After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

After getting what we thought was a ridiculous estimate from our insurance company for reconstruction after a flood in our home. We called Venturi and their team of professionals took the must needed steps to come in and make it right. We are now moving in a great direction and having the help of a project manager that brings our needs to fix our home and also do additional work since we are already in the mess of things beginning torn up. This is making the hassle of this whole experience at least worth it and we feel understood and that they care about our home as much as we do.

My elderly parent had water leaking from an upstairs condo into their condo and they called Everclear Environmental Solutions to check for mold. Bruce Wescogame has been very helpful in having an independent air quality test performed and giving a real clear and comprehensive plan for remediation. Bruce has been very helpful guiding my parents and looking out for their health.

We live in Colorado and have a home in Carefree. We had a pipe burst while we were out of state . AZ Restoration was very prompt to respond and very easy to work with  . Dean McArthur from AZ restoration met our house sitter and took care of getting everything cleaned up. He kept me informed all along the way to include calls after hours and on weekends when necessary . He and Sharon gave us peace of mind and took care of everything to include lining up a quality contractor for the repairs so we didn't have to make an extra trip to AZ . I would highly recommend! I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The Drywall Guy remodeled an outdated built-in for me yesterday, they did the demo, framing, installed new drywall, and a few repairs. I'm very impressed with their work, perfect and beyond my exception. They are also very fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

Great communication and an eye for detail . Removed the stress of dealing with the insurance company.

Hello, AVOID this company! As a former customer, I suffered the following: extended and extended deadlines, remodeling and installing wrong material and appliances. Some of which remained bcuz I wanted to end project and other returned causing additional delays and stress. Note these were only a few of the multiple and disasters we suffered with Acuity Bulders. Expect to be the project manager if you golet them. Because of the consistent mishaps initially, I had to keep a family member onsite to make sure things were getting done correctly.   This is not just a disgruntled customer but very disappointed person and highly recommend go elsewhere. A  contractor use sticky paper to protect my Saltillo tile and when
they removed the paper It took the top layer to the tile off.  I was just
sick.  I found Mexican Tile Restoration on line and called them, they
did an wonderful job. The entire floor looks better now and there is
not a trace of damage left.   I highly recommend this company.

Do not use this company!!!
Mike Irving is horrible to work with. There are way too many reputable companies to work with than to deal with this one. If you want anything done in a timely manner it won't happen. Just save yourself the headache and go with a reliable company.
