I needed to install my new saltilo floor with the finish I was looking for.  He took the time  to explain in detail  everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.  He told me how to keep my floors looking their best for years to come. This company has the knowledge to get the job done right the first time.

Highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC for backsplash needs!! The guys were great to work with, super professional (timely/cleaned up after themselves) and made the whole process super easy and stress free!!

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.

- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.

- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price

- 3 days later, the designer said he was "waiting on information from production" to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.

- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a "list of requirements" they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the "property manager" to get back to Re-Bath.

- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.

- Still radio silence 15 days later.

I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed "professionalism" and "seamlessness", but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

We had CFS install tile with inserts in almost every room of our new house in Mesa.  They also installed Porcelain tile that looks like hardwood plus tile with inserts in our courtyard.  Everything done was perfect.  Very narrow grout lines with a consistent pattern.  We had a little problem with the courtyard tile but it was corrected at no charge and now looks fantastic.

Decided not to use them as their business practice was a little shady and unprofessional and their estimate was padded with unnecessary costs
