Not one to review often, but Danny and his guys deserve the recognition.

Danny and his team converted our garage into a casita. Of the contractors I interviewed, Danny seemed the most honest and ethical. He was competitive on pricing and was willing to work with our modest budget. After seeing some of his previous work, I knew he could deliver on what we were asking him to do.

Timeline, we honestly expected things to be delayed at every step, just given that this was during the tail end of the initial COVID shutdowns, supply chain issues, and, let's be honest, this is what many of us have come to expect from contractors. But all things considered, the milestones were most often met on time and the end product was delivered within the time frame proposed.

To be expected, we had some disagreements and concerns along the way. What impresses me most was that Danny and his team were always quite responsive and in the end, our needs and desires always came first.

Finally, in my mind, a job complete is only complete if the service that follows the delivery of the product is top notch.

We had some minor issues in the year following the initial build. But Danny was always on top of it and despite being incredibly busy, found time to send his guys our way to take care of these issues promptly.

Also, would like to recognize Jose, who was just the most sincere and hardest working of Danny's guys. Just a good guy; one of those guys that can't do any wrong. We were big fans.

Honest, ethical, responsive, and fairly priced. And good guys, to boot. What more could you ask for in a contractor and his team?

PSA... Guilty of contracting without a license!! DO NOT HIRE!!

Seems like this company should have focused on their bigger issues than getting quotes out to potential clients... here's a tip Daniel - if you want to be a contractor then get a license from the state of Arizona first.

Second tip - stop calling and texting my number asking me to take down my review. It's never gonna happen because you shouldn't be contracting without a license in the first place.

No matter if it was Danny himself, his right hand man Jerry, or any member of his crew, everyone was personable, professional, PUNCTUAL, communicative and knowledgeable. There was a much appreciated collaborative spirit in the redesign, constantly clear communication between all parities involved, and best of all no nickel-and-diming. It's not often that a company lives up to its name and makes you hungry for more, but Integral Homes is a rare gem and I'm looking forward to working w/them in the future.

Oh! I meant to add, my project had a pretty tight deadline, but Danny and his crew delivered! We expanded a bedroom into our second garage to create more space for mother, who is quite pleased and happy!! Thanks again, Danny & Integral Homes! Special Shouts to José, Robert, Benjamin and Ben Jr.!!

From start to finish everything was great! It was not easy to find someone to take on our project! We knew what we wanted and it came out pretty much exactly how we had envisioned. They converted a loft area into an awesome office. They built us a wall, did the electrical, put in the doors, painted, and put in a huge picture window to finish things off.

Came to do an estimate....I reached out two weeks later.  He said he would be back with me in a day or so.....NOTHING!  That was well over a month ago.   Boo hiss!  If you read this, Danny, don't even bother to reach out.  You lost our business!

We hired Integral Homes to remove an old patio and build us a screened in patio to use for our cats. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. They stayed in touch and made sure we were kept up to date with all of the steps. All the workers were courteous and organized. Take a look at the before and after!

I own multiple rentals, and at times buy additional properties to add to my portfolio. I've dealt with many contractors over the years and have finally struck gold with Integral Homes.
Other contractors I've worked with don't communicate properly, often cut corners and do a poor job, and at times are not professional. But now that I have found Integral Homes, I now have what I need to be successful.

I recently purchased a fixer upper to have as a new rental. I spoke to a few contractors to do this work and it was a lot of the same disappointments with communication. But when I reached out to Integral Homes, it was completely different! Constant communication, professionalism, and knowledgeable! The quality of work was outstanding.
I was reluctant because of a couple of one star reviews, but when I read them they gave a one star without Integral Homes doing any work, why would anyone do that? Anyhow, I thought I would give them a try, and I was so glad I did. The knowledge, execution, schedule, and the final product was much better than I expected!

Do yourself a favor, stop shopping around and hiring these guys! Trust me, I've worked with many contractors. Integral Homes is by far the best I've worked with.

Unfortunately I have to be honest and downgrade this review.  I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and quality after such an initial good impression.   After having excellent communication there was radio silence for almost 2 weeks?  After establishing communication I thought I was back on track and set a time to view some samples and set a date to start the project the following week for a 7am start time for a 300' laminate flooring install. I am told this is an easy 1 day project since it was a small area.

