Have used Hopper multiple times at our 2 properties. Mike is super responsive and provides quality service at an extremely fair price. Now our neighbors use him too!

I first met Mike a few years ago when I had a gopher problem.  He was so friendly and knew exactly what to do.  I started using him that day forward an have never looked back.  Mike is such a good guy, treats my pups well and lets me know he is coming so I can get my girls in the house and buttoned up before he sprays.  He watches for termite activity, makes sure I have no scorps, widows or other spiders.  I have him spray for everything, including ticks or possible fleas.  I have three little ShihTzu's and keeping them safe is a priority.  Now I have bird issues under my solar panels.  Calling Mike to the rescue.

We bought a house with a massive roach and scorpion infestation and Mike didn't even bat an eye. He sprayed everywhere and came back multiple times until the problem was completely eliminated. We haven't seen a roach or scorpion in the better part of a year since he came. Will definitely use again and recommend to all our friends. Affordable prices and very friendly, knowledgeable service.

Called on Hopper for a bed bug problem. Good price, was determined to do a good job, promised to get them out no matter how many visits it took and they followed through on that and with great communication. Felt very confident, straight answers on my questions without a bunch of upsell nonsense. Called again to get rid of False chinch bugs problem a few months later, also solved. These are my guys going forward for sure.

Mike is an extremely nice man he's the owner and he comes out in person makes you feel real comfortable and is willing to work with you and your budget seems to be the type of person that will make you a customer no matter what your budget is he'll work with you call him see what he has to offer one of the nicest people I've met in Rainbow Valley so far

Mike and gang are great.  We love the fact that they don't require a contract.  We don't have a lot of bugs, so its great that we can call when we need them.  Mike has always been very prompt; contacted him yesterday morning and got a reply back that they could be here the next morning.  Appreciate them very much!

Initially I was very pleased with Hopper Pest Control.  They were very quick to get back to me and would come out to the house to spray ASAP.  No contracts which was great, first time customer discount which was excellent.  I had them spray inside and outside my home for spiders, roaches, crickets, etc... GREAT.  

The problem came when I asked them to spray my backyard for ticks (I have dogs and all of a sudden after 5 years in my home I had a tick infestation! EEK).  So I called Hopper and they explained that tick extermination is a little trickier and that they'd need to spray 3 times a week apart.  

OK, cool- let's do this, I say!  So they come out the first time to spray - was an hour late. -__-  

Like a normal person I work and had to take off in the middle of the day for the appointment. and they were completely not cognizant of my time!

However,  because I had such a great experience with them previously I let it slide.  They spray my yard and leave.

I then call a couple days later to set up part 2 of 3 tick removal appointmetns.  The appointment day comes and they are a no-show!!!!  Absolutely no call to apologize/reschedule/ nothing.  I text them (best way to contact them) and ask them not to show up(just incase they were planning on it! *eye roll*) that day and to please contact me.  NOTHING.

Needless to say, I was incredibly disapapointed and am now seeking assistance elsewhere.

I have a elderly mother that lives in AZ with her three small dogs, she had a bee issue and wasn't able to let her fur babies out in the back yard I called Hoppers and was able to have a worker go out on the same day to help with my moms bee issue. We are thankful for your quick response and your low cost services!!!!

Checked on Yelp for a pest control company/person in Buckeye.I usually get a company that comes from Scottsdale that wanted to charge me $120 , which was super expensive.I found hopper and I was completely happy with my choice.The gentlemen that serviced my house was the owner of the company named Mike,was super friendly, and very professional. I told him that I was going to recommend him to my friends and neighbors around windmill village community in buckeye,Az

I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in the same day that I called! They are very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing service. You will not be disappointed. No contracts, great prices and awesome service!

This guy is the worst exterminator I have ever used!!! He spends most of the time on the phone, and just drops what he's doing to be on the phone, starts again, stops again, on the phone and does a bad job, I don't know if he can remember where he left off in the yard because he's on the phone so much, and in return we had a horrible experience, and very poor work ethic!!!

Two words... NO CONTRACT! Mike is honest, friendly and very knowledgable. Not to mention the prices are great.

A+ customer service! I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Dave, the bug tech, is very knowledgeable and may even have a few good jokes to tell. We had an ant problem and Dave specifically focused on the ants and then continued on with the rest of the spraying. No contract- means we can dictate when we want them to come out. Overall,very happy with Hopper!

Awesome! Here on time, everytime. Had them in my house about 3 times already so far soo good, no bugs so far.  Will definitely call them again if bugs ever come back :)

Michael was on time, polite, and conducted himself like a true business owner.  We had a great discussion and he was able to handle over 1/4 of an acre worth of pest control quickly.

I looked at the previous reviews and decided to go with this company and glad I did. Very friendly, affordable, and reasonable. No contracts which is great. All other companies want contracts and outrageous prices. I'm glad I chose Hoppers!

I signed up for yelp specifically to write this review. I own a home in Buckeye, and I found out I had to move out of state for work. I needed to get the house ready to rent, FAST. I saw the Hopper truck parked in front of a neighbor's house and asked if they were available to do some work. They came out the next day, sprayed the whole house inside and out, did the yard, and fixed the irrigation system for a price under what the next competitor had quoted me for JUST the yard work. They were curteous, hard working, and very reasonable. They made my house look great which helped get it rented quickly. Thanks guys!

