Victor was so easy to work with! We was very responsive by phone and e-mail. He was able to come the day after I contacted him and gave a quote just hours later.

A kitchen outlet blew out about a year ago and Five or Free was the first electrician we could get out here.  Gilbert put booties and mask on and had the work done in about an hour and impeccably done.  We then looked at other work and he was extremely helpful in making recommendations and giving us ball park ideas of cost.  

The company was in close touch via texts prior to the visit and we knew exactly what to expect when he got here.  This is among the best businesses I've dealt with in the entire bay area.  Five stars!

Needed a fan installed and the electrical ran into my girls room. Juan came out and got everything done in less than 2 hours and the cost seemed very fair. He was professional and explained everything. Great guy.

I initially contacted Stewart about getting a quote for grounding three‐four outlets in my home three weeks ago.  He never responded until i wrote a negative review that he ignored my call, which he responded to immediately and offered to come out on his lunch to assess the job.  Ok i get it, sometimes things fall through the cracks and everyone seems to be super busy right now so i took the review down.  He seemed like a stand-up dude, really knew his stuff, and explained pretty clearly what my options were.  

After reviewing three other quotes we decided to go with him and i messaged him indicating we'd like to move forward asap and that my schedule was wide open understanding that hes backed up two weeks.  He responds and says he'll see when the next availability to schedule the install.  

A week goes by and nothing.  So i message him again and he says he can come out later in the week on Thursday.  Doesnt specify a date or time so like anyone would assume that meant THAT coming Thursday.  

Thursday came and went. He never showed up and didnt even call or leave a message.  I guess a $1900 job is too small potatoes for him to care about.  I feel ive been more than patient, understanding, and forgiving, but three strikes and you're out.  I should have trusted my initial instincts, this guy is a FLAKE!

Based off of some of his other reviews i'm not the only one with this experience.  I'm moving on to someone else a little more professional and respectful of other peoples time.

I cannot praise this business enough.  From my first call speaking with receptionist Jennifer to set up an appointment, to the repairs performed by electrician Rafael (he made it look so easy!), and to Jennifer's follow-up call after the job was completed,  my husband and I were so impressed by the professionalism and skill displayed by this company and its employees.    I quickly recommended this company to my son, who just purchased a home of his own and who might need electrical repairs in the future.   Highly recommend East Bay Electric to other Yelp readers as well.

These guys were amazing.  The whole team, from Larry, to Louise and Robert and Vince (Vince actually did the work) were awesome to work with and extremely helpful.  The cost of the work was EXTREMELY reasonable and I will be using them again and again (and again).

B Henry's is fantastic and we highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable, professional, skilled and straight-forward.  They give us a reasonable quote for several projects in our 1960's home. They did great work and there were no surprises! Will definitely be our go to for an electrical needs!

Mark was great! He came out within an hour on NYE to fix the circuit breaker that had blown during a power outage. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional. We will definitely use Flemming Electric for our future projects.

So appreciate these guys!! They called me back within 15 mins of me leaving a message and were able to get in to fix my problem the very next morning.  They were punctual, and finished the job in no time!  I had called 2 other companies for other work a while back and their service did not compare!! Thanks for your time and I will only be calling u guys from now on!

The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue.

Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues.

I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way!

We have Ry and team out to replace a transfer switch and add some additional outlets.  They did a great job, quick, clean and affordable.  Well recommended!

Needed to find an electrician fast, woke up this morning with a few of our outlets not working, I went on my NextDoor App to find recommendations and found Dave owner of Blue Line Electric, he came out and found our issue, fixed it at a reasonable price, if I could give him 10 stars I would.  Thank You Dave and God Bless :-)

Len and his team have done a number of electrical projects on my property in Marin. They are always very friendly, professional and get the job done right. Len is responsive and delivers high quality customer service. I have really enjoyed working with them over the years and highly recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

I worked with Micah Electric to put in a new 200 amp panel box and to trench a line to a detached back office we recently had built. Micah was great to work with, and the work was done on time and on schedule. There were some hiccups with PG&E, and getting inspections, but Micah helped handle these issues. Overall, would recommend.

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

Don was super responsive from moment one, returning messages via phone, quoting via email, and communicating about the job via text.  

He was able to come out to quote a job (recessed lighting in three locations and a multimedia cable pull) within a day.  We had a tight timeline to get this done before painters, and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas.  He showed up promptly with a crew of two more guys, and all the materials for the job.  His team was very communicative and clean, using drop cloths and floor protection where possible, and cleaning up after what is a pretty messy job.

He was very helpful with choices too, for a novice like myself.  When asked, he told us our idea for lighting placement in the kitchen was not good (very diplomatically!) and suggested something else which ended up being so much better.

He ended up completing the job in just under two days (five days after we first spoke on the phone), for what I consider to be a very reasonable price considering the almost rush nature of it.  I would hire Don again in a second.
