GB Contracting is experienced in providing top-notch general and electrical contracting services. We have decades of experience working with property managers and tenants alike in maintaining and upgrading their commercial spaces. Commercial and shopping center maintenance involves the upkeep of roofs, parking lots, landscaping, electrical equipment, mechanical systems and all other common areas shared by all tenants of the center. Maintenance is one of the major expenses incurred by both landlord and tenant in a shopping center.

GB Contracting Inc. started out as GB Maintenance in the 90's when John Barry formed the sole proprietorship for his sons to earn money doing odds and end jobs for local businesses. During the early 2000's, John decided to take his business to the next level. He incorporated, hired a couple of project managers and a few solid crewmen. After nearly 20 years, John decided to retire and leave his legacy in the hands of his two sons.
