Chance was fantastic! He installed a large sail shade cloth over our driveway for us. Our previous two were too small and kept sagging. Holes were filled in from old hardware and he didn't leave a mess. Great value, very responsive and reliable. I will be using him in the future for other handyman needs. Highly recommend! Eric Bills, owner of Advanced Handyman Services, is an outstanding craftsman; the handyman everyone wants but cannot find. He is not satisfied until the work is perfect. Customer service is terrific. He always shows up on time and calls ahead if he cannot. He always cleans up after the job, too. I have worked with Eric for many years on small home repairs and extensive home remodels and will continue to do so. I highly recommend his service.

Cam first came out to paint my living room.  He was on-time, with all the necessary materials, and was neat and clean--finished and out of here in a couple of hours.  Since then, I've had him back to do more painting, install some new light fixtures, add electrical outlets, repair a sheetrock crack, and build frames around a couple of bathroom mirrors (great look at low cost).  He's polite, professional, and charges fair prices for quality work.

I had a friend who is disabled and really needed her bathroom doors removed so I called and spoke with John to see if they could assist. He and his partner were able to get out the next day and complete this project. They were generous, caring, and did an amazing job. Thanks to their work my friend will be able to bathe in the shower instead of sponge bathing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any handyman services around the house.

Steve was great and I will use him from now on! I was nervous at first to hire someone I did not know, but I took the plunge and was nothing but happy with his work, expertise, and how personable he is. He did everything from hanging wall fixtures, electrical for chandeliers, and even wallpaper and more! Thanks Steve!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. I have used Dan for years for projects in my home and recommend him highly.

My insurance approved $2200.00 in repairs in my house I contacted Priority One Home Repair in Glendale and he asked me to email the list of repairs, I did, then he showed up (chris) he examined all the minor repairs and agreed to fix them for the amount approved.

He was insisting that in addition to that he will fix the roof on the cover patio, I said i could not because is no part of the list, so he wanted an additional $1275.00 on top of the $2200 i declined his offer and he accepted to do the repairs from the 17 to the 19th of August 2015.
He said he will send me a contract by email next day, HE NEVER DID
When I inquired about the contract he send me this email: (paste from his original emial)

"Hi, I landed a big job that is going to take me until the middle of September to finish so I unfortunately won't be able to complete your job in a timely manner. I will need to pass on it for now, I apologize for the inconvenience"

very disappointing, made me waste 5 days now i have to find another contractor, he cancel the repair because he wanted the extra job repair on the back patio roof, he was very persistent and I notice that he kind look upset when i did not want the extra job he offered.

After that I had Jose from Jibaramo Construction coming and he said the materials for all repairs are not more than $600 and the labor is low, he will do all of this for $1350.00

Ben has many good reviews, so I was shocked at the poor job he did for me. I had a very small roofing job on a shed. It appears roofing is not in his area of expertise, in which case he should have let me know and either deferred the job to someone else or charged labor more in keeping with his abilities on this job. Instead of nailing the roofing down, he glued it down with a copious amount of tar. I now have tar everywhere. Whenever the weather warms up, tar oozes down the side of the shed. The shed reeks of tar.
                                                                                                 
The flashing at the block wall roof junction wasn't even close to being installed correctly. Except for all the tar, I don't know what he spent the money I paid for materials on. It certainly didn't go for a whole roll of roofing. The roofing he use had to be a remnant because he had to piece it together. The material charge was 50% higher than the estimate, with no explanation. I asked several times for an itemized list of materials, which has yet to appear.

All in all, a pretty botched job for a real high price. The only good thing is that with all the tar he used, that roof is never going to leak.

John was efficient and came out on a Sunday to help me get a task accomplished on a tight deadline. I will definitely be using him again in the future because of his professionalism and friendly personality. Thank you John!

Is there a higher rating than 5 Stars? These guys were great. A local franchise of a national company so I expected them to be good, but surpass that. From making the initial appointment, through the updates and reminders via email and text, I knew the   Handyman would be on time. He was, we went over my list of repairs and he got All of them done, within the minimum hour I paid for! I will definitely use them for some touch up exterior painting I'll need soon, any anything else that comes up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We just had a tech come by to fix some electrical stuff and light fixtures in our home. He was nice, efficient, and everything works! A+ for Nick D! Plus it really was affordable compared to other companies.

I would've given them five stars, but they changed our appointment the day before which is tough for my husband and I since we work so much. Still, an overall good experience and we will use them again for other projects around the house.
