Hello everybody, I moved here 14 years ago, retired from a large construction firm and started my small handyman business at that time. There’s not much that I can’t do I love to plumbing and electrical. I graduated from Warren technical school in Denver Colorado for my plumbing apprenticeship and received my Journeymans certification through the state in 1989 after that I pursued my skills in electrical work and went to work for a number of electrical companies gathering all the experience and schooling that I could get and became a journeyman electrician in 1998. The money you will save in these two areas compared to the companies out there driving their fancy trucks with a picture of the owner on the side of them and the quality of the work when it’s all completed I have you scratching your head wondering why you spent the kind of money you used to spend in the past. Everything else around the house I’ve been doing for years. Also Wetherbee, stucco repair, building some storage up in your garage attic adding a few lights here are there increasing your insulative R-value to reduce your costs or even replacing an entire roof. Yes, I have no problem pulling permits having my work inspected by the powers that be so please give me a call let’s talk I have no problem answering any of your questions and if I have to refer you to somebody believe me I’m gonna give you the guy that’s going to give you the best price in town with work that is superior to the competitors out there.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services. The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new). It was completed without a hitch! Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him. He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home. He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results. Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem & the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!
