The owner, Nathan Williams, has been a resident of Phoenix Valley (East Valley) for the past 21 years. Mr. Nathan Williams started his Residential irrigation career here in 2002. Nathan has a great deal of experience in (ALL) aspects of residential irrigation systems. He’s Confident in his years of experience to be the right person to make your household irrigation issue(s) understood and fixed with a proposal on the spot. Always offering FREE estimates as well as an honest service charge if you need a diagnostic service. Very upfront with all customers and prospective customers. I messaged Nate at Williams late Sunday night, and he was out early Monday morning to fix a broken irrigation line that was flooding the yard and street. Also fixed some broken valves and adjusted my sprinkler heads. Definitely plan to use them again in the future, excellent service.

Update: We ended up having Nate add sod to our front yard and the change was fantastic. Check out the Before/After photos. :)

I called in a panic as our drip system had been on for several hours and I could not get it to shut off. The gentleman we got on the phone was beyond helpful. Talked me though how to shut the water off and how to repair the issue. I could not ask for better customer service. He was so knowledgeable and courteous.

Nate is wonderful! He is responsive, detailed oriented, refreshingly honest, and it is very obvious he has integrity. These were the main selling points we loved about Nate. In addition, he has very reasonable pricing. I really appreciated the feedback and ideas to make our yard something beautiful. We are still in process of refining the plan. As far as the plan, sod installation, curbing, sprinkler install, and valve repair.

Nate and his team did a great job. Installed an entire new sprinkler system with 6 total zones. We had them install 4 dripper lines and 2 grass zones. It took them about 4 days to get everything installed including the new timer and getting the new copper plumbing installed.
Nate also talked me into installing sod instead of seed since his price was so affordable. The time it would have taken to get the seed bed installed and the seed growing would not have been worth it. I have a great winter sod lawn installed that looks amazing. Its been installed for about 6 weeks now, and my family and I have been enjoying it already.
I included 4 photos, a before construction photo, a photo of the trenches they dug to install the watering system, a photo immediately after they were done, and a photo from 6 weeks after. In the last photo you can see we have new plants in the ground against the far wall where one of the new dripper lines was installed.
Besides the great work Nate and his team did, they cleaned up after themselves. The place looked spotless to the point that it was hard to tell where they had dug their trenches for the water lines.
Nate and the team did a fantastic job for a great price. I will hire them again if or when my sprinkler system needs maintenance.

I spoke to Nate when I scheduled an appointment, he was friendly and made sure to really explain the service/what we were paying for. The tech, Dominic, came out to check out our system and make sure everything was running smoothly, he was very friendly and helpful.
After he left and I paid, I realized the appointment didn't take nearly as long as Nate originally discussed with me. I called Nate back to verify the charge was still correct, due to the shorter appointment time/amount of work that was done, he refunded me a portion of my payment and agreed the original amount was too high for what was received. If we ever have an issue with our system I will definitely be calling them back!

Initially we got a bid to fix water pressure and a valve system on our front yard with another company; the bid was upwards of $6K, which is insane! I found Williams Sprinkler on Yelp and noticed they were close to me and had a good reputation. Curtis was responsive on phone calls, showed up on time, and communication throughtout was tremendous. Dealing with contractors, communication can be the biggest headache, but not with Williams Sprinklers; they kept me informed every step of the project. Nate joined Curtis on a complex valve changed and delivered! We now have grass growing back in spots that were dead due to bad water pressure and sprinkler heads.

I am happy with my new sprinkler system and recommend Williams Sprinkler & Irrigation on a fantastic install!

Incredible response and top-notch work from Nate at Williams Sprinkler & Irrigation. I noticed flooding from a sprinkler valve failure during rye overseed, threatening growth of my winter grass. With flow off to the system, I was hand-watering to get by and hoping to setup a fix fast. I reached out to Nate, who had helped on another project a few years ago. After connecting on a Friday, he offered to come out and inspect over the weekend (above and beyond). We were unable to align schedules, so he dropped by early Monday, had the valve replaced in no time, and charged a very competitive rate, compared to what I experienced for a similar repair at my last home. The level of communication and quality of work will have me calling on all of my projects going forward. Thanks again, Nate!

Nate and crew replaced my old poly irrigation system with PVC. He stopped by for a free quote and walked me thru what he expected and delivered an accurate quote for the work, which came in much lower than the next closest vendor. The work took one day longer than expected but Nate was upfront about that and it didn't impact the final cost, so it was not a major issue as I just wanted the final product to be of quality. Upon completion we walked the system together, he set the timer and everything is working well.

WSI is fantastic! Being an older widowed female, I am always concerned that I will be taken advantage of. WSI refurbished my existing sprinkler system. I was prepared to have to start all over again.

Very responsive. Took the time to walk the yard and listen to my concerns with the existing system. They explained the differences I. The materials they uses vs what I was buying from Home Depot. Their products were commercial grade thicker pipes better distribution etc.

