I called Victor during the Christmas week (2015) to see if he was available to squeeze us in on short notice for a kitchen rewire job. He and his crew showed up on December 24th and did a fantastic job in rewiring my entire kitchen. When it was time for him to return and finish the job, he was there within a week.

I have called Victor a couple of times to ask him questions and if he does not answer the phone right away, he gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Victor and his crew are very professional and do great work. I would highly recommend him for your residential electrical needs.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Five or Free.  At every step of the way, they communicated with me, and gave me all the info I needed.  Everyone was on time, and professional.  Sal examined the fixture to be replaced, and the estimate was provided quickly.  The electrician, Tim, was a fast and thorough worker -  he explained how to replace the light bulbs in the complicated Lily Pad fixture he was installing, and advised against cleaning around the fixture - painting over the mark from the prior fixture.  His expertise and knowledge made the job successful.  I don't feel the price was out of line at all - I got what I paid for (the job took a few hours) and there was no last minute extra pricing.  I would definitely use this company again.

I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.
I would like to thank Juan for his dedication and work.

Our electrical wire was out in the garage.  We called and Steward was very polite and kind.  He gave us few tips over the phone and we're able to reset the wires without charging us anything.  I would highly recommend their services and have an electrician to  count on moving forward.

Exceptional Work!  Roger's detailed evaluation of the job and the challenges of routing the wiring for our EV Charger in the 1920's house led us to select East Bay over a slightly cheaper competitor.  His evaluation indicated he might be able to route the wires inside and avoid exterior conduit (ugly & expensive) but until they actually started the work he could not be certain so he bid the conduit as the competitors did.  (The competitors saw no chance of doing it any other way.)  

East Bay's persistence and expertise resulted in the better and cheaper install with a lower final bill than the estimate.  The work was highly professional and the communications during the whole process from job evaluation to final inspection were exceptional.  As 5 stars says, As Good As It Gets.  You can't ask for more.  No promises that could not be kept.  Honest assessment of the work and the challenges.  Work performed as scheduled!

It was such a blessing to have found Handyman Heroes through Yelp. I have used them for several jobs already, and we were very happy with their work. They're very prompt with their scheduling, and they have a very nice communication ethic. They set-up the whole area well, and they definitely clean up wonderfully after everything's done. I don't worry about little things needed fixing in the house (or at the backyard) because I know I can count on Handyman Heroes for the solutions. Our doors don't squeak and get stuck anymore. The knobs aren't hand-unfriendly anymore. Our water Reverse Osmosis system got new filters. I need to schedule them for plumbing stuff. There's so many things at home that needs maintained, and I just call them. So easy! Highly recommended!

Don't hesitate to hire Bill and his crew for your electrical needs. He was very knowledgeable and flexible and both Chris and Vicente were professional and thorough. Just what you want and expect from people doing the important work of wiring your house. We will certainly call upon them again if the need arises.

Mark was great! He came out within an hour on NYE to fix the circuit breaker that had blown during a power outage. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional. We will definitely use Flemming Electric for our future projects.

Kirill and Erin are two of the most courteous, transparent, thorough, and punctual contractors I've ever worked with. We were space-constrained, and Erin recommended a thoughtful and ultimately more accessible alternative for the placement of the EV charger. Absolutely top-notch work!

I needed a quote on some basic electrical work.  That was a month ago.  I never received my estimate.  When I called to inquire, I was told the estimate would be forthcoming.  Nope.  If Direct Electric does not want my business, just let me know.  I'll look elsewhere.  Which is what I'm doing right now.  :)

Called slightly after hours and Hector Santiago answered (scored points with me right there). We scheduled the next day for estimate and Hector arrived exactly on time (more points)!  Price was reasonable, i gave go ahead and just a day later three of the Santiago Brothers came in to tackle the work. And they did a great job! Highly recommend Santiago Electric with a well earned five stars.

Ry and his team are amazing. We're prepping our house for sale and needed a replacement cooktop installed. Ry came up the same day to cost it out and I had him price out a few other things (old outlets, malfunctioning light switch, etc.) His team was up the next day to do the work and their rates are very reasonable considering the quick turnaround.

Very professional service. Estimate was spot on. Definitely give them a call.

P.S. We ran into a faulty ceiling light issue just after I wrote this and Ry was able to fit us into his schedule within 24 hours to swap it out. We are very thankful.

I can only say, what a great company. I had a significant electrical problem that knocked out all the kitchen outlets as well as the dinning area. Art systematically located the problem and diagnosed what had occurred. There was a single wire that failed causing a domino effect. Unfortunately he would have to cut into the walls to fix this singular issue. He gave us a variety of solutions which was extremely professional. He fixed the entire situation and repaired the wall and cleaned the entire area. You would never know any work was done. I witnessed the craftsmanship and care of the work. He was prompt professional and finished the job in record time. It is amazing to find such good work at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

We couldn't be happier with the work performed by Dave from Blue Line Electric.  We have a 100 year old home, some of the electric wiring is original, and various non-electrician homeowners have updated in creative ways.

We called him because the electricity in two bedrooms went out. My husband and father-in-law worked on troubleshooting the problem all weekend and couldn't figure it out, so we knew it was going to be tough. Dave quoted us a very reasonable price to come out and fix it, and said he wouldn't charge at all us if he couldn't fix it.  
He came in 30 minutes (we were just happy to have someone answer their phone).  

Dave worked for over 5 hours, without giving up, in hot (attic) and frustrating conditions.  The entire time he was cheery and friendly.

He troubleshooted the problem and ended up fixing a loose connection in an electrical box, that was on a neutral side of the iine (making it very difficult to locate.)

We found him extremely knowledgeable.  It was a pleasure to talk with him and have him in our home.  Couldn't be happier. We ended up paying  him more money than he charged us.

Len is the best! So happy we called on him for our household electrical needs. We live in an old house and when the power went out, we knew he had an electrical issue on our hands. After a thorough inspection, Len installed a handful of new circuits and everything is running smoothly now. But what I am most impressed with was Len's professionalism and the care he took to carefully explain the issue and all of our options.

As new home owners, we always fear we're somehow being taken advantage of due to naiveté but with Len, I am confident we were in excellent hands.

This is a house in Oakland, worth almost 1 mil. I had never seen so much wasted wire. Seemed like the job was rush. Perhaps no permits were pulled because I doubt a home inspector would of allowed this.

I hired Chris to install a ceiling light in my master bedroom. He is very polite, humble and most importantly got the job done in 15 minutes! He seems very familiar with everything he is doing and has a very reasonable rate. I'd hire him again for any electrical related works.

I reached out to Authentic through Yelp on the weekend and Don got back to me Monday morning with availability to come that day or the next. My EV charger was on the fritz, and I wasn't sure if it was the fuse box or the charger itself.

Don and John showed up to my house exactly on time (how often does that happen?) and within an hour they had my charger up and running. I was mentally prepared to put out for a new charger, so was thrilled that they were able to fix my problem for the least possible cost.

After 15 years of renovations in this old house, I still haven't found an electrical company that I've been happy enough with to have back again - that's changed and Authentic Electrical is now my go-to.
