Hired VC electric to install the new Nest Hello video doorbell in our house. Extra complicated because our house was never wired for a doorbell or chime. No problem. They ran the wires and installed the doorbell and chime for us easily and quickly. They were prompt, competent, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and respectful of our home. They were careful to cover their shoes and make sure that they didn't track any dirt into our house. Despite the fact that it was pouring rain outside! True professionals. Looking forward to our next project with them.

I had an electrical breaker trip due to an overloaded circuit in my kitchen.  This resulted in some melting of wires and loss of electricity to a circuit that ran 2 outlets and the front door bell.  I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and received a few responses.  The Five or Free response was very professional and friendly and sounded like they were here to help.  Many responses to requests these days read more like I am annoying the contractor by having a problem.

After responding to Five or Free's reply with my contact information, I received a call from Jon within a couple of hours.  He setup an appointment for an estimator to come out 2 days later.  The follow-up was unlike any other contractor I have ever dealt with.  EMail and text message appointment reminders as well as both delivery methods informing me that the estimator was on his way.

Eric arrived 10 minutes ahead of the promised 2 hour arrival window.  He was very friendly and professional while assessing the situation and providing me with a couple of very well explained alternate solutions and prices.  He took careful notes and made a short video of the issue so the electrician would have all the required information to complete the job.  We agreed on the solution, I paid the downpayment for the job, and he informed his office to have the repair appointment scheduled.

Jon called back within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment (convenient for me) for 5 days later.  This was followed by EMail and text message appointment reminders as well as both delivery methods informing me that the electrician was on his way.

Job arrived right in the middle of his promised 2 hour arrival window.  He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions, and then prepared the job site to contain all debris.  The work was completed in ~3.5 hours including very thorough cleanup by Job.  The work involved drilling 4 large holes in my wall to run a jumper from a working GFCI circuit to the damaged circuit as well as installation of a new box and outlet.  All holes were filled and patched following the electrical repairs.  I paid the balance of the bill and received an EMailed invoice shortly afterward.

All in all a very good experience.  Good professional employees in all positions, good work done in a timely manner, and all at a reasonable price with very little inconvenience to my family.  I will very likely use Five or Free for my next electrical job and recommend them to others.

I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.

Contacted Handyman Heroes to help with an emergency repair at a property that we manage and received a response within the hour. Louise was able to find someone to come out the next day and find a replacement tiles for the ceiling all with in about 2 hours. Ron who came out to do the actual repair was great! He arrived early and was able to trouble shoot what we needed done which required hand cutting the acoustic ceiling tiles to size.

With the rain a few more tiles fell over the weekend and after contacting Louise again she was able to get someone out with in a few hours. Top notch communication and service from start to finish!

Very pleased with the service and more pleased with the ease of setting everything up. We will be using them in the future!

Bill's Quality Electric Inc. installed recessed lighting in our home. His workers did an excellent job! They went as far as sweeping our floor on their hands and knees to clean up ceiling popcorn. Bill also came in a little under his original estimate. I would recommend Bills Quality Electic to anyone who is looking for outstanding electrical work at a very reasonable price.

We had a problem with an electrical circuit.  Mark (the owner) came out on a Sunday and got the circuit working within a half hour.  He charged one fourth   of what another company quoted.  An added plus was that he was one of the few companies that would come out on a Sunday.  Most electricians are closed on Sunday.   He was friendly and I would definitely hire him again.  He is new to Yelp so not too many reviews but do not let that stop you from giving his company a call when a repair is needed.

Kirill helped me install an EV charger that I purchased online for my pre-wired house. He was able to come out quickly and was friendly and efficient at a good price. He was also very respectful, professional, and friendly. Everything went great!

I have used Direct Electric for my commercial building as well as my residence on many occasions.  Dave has always been very helpful and gets the job done within my budget.  He will always present me with a few options to take care of the issue.  Direct Electric is the right call.

Hector and team did a great job.  They were fast at giving me an estimate, and completed the job the day after I received estimate.  They had a fair price and definitely quality work and reliable!  I recommend for any job you need in home.

I can't say enough great things about Ry and his team.  We had a variety of wiring and lighting projects that needed to be completed at home on an expedited timeline.  Though I know they were extremely busy, they were very responsive, professional, considerate, wonderful to work with... and were able to squeeze us into their schedule and complete the work much faster than anyone else. They will be my first call anytime we have electrician needs in the future.

Art was prompt, communicative, and solved the problem quickly for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with the work performed by Dave from Blue Line Electric.  We have a 100 year old home, some of the electric wiring is original, and various non-electrician homeowners have updated in creative ways.

We called him because the electricity in two bedrooms went out. My husband and father-in-law worked on troubleshooting the problem all weekend and couldn't figure it out, so we knew it was going to be tough. Dave quoted us a very reasonable price to come out and fix it, and said he wouldn't charge at all us if he couldn't fix it.  
He came in 30 minutes (we were just happy to have someone answer their phone).  

Dave worked for over 5 hours, without giving up, in hot (attic) and frustrating conditions.  The entire time he was cheery and friendly.

He troubleshooted the problem and ended up fixing a loose connection in an electrical box, that was on a neutral side of the iine (making it very difficult to locate.)

We found him extremely knowledgeable.  It was a pleasure to talk with him and have him in our home.  Couldn't be happier. We ended up paying  him more money than he charged us.

Len Bourcey is the best electircian I've ever worked with and as a Property Manager I've worked with several over the years. He and his crew are honest, reliable, and very competetive. Len is excellent at trouble shooting which is very helpful as we manage mostly single family houses in Marin a lot of which are 70+ years old. When it comes to anything electrical AC Electric is always always always our first choice.

Some scheduling snafus, but everything worked out, the work was done: removing and replacing some pendant lights.
Everything looks great and the price was right. We will work with Micah again and would definitely recommend!

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

Highly recommended. They did a good job on our light fixtures. They were on time and worked quickly. The price was reasonable, and they did not make a mess. Can't ask for more.