It took a few days longer than expected but it was very very hot and they guys got over heated. Not really an issue but he communicated with me about it and showed concern for his workers.

I've been very happy so far and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend

I have used Williams Sprinkler & Irrigation several times and have been extremely pleased with the service, quality and pricing. Nate has been extremely helpful and patient with working with me on my budget to transform my backyard from a desolate space of ugly lava rock and block walls into an oasis surrounded by lush landscaping and greenery.

Nate listens to your needs and your budget and never tries to upsell you. He stands by his work and has a good crew. These are some of the things I used Williams Sprinkler & Irrigation for:

Complete irrigation system in backyard including installation of smart irrigation controller, all new valves and lines and sod installation. Irrigation to my entire 150' hedge of 33 trees.

New valves in front of house and running electrical from front to back to place everything on one smart irrigation controller.

New copper plumbing at front of house that includes a pressure vacuum breaker.

I will definitely continue to use Nate and his services and highly recommend him.

We just hired Williams to fix severe problems with irrigation in the house we recently purchased. Nate showed up to investigate the day I contacted him, on time. Our HOA was about to fine us and we needed help. Nate thoroughly analyzed the problems in our yard, and suggested that he replace most of the system, but retain the few serviceable components.
He and his crew showed up as expected, did exactly what he had recommended, and a little more as he discovered even more problems underground. He kept the original price even though he ended up doing more work than planned.

He then returned twice after the fact to make adjustments needed due to tree installations. His price to perform the work was comparable to other quotes we obtained from other vendors. Throughout our experience, Nate was responsive to our needs, and kept in the mind the pressure being exerted by the HoA.

He did a fine job, and we will continue to use Williams Sprinkler for our ongoing needs as we continue to develop our property.

One of our valves would not shut off. The repair guy was nice and agreed we needed a new diaphragm in the valve . Diaphragms are around $5.. He didn't have them on the truck . He did have new valves at $125. These same valves are less than $20 at Home Depot. He also said he'd have to replace a bunch of pipe to get the valve installed . I've replaced these valves before and had no issues with the pipes. I said goodbye.

YoI used Nate a few times, I was very pleased at the work he did. I called him for a leak, and was surprised at his manspaining. I was annoyed at this, and his smoking, as smoking is not permitted on the property, but I could deal with it. Monday morning comes, and no Nate. No response to texts, nothing. I hired someone else who did a fantastic job, more too, at half the cost of William's. Hey Nate, the advice on my life is none of your business. Take your own advice, and quit smoking and knock off the condescending attitude.
Nate, you know exactly you I am, it is not a fake review. I wil.let all my friends know about you additude towards women. All of them. I will even post it on my wall. You are a Male chauvinist pig. Overcharging women. As far as knowing me, you knew enough to bad mouth me and my life, you are you to judge me? Yelp can remove the review, but can't touch my wall. Nate, think about that as you reek of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. You also called me stupid and dumb, your a smoker, how stupid is that? Fake review, yeah, right! These guys did a great job from start to finish. Nate the owner was on site everyday making sure that the things we discussed were happening. Everyone on the job spoke English as well. The prices we were expecting the job to cost was exactly what we paid and very reasonable. My yard was all dirt and rock they started on Monday and by friday the job was done.

We had Nate and his crew out to redo the sprinkler system in our front yard. Right from the get go I was very pleased with their service. Nate met me on his day off to give me a quote and scheduled to get the work done right away. His worker Jose showed up on time and was very professional. Nate even stopped by himself to check on the job half way through. Jose discovered another issue that had not been discussed. I had them out the very next morning to get it fixed. I highly recommend hem and will use Nate for all my sprinkler needs!

I spent well in excess of 30 minutes on two calls with Nate. The first was two days prior to leaving on vacation in late August. He Sounded very knowledgeable and sincere and was anxious to meet with him
On the second call after vacation we set an appointment for 9/20 at 8-10 AM.
Well he never showed or called. Three calls and four texts later....NO RESPONSE....NOTHING, ZERO, ZIP.
So I had my wife call from her cell in the afternoon and less than 20 minutes later a return voice mail from Nate. She left a voicemail on Saturday and before 8:00 today Nate called her back. I answered since she was not home and the laundry list of excuses started. Mostly problems with his broken cell but how strange it worked for a potential new customer but he never thought to call the appointment that he had with us on Friday.
On the second call we discussed that his web site that I looked at in late August was gone. He explained that he was tired of paying the BBB fees and had to remove their logo and was having the BBB logo taken off his site.
I agreed that the BBB rating was not worth the money. EXAMPLE....a high end hotel on the east coast that my wife booked clients into had high marks on multiple consumer sites yet had a D rating from BBB because they refused to pay BBB fees. And another company that had negative reviews on consumer sites...A rating on BBB site.

He is also not a part of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Not a big deal and not a totally reputable site either. I was in the remodeling industry and there were abuses by ROC contractors....but those who pay fees to them means a consumer has recourse if a contractor does shoddy work or closes their doors. Not saying in ANY WAY that he doesn't do good work.
His work might be flawless but we won't find out since we will not do business with any contractor that NO SHOWS and doesn't call to explain why.