Day 1 6am, I get a call at 6am from Danny telling me that the material I chose is not in stock and has been discontinued by the manufacturer?  After several minutes of back and forth he sends me some pictures of an alternate flooring, not what I wanted but close and looking at photos I should have known better than to agree, but impatiently time crunched for work and furniture delivery I agreed to a picture. HUGE mistake not being able to see and examine the quality of the flooring! I ended up with the cheapest planks that floor and decor sell at $1.29 per foot retail price. Quality is horrible, they are like glass to walk on and my dogs are now not capable of enjoying the living room as they have zero traction. I have slipped several times in socks going around the corners. The planks move and click / pop when walked on and have chipped since day after they were installed from walking with shoes because of poor fit and slippery floors. Important point- original planks I choose had great texture and were very robust, these are cheap and flimsy.

Day 1 9:30-ish they show up.  Easy removal of the carpet and they go to work.  3/4 of the way through the day and install I come out to check progress and see planks with chipped corners all through the middle of the floor, so they tear it all out and start over. 5pm rolls around and they are fighting between themselves to finish a few pieces around the Arcadia door. I stepped in and had them remove the trim around the Arcadia door to ease the cuts on the floor as they had gone through several more pieces trying to make small angled cuts instead of just replacing the trim around the door.  At this point the senior installer leaves. At almost 7pm I had to leave and job was not done. Again, several damaged planks that were not visible because of the trash and tools all over the place.

Day 2 - junior installer returns and I point out again several pieces of damaged flooring that they just overlooked and kept laying.  So he starts removing planks to get back to the middle of the floor to replace planks.  Gets all the way to the end of the flooring by late afternoon (about 3:30) and has to go buy more flooring because he again damaged a few planks as they had no extra planks to cover mistakes. Again he is there till almost 6:30pm and not finished.  I'm then told that they can't come next day because they are needed at another job site but they could come at noon?

Day 3 11am - text from junior guy saying his truck broke down in casa grande and he won't be there. 7:30pm day 1 senior guy shows up to finish but no tools were left for him to finish job?

Day 4 - senior guy shows back up alone and again has to replace planks that junior guy damaged and starts removing planks again.  He finally gets flooring installed after buying more planks and trim in place and painted. Transitions are not installed and grout fill from removed trim not done at 8pm. 1 piece of transition breaks and I go to purchase Saturday to get the job done.

Day 5 Saturday 5pm - installer comes back and I help him try to install transitions but they are the cheapest of cheap materials and do not go in properly.  End up gluing them into place and they have all popped up and need to be re glued less than 1 month post project.  I was also told by the owner that he would be back by the following Tuesday to finish the grout from the gaps in trim, 3 weeks ago and no show and still no grout filled into the wall seams.

So a month after the project, it's never been completed, no contact at all from the owner who was supposed to finish the job, no final inspection from the owner, cheapest materials were substituted from original material selection. I am most disappointed with the fact that I told Danny that since I had minimized the size of the project I was ok with spending a little more money and ended up with the cheapest stuff they had, but that's my fault for giving the ok. Lesson definitely learned.

At this point I have chalked this up to an expensive lesson in impatience and will be contacting another company to replace the flooring and will go with carpet as this experience with laminate has been one of the worst home projects I have ever had.  I was asked to pay for the job upfront as well, will never do that again and suggest if you decide to have work done that you hold a portion back until the job is finished and you determine your level of satisfaction.

Hired Danny and his crew to add a full shower to make a half bath a full bath and a little mini kitchen to our backyard casita. Danny's bid was far lower than the majority of others we got and he is an honest and straightforward guy. A nice shower and mini kitchen were all we needed to make the casita a true stand-alone unit so we were anxious to get it done. They provided us materials to choose from for the countertop, paint, etc. Danny was helpful in deciding where the mini kitchen should go and made a plan to make good usage of the space. This would be a 5 star review, but for the fact that it took longer to finish the job than we were initially told and the first time there was definite work in the shower that we had to point out needed to be redone. However, they came back out no questions asked and fixed it up so it looks great now. It was also a major pain to deal with credit card payment - we live out of state much of the time and who pays by check anymore? But we got past those issues and overall Danny and his team at Integral homes did a very good job at a very fair price. It was not easy to find someone to do this... you would think it would be, not a huge job, but we had bids for this of nearly 40k (insane) from some and crazy people you would never trust alone on your property for others, so it was quite a range. Integral Homes was a good find!

