The Handyman Next Door

Amazing!  We had a toilet that needed to be put back in after our tile was replaced.   The person that installed the tile said to call a plumber.  I have American Home Shield as a home warranty company.  The plumber they sent out said we needed to get new sub flooring in order for them to replace it.  After checking and sharing pictures with a friend who is a contractor he said that isn't true and to call a handyman.  My friend recommended Kerry and The Handyman Next Door.

James came out and got it installed back right away.  Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Very friendly and courteous.  Will definitely use TJ em again if we ever need services.   They do charge a 2 hour minimum but I didn't mind paying that even though he was here shorter as the service was worth it.

Dolan rocks! He slayed the full day of repairs I had lined up. He hustled all day long. A true professional with an eye for detail. He exceeded my expectations, addressing issues I had not considered. Wish I could afford him as full time staff ;)

We needed to have two bath ceiling fans replaced.  Dolan arrived on time, discussed the best strategy for the repairs, purchased the required equipment and got the job done very efficiently.  We were super impressed and will absolutely use the Handyman Next Door again.   Outstanding service.  It's nice to know that there are businesses out there that you can count on.   This is one of them.

Keri is great in communicating with his handyman who are scheduled accordingly to a job you need. I've paid less for some services, but I rather pay a little more to get the job done right the first time. It's always done right and they are respectful of your home, will give you honest advice and are reliable. I have recommended them to many and will use them regularly. Great job on getting the smallest thing done right to giving you a correct estimate and following through with a job. Payment is easy as they take credit cards on site or any form of payment. Super simple and straight forward service! I needed baseboards painted and installed in a small room. I called and was able to make an appointment for a Monday morning. The Friday before my appointment the handyman called and asked if he could stop by and pick up the base boards to paint them ahead of time over the weekend....um, Yes! Thank you! I really appreciated that! Once he saw the job he assured us this would take no time at all. He stopped by on Saturday afternoon and took home our baseboards and paint. Monday morning they were installed within minutes! And he cleaned up after himself. I loved the efficiency and appreciated him getting a head start on the work. Will keep these guys in mind for the next time we need a hand around here!

Wanted a quote for some  kitchen cabinet removal. They came out and we chatted. The next week I received an email that they would get back to me after a short trip to NM. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

My plumber told me a good thing, if they dont call you back nor have the professional courtsey to even email you ,they didnt need the work.

I have used The Handyman Next Door for some small projects.  They always are on-time, clean, efficient and courteous.  Pricing is right and they clean-up after they are done.  If you want quality work done at a fair price, contact them.

After having very disappointing handyman services in the past, I wasn't sure what to expect with Handyman Next Door. The service I received from Handyman Next Door was fantastic!!!  Jason was very professional and efficient.  I only had about four jobs for him to do, but each task was completed with perfection. The pricing was very reasonable and I didn't think he wasted any time on the job. I will definitely be calling them again soon, to help with any future repairs.

The Handymannextdoor does great work.  They are always very prompt and get the job done right! They're  very professional!  Kerry is always quick to return calls if he doesn't pick up on the first time! I Definitely would hire them again!!!

I have used Handyman Next Door for many projects around my house and they are great! They tiled my kitchen floor. I had them change out the tile of my large master shower and around the large bath tub as well. They helped with hanging 2 new 14ft ceiling fans and checked the improper hanging of 2 other fans (from previous owners) and re-hung them. I have had them paint my house. They helped with replacing 2 sets of poor quality glass doors that were falling apart with UV glass doors. They helped with changing door knobs and locks. Some landscaping lights they have helped me with because I am not very good with that stuff. They did some stone work to top my pony walls in front of house and in back yard. They hung a flat screen T.V. on a swing arm in a guest room. Today I had to take apart my bathroom drain to clean the plunger and the plumber's caulk came loose in the drain; Handyman Next Door had time this day to come by and fix it for me. (Better than calling the plumber at higher prices for small stuff.) They have also replaced outlets that were wearing out from poor builder grade circa 1999. They are clean and on time. I always communicate with the initial person who I set up the appointment with if I have a question and they always get whatever it is taken care of or answered. I am so relieved to find a service to be so helpful! Almost like having sons to help the "Mom" around the house.  Almost. Thanks a lot guys!

We have used several different handymen over the last several years.  We had a good guy, but he moved away.  After a series of so so workers, we found these guys.  While they seem a bit more expensive than some, their workmanship and standards are higher than mine.  I have now had Dolan work on 8 different projects, and every one was done really well.  Everything from installing bathroom fans, minor tile repairs, ceiling light cans, ceiling fans, replacing all the plumbing fixtures in the house from chrome to oil rubbed bronze, plus they are good finish carpenters.  On time, good communication, and professional.

I called their number to schedule an appointment to have my electrical outlets in the bathroom checked (not working).  He told me over the phone to go push the reset button and that might be all I need to do. I did that, he was right.  Now that's what I call integrity!!!!