Nate, Junior and the entire crew were very professional and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. They ran PVC throughout my entire 1/4 acre yard for less than some quotes I received for flexible pipe. Nate asked my wife and I where we would like every possible drip stub out and even ran lines to areas where we didn't initially think we wanted irrigation in the event we needed it in the future. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an irrigation system installed.

They did the job in the time he said it would take and even hooked back up a separate zone that was planned to not be in use anymore. All it took was the request and he made it happen. Two weeks ago WSI installed an irrigation system replacing an existing system. I was confused when I asked for a whole system replacement and used the word irrigation but expected sprinkler system to be included, but was informed sprinklers were not because I said irrigation. They removed my old system on time and were very polite. Since paying them I have found several emitters that do not work (won't turn on or won't turn off) several trees that were to have three emitters have only one. Trees I had planted had root and water stakes that I paid nearly twenty dollars for were not used and disappeared. The water emitters were to be placed inside these stakes. I suggest anyone who uses Williams Sprinkler & Irrigation be sure of their terminology and verify what is to be reused (as my stakes) and receive a copy of the warranty (I did not), I also suggest they not allow themselves to be rushed thru a check of the system on the last day and not pay in full until the system had run for at least one or two complete cycles. Nate has not responded to my requests to replace the non functioning emitters, explain or return my deep water spikes, or assist me in finding or adding the missing emitters. It has now been two weeks

I was having drip irrigation issues in several areas. Nate was able to come out and take a look the following day and then have a crew out the day after to get it fixed. They explained everything as they went and were pleasant and cheerful despite the heat, and now we aren't having any more issues with the drip!

I had previously given Nate's company a 4. But after contacting him last week, we'll that is he only answered me on Yelp, he still says that if your irrigation or drip system is 10 years old, he doesn't guarantee his work! My husband found the leak that he supposedly fixed, and it hadn't been fixed. I paid Nate almost $400 bucks in October and he won't come out to make it good. I won't be using this company again.

I yelped Williams Sprinkler to set up an estimate on my drip system that is not working right. Nate responded quickly and we set up a day/ time. Nate came out this morning, he was on time, professional and informative! I thought I had a bigger issue but it turns out to only be some heads. While I will be replacing the heads, I recommend checking out Williams Sprinkler if you're having sprinkler or drip issues.

Had a leak in our irrigation lines as well as a bad timer box. Called and left a message on a Sunday expecting to be called back on Monday, but received a call from Nate that evening. He said he would have someone out on Tuesday to check the line. Junior came out on Tuesday as expected, gave me a reasonable estimate and returned the next day to fix the problem. After fixing the leak and installing a new timer box he tested the zones and found that part of our drip system wasn't working and our front yard plants weren't receiving water. He gave us two scenarios as well as pricing and said he could come the next day to fix. It turns out our landscapers tried to fix a leak and capped off the lines to our drip system. He fixed that problem and tested out the zone again and showed me that they were all receiving water now. Lesson learned, don't have your landscapers fix a leak, call this company instead.

Williams irrigation came out next day to repair my leaking drip that was originating from under my pavers. They fixed the leak, installed a conduit (that my paver contractor should have done) so I can easily pull the flexible pipe from under pavers in the event I have issues in the future. Fair price. They cleaned up the dirt and gravel nicely. Great Job!

I've called this company a couple of times for help with a leak in a sprinkler line , moving an irrigation box and a backyard sprinkler system that quit working. They have been terrific. They were able to come out in a timely basis, took care of the issues the first time, reasonably priced and are good at educating you on things you can do yourself as you want. They were gray the first time and I've been really happy since then. I'll continue to use them. Definitely a five star rating

I got three different estimates to replace our sprinkler system and I got a wide-range of quotes and information (not to mention the two companies that didn't bother to call me back). Joe came out the day I called. Joe was the only one to say our sprinkler system did not need to be replaced, we just needed to replace the drip system with pvc and all the sprinkler heads. Joe was exceptionally knowledgeable about the sprinklers and what we needed, and quite honestly, both my husband and I felt the most comfortable with him. It took an entire day to get the job done and at the end of the day, Joe walked us around and showed us how everything worked, etc. My husband then noticed that one of the spinkler heads that my husband had previously buried (i.e., not visible buried under dirt!), had not been replaced. Joe came back to (unbury and) replace the sprinkler head. I was exceptionally pleased with this customer service, knowledge and professionalism I highly, highly recommend this company.

Definitely going to call them for all my sprinkler/irrigation needs. They came out to fix a sprinkler leak immediately and last week they replaced a sprinkler system in the front yard of one of our rentals. They were extremely professional, called to let me know they were going to be a few minutes late, completed the job efficiently and priced the job reasonably. Today, I had an emergency irrigation problem in another location (on a Friday night at 5:30). Nate was able to talk my husband through the process of shutting off the water to the irrigation system. Definitely recommend this company!
