I found Victor on yelp and was so happy to have him fix the electric issues reported by the inspector. Victor came in time and carefully reviewed the scenes. He explained to me the potential risks of those improper wirings and how he was going to fix them. I can tell that Victor is a great electrician with rich experience. He sorted out things quickly and did a great job to fix the wiring. Victor also noticed other potential risks and gave me good suggestions on how to fix. Victor is so kind that while seeing I got stuck on the new lock, he even helped me on it.  With all of those extra help and suggestions, Victor only asked for a very reasonable cost for the wirings. I greatly recommended Victor!

Everyone I've come in contact with in this company has had too notch customer service skills. They were able to do a quick turn around on parts that were purchased and we were able to schedule a speedy install. There was a small accident while working on our property where my car was damaged. The technicians immediately came inside to let me know what happened and the office sprung into action right away to remedy the situation. They went above and beyond to make it right and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company. This is is our go to electrical company from now on based on the integrity of all of their employees.

I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.
I would like to thank Juan for his dedication and work.

On scheduled day to perform work, Stewart was a no show and would not pick up or call me back. Wasted my time taking the day off work and finding child care and delayed work that needed to be done.

Responding to the owners comment: More lies. We spoke Thursday. You said you would show up at house Friday between 8am and 9am to perform work. No estimate just to perform the work and I trusted you would show and I did not get estimates from any one else. No mention to me of a sudden hospital stay. I would think someone coming from the hospital would not be working still during this time...

Called and was able to make an appointment for the next morning.  Rafael arrived and took photos of the two systems that were causing the problem.  He is returning with the necessary parts.  In the meantime, I asked him to look at recessed halogens that were not working, as well as other bulbs throughout the house.  Pleasant, professional, and gets the job done. Cannot wait for him to return and fix the exterior lights that have not been working for some time.  Another electrician came but could not make the repair.

Dennie has done a number of jobs at my home during the past year, including repairing a stove hood, cleaning decks and painting.  He is on time, honest and quick.  My contacts with office staff have also been excellent.  Great to have folks that are covered by insurance.  So good to know that this group can do all levels of home jobs.

The guys at B Henry Electric were fantastic. Bill came out and assessed the situation then sent his guys to do the job. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Bill followed up and even called PG&E to let them know what was going on. PG&E immediately responded and took care of their end of the problem, even after I had already tried. He knows the right things to say to them. Bill came to my house again and text me several times, since the issue is a little more elaborate.
I highly recommend the guys at B Henry.
Funny that I got his number from my neighbor, but I had already noticed his truck going down the freeway and was intending on calling. It was just meant to be.

Mark helped us install the EV charging outlet. I had the most amazing experience with Mark. Super quick to respond on Yelp, straightforward quote, fair pricing, and incredibly efficient and prepared. The builder told me it was prewired so I told Mark this information. I thought all I need was the outlet/plug. But turns out the builder didn't wire it! Thankfully Mark had the wires and the breaker ready just in case. He is prepared and efficient and friendly. I would definitely hire Mark for all my other electric needs and would recommend him to everyone

When my wife told me she found EVChargerExpert to install an outlet for our new Tesla, I told her it was marketing trickery. I was sure we'd be duped into paying a premium because they were marketing their business as EV Charging specialists. We just need a regular electrician that'll charge regular prices to install an appliance outlet, I said.

Well I was wrong. These guys are actually priced slightly lower than the other quotes I got from regular electricians.

The process from initial contact was easy, thorough, and efficient. Erin was punctual, incredibly pleasant, and his work was clean and quick.  When we had an issue a few hours later (completely my fault) with one of the breaker circuits, Erin was quick to pick up the phone and help out. It's clear that customer service and pride of work is top priority for these guys so it's incredible they don't charge more than they do.

Dave showed up promptly, was able to fix our electrical problem in under an hour and under budget.

The work performed was 4.5 stars.

The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue.

Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues.

I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way!

Ry and his team are amazing. We're prepping our house for sale and needed a replacement cooktop installed. Ry came up the same day to cost it out and I had him price out a few other things (old outlets, malfunctioning light switch, etc.) His team was up the next day to do the work and their rates are very reasonable considering the quick turnaround.

Very professional service. Estimate was spot on. Definitely give them a call.

P.S. We ran into a faulty ceiling light issue just after I wrote this and Ry was able to fit us into his schedule within 24 hours to swap it out. We are very thankful.

We needed an electrician to install level2 outlets for EV chargers in our garage.  Art was very prompt in returning my call, and came by to look at the location and assess the job request.  He was courteous and very professional and was upfront with the estimate and cost.  I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me the options we have and described in detail how/what he would do and how the finished product would look like.  He finished the job in one day; everything went smoothly and we are happy that we can now use the faster charger for our EVs.

I called Dave to see if he could give me a quote for grounded (3-prong) outlets in my apartment. I rent, but was willing to pay for it. He arrived on time and looked around the place. Unfortunately, he said there were few options for me, as the apartment building is old and without major renovation work throughout the building (which the landlord will never do), he would not be able to do it. Even though he knew there was no job for him, he gave me a lot of information about the process, and explained how the grounding worked, and took time to talk about why its important to ground major equipment like computers. I'm sorry I wasn't able to use his services this time, but I'd recommend him to anyone else.

Len Bourcey is the best electircian I've ever worked with and as a Property Manager I've worked with several over the years. He and his crew are honest, reliable, and very competetive. Len is excellent at trouble shooting which is very helpful as we manage mostly single family houses in Marin a lot of which are 70+ years old. When it comes to anything electrical AC Electric is always always always our first choice.

Some scheduling snafus, but everything worked out, the work was done: removing and replacing some pendant lights.
Everything looks great and the price was right. We will work with Micah again and would definitely recommend!

It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

I contacted them thru Yelp and  Paul called me yesterday.  He said he works for John.  He said he can come over around 10 AM today 02/25 to install an 240 v outlet in my garage so I can charge my electric car.  I told him I would have to take off from work.  He said it might take a long time to do it.  So I said OK.  He told me to text him my address which I did and confirmed the appointment by adding See you at 10 tomorrow.  He didn't confirm receiving.  I was a little worry but gave him the benefit of doubt.  
This morning I texted him at 7:52 AM to make sure that he will come at 10 AM, NO REPLY.   Called him at 8:52, NO ANSWER.  Called website number around 10:20, left a msg and asked them to call me back.  Now is 12:08, NO ONE CALL OR TEXT me about it.  
I took off from work for this and now I got stood up by them.  I understand people can be busy, or even forgotten the appointment but, you would think they would remember the apt more than I would.  Or have the decency to call if they are too busy.  
They really betray all those good reviews people have given to them.  No matter how good their work is, as a businessman, I guess, commitment and agreement don't mean anything to them.  SAD!!