Asked for a quote via email so that I could bill the insurance company from a delivery gone wrong.
They replied to my Yelp message, asked for more information (I supplied that to them) but then ceased all communication after the initial response.
Not sure what happened, but it appears you will have poor communication through this company. Good luck!

Their prices are so high. They gave me a quote which was more than the down payment that I put in my house. They also wasted a lot of time for a quote.

Schedule meeting and after Danny didn't show up I text and got a message of, sorry we got another job and we just don't care about a prior commitment we made to you.  A little bit of integrity would have been nice.  We rescheduled our day to make this meeting time work for him.  Proceed if you wish.

My husband and I just bought our house, and it needed some serious upgrades. Integral Homes helped us achieve our vision, and we couldn't be happier! The home prior to its remodel was completely outdated, and Intergal's team helped make it feel more modern and . Thanks to them, it actually feels like home!

The owner was really nice and seemed professional. However, they scheduled and then didn't show and then they came the next day. The job was not finished so they said they would come back Monday and they didn't get back to me for a week so my husband did the trim and closure on the door. They apologized so I'm sure they are just very busy but I was frustrated. Maybe my job was too small for them ‍

Danny and team did some outside stucco work, electrical work and painting of our home and perimeter walls. They were nothing but professional. Everyone who came to do work at our property was polite and professional! The painter Benjamin was phenomenal. I have had multiple neighbors compliment the job that was done on our house. We liked Danny and team so much they are starting a remodel on the interior of our home next month

From the first phone call to the end of the job, Danny provided outstanding customer service!  So often, builders don't return calls or show up when they say they are going to.  We had this company install a pass through garage service door.  The construction and finish work are of the highest quality.  This was a first-rate experience!  Great communication, a well-done job, and a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company!

Danny was awesome to work with. The end product was better than we had even imagined. The kitchen in our rental looks awesome! He was fast, super responsive, reasonable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him again on our other properties!

I got my kitchen remodeled by Integral Homes, and they did such an amazing job! I love my new kitchen look! I appreciate their services, and I would highly recommend.

We had Danny and his crew convert our loft into a bedroom. Despite it being a small job, they took it on and did an amazing job. Danny is genuinely a good person, kind and courteous. He always kept us informed of what the next steps were, when to expect the crew, and how they would do the work. Everyone that came to work on the house was very polite and friendly. Benjamin did our mudding, texture, and paint and he did an exceptional job. He had to cover two huge interior windows that looked out from the loft over the rest of the house. He spent an extra day to make sure it was perfect and it truly is. Their attention to detail every step of the way made me feel like they really cared about the job and they left us very happy! Also, there were two items on our estimate that ended up costing less and Danny lowered our last payment, which was a wonderful surprise and a testament to the honesty of Danny and his crew. We will definitely be using Integral Homes for our next project! Thanks Danny and crew!

I requested a quote and within days Danny came out and was super charming and nice . After texting him 2xs and emailing him 2xs , he reassured the company would get back to me . 3 weeks later , I still have not received a quote from the estimating dept? Oh well .. guess they were not interested in my remodel

Exact same review as Tina. I requested a quote, Danny came out and was very charming and gave a great impression. He said I would have a quote within a day or two. That was 3.5 weeks ago. I've called and texted him a few times with no response from him or the office. Truly disappointing when you're excited to get a home project completed.

Danny was awesome and took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. Would recommend 10/10!!

I had a good experience with Integral Homes. They were quick to reply to my initial Yelp query and they followed through & delivered on fairly urgent home repairs. Danny was knowledgable and patient, and the team on-site was friendly and efficient. I felt like I was in a real life HGTV episode where the job goes smoothly, but even when there's a hiccup (and there was with my job because of a pre-existing condition with my home), the team presents options and proceeds with the solution I'm most comfortable with, and all ends well. Thanks to the team at Integral Homes! They are solutions oriented and nice people.
