I saw VC electric in the ad and had an issue with a power surge because of PG&E.  I was very concerned with safety.  Victor responded very quickly and checked things out with a negative ground checker.  He did not have to do any actual wiring or anything.  I appreciate response.  He showed up at noon and was out by 1 pm.  I was a little shocked by his bill for $240.00 which he said was his minimum charge.  I was expecting a charge of about half that.  So I would suggest everyone ask about minimum charges before you hire an electrician.

Five or Free was the low of three bids on our project. They were also the most professional and responsive. Allen showed up on time and did a great job explaining all that needed to happen. Our ooooold house is hard to work on with true dimensional lumber, lathe and plaster, amd 120 years of hack job renovations. Allen problem solved, figured it all out, and had three new circuits run by the end of the day. Thanks and we won't need three bids next time, we'll just come to Five or Free.

I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.

This was our first time using Handyman Hero's but would use them again in a heartbeat.
We had them install a bathroom vanity and sink / facet.

The handyman (Vthey sent out was professional, knowledgeable and used his time wisely.

I would not hesitate to use B Henry's or recommend them to friends.  They answered my phone calls immediately or returned calls in a very timely manner.  They showed up on time when they said they would.  I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment for an estimate or for the actual day for the projects to be done.  I was given straightforward options for my projects. The crew who did the work did a great job, efficient, friendly, and professional.  And if all of that weren't enough, the final cost came in under original estimate.

We had a problem with an electrical circuit.  Mark (the owner) came out on a Sunday and got the circuit working within a half hour.  He charged one fourth   of what another company quoted.  An added plus was that he was one of the few companies that would come out on a Sunday.  Most electricians are closed on Sunday.   He was friendly and I would definitely hire him again.  He is new to Yelp so not too many reviews but do not let that stop you from giving his company a call when a repair is needed.

I hired EVChargerExpert to install a charger in my garage.  A number of electrical issues in my rental home were uncovered during the first visit; resulting in a new quote.  Both Kirill and Erin worked quickly to offer solutions to the issues.  Erin did a fantastic job on the electrical work.  The project was completed the same week it was planned.  I highly recommend EVChargerExpert.

Dave and his crew were professional, thorough and efficient. Got all the work done and even did little extras that really emphasized their professionalism. We are really happy with our new level 2 ev charger. Thank you so much Direct Electric!

Hector and his crew were great!  They came out to replace outlets and switches in our home and installed our Tesla charging outlet.  They are professional and patient and took extra precautions by wearing booties throughout the property (really appreciated that).  The job was completed on time!

We will hire them again for more upcoming electrical work in our home.

Had an electric short killing power to our heater and TV/Internet. After replacing the breaker and not solving the problem, I called Ry around 4pm and was thrilled he answered the phone. He offered to come by after his day was done, at 8pm, in the rain, to try and solve the issue. Not being critical we agreed to the next morning at 7am, before the rest of his work day. Personable and professional local BC guy who was very helpful and willing to follow-up to ensure longevity of the work performed. Highly recommend Ry and Always Current.

I can only say, what a great company. I had a significant electrical problem that knocked out all the kitchen outlets as well as the dinning area. Art systematically located the problem and diagnosed what had occurred. There was a single wire that failed causing a domino effect. Unfortunately he would have to cut into the walls to fix this singular issue. He gave us a variety of solutions which was extremely professional. He fixed the entire situation and repaired the wall and cleaned the entire area. You would never know any work was done. I witnessed the craftsmanship and care of the work. He was prompt professional and finished the job in record time. It is amazing to find such good work at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

A few years later since my last comment - we just had Dave come to fix a kitchen safety outlet that shorted out (and took out much our our kitchen outlets with it) -- he came on time, fixed the problem quickly, and cleaned up.  David is still doing a great job, and very reliable.  What more can you ask for?

I live in an old house in Marin and had a bunch of things going wrong at once, which made me worried that what seemed like a simple breaker flipping and furnace not lighting/ blower stuck might be a bigger issue with shorts in the system.  I called Marin SF on a Saturday and Len came out within an hour.  He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour.  He was communicative and great to work with.

Micah and his crew redid all the electrical  in my house in 3 swaths over 2020 and 2021. Micah from minute one inspired confidence and put me at ease. He's a second generation electrician: he knows his stuff, all the current codes, etc. and he's from the neighborhood! He even could recommend other skilled folk. The best thing for me was that they did way less damage cutting holes into my plaster to do the rewiring than I've seen online from other electricians. They'll take care with everything, including vintage lighting fixtures. Hire him!

I hired Chris to install a ceiling light in my master bedroom. He is very polite, humble and most importantly got the job done in 15 minutes! He seems very familiar with everything he is doing and has a very reasonable rate. I'd hire him again for any electrical related works.

Don and Nick did a great job installing my cooktop and Oven -  I switched from a gas cooktop / oven to electrical ones (I know no-one does that, except me...).  So I needed to run 2 new 240V lines from my fuse box to my kitchen (the old gas ones ran on 120V, which was barely enough to power the clock on the new oven... let alone create heat).

So, Don and Nick ran the lines through the walls, all the way to the kitchen and installed both appliances, with minimal disruption.  

They were professional, fast, and on time (big plus in my book).  They even helped me figure out that my dryer's fuse was out (hence no heat) and helped re-wire the garbage disposal, all included in the original quote.

Oh, and they are reasonable price wise...  Great team who takes pride in their work without reaping the customer off!!!
