Arizona Studs Carpentry and Remodeling

Joel and his son came to the rescue! We moved in to our new home in January and while I'm in love with pretty much everything about it, the uneven roof lining along the peak of our house had bothered me since day 1. The seller denied fixing it in our inspection period, so it was on my *lengthy* list of move-in to-dos.

I found AZ Studs, Carpentry, and Remodeling on Yelp and gave them a call! Joel called me back within an hour, willing to come over and take a look that day. Now friends, this is a very minor job compared to their full remodels but he was willing to help put my type A mind at ease. He installed a wooden piece along the base of the peak to make it nice and straight. Yayyyy!! I'm so happy. It has literally bothered me every day since move-in ( I AM CRAZY) and I'm so grateful that he was willing to take the time out of his *very busy* schedule to do this super tiny, 45 minute job for me.

I will definitely be calling Joel and his son (love the father/son team) back when we do future projects on our home. Can't thank them enough!

So far, Joel has done both my bathrooms and they are amazing! He and his team are always on time and the jobs were done quickly! Next up is my kitchen and I can't wait to see the end result. Joel even went with me to look at tile, etc, as I had no idea what I was doing. I highly recommend them!

I needed a quick repair to a home I was listing, the garage ceiling sheet rock had fallen off.  Joel Stark was suggested, my seller called him and he was out that day.  They had the repairs, garage and a settlement crack, completed quickly, and absolutely perfectly!  You could never tell they were there, even the ceiling paint matched perfectly.
In my opinion, you can tell a true craftsman by the small jobs, where every detail counts.

Joel and his son were extremely professional and friendly! They were also very accommodating with their time. They installed a new patio section for us, updated the current patio, did some crown molding and fireplace work as well. All of it came out fantastic! We will definitely be using them again. Joel and his team absolutely blew away all of our expectations! We had AZ Studs knock down walls, enclose our patio, add even more square footage, and that was just the first time we used them for a job. I also have to add that he came in at much more affordable than the other two quotes we received, and I would be willing to bet the workmanship was better than anyone else could have done! Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.
