Copper Sky Concrete

My wife and I decided it was time to have our pool deck resurfaced, (approximately 600 sq ft deck), so we solicited bids from 5 different local companies, including the  pool manufacturer who originally installed the pool in 1979. (See my separate review for that  company). From moment we first contacted Daniel Baeza with Copper Sky Concrete, he was completely attentive and engaged with us as we outlined the project work scope.

Of the 5 bids, three of them were very competitive, as they were literally within dollars of each other, had similar timeframes on the project completion time, and all offered a 2 year warranty on the pool deck resurface. But my wife and I both agreed that we should go with Copper Sky for the job.

Daniel was very attentive to my follow up questions, as I contacted him several times during the selection process, as well as in preparation for the commencement, starting, during, and after completion of the project. I can't say enough about his genuine consideration and professionalism that he displayed to us.

The work was started exactly on time, and was actually completed a day ahead of schedule. (We were told 3-4 days and the work was actually completed in 2 days, with the crew returning on the morning of the 3rd day to remove the protective cover from the pool and clean-up the entire work area).

The quality of the pool deck resurfacing was all that we could have asked for, and we are very pleased with the product. We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! We decide to have 1400+ sf of bricks installed on the side of our house. We had a few bids and actually had one lower than Copper Sky. But we went back to Daniel Baeza and he was able to come up with a more competitive bid and we gave them the job. And we're glad we did! We had good communication through the entire process. His team was prompt. They were even at our house early one morning when it was pouring rain. And they did an excellent install, even with the bad weather. If you're looking for a good, professional install these are the right guys.
