After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

After my original post we had Justin check into it and did find that a mistake was made and they took care of it. No instead of the original bill for the $1,196.46 they corrected it to be $677.56 much closer to the amount I guess it would be.  So thank you to Justin for the correction I really appreciate it.

We had Chris from Everclear give us a bid the same day we called them for a mold problem. He said they could start remediation the next day and cure our problem. However the landlord turned out to be a slumlord and has not yet taken care of the mold. The good news is Chris bent over backwards to help us in many ways. He helped in clearing our personal belongings out of the laundry room and fogged the house and scrubbed the air after we sealed the laundry room.  I hope we never have the problem again, but if we do Everclear will be the first and only company we call.

We called AZ restoration in March. Dean was the first to come out and give us an idea of what was going on. He even took the time to speak with me after I got off work since I had questions my husband couldn't answer. Next, we interacted with Doug. He took time out of his evening to speak with me. They were very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, reliable, were very courteous in our home and we felt extremely comfortable with their entire team. Doug has so much knowledge about insurance claims and he even helped us navigate that process. Thanks again Doug and Dean. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely hire again

Thank you BOR Best Option Restoration!!!  they did mold remediation at my house and were awesome!  great communication, right on time, super thorough and when they found the problem was not nearly as bad as first thought - they lowered the estimate SUBSTANTIALLY and did a beautiful clean up job!   Thank you family Allen!

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Had them replace a bedroom ceiling including installation. did outstanding job he even did a small extra patch job and it was excellent. Thos is my go to for any drywall work from now on

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

The team was great. Referred a contractor who worked with the restoration team and directly with the insurance company to repair water damaged island in my kitchen. Francisco was professional and personable. They handled everything with deliberate care. Good communication through the process.

Great company if you need water or other contaminants removed safely.

We have used Martin's All Floors for years and had them again today. They never disappoint! They are a family owned company, always on time and do an amazing job. Im so tired of poor customer service that I have to shout it from the rooftop when we have great customer service. They are an awesome company and I highly recommend.

My husband and I recently used Sunshine Carpet Cleaning for a large area rug in our family room. We tried cleaning it ourselves and failed to remove the smell of pet urine - actually making it worse - que Sunshine to our rescue! Very honest and reliable company. Danny was great to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. We're absolutely planning to use them again and will recommend them to others!

Terrible! Gabby from Acuity came out in December, said she would send me a quote that week but instead she just disappeared. After a month of me texting, vm, and trying to get a response, I finally called her boss. Within 10 minutes she then responds (where had she been the entire month I was leaving her messages) and says I have to get back in touch with the restoration company. I said they are done, I paid them, and my deductible with insurance is already satisfied. She then argues with me that insurance never does that. Well, don't know what to tell you Gabby but thats what they did and my deductible is satisfied. I just need your quote that I have been asking for over a month. She then tells me I have to sign a contract before they will give me a quote. What??!! You want me to sign a contract and THEN you'll tell me how much it costs? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Acuity Builders.

A  contractor use sticky paper to protect my Saltillo tile and when
they removed the paper It took the top layer to the tile off.  I was just
sick.  I found Mexican Tile Restoration on line and called them, they
did an wonderful job. The entire floor looks better now and there is
not a trace of damage left.   I highly recommend this company.

Absolute TRASH. Cheap. Dirty. Refused to pay me for the final week that I had worked there of 1200.00 because of two t shirts I had still in my car. When I addressed it with them, they requested I adjusted my time cards for 2 months back.
