The existing metal roof on my home needed to be replaced.  I searched far and wide for someone with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to handle a complicated roofing project.  When I contacted Behmer Roofing and spoke with Tiana and then the owner himself, they immediately put me at ease and assured me that Behmer Roofing could replace my roof and would give me a leak-free solution that would last for years to come.  

After inspecting the defective installation and letting me know what would be involved I received an estimate that was more than fair and equitable.  Replacing a metal roof can be very expensive.  Behmer was able to replace my metal roof and re-foam the non-metal parts for an extremely reasonable price.

Once the replacement work began, I was provided with frequent updates about the fabrication of my roof as well as the acquisition of other materials necessary to complete the task.  I received pictures from Dave, the lead on this effort, had any and all questions answered quickly, and felt comfortable about the pace of the work.  Not once did I feel uninformed about my roof.

Roofers can be fly-by-night, but this business is established at 3 locations with a great reputation and clear history registered formally with AZ gov's Contractors list! Dave Lance (Gen Mgr) is a consummate professional while also being genuinely customer-first focused on sincere. (No B.S., wants you satisfied now AND in the future. Amazing follow-up and ongoing monitoring).  The team went above and beyond by resourcing potential tile stocks for the 10% of tile we needed replaced during an R&R...as our 30 yr old tile went out of production 20+ years ago!  Saved us from wasting our good tile and having to replace all (potentially doubling cost).  Raul & the roofing team were friendly, timely and meticulous, as is their friendly Office Mgr, Taylor...(she's on it!, while being SUPER responsive and personable. My new roof is 4 months old and it looked like the shingles were lifting. A rep. from Behmer came right away to check and agreed with me. They had a rep. from the shingle co. Come to look as well and he agreed also. Then they sent some big wig from the shingle co. come and not only did'nt he REFUSE to shake my hand on the durability of his product but he denied that anything was wrong. This is when the guy from Behmer changed his tune about the product too and agreed with the shingle co. Rep. Very unhappy about how this all went down and don't trust any of these folks. I can only hope the roof lasts....

Recently, Behmer Roofing and Sheet Metal replaced my entire roof due to aging and leaking. Everyone associated with this company (from the owner to the job site personnel) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
