After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

After a monsoon on Friday and visible water damage on Saturday, Venturi came out and went to work right away! Extremely professional and clean and thorough. Special thanks to team Arnie and Angel for the work they did on our house. They really helped us set my mind at ease. I would definitely call them again but hopefully I will not have to :-)

This company violated several best practices: (1.) They did the testing and provided the quote for the cleanup. The testing and quote should be done by independent companies. This being the first time I dealt with a remediation/abatement, I wasn't aware of this and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge.  (2.) The documentation of the sampling was non-existent. They said they took several samples and when my second testing company reviewed the house, they found no indications of any sampling. When I inquired about the sampling locations, the EES rep (Chris) said he found the material on the ground and didn't actually take it from the listed location. (3.) The other testing companies independently agreed that the lab used by EES falsified the results.

Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, however, that doesn't mean much when the company is using scare tactics to inflate the scope of the project beyond what's truly needed. They might do a good job cleaning up a site but don't make the same mistake I did. Have the sampling done by a 3rd party.

I highly recommend working with Arizona Restoration Specialists. I called their team this summer when I came home from vacation to a major water leak. Brian from their team came out right away and helped me to locate the leak and work with the plumbing team to diagnose the overall issue.

Brian was extremely thorough in his job, and explained the process to me step by step and made sure I was comfortable with each action that was taken. He was very knowledgable and patient, which was very reassuring. He also went above and beyond to make sure that the work he completed was done the right way -- nothing was rushed, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Because of the scope of our project, ARS helped to connect us to a trusted contractor, and has overseen both the insurance and restoration process. We could not be happier with their dedication to service!

I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

Installed new windows in my house and one large window had a leak over the years causing damage to the drywall. It was a large rounded window with lots of damage.  Repairing the drywall looked like a losing battle and was going to be forced to start over around my new window. Called Robbie, he looked at it and gave me a date.

He arrived today 8/15/22 on time and within 3 hours he was finished. He's done work for me before and the consistency is flawless. Not only is he talented and skilled, he's friendly, fair pricing, on time, professional, timely at his work and simply a great businessman. I will never use anyone else. NEVER! He's that good all the way around.

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

WOW!!!  They've just gotten started on our house but so far the service has been AMAZING.  The owner is smart, professional and thorough.  He took the time to come out and see our situation in person and talk with our insurance adjustor.  They work with insurance ALL the time and it shows:-)))  

I had several companies come look before I called PuroClean and they seemed so shady I kept calling around.  When I called I spoke with Linda for only 5 minutes and realized this was the company to use!

I first used this service many years ago, and I had forgot about them, then found them again! They are reasonably priced, show up when they say they will and do a great job. The son is now working in the business too. We had started out using the Dad, who I guess has limited the time he works. No problem....we highly recommend them!

The quality of the work does not deserve 1 star. That's was the only way to post a comment. On top of that he was almost an hour late. Would not recommend!!!!!

Acuity and their team are awesome. Gabby is a complete joy to work with and she was very adamant about getting every detail taken care of with the insurance, she does not back down. Matthew did a great job with the project!!! Yes, some of these reviews complain but understand, we are all humans and we all make mistakes..... Difference is on how it is handled, communication is a must. Yes there we some issues but Matthew was diligent and took care of what was needed because we communicated. Overall they did a FANTASTIC job and would recommend 1000%

They went above and beyond, absolutely love these guys!!!

The company did a very nice job on our floors.  When finished, you will have the option of paying with a credit card at one price or in cash at a lesser price.  Be sure to inspect all of your electrical that they used when they did the work before paying.  A few days after they left and we were in the process of getting the house back together we had to call in an electrician to repair problems that they caused and did not tell us about.  We have contacted them about this but have heard nothing.

Hercules Contractor - Warning DO NOT use this contractor!
1. 2020 Laundry Room Remodel with Hercules - Oct 28, 2020 to Dec 1, 2020. Further work had to be done to complete remodel because homeowner no longer wanted to continue with Hercules Contractor.
2. Hercules Estimate exceeded final price by $8000.00 plus. Materials listed in price included purchased materials but returns that Hercules laborers took back were never credited on final invoice. Hercules added 15% upcharge for materials. Errors resulted in additional two weeks of labor charges that Hercules owner said he would not charge for since it was their errors but the labor hours were added anyway to final price. The Hercules invoice was the most unprofessional that I have ever seen.
3. Rework, project lead errors, miscommunication between all management & labors, labors unskilled, subcontractors unskilled. Lead manager of project totally unqualified.
4. One day notice they arrived to do demo. No drawings or plans for laundry room remodel even after walls demo'd and hot water heater removed. Space was totally open however lead project manager measured space available wrong. Homeowner provided rough drawings & plans and revised work as demo continued for walls, concrete for plumbing & new sink, dryer venting & electrical. Homeowner looked for advice and guidance by contractor but management only directed labors to make changes based on homeowner ideas despite lack of space in the area to complete.
5. Hercules plumber rerouting plumbing after digging out concrete advised homeowner to cut off existing access to hot/cold water at old sink/drain plumbing based on licensed plumbing guidelines but his evaluation and estimates were wrong. Resulting in no access to plumbing of hot/cold water and drainage from old system once concrete poured limiting new plumbing design.
6. Hercules never secured a written contract with the plumbing subcontractors for Navien tankless hot water heater. Original plumbing subcontractor quit. Original plumber installed Tankless Hotwater heater improperly (resulted in delay of new tankless hot water heater installation and work could not proceed until completed). Navien Sales Rep was called at least 4 times to diagnose possible installation errors, however, he admitted he was not a plumbing installer.
7. Hercules brought in another plumbing contractor to complete installation. They were called many times by Lead Project Manager to come out to homeowner's house to make changes to Navien tankless hotwater heater & system however, Lead PM knew nothing about plumbing and was directing this plumbing contractor to make changes, such as, drainage that was never properly connected or replumb connections and dipswitch changes.
8. Completed drywall was torn down at many locations for rework, new plumbing for new sink was changed many times. Sink that Lead Project Manager said would fit in corner space could not fit. Walls again had to be torn down and reopened that took space from garage to fit a new sink. Hercules Owner said he would pay for it, however, he added all labor changes to final bill. Owner directed laborer to use 2x6 to frame new space taken from the garage for the new sink. 2x6 used approx. 1  1/2 more inches of space that was desperately need for  a sink to fit. Only one small bar sink size was able to fit in the space now and cost approx. $300.
9. On 1/8/21, homeowner hired Mark One Plumbing, Navien Service Specialist:   one of several Specialists listed on Navien website - to check that Navien Tankless Waterheater was installed correctly. This is what Mark One plumbing stated:
a. NaviCirc recycle valve was installed by Hercules - MarkOne plumbing stated internal Waterheater setting and Dipswitches were not set as required in the installation and operating instructions manual. Mark One made the necessary adjustments.
b. Exhaust aluminum and pvc pipe coming off the unit was not angled properly and excess moisture and steam would have accumulated in it; causing the moisture to go back into the unit and require the motor to work harder and eventually destroy the motor.
