After a weekend monsoon storm clogged up our pool filter, I started looking on yelp for pool repair companies. I messaged some companies without any responses. Cool Blue Pool happened to be pretty close to where we live in Phoenix, so I called on Monday morning- Rob picked up. I told him what was going on. He said he would come by at the end of his day. He actually was able to come over earlier, fixed the issue and that was it! It wasn't a complicated issue with our filter but I really appreciated him coming the same day, fixing it quickly and not overcharging. We will definitely use them for any pool repairs/issues in the future.

Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool. He finished ahead of schedule, coordinated with my existing pool cleaning crew throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the experience or the outcome. Shane, the owner, was fabulous to work with. He arrived on time, scheduled us right away and his workers were fabulous. They resurfaced old, painted pool decking and did an amazing job. We are going to use him again to drain the water and acid wash it now because we just moved in and have no idea how old the water is. I would highly recommend him.

I can't say enough amazing things about the service I have received! They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Shane serviced our commercial pool and absolutely fixed what other companies couldn't. 5 starts all the way!

Don't waste your time with this company. one week they didn't add chemicals to pool, (pool water was/is cloudy) or empty any of the baskets, they left my pump motor running when it wasn't primed up. I called (tried 3 times plus text before he finally answered his phone) and asked about everything. He said he wasn't sure and he would call his guy and call me right back. He had his technician come back out the next. he took care of everything except treating the water for its cloudiness (phosphates). The next week they emptied all the baskets, backwashed pool, added chems tabs to floater but didn't take care of the phosphate issue once again. they also didn't re prime the motor basket so motor was running once again with no water. Yes, you would think something is wrong with my pool itself but i went and primed up the pump and turned the timer on and you know what happened....everything started working including the Navigator in the pool that was not moving when they serviced and left motor running. I tried to call the company back and ask whats going on. 3 attempts to call and 2 texts messages over a 3 hour span nothing. won't answer or return my call. then finally i get a call back and he says he can no longer service my pool because I'm being to demanding....umm, no, I'm just asking why its so hard to do your job?!

Not good quality of service. Guy was here yesterday. Didn't brush or net it out. Who knows if they even add chemicals.
