Today these guys were hired to paint my apartment building and they were painting near my door. I want to thank them for being courteous the entire time. I had a delivery coming mid morning and when I let them know it was on the way they hurried up and painted around my area so that they could unplastic my door. The other thing that was great is they put plastic over everything to keep paint off of areas it didn't belong!
Thanks guys you rock!!!

Beware! You have been warned! This business is exceedingly unethical, dishonest and I would highly recommend staying clear. They completely destroyed my patio when painting our townhome complex in N Scottsdale. They lied after the fact and took no responsibility for their actions. I have posted before and after pictures. You can decide for yourself if you want to do business with a company that treats your personal belongings this way. This is one of many examples in our community.

The paint started to bubble up on my garage door after they painted it, then they did not repaint it.

I am the president of an HOA. We had this company do a $60,000 paint job on the community. They have done a horrible job. They didn't fulfill the terms of the contact. Handrails weren't sanded, dusty buildings were painted, windows and doors weren't property taped, rails are still the original color (underneath). They asked to do a final walk through before the doors were even painted?!?! The job was done in a hurry (job actually took MONTHS!) and with no attention to detail. Unit numbers were painted over. Paint all over the ground and foliage. They painted cars and used caulk to fill in stucco cracks!

I am a resident and a board president in a community that EmpireWorks is currently doing a very large stucco and painting project. I have found the quality of work to be excellent and my contact at the company, Sherry P., is a wonderful person to work with. She is very professional and responsive to any request I send her way. Thank you, Sherry! Keep up the great work. Empire is lucky to have you on their team.
They showed up to paint my view fence 5 days ahead of the schedule they provided the community manager for the neighborhood I live in, they only posted a notice the night before so we had no time to take down our lights and rabbit fence. Then they left trash in my yard from food and drinks. To top it all off they left both my gates propped wide open when they were done leaving my pool unprotected which could have resulted in an animal or child drowning. Not to mention my dogs could have gotten loose. You leave a place the way you found it, that is unacceptable! Then when I called the company to complain to a manager they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. I would never use this company!
I coordinated a Paint and Repair Project for 60 homes for my HOA. Jacob's repair team did a fantastic job on repairs of trim, siding, and stem walls. Jacob was very responsive in communication and handling new change requests (additional work) in an efficient manner. Juan, the foreman, and his paint crew did a good job painting according to our specifications. Juan was responsive to homeowner feedback and addressing the punch list of items at the end of the project. Juan responded quickly to my communications and he was always very professional. Ryan our sales person was excellent. He responded very quickly to any requests or items that came up. He works hard to ensure resolution to the clients satisfaction. EmpireWorks was very fair in their price and the price for change orders. I would recommend EmpireWorks for your paint project!
Paul Overton of EmpireWorks worked with our Board of Directors for over a year answering all of our questions onsite, and attending a Board Meeting to meet with homeowners before contracting for Tre Collina community painting in Phoenix. As a Board Member and Homeowner, we are thrilled with every step of the way. Paul Overton's communication with the Board and with the community, plus the courtesy of the onsite prep and painters have been above and beyond, and the community painting looks spectacular. Thank you Paul Overton and EmpireWorks!

The owner of EmpireWorks became involved after reading my review. She quickly sent out a crew to replace my damaged screens from the painting project. This should have been handled by the Customer Service manager 2 months ago, but in the end it was properly addressed.
I would never recommend Empire Paint to anyone they are not thorough and the workers I have come in contact with are very rude. I can provide pictures of their so called work if you do not believe what I have posted.
I would recommend Empire Community Painting for any HOA project as they are professional, attentive and offer quality service. Our Associations' Homeowners have commented on how beautiful the paint job makes the community look. Their door noticing process was quite effective and I never once heard about any issues in the community. Our Board interviewed several different companies and Empire was chosen for the best long-run value, which we believe we got. Overall, very nice performance.

The worst company ever. Not organized. They took forever to get our community done and the paint was either put on very thin or they missed areas all together. They would leave notes on doors saying they were coming to work on our building and then they would never show. And they painted over dirt, didn't do repairs or do anything professional. RUN from using this company. They are awful
We had Empire do work on our town homes in American Fork, UT. They have locations all over and they did a terrible job. Nothing that was promised was done. They said they'd sand, scrape, caulk, etc, non of which was done. When we complained, they came back once to fix a few things, which came out worse than it was. I would never ever recommend Empire Paint. I also have pictures of their work.
