Absolutely not organized. His quote on when I asked him what hap to the project quote I receive 100s of calls a week so I don't remember!!
Incompetent. He doesn't understand code and regulations although he consistently quotes stuff like he does! So beware. Get a good electrician to double check the stuff he tells you.
Third, he spends time interrogating you like you're the one interviewing for a job!

If you want someone friendly, helpful to actually help you complete a project steer clear. Don't waste your time here

Update: after I received the response, I'd like to clear the record just cos I can't leave incorrect stuff on here.
1. It was not a month between calls. It was 8 days. I have call logs I checked for this. And we discussed having him come out to visit the property to quote
2. My ask was REALLY simple. Have someone come out and QUOTE a job to upgrade my panel. I now have 4 bids and have hired an electrician- it's not rocket science. No need to waste time with interrogations on permits etc. The electrician I hired was nice enough to work with PG&E (picking up from me) to go through with the planning and design for the upgrade. That's part of the job you get paid for, honestly
3. My question to him on meter panel model details was to a question he had on what does PG&E want to know to issue the ok!

I had a staircase lighting which did not work for a long time.  Finding a good electrician was difficult so I delayed fixing it for a year or so.  I was so lucky that I found Five and Free from reading the Yelp reviews on electricians.   They responded to my inquiry within a few hours, and were able to send their electrician (Sal) in a few days.  Sal was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to fix the staircase lightings in a few minutes.   I was so happy with their services and Sal.   I never wrote a review before on yelp, but I think I will be writing it from now on because of Five or Free.    Their services were perfect from phone calls, e-mails to delivery of services, from the beginning to the end.  I wish I can give them more than 5 star.  Thank you to all the reviewers and thank you, Sal.

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help!  We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately!  When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. We will call High Power Electric for all of our electrical needs because Juan was there when we needed him.  Thank you Juan for answering our call!  He's definitely the best at what he does.

So last night our lights were flickering, and long story short , turns out the breaker was arcing and had to be switched off.  This morning I called S&B Electric and they arrived this afternoon, fixed the issues, and we are back to full power.  They were quick to respond, professional and really helped us out in a pinch!

After trying to repair a circuit myself, I tripped a breaker and melted the wire back to the circuit breaker. EB Electric responded, made safe and provided me with a fair estimate of repair. They were totally responsive from emergency response, repairs, to meeting with the City inspector and answered all of my questions. I will definitely hire them again for all electrical needs. Fast, fair, and thorough.

Nemo repaired our kitchen cabinets, our screens outside, the door to our crawl space, a damaged pipe, and he repaired our wooden fence!!!

Bill Henry's Electricians did a great job. His electricians had a long list of tasks. They worked efficiently, got the job done exactly as we had hoped, even installed electric outlets in our 90-year old build-in bookcases in a creative and well-hidden way, as we asked. They were courteous and unobtrusive as they worked all day in our home. I recommend them without reservation. (Oh yes, and his prices are very reasonable.)

Mark was kind and such a professional. On top of that , he saved us a lot of money! Super cheap compared to all the other quotes we received from other companies.

Kirill and Erin did a fantastic job. They were punctual, quick, clear in their communications, and flexible. I made several mistakes during the process and they were extremely gracious and polite working around them. I would call them again without hesitation.

We contacted Direct Electric to move an outlet in preparation for a new oven installation. Following a complete assessment, we were shown how the existing wiring was not to current code. The explanation was thorough, and the use of the new oven's installation manual corroborated the requirement to replace the wiring.  The job was done briskly and professionally, and even though the job was more than we originally planned, we understood the need to do it thanks to the reasonable explanation and thorough execution of the task at hand. Would definitely recommend!

We had Santiago Electric come to our home and install some security lights in two places, repair a broken outlet, install a new outlet, and put in a new bathroom light/exhaust fan. They got right back to me, showed up right on time, both for the estimate and installs, and did quick efficient work. They were also very considerate of our home and very friendly. Great guys. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future, if I need electrical.

Ry Kelly of Always Current Electric is amazing! He installed a Generac generator for me and did a superb job. He ran into some difficulties in replacing the old fuse box with a new, slightly larger one and had to do some major carpentry to make it work. He knew what to do, spent way more time than he'd expected when he made the bid but didn't charge me a penny more. Also, his clean-up and attention to detail were all I could have hoped for. Great guy - I definitely recommend him!

We needed an electrician to install level2 outlets for EV chargers in our garage.  Art was very prompt in returning my call, and came by to look at the location and assess the job request.  He was courteous and very professional and was upfront with the estimate and cost.  I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me the options we have and described in detail how/what he would do and how the finished product would look like.  He finished the job in one day; everything went smoothly and we are happy that we can now use the faster charger for our EVs.

Found myself without electricity in the kitchen due to a short circuit. Could not reset the gfci. Took the problem to Yelp. Was able to find Blue Line Electric in the East Bay with many positive reviews. Made the call and got an instant quote on the phone, and set an appointment for the next day.

Dave arrived on time for the Saturday appointment. He was polite, and had no problem following our house rule of no shoes. Asked a few more questions to isolate the problem. Then he went to work. Using his troubleshooting electronic fluke tools, the problem was isolated. He fixed the electric receptical that was working, but had a neutral short due to a bad connection.

Definitely would refer him to my friends...

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. Utilized YELP to obtain several quotes and decided on Authentic due to good reviews, responsiveness to my inquiry, and honest, upfront costs.
Samuel came by for an assessment and then came on a Saturday to perform the installation. No issues and it was completed in two hours.
I certainly will consider them again for future work.
PS, I am giving this business a 5 star review though it is appearing as 4.