When I bought my house I was going to activate my suspended contract with the company I used in Ohio. Hopper was recommended to me by a work associate so I called them. They came out the next day so the entire house could be treated before I moved my stuff in. Ty came when she said she would and explained what she would treat for and what I should look for since I am new to Arizona.  They are very reasonably priced and I was not required to sign a contract.  They contact me each month and we set up a convenient time for both of us.  I highly recommend Hopper Pest Control!!!

Several days ago, my regular (no-contract) pest control guy pulled a no-show for the appointment that was scheduled many weeks ago. I panicked because it had been a month since the last treatment and I'd recently found a scorpion in the house! I read the Yelp reviews of Hopper Pest Control, saw that they don't require a contract, and I decided to call them. My call went to voice mail, so I left a detailed message with my contact info. I also followed up with a text, as someone on Yelp said to do for the quickest response. (Hopper's web site also suggests texting them). In addition, I sent Hopper an email through their web site, outlining my issue and needs, and I included my contact info again. It's been several days, and I haven't so much as gotten a courtesy call or an email from Hopper. I've not heard one word from them! I guess business is too good and they're just not interested in a new client. Thankfully, I found another no-contract pest control service who came out to my house right away. They sprayed inside the house, the yard, and the outside perimeter of the house with a quality product and they charged a very reasonable price! Hopper Pest Control needs to work on its customer service. They should return people's correspondence, even if they're busy or have no immediate appointments available.

When I first moved here (AZ) I looked around for a reasonably priced pest control company ( Terminix, Orkin, SOS to name a few) but couldn't find anyone that I could afford and I didn't want to be locked into a contract as I rent a home monthly. A neighbor convinced my husband that he could do it himself with chemical bought at the local hardware store and a sprayer. After many weekends spent in the hot sun crawling around with a sprayer and enough poison to make Jim Jones look like an amateur, I found piles of dead insects which resembled a large flea all around the perimeter of my den. Being the squeamish type ( I skeeve insects!) I HAD to get a professional. Upon checking YELP! (my go-to source) and finding Hopper highly recommended I called and they were able to come out the same day .The Yelp!s were true, they are extremely professional, courteous and reasonably priced with no enforced contracts. We were spending more on the chemicals at the hardware store . Ty and Michael (yup, got TWO exterminators!) were  very knowledgeable about the pests native to our area and were interested in listening to us and finding the root cause of our problem..not selling us services and contracts we didn't want or need. They investigated the house and yard and explained what the problem was and how to take care of it and then went to work on the home and yard...all for under $30.00. They also insisted we wait a few days and see if the problem was solved and if there was any issues to call them promptly so they could come back out. They even have savings programs for referrals and for return visits. Hopper doesn't have to lock you into a contract to force you to stay with them. They do it the old fashioned way...with excellent customer service and professionals who perform a valued service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

When we first moved into our home, pest control companies came to our door everyday, attempting to trick us into signing expensive one year contracts.  Luckily we found Hopper Pest Control.  Their prices are fantastic, don't require some ridiculous contract, and best of all, their customer service is top notch.  Both Mike and Tyre care about their business.  They are professional and great at what they do.  I haven't had any pest problems and they have resolved any issues that came up.  In fact, I found some disgusting sun spider and they promptly came out to spray again due to my paranoia.  I would highly recommend them over any other company.

We have been using Hopper Pest Control since we moved to AZ from out of state in June of 2012.  Being new to the AZ climate, we had tons of questions concerning scorpions, roaches, snakes, etc.  They been so great about answer every question and so patient with us!  Both Mike and Tyre are professional, but very friendly and they want to make sure the job is done right.  Recently, they have also started doing landscape maintenance.  Just yesterday they came for our monthly pest control and we asked them to trim some out-of-control shrubs; they did an amazing job and were at our house for 5 hours getting it done.  We have truly appreciated that they are hardworking people that go above and beyond!  I cannot say enough great things about them and highly recommend using Hopper Pest Control.

We have had good service before but in AZ finding good service is an art form! This Pest Control Company has everything. Good Service, Smart, personable owners, excellent prices, and they spray like crazy,  no skimping on supplies. All that and they are also available right to service your home right away. When you have bugs the last thing you want to do is live with them for a day or two. I called in the evening after 5pm and they were there at 10am the next morning. No contract... I can't think of a single thing that wasn't perfect about them. I can honestly say that I have not said that about a single Home Service in this state! Don't even hesitate. Just call them and get them out to your house. You won't be disappointed.

I was never aware or concerned that OUR house could ever get bedbugs. Little did I know, they are very common in Arizona and could be almost anywhere. Of course, my boyfriend was out of town and I had to find someone on my own. I contacted several companies and was quoted up to $1,900.00 for our 2,200 sq/ft house. I felt like the other companies took advantage of me based on my inexperience with bedbugs and left me no other options. Finally, I stumbled upon Hopper Pest Control. They were very professional and assured me that they would take care of everything. Their price was a quarter of their competitors. Not only do they guarantee their services (a service in which the other companies did not offer) they came an additional 2 times to assure the bedbugs would not return. It has been almost a month, and I feel very confident that this horrible incident is behind us. I do not wish bedbugs on anyone, but if the problem ever arose I would recommend Hopper Pest Control.  I will continue to use them for pest control maintenance and refer them to anyone.
