After a monsoon on Friday and visible water damage on Saturday, Venturi came out and went to work right away! Extremely professional and clean and thorough. Special thanks to team Arnie and Angel for the work they did on our house. They really helped us set my mind at ease. I would definitely call them again but hopefully I will not have to :-)

Called Everclear and Chris came the next day. He was so thorough, professional and took the time to explain things to me. No unnecessary sales pitch. Will definitely call this company again.

I live in California, and my condo in Phoenix had  a leak from the air handler. Doug and his crew worked with the insurance company so that I did not have to be present.  Doug looked over my insurance policy and found more coverage than I knew that I had. Doug ended  up remodeling a good part of the condo and I was only responsible for the deductible.  My condo ended up being updated unexpectedly! I went down to see the condo afte the work had been done. I could not believe my eyes. Most important Doug and his crew are people of integrity. I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The Drywall Guy remodeled an outdated built-in for me yesterday, they did the demo, framing, installed new drywall, and a few repairs. I'm very impressed with their work, perfect and beyond my exception. They are also very fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

PuroClean Systems was covered by Liberty Mutual insurance for me, and they helped mitigate damage in my drywall and made sure everything was good.  They were able to resolve the issues quickly and I definitely recommend them!

We had these guys out last year. Very professional, quick and price competitive. The estimator was very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, clearly identified with company vehicles and uniforms. Restoration clean-up was awesome, you couldn't tell they were here. A definite recommendation.

After getting a $10K estimate to replace my 14 year old carpet, I decided to give John a call for a good cleaning instead. I'm so glad I did!! My carpet looks new again and we saved well over $9K. They've cleaned our carpet in the past and restored our tile/grout. We always get the same reliable and professional service at a very fair price. It's nice to have a local, family company who sincerely appreciates your business. We will never go with anyone else.

I'm giving one star for the lack of service we received, our carpets may be clean but I'm quite disgruntled with our clear miscommunication. First I called to make sure my needs could be met as I wanted to get his current groupon deal which was 3 rooms and a staircase cleaning for $69. I informed him that I only needed our small living room space and staircase done, would it be cheaper to purchase the groupon or just go through him. Marty informed me that it would in fact be cheaper to go through groupon and since I did not need the other two rooms he would waive the $15 travel fee. So I said great I will purchase it, I scheduled for the following day at 10. He said he would be there from 10-12 well 10:30 rolls around and still no show. So I thought well maybe he meant between 10-12 I texted him to confirm our appointment and received no response 12:10 comes and still no show. I call when he answers he said I have next week, I inform him that no we scheduled for today. He said oh well I will be there later. Ok, so 2 comes and he finally shows and we have to hustle back to our house. He then tells me that he will be charging me a $20 not $15 travel fee, and that he never said he would waive the fee. I say whatever I will pay it. We decided since we have to pay the fee may as well have our small 5x7 rug cleaned, as it is a 3 room and staircase deal it should be included, right? Wrong! He charged and extra $25
So bottom line if you want to wait around all day, get lied to about fees go to him. Yea our carpets may look nice, not worth being lied to and continued miscommunication.

Terrible! Gabby from Acuity came out in December, said she would send me a quote that week but instead she just disappeared. After a month of me texting, vm, and trying to get a response, I finally called her boss. Within 10 minutes she then responds (where had she been the entire month I was leaving her messages) and says I have to get back in touch with the restoration company. I said they are done, I paid them, and my deductible with insurance is already satisfied. She then argues with me that insurance never does that. Well, don't know what to tell you Gabby but thats what they did and my deductible is satisfied. I just need your quote that I have been asking for over a month. She then tells me I have to sign a contract before they will give me a quote. What??!! You want me to sign a contract and THEN you'll tell me how much it costs? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Acuity Builders.

I highly recommend Dave Richardson and his crew for care and restoration of saltillo tile floors. They're punctual, professional, and really know the business. My floors look terrific!

Do not use this company. This project took about 6 months to complete. Phone calls were never returned. We were over charged around $1000 for work that was not done and when we tried to get in contact for said work the only reply we ever got was we signed the finishing contract. Do not sign anything until you receive a written letter about what was done.
