After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

After my original post we had Justin check into it and did find that a mistake was made and they took care of it. No instead of the original bill for the $1,196.46 they corrected it to be $677.56 much closer to the amount I guess it would be.  So thank you to Justin for the correction I really appreciate it.

Called Everclear and Chris came the next day. He was so thorough, professional and took the time to explain things to me. No unnecessary sales pitch. Will definitely call this company again.

At the beginning of every year I like to think about the good things that came to me in the past year. I am so thankful that I became acquainted with Doug Bowers of Arizona Restoration Specialists. I live in California, and my condo in Phoenix had  a leak from the air handler. Doug and his crew worked with the insurance company so that I did not have to be present.  Doug looked over my insurance policy and found more coverage than I knew that I had. Doug ended  up remodeling a good part of the condo and I was only responsible for the deductible.  My condo ended up being updated unexpectedly! I went down to see the condo afte the work had been done. I could not believe my eyes. Most important Doug and his crew are people of integrity. I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

I am a renter. I am at the mercy of my landlord to select companies for repairs. We needed a section of drywall replaced in our office. My boyfriend works M-F but I, luckily, have Mondays off of work. July 24 was the first day he came out. I waited at home for him to come by and just look at what needed to be repaired... he told me he would be back one week later on the following Monday and he would text me or call me with the specific time he would be over. I advised my landlord, as she had requested to come by to check out the work after it was finished. I messaged him the evening before he was supposed to come, hoping to get an idea of a timeframe when I needed to be home) working almost 50 hours a week, my Mondays are extremely important to me. No response. I proceeded about my Monday as usual, running errands and spending time with my daughter. He called me 3 times while I was in a morning movie showing with my daughter. When I called him back afterwards, he was upset at me for not answering my phone earlier........ He told me he would be by later that day between 1pm and 1:30pm. It was 2:45pm when he finally showed up. He did his work, keeping my garage and the door to he garage opened. It got to about 87 degrees in the house... Then he told me he needed to come back! Again, we planned for a week out on my only weekday off. And again he told me he would actually text me with the time he was planning to come by. August 7 came. I hadn't heard from him so I made plans to go to the MVD and take care of some things. He finally calls in the afternoon and says he can come by after lunch. I regretfully cancel and tell him he has to come on another day but that my brother is in town and staying at he house. He tells me he can come the next day, Tuesday should be fine. Tuesday morning I get a text from him telling me he can't come until Wednesday. Okay. I was off early at 3pm Wednesday. He called me, conveniently, as I was leaving work and said he would meet me shortly. Over an hour later he shows up. I was only home for about an hour while he was here and then I advised him I needed to leave to pick my daughter up. My brother was still at the house. The guy finished the drywall work. I came home about 45 minutes later and my garage door was still opened...my brother didn't even know he had left! Oh well...Thank goodness that's all done! Except now...we have freaking drywall crap EVERYWHERE!!! The printer, a laptop, the computer chair, a mirror/painting, the computer desk, our file cabinets...

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

Reviewed PuroClean back in December, but I want to make sure that the staff who packed and unpacked the pod get the credit they are due. All the furniture and boxes were returned in perfect shape. Vikki and Louis were very professional, yet friendly and personable. I certainly do not want any water damage in the future, but if I do, I certainly want Puroclean on the job!

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of.  Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property.  He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.  
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent.  It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants.  I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing.  Having  taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.  
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used Martin's All Floors for years and had them again today. They never disappoint! They are a family owned company, always on time and do an amazing job. Im so tired of poor customer service that I have to shout it from the rooftop when we have great customer service. They are an awesome company and I highly recommend.

I purchased a home in March of this year knowing I would need to have some work done on my new home. I contacted Matthew at Acuity Builders and we met to discuss my plans. After one meeting I was happy to know work would start in a short amount of time. The work was completed as promised, on time and at the budget/estimate price that was as quoted. They worked on our saltillo tile floors and the result was jaw-dropping amazing!

I am selling my house and needed to get my saltillo tile cleaned up -- it just looked dirty and worn from years of use and lack of maintenance.  I called the number on their web site and Dave, the owner, answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment and he came over to look at the tile, figured what needed to be done, and offered two quotes for two different approaches to getting the work done. Once that was decided, we scheduled the work -- he was available within the week, which was important because we needed it done quickly!

The results were amazing -- our floors were SHINY, they had cleaned the tile and grout,  blended in the colors so they looked more even, filled in and colored portions of tile that were gouged out, filled in some cracks, also evened out the coloring of the grout. It was simply unbelievable!

The guys who worked on our tile also took a lot of pride in their work, and it showed. Before we came back in to see the final results, they said prepare to get your mind blown! -- and it was truly mind-blowing!

They also leave you with documented instructions on how to properly care for your saltillo tile. I will be leaving this with the new home owners, along with MTR's contact info.

We had an absolutely horrendous experience with Michael Irving at Hercules Restoration.

We run a successful property management company in Los Angeles and own investment property in Phoenix. We chose Mike over the many other contractors we talked to when some of our drainage pipes collapsed at our property causing all kinds of water issues. We chose Mike because he told us all the sales bologna that we wanted to hear before we got started with him. Many things needed to be done such as the insurance company needed to be contacted to file a claim and collect money, restoration work needed to be done, flooring ripped up, pipes replaced, renovations done, and more.

It took Mike 3 months just to get the mitigation work done which was just ripping out the drywall. He then hired a plumber he's never worked with that he met on another job site that day to come to some digging into the foundation to look at the pipes. They left all of their debris and trash lying all around the property. They didn't throw any of it away or take it to the dump. Then Mike charged us $6,000 for this restoration & plumbing work.

After begging Mike for months to submit estimates to insurance and to please finish the work that needed to be done to get our property fixed back up so we could rent it, Mike still continued to do nothing. He would tell us he was always working on it and that he would get to it and literally no work would get done. We thought maybe if we pay him for the first step of the project, that he would continue with the rest. We paid him the $6,000 and then he never lifted a finger again on the project. He never brought any more plumbers over, never responded to our text messages, never did any work, never did anything. He would ignore our text messages and calls. 6 months has gone by and he still did not do anything and did not make any progress.

Doing all of this from Los Angeles has been horrifying. We chose someone we thought we could trust from a distance to handle our property and in turn Mike Irving has costed us tens of thousands of dollars in wasted work and loss of rental income. We had to fire Mike and get a new contractor that we are now happy with.

STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL IRVING!!! HE IS THE WORST SERVICE PROFESSIONAL WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
