We're very happy with Victor's work. He did  a perfect job while the other two electricians we consulted either giving us the appropriate solutions or had no idea of how to fix the problem. We felt lucky to finally find a such skilled person to fix our problem within less than 2 hrs. Thanks Victor@!!!!

We are so very happy that we chose Five or Free to fix some flickering ceiling lights, as well as upgrade our electrical system. The electricians, Allen and Justin, were on time and got to work immediately. What a great team! They were friendly and polite, and we were very comfortable having them in our home. Great guys! I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.

We Had an emergency  On a Saturday when I learned that my wires were slowly burning going into my main power box for the house. I called a lot of electricians trying to get someone to come out or even just to respond and get info and quotes. I started to give up as it started getting late but just as I called S&B electric He was willing to help me over the phone. I sent him pictures of what was going on. I thought he was gonna flake on me as well but then he called me back went over what actually needed to be done and gave me a quote. I needed the work done asap my wife was scheduled to go into labor Monday and we were out of power the whole weekend. He was able to come out first thing Monday morning and got the job done. Thank you so much for responding and coming out. It was a huge relief knowing that my house was in good hands. Me and my family appreciate the work you do and we would recommend you to everyone and anyone who needs a electrician.

Big projects beware!

From reading the other reviews, it looks like Roger does a good job with small projects and seems to talk very well. However, our big remodel resulted in huge budget overruns, failure to meet critical timelines and an invoice full of ghost work days.

Many other customers mention Roger's walk through and great communication. We had a great walkthrough and a talk that instilled me with great confidence. Of course, that talk never made it into writing and was denied aggressively after the work done already exceeded an agreed price by 150%...and still counting.

I postponed the installation of a dishwasher, stove hood, A/C and fireplace insert because scheduled electrical work just didn't happen. Apparently they had other big projects that took precedent.

I took two days off work to meet with the electricians at East Bay Electric to discuss the progress and get a status update. They did not show but those days showed up on the invoice. Now the electrical part of the remodel is stopped over a cost dispute. Of course, I was informed that the original quote could not be accurate because they are so busy they don't need new customers. They overbid now because of all the work they have and would not have given me such a low bid. Then, I was told that if I didn't pay the inflated invoice, they could put a lien on my house...but nobody really wants it to get to that.

Yesterday I discovered during a city inspection of the work so far that Roger did not permit the electrical work. Now I am left with an unfinished electrical system and possible penalties for simple negligence. At a critical stage of a long, expensive remodel, I am forced to find an emergency replacement electrician and battle over a ridiculous invoice for unfinished work.

Get those great Roger speeches in writing!

Great service and results! From assembling my stores fixtures to putting up my new blinds and mounting tv screens to the wall, the set up of my boutique was seamless thanks to Handyman Heroes! Thank you so much, what don't you guys do!? I will always recommend these folks!

We just purchased our new home and were in need of an electrician to do a number of jobs (ceiling fan installations, repositioning of electrical outlets, and new lighting switches, etc.). Bill came highly recommended from a family friend so we gave him a call and set-up an appointment to do an estimate.

What is going to stand out to you right away when you work with Bill is his personal touch. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand the work that will need to be done and that you feel comfortable about the task. He will even use his expertise to provide suggestions for how you the customer can save money. That type of service is not very typical as most other contractors in that same situation would have used the opportunity to make money for themselves instead of looking to save money for their customer.  

We were completely satisfied by the work done on our house. The workers arrived on time each day and they kept our house clean and mess free. We had to trust Bill and his team to work inside our house when we weren't there and are pleased to say that they didn't take advantage of misuse this trust. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the work and it's clear from our first hand experience why Bill Henry Electric  is regarded so highly. He's a professional who is both meticulous and thorough with his work. He puts your happiness and satisfaction as a customer first and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. I recommend Bill Henry Electric without reservation and sincerly doubt you will find another service better than the one he provides.

We had a problem with an electrical circuit.  Mark (the owner) came out on a Sunday and got the circuit working within a half hour.  He charged one fourth   of what another company quoted.  An added plus was that he was one of the few companies that would come out on a Sunday.  Most electricians are closed on Sunday.   He was friendly and I would definitely hire him again.  He is new to Yelp so not too many reviews but do not let that stop you from giving his company a call when a repair is needed.

I didn't actually work with them, just asked for a quotation ... but Kirill spent a lot of time on the phone educating me and saying he didn't recommend spending the money (because our house is old and it would be very difficult and costly). Based on that limited experience I did get the sense they are knowledgeable and high integrity.

I really appreciate Dave and his team at Direct Electric and the great service they have provided us.  They repaired our kitchen lighting and installed outdoor lighting.  They were quick, efficient and did a great job each time.  And Dave and his team are super nice and helpful.  For any electric work we need, I will call Dave.

The work performed was 4.5 stars.

The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue.

Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues.

I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way!

We have Ry and team out to replace a transfer switch and add some additional outlets.  They did a great job, quick, clean and affordable.  Well recommended!

Art has been our go to electrician for our personal and rental properties. He's solved some very complicated electrical problems along with straight forward work. He's fair on pricing and will always do a quality job.

If I have an electrical project, Dave's my guy. So far, I've hired him a couple of times and my experience has been great. He's installed my security doorbell and put in a new electrical outlet in my garage.

My house was built in the '40's and due to that these type of projects are never simple. Dave's extremely competent and knows what he's doing. I trust him. He's also very responsive and reliable. An added bonus, he's a cool guy that's fun to chat with.

Real nice to find a reliable, competent  electrician. Len is great and I look forward working with him again.

Micah is a pro.  Responsive and does excellent work and checks it twice.  Excellent communication, and we even had a few laughs.  His crew is also very professional.  I feel confident recommending Micah.

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

I needed an electrician to help me with a remodel of a California-type closet.  Don and John did a great job of hooking up the electrical boxes and of systematically cutting the drywall.
