Had some minor electrical issues.  He actually showed up ahead of appointment which is even better.   Fixed my problems and even helped me install a cooktop at a reasonable rate.  Saved me a  lot of time.

I am writing in regard to my second experience, the first time they fixed my bedroom power, this time they help me to troubleshoot why suddenly all my bathroom GFCI outlets are out of power, in the end, they found out one GFCI outlet in the front yard was causing the issue and before they do the work for me I asked about the price, the electrician mentioned I will be charged for the consultation fee of $199 for an hour plus the actual work cost to replace the GFCI outlet around $150, I feel it is quite expensive for the work so I decide to do the replacement myself, one thing I was really disappointed this time is about the expensive consultation fee $199 for an hour? Early this year when they come to my place to work I don't see the consultation fee on my receipt. And when I call the number to book the appointment I specifically ask are there any charge for the first-time troubleshooting and the manager says no, it is free. I am willing to pay for the consultation fee for the work but I feel $199 for an hour is quite high though, I think they have some recent changes in the pricing model, and now it is not free but quite expensive for the first visit to troubleshoot.

Needed a fan installed and the electrical ran into my girls room. Juan came out and got everything done in less than 2 hours and the cost seemed very fair. He was professional and explained everything. Great guy.

Woke up to my refrigerator and wine fridge not working. I contacted Stuart from S&B Electric in an effort to help resolve the problem. He was attentive to my needs and happily diagnosed the situation. I have never used this company before, but certainly plan to in the future. East Bay Electric has THE BEST customer service!  First, the owner, Roger, reviews your situation and calls when you first schedule the appt.  Then, you get emails/text messages when the technicians leave the office the day of your appt that tells you exactly who is coming and allows you to watch them as they drive to your house (just like you can watch your Uber arrive).  Then, Roger calls after the appt to make sure all is as it should be.  

Our electrical issue turned out to be a simple one (although we weren't sure of that when we initially placed the call), and Rafael and AJ were great about doing the work and explaining why it wasn't more complicated, something I very much appreciated.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about East Bay Electric and definitely won't hesitate to call them again with any other electrical work we might need in the future.  The incredible customer service was so nice to receive and so rare to find these days with other contractors, so kudos to you, Roger, for taking the time to go the extra mile for your customers!

Roberto did a good job correcting an issue with our shower floor. He was very conscientious about following a COVID protocol.

What an amazing company. I contacted B Henry to request a quote and set up a time for them to come by and fix and electrical problem I was having with a GFI breaker. I wasn't expecting a response on Sunday late afternoon. But, Bill contacting me and walked me through a quick process which resolved it.  I really appreciated his willingness to help me and not have to come out and charge me for, what turned out to be a simple procedure. I will definitely be keeping there number for the next job I need someone to come out and do for me.

We had a slight hiccup with the SF permit, which he was able to address seamlessly and schedule a follow-up time for the inspector to come out.  He was a pleasure to work with and explained the SF requirements and how he would address them.  I would highly recommend EVChargerExpert to anyone looking to install an EV charger.

I Enlisted Santiago electrical from yelp. They were first to respond & quick for appointment. They gave a bid of $150- $450. They Stated that they charge by the job not by the hour.

Both Sal & Arturo were very sweet & friendly.   They patiently answered my questions & updated their progress. I have no doubt that the kitchen switch problems were complicated. By the time they left, the switches were in order, And garbage disposal and the dishwasher finally worked.

With a $50 discount, The job cost was $400 for 2 hours of work.

I highly recommend Ry and his team. I had them come out to install a Level 2 EV charger and some exterior outlets, and Ry explored a number of possibilities since my subpanels were full. For a variety of reasons, we decided to replace the subpanels with a single panel which he and his guys did a great job on. They paid great attention to detail, the EMT conduit done on both sides of the garage were done very symmetrically, and everything turned out very clean. Ry is a busy guy, but his work is well worth it -- I will definitely call him first for future work!

Fast efficient service, very knowledgeable and explained everything. Went above and beyond! Checked everything, changed what was necessary only and his prices were very fair. Great follow up also to make sure issues were completely resolved. Local business too because I look forward to supporting smaller companies.

Very rarely write reviews but Dave deserves it.  He really did an AMAZING JOB on our house.  I had a big list: 1) install wall outlets for 2 flat screen TVs 2) install 2 ceiling fans and 3) install 2 chandeliers. I was very nervous about the chandeliers since we would be cutting into our ceiling.  They were also Turkish chandeliers which, when Dave saw them, said we were really taking a chance.  They were not up to US code and might have caused a fire!  Anyways, Dave came by on the weekend, did a thorough analysis of our needs and whether or not we could do everything I wanted and gave us a very fair quote.  He came by about a week later and did everything with no issues.  He's a Pro!  He's also bonded and insured which was important for us.  If you're looking for an electrician, he should be your guy.

We were so impressed with Len and his crew installing our generator.  The work was done quickly and professionally with leaving the job site cleared of any debris.  Our generator had many issues from the time it came out of its crate. Len had to come to our home several times to make sure our generator worked correctly. Len was outstanding in making sure all issues were corrected with our faulty generator.  He worked very hard and was able to correct the many issues our generator was delivered to us with.  We recommend Len and his wonderful crew.  Outstanding service and dependability.  It is not often you find a great company with dependability and great service.  Thank you Len again for all your hard work in helping us with our generator.

I had a very small job, replacing a broken ceiling fan. Electricians are busy and I was very grateful that Micah made time for me. The cost for the work was very reasonable and Micah was thoughtful and friendly. I would use his services again without hesitation.

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

We needed an electrical connection to span our yard and connect to the house, an electrical connection for a bathroom fan, replacement of a defective LED light fixture, and repair of three way light switches. Don and John did all this work in a long morning, neatly and effectively. They closed three dry wall holes in the bathroom, even though this was outside the electrician's scope. They provided a free cost quote, cleaned up each job site, explained each aspect of the work, and were very pleasant. They will now be our go-to electricians.
