Best Damage Restorations in United States

After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

We just complete a master bath shower renovation using Venturi (they were recommended to us by our insurer).  Overall, the project and the results were excellent, they could not have been better.  Communication during the project was on-going and they were excellent advisors to us when selecting tile.  A special shout out to Ed Corbett, Tara Hawkins, Larry, Luis and the two guys who first came out to deal with the water damage.  Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

This is likely one of the most important reviews I will ever write. Bruce and his whole team are phenomenal. Bruce's knowledge, professionalism and compassion are unparalleled in any industry and unheard of in this one. EVERYONE needs a water/mold inspection and I would not trust anyone else to handle any restoration besides Everclear Environmental. Believe me, we've seen the worst with other companies, and EES was able to reverse it. Our home is finally safe and better than ever, thanks to their care. We are infinitely grateful.

I came home to a hot water leak and didn't know who to call.  Looked up hot water heater leak and Arizona Restoration Specialist came up.  Called Doug and him and his son were here within 30 minutes.  I cannot emphasis how amazing his entire family has been thru this process.  Not only were they here on time and ready to go they were clean, fast and trustworthy.  They had the plumber and the construction guys ready to go and I didn't have to worry about a thing.  Being a single woman you don't know who to trust and who you can rely on and they are the BEST!  Thank you so much for putting my house back together!

I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Had them replace a bedroom ceiling including installation. did outstanding job he even did a small extra patch job and it was excellent. Thos is my go to for any drywall work from now on

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

We experienced water damage due to a sewer line breakage under a concrete slab.  PuroClean was fantastic and greatly helped us during the entire process.  Their team was professional, experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable.  Having PuroClean work on the home was one of the few bright points to the whole ordeal.   I would highly recommend calling PuroClean if you have water damage or other disaster in your home!

This company did a fantastic job trimming all of our trees.  Our arborist and his crew was easy to work with, punctual  and extremely knowledgeable. Our property has never looked better.   We were even impressed with the clean up leaving nothing behind. We will always call Phoenix Trim a Tree whenever we need any tree work done.

After getting a $10K estimate to replace my 14 year old carpet, I decided to give John a call for a good cleaning instead. I'm so glad I did!! My carpet looks new again and we saved well over $9K. They've cleaned our carpet in the past and restored our tile/grout. We always get the same reliable and professional service at a very fair price. It's nice to have a local, family company who sincerely appreciates your business. We will never go with anyone else.

I bought a living social deal after reading others reviews. We had a deal for 3 rooms. The cleaner was polite, carpet was well cleaned and they gave us a great deal when we added another room and spot treatments! We would use them again for sure.

Hello, AVOID this company! As a former customer, I suffered the following: extended and extended deadlines, remodeling and installing wrong material and appliances. Some of which remained bcuz I wanted to end project and other returned causing additional delays and stress. Note these were only a few of the multiple and disasters we suffered with Acuity Bulders. Expect to be the project manager if you golet them. Because of the consistent mishaps initially, I had to keep a family member onsite to make sure things were getting done correctly.   This is not just a disgruntled customer but very disappointed person and highly recommend go elsewhere. Best of luck with with your project.

This company came across as the answer to all of our problems....$2000 later..... MORE PROBLEMS.  I want to cry problems.  
Our Tile was installed beautifully with the wrong color grout.  We found Mexican Tile Restoration who said they could stain our grout to any color that we wanted.
The day the crew came my husband told Dave (owner) that the floor needed to be  vacuumed  (we have dogs) and even offered to do so himself. Dave assured him that the floor would be thoroughly vacuumed before they stained the grout. The tile would need to be sealed for a final time after they fixed the grout.  My husband has been diligently working on sealing the grout and its been taking forever.  I decide its time I try to help and get things moving a little faster which is very hard when you have a toddler and a baby.  The closer I get to it, the more I realize that this job is a total, complete scam.  There is dog hair woven all through out the new  grout color.  They did not vacuum.  They did not prep.  I approached my husband and he said that he had gone through all of the emotions I was feeling right now and thats what has been taking him so long.  He was going through and picking out each solitary hair with a knife  before he could lay down the sealer.  Hours and hours of extended prep work to do a normal sealant job.  It would have taken less time to change the grout color ourselves.  When my husband confronted Dave, he said that they vacuumed the floor 3 times before staining the grout. He claimed every time they moved furniture there was more dog hair and they couldn't do anything about it. Keep in mind we only have 2 dogs and they stay in a back room and don't have free run of the house. Also, the pictures taken here are in the hallway and there is absolutely no furniture in the hallway. In addition to the dog hair problems, they were quite sloppy with the grout stain. See this picture where grout joints were completely missed and tiles were painted with grout stain (are they drunk?) Overall, Dave is a smooth talker, who talks about how sloppy every other crew is, but in reality him and his crew are just careless slobs as well. I would not recommend this company if you are somebody who cares about detail.

Mike Irving is horrible to work with. There are way too many reputable companies to work with than to deal with this one. If you want anything done in a timely manner it won't happen. Just save yourself the headache and go with a reliable company.
