Best Electricians in United States

$180 for 15 minutes of work, which nobody bothered to mention the several times I was on the phone with them.  Will not be using their services again.

Alex showed up on time and followed all Covid protocols. He completed all his work in a timely manner, even when there was an unforeseen problem with our wiring. Everything is working perfectly and my house was cleaner than when he arrived!!! Highly recommended!

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help!  We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately!  When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. We will call High Power Electric for all of our electrical needs because Juan was there when we needed him.  Thank you Juan for answering our call!  He's definitely the best at what he does.

Called S&B Electric for help with an electrical issue that encompassed our home's exterior lighting as well as some indoor lighting. Stewart was friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt confident that S&B Electric would be able to solve our problem. I'm in the process of scheduling an appointment for them to come out and make the necessary repairs.

Called and was able to make an appointment for the next morning.  Rafael arrived and took photos of the two systems that were causing the problem.  He is returning with the necessary parts.  In the meantime, I asked him to look at recessed halogens that were not working, as well as other bulbs throughout the house.  Pleasant, professional, and gets the job done. Cannot wait for him to return and fix the exterior lights that have not been working for some time.  Another electrician came but could not make the repair.

TL;DR- Handyman Heroes Kyle and Mike redid our bathroom in record speed with incredible attention to detail and excellent communication!  

The longer story- We moved into a new house and hoped that the one bathroom in the house could be remodeled in a two week window before we moved in. Larry came out to give us an estimate on replacing some dry rotted posts. I happened to mention that the bathroom needed an update but that I didn't think it could be done before we moved in. I showed Larry the bathroom and explained that there was only a two week window for the project. Larry took a look at the bathroom and said that Handyman Heroes could have it done in two weeks!

Megan was super helpful in explaining the process and getting everything set up.

Our Heroes (literally) Kyle and Mike were amazing. They worked super effectively on our short schedule.

Kyle was friendly and communicative during the whole process, helping us with decisions and keeping everything on schedule. Both Kyle and Mike were detail oriented and really cared about getting the job done right. They were nice people and easy to be around while they were working and I was doing some projects on the house. They kept in mind our moving date and were conscientious of our home and our parking situation.

We got to move into our house with a bathroom that is not only fully functional but has some beautiful craftsmanship! They also replaced some rotting posts, and followed up after the job was all done. I highly recommend this team and will definitely use Handyman Heroes for our future home projects.

After being told by another electrical co. that one thing we wanted wired would be impossible, and quoting us a fairly high price for another part of the job, we called Bill Henry for an estimate.  He not only spent a lot of time considering the impossible work we desired, but came up with several workable options to work around the problem at an affordable cost.  The work was done quickly, at a reasonable price, and we couldn't be happier. His electricians were very professional and personable.  We highly recommend his company!

Mark was kind and such a professional. On top of that , he saved us a lot of money! Super cheap compared to all the other quotes we received from other companies.

Kirill and Erin were great to deal with and they did a beautiful install.  No brainer decision to go with them!

We lost one of two circuit legs (phases) into our house, and called Direct Electric.  They showed up quickly, and diagnosed the problem as a PG&E issue - no charge for the visit.  PG&E had a crew fix the outside wiring (a short in an underground feeder to the house).

The next day, we still had the same problem, and PG&E insisted it wasn't their fault because we had two 120V lines into the meter.  We (again) called DIrect Electric, and they came out and, within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem: PG&E had put an insulator in the meter socket to give us 120V in all inside circuits during their repair work, and forgot to take it out when they were done (and PG&E would have noticed had they checked the lines coming *out* of the meter and into the house).  Direct Electric fixed the problem quickly.

Bottom line: Direct Electric came out twice because of PG&E problems and, in both cases, diagnosed the problem quickly.  In the second case, they even fixed PG&E's mistake (they couldn't do anything about a short in an underground feeder line).  They've earned a gold star from me, and are on my list of contractors to call when I need something done.

The work performed was 4.5 stars.

The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue.

Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues.

I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way!

Ry Kelly of Always Current Electric is amazing! He installed a Generac generator for me and did a superb job. He ran into some difficulties in replacing the old fuse box with a new, slightly larger one and had to do some major carpentry to make it work. He knew what to do, spent way more time than he'd expected when he made the bid but didn't charge me a penny more. Also, his clean-up and attention to detail were all I could have hoped for. Great guy - I definitely recommend him!

We needed an electrician to install level2 outlets for EV chargers in our garage.  Art was very prompt in returning my call, and came by to look at the location and assess the job request.  He was courteous and very professional and was upfront with the estimate and cost.  I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me the options we have and described in detail how/what he would do and how the finished product would look like.  He finished the job in one day; everything went smoothly and we are happy that we can now use the faster charger for our EVs.

Dave was such a pleasure to work with. It was very easy to communicate with him. He's very thorough and concise with his work. He explained each step of what he was doing. Dave even took the time to explain what materials he used and why. He came in less than 24 hours after I called him. Highly recommend!

We were so impressed with Len and his crew installing our generator.  The work was done quickly and professionally with leaving the job site cleared of any debris.  Our generator had many issues from the time it came out of its crate. Len had to come to our home several times to make sure our generator worked correctly. Len was outstanding in making sure all issues were corrected with our faulty generator.  He worked very hard and was able to correct the many issues our generator was delivered to us with.  We recommend Len and his wonderful crew.  Outstanding service and dependability.  It is not often you find a great company with dependability and great service.  Thank you Len again for all your hard work in helping us with our generator.

I worked with Micah Electric to put in a new 200 amp panel box and to trench a line to a detached back office we recently had built. Micah was great to work with, and the work was done on time and on schedule. There were some hiccups with PG&E, and getting inspections, but Micah helped handle these issues. Overall, would recommend.

I hired Chris to install a ceiling light in my master bedroom. He is very polite, humble and most importantly got the job done in 15 minutes! He seems very familiar with everything he is doing and has a very reasonable rate. I'd hire him again for any electrical related works.

I pinged a few electricians for my issue in order to get a quote. Don was one of the quickest to respond and in his response he shared information about a potential quick fix and when this was not enough he and his brother (Jon) came by and instructed me what to do to fix the issue - for no charge!
