Holding licenses in both general and electrical contracting, I have an extensive background in lighting designs and electrical work. I specialize in design and installation of lighting and control systems, recessed lighting, mono rail and track lighting, art lighting, chandeliers, outdoor and security lighting, ceiling fans, lighting control and dimming, flat screen TVs, audio / visual systems, kitchen & bath remodels, appliances, troubleshooting and repairs and even, electric car charging stations.

HISTORY

Established in 1980.
With 30 years of experience in the field, Dave's skills include far more than just lighting and electrical work. He has worked on remodels, flipping houses, and a wide variety of other projects including boat building and building stage props for Bill Graham Presents. About 20 years ago, Dave and his team started working in cooperation with various lighting stores, lighting designers and interior decorators. This experience and understanding of your unique style and budgetary requirements will help you make the right decisions for your project. Had to get my panel replaced due to an installation of a Jacuzzi. Found Dave on yelp seem like a pretty nice guy. He came over gave me a quotation about half the price of anyone else that I had talked to previously very professional. He showed up on time and as promised did the whole job within the timeframe I needed done. And actually came in under budget. He is fully licensed and insured showed me the paperwork himself.
Even fed my dogs while I was at work!!

I would highly let recommend his services and also cleaned up all the mess before he left!!!

I have had Dave's Electric do numerous electrical repairs on my house. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and always competitively priced. I wouldn't ever use anyone else. I have referred several friends and neighbors to Dave's Electric and everyone is pleased and satisfied with the work. Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy. I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet. He did a great job.

Dave does excellent work. My home office had been dim for years, with no ceiling lights and little natural light. Dave created a lighting plan and installed five recessed lights that can be adjusted and dimmed, and now it feels like I have a whole new office. I'm happy with the results, and I highly recommend Dave's services. He worked quickly but carefully, and he vacuumed up after every step to keep drywall dust to a minimum. Hire Dave!

I have an odd-shaped, loft-style condo with super high ceilings that presented many lighting challenges. Dave did an outstanding job designing and installing a monorail light system. He basically had to spend 3+ days on a 20-foot ladder and get the monorail lights to line up correctly in a living space that looks rectangular but is actually slightly curved and wider at one end than the other. I know that getting it correct was a major headache. Nevertheless, he was very professional and on budget. I was very happy with his service and love my new lights and ceiling fan.
