I am very happy  with the service we received. We had a leak in the seal around our window.  Communication was super responsive, pricing was affordable, and Vince was professional and easy to talk to. We will be using their services again.

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

I had several small projects from anchoring bolts into concrete, replacing my kitchen sink, fixing the bathroom fan, and closet doors.  Scheduling was good with reminders and Hobie did a great job.  Highly recommend this business if you need a handyman.

Kurt at Xtreme Home Services has done several jobs for us including installation of electronic door locks, Ring door bell, ceiling fans and more. Williams handy man Billy will definitely be able to assist with any project you have. Very professional and takes pride in the work provided. Since I found him on Yelp ive hired him to do many projects (ceiling tv mounts, patio curtains, mirror hanging, etc)

Did a project search and got a quick response from Daniel had a low estimate price but was only the first.

As other project responses came thru , his quote was lower than one and half price of another, it's a go then !

We texted back and forth and he arrived ahead of scheduled time, another plus. I showed him what I needed done and he resolved issue quickly.

This job was small but well handled. Have some upcoming jobs that I would not hesitate to give him the business.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.

Great so far. I looked for an economical plumber, and by far Robert H of  "Handy4Home.com" met that qualification. I need 2 vanity sink faucets R&R'd and a toilet control valve R&R'd.I have set up an appointment for the job on 28 Jul 2021. Results still TBD.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. Terry was great communicating with us during the projects, taking pictures of the progress and the results. He also gave us some great tips for other things to make sure we do to the cabin. Our property management team has pegged Ryan and Arizona Rapid Maintenance Services as a preferred vendor.  We have had a working business relationship with ARMS since 2010 and have utilized Ryan and his team for countless services.  Response time is stellar, professionalism is top notch, invoicing is easy to read and timely.  You can count on affordable and reasonable quotes for services and reliable workmanship from Arizona Rapid Maintenance Services.

We met with Kent Axtell, the owner, and got an estimate to patch and repaint a wall and repair three drawers.  While we thought the estimate was a little high, he seemed to be a nice guy and we wanted to support a local business so decided to go ahead with him.  We wrote him a check for half the estimate up front with the remainder due upon completion.

Originally, we were told that we would be contacted within the next day or two.  After a couple days, a different man called us to patch the wall.  The wall got patched but not painted.  After a few more days of no contact, we called Kent and was told that we should put the drawers out front and he would pick them up that evening.  After 3 days, the drawers still had not been picked up.  We called again, and he said he would pick up the drawers that evening and fix them over the weekend.  We also mentioned that the other work was still unfinished and he said he would come out the next week.  

The next week, someone else came by and said that Kent wasn't coming out and that this was the first he had heard about this job.  He also said that Kent had picked up the drawers but not fixed them.  By this point, it had been nearly three weeks since we had gotten the original estimate.  While the job was eventually done, it wasn't  handled professionally at all.  Additionally, the drawer repairs were done in a somewhat amateurish manner.

The fact that there was very poor communication, mistakes, and false promises makes it impossible to recommend this company.
