Bay Valley Electric has been my 100% go to company for over 16 years.  Not only have I had them install fairly extensive electrical work in my past 3 commercial/industrial business locations, I also have used them for work in my own home.  I think it is amazing that they have jobs ranging from tech company server rooms to custom 12,000 square ft. Atherton homes to small industrial buildings.  During the past 16 or so years, Bob at Bay Valley has been nothing but friendly, reliable, and fair.  Their work is absolutely of the highest quality as they have fixed many issues caused by previous professional electricians.  Bay Valley is not your over-night side work shop.  They do things correctly the first time, and other contractors have even complimented Bay Valley's work as other professionals often notice the little things that we don't.  On top of their great work, I appreciate the fact that Bay Valley's employees always do a perfect job cleaning up after the work is done.  They show a lot of respect for my property and the areas where they are working which is a huge plus in my book as I absolutely hate writing checks for an invoice and then getting the mop and broom out to clean up after a contractor leaves.  All the above is why they deserve 5 stars!!!!

I had a mystery in my house. One of the room in my house is out of power. I called Bahram. He came on time, knew what his business, identified the issue and solved the problem quickly. He is explained to me what is wrong, and identified and fixed some other electrical issues in the house. I am very happy with his work, and he will be my go to electrician from now on.

We had wires ran to our fireplace for a TV mount (the wires had to be hidden along the ceiling) and 2 exterior patio lights installed (and new wires/connections from the main electrical panel). Craig was very responsive, meticulous, and reasonable! We initially got a few quotes from different electricians... the first quote we received from a Bay Area company wanted to charge us 4x as much! Another electrician wanted to expand the project to be much more complicated. It just goes to show how you really need to explore your options even for simple projects.

When we met Craig and he described his process to us, we knew that he was someone who paid attention to detail. The work was completed in a day and a half -- we were extremely happy with the results. He's very personable and kind - our 2.5-year-old daughter thought he was hilarious. Really glad that we met Craig and we highly recommend him!

Williams Electric was great!  We called with the presenting issue of a number of outlets going out in the kitchen.  They quickly schedule a service appointment, but the very gracious Rhonda talked me through a few steps that allowed me to fix it minutes before the appointment was scheduled for.  I called Rhonda back, and asked if they could still come out to do an estimate for some additional outdoor outlets.  Geoff came out, and quickly gave me an estimate that was thoughtful, and suggested a cost saving solution of having someone else handle some of the work.  Five out of five stars for the support, *and* nice people!  Geoff was super friendly to my large dog as well.

I contacted BAY ELECTRIC in SF several weeks ago to fix/repair the long fluorescent light tube & fixture in the garage.  

Keven, the owner, responded, explained the problem and replaced/fixed it and cleaned up the area under the fixture where he was working.

He also replaced a light switch in the kitchen.

Years ago I had an electrical box with a timer installed in the garage to power a small deck.
I needed to have someone re-route the power  off of the timer and direct it to the existing gray electrical power box on the deck.  

Two days ago I called Kevin at BAY ELECTRIC in SF to do the job.  He was unable to come out but offered to send Yoni who also works at Bay Electric.  Yoni arrived promptly when he said he would.  I showed him what needed to be done.  

I offered him the ladder in the garage.  When he was finished he returned the ladder to its proper place and made sure the area under he was working was clean.

Yoni also checked the gray electrical box on the deck to make sure everything was working correctly.

I am extremely pleased with both Kevin and Yoni and their work ethics.  They are prompt, polite, professional and friendly to talk with.

It's the little things in life that mean so much to me.  I am confident now that Kevin & Yoni from BAY ELECTRIC in SF are at the other end of my phone call if/when I have any and all electrical issues in the future.

I am completely satisfied with Mark's work and he will now be my go-to for all of my electrician needs.  He installed a new outdoor outlet for a new hot tub that I purchased that required some trenching.  Mark did a great job, had it done fast and was extremely neat.  He didn't leave the area a mess! Mark had a great attitude and I felt comfortable with him working in my home and around my daughter.

Called WEC on Wednesday, the next day Kody came out and did the job, thoroughly!! He walked me through the process as he did the work, and answered any and all questions well. Nicely priced too. We will definitely be using WEC again. Highly recommended.

I had some plumbing work done by Bellows and the work was satisfactory. Here is the problem- I signed up for their  'Exclusive Home Service' for $120 that we would receive 3 annual tune-ups per year.

I was told it would be a one time cost and they would come out and inspect our home and would get a 10% discount on any work that may need doing. I called today to set up an appointment but was told my 'service' was only good for a year and had expired.

I went onto explain we were not told that there was an expiration and that I would not have signed up for this if I had been told that. In addition, the paperwork they provided doesn't mention an expiration date which to me means it is ongoing.

Be aware that their 'Exclusive Home Service' is only good for one year......

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.

They were quick to respond to the job I needed done. My tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again.

After reading several good reviews on the internet, I called 24/7 Electrical Services to look at a couple of AC outlets that were not working in my home. Marcos was my electrician. I can't say enough good things about him. From my initial call to the completion of work, my experience far exceeded my expectations. Great company, great people, great work, and very competitive pricing. Marcos even took the time to make some recommendations to bring my home up to code should I decide to do so in the future.  I will highly recommend them every chance I get.

Great job, they were a bit booked up so I had to wait awhile but they did a great job.  They troubleshooted a major power fault that was constantly tripping the front of our house.  They removed a bad external light and they consulted and added additional power plugs in the garage to help us power our Christmas lights this year because the front of our home's power has never been able to handle the load of Christmas lights before- until now!  We have a ton now, looks awesome!

Helped my family's first home be safe with a job to ground our gas line... and did excellent work! A family owned company that gives special attention that you just can't get with larger company. Going to have Bret and his team do some more work for us in the future too. A+

We called for some replacments on light fixtures and some dimmer switches. Tom did an amazing job installing them. We plan on calling back for their fast and efficient service.

This review is purely based off Doug and his responsiveness when our home was experiencing electrical issues. He gave me a quick call, asked a few questions and gave me a suggestion on what could be the root cause of the issue, and he was absolutely right. The issue at hand was determined to be the electric provider, but Doug's quick response and helpfulness still deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Had a great experience installing a 240v outlet. Chase was on time and was very pleasant to work with.

While we didn't proceed with the quote for budget reasons, we were pleased with their reliability, knowledge and follow through.

Just competed work for us, very professional, and did a great job, AND trued up the cost after the job was completed much quicker than expected. Would recommend!
