He always shows up on time and calls ahead if he cannot. He always cleans up after the job, too. I have worked with Eric for many years on small home repairs and extensive home remodels and will continue to do so. I highly recommend his service.

John has truly been a lifesaver for me. I was in the late stages of a home renovation and had around 30 small to medium items that needed finishing. I hired another handyman before him who managed to break things, do faulty electrical work, and accomplish nearly nothing for 2 days. John immediately came over and began to efficiently fix what was broken and start knocking off my list incredibly quickly. John is knowledgeable about nearly EVERY type of work you need on your home. He is truly an excellent resource. I had to leave the project and completely trust John to work out of a lockbox to wrap up the job, which he's doing now at record speed. I would recommend John to anyone who needs any project done -- whether it be an hour or a finishing a renovation.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. We contacted Priority One Home Repair to do some repair work on a spot in the ceiling that had water damage. They repaired the inside and outside and did a couple of other things we had been needing to have done.
We will be contacting them again for work in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in our area that needs a handyman.

I needed drywall work done and found Ben"s Handyman Service paid him $250 to do the work.  He did a really bad job the pattern and texture didn't match what I currently have. I contacted several times to come and fix. He has avoided us and refuses to refund our money.
Don't call Benjamin Leborn for any Handywork.

John was efficient and came out on a Sunday to help me get a task accomplished on a tight deadline. I will definitely be using him again in the future because of his professionalism and friendly personality. Thank you John!

I was so pleased that they managed to schedule Ken for only 2 days out. Ken is the kind of guy you just like because you can tell he's kind and has integrity. I ask a lot of questions and he patiently explained whatever I asked about. Among other things, he fixed a vintage outdoor table that was falling apart. Anyone else would have said why don't you. just throw this thing away? Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The Affordable Handyman is very knowledgeable, hard working, and extremely helpful.  However I had some work done to the interior of my house and I felt that little to no care was taken to ensure my house was taken care of.  For example he drilled from one wall through the other "accidentally," he scuffed my new entertainment center, scratched the tile with his dolly, nicked my door frame, and with a tool shredded my smart TV cable.  He did the job well, in a timely manner.  I would recommend him to anyone as long as care is taken in future jobs.
