This business called me, in northern Colorado, several times within the last week or so. When I tried to call back to leave a voicemail about where I live and ask to have my number removed from whatever account it was linked with, my phone call was answered at 10:40ish pm, mountain time. I was not expecting the phone to be answered from a business at this time, and only expected to leave a message explaining that I keep getting calls and voicemails from random businesses and that I had gotten this number in my voicemail several times lately. Instead, I was greeted by a very rude female who demanded my name and why the F*** I was calling. When I tried to explain she cut me off not once, but three times, before was finally able to tell her I couldn't explain why I was calling while she was talking. She then hung up on me.

We worked with David and Jim and the installer Todd in December 2019 for our kitchen and in January for our bar area.  This company is fabulous to work with!  David did an excellent job designing our kitchen from start to finish.  Jim was accurate and helpful with the billing and payment process.  Todd was amazing at the kitchen demo and the kitchen and bar rebuild.  We are very happy with the quality and structure of the entire kitchen and bar.  This company is very competitive in pricing. If we had known it was this painless, we would have done it years ago! We were also very happy with the granite fabricator company they referred us to. We highly recommend Premium Cabinets staff and Todd!

Had to have work done on a Lacquered Black Piano - Had multiple dings and a couple of deep scratches.  Beautiful work, you could not even make out that there had ever been any damage.   Gave Steve and his crew an almost impossible deadline not only did they meet it but came in early. If you want professional quality work at decent rates don't waste your time calling anywhere else .

John Gonzalez of Master Hands Painting came promptly to give an estimate for our work and discussed different paint options with us. He was very patient and helpful. During the process, John also kept in contact and made on-site visits for our three separate projects: Painting our laundry room cabinets, two interior rooms, and most recently, the exterior of our home and all our back and side patio walls. All the work was excellent! The crew carefully masked everything, used quality products, took pride in their work, and cleaned up after each task.  They arrived on time and were always courteous and dedicated.  We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

My husband and I are very happy with the work performed by Raul at L&M Granite!  I had several estimates from different fabricators and L&M Granite was by far the least expensive. Raul's work was excellent!  Sara was patient with me as I had called several times with questions.  If I left a message she got back to be in a timely manner. The installers were polite and efficient!  We are extremely happy with L&M and would highly recommend them!!  Thank you Raul and Sara!!

Matt & Matt were great and I am very happy with my master bedroom custom closet.   They were professional with measuring and providing design and estimates very quickly.  The installation went according to schedule with no surprises.  Everything was clean when they left and the closet is a huge improvement from what it was.

Cannot say enough good things about Maverick Kitchens!  I had a kitchen remodel done in 2017 and it was an utter disaster.  The owner of Maverick Kitchens came and looked at the nightmare I had and worked very hard to make my dream kitchen come to life.  The cabinets are hardwood and very well made and the installation is beyond reproach.  Thanks so much for taking a horrible situation and making it into my vision.

I can't say enough about Dave and his skills. He was very prompt and repaired our damaged bedroom nightstands onsite and they look as good as new.  He even billed us below the initial estimate and is a true craftsman, a rare thing these days. Highly recommended if you have need for any type of furniture repair.

We bought new cabinets for 3 bathrooms a few years ago and experienced white glue residue coming from some of the joints.  I took a door in to order replacements and was told by Kate Fales, the manager, that we had a lifetime warranty.  Great!  However, there was a bit of pushback from the manufacturer, but Kate stayed on the case.  We got our replacement doors with a very quick turnaround and at no cost.  Kate also did the design work when we bought the cabinets and is a pleasure to work with.  Competent, personable, and capable.

Amy, at Design & Stone International (DSI) helped us make our kitchen special!  At the very beginning of the project, she patiently listened to our ideas.  Then she brought her expertise to fine tune our plans into a beautiful and charming kitchen.  She made us aware of options that increased the comfort and desirability of the space.   Throughout the project, Amy anticipated our questions.  Her precision and attention to detail was impressive.   She was available through text, email or phone to answer our concerns.  While we were remodeling our older home, unexpected electrical and plumbing issues surfaced.   Amy guided us very confidently through the process to keep our project on schedule.   Amy's customer support and service is excellent!  She called us prior to each scheduled appointment.  The skill demonstrated by her crew of cutting, polishing and installing our beautiful Colonial White granite countertops and cabinets was amazing.  From start to finish Amy and her team get the highest praise from us for a professional and well organized kitchen update.  Design Stone International is a pleasure to work with.  Due to their extremely competitive pricing and high quality products, DSI can expect to achieve many referrals and a repeat customer base. Would not recommend. Unfriendly customer service and ultimately not happy with the process. In our opinion we ended up with an incomplete install, as Rodney screamed at us over the phone, and refused to get us the extra parts we needed and were willing to pay for. We tried sourcing parts directly from J&K, as Rodney decided to end the business communication, but they wanted to charge $120 for a 10 foot piece of 3/4 molding. We ended up finding a comparable part at Home Depot for $2.50. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure you get a complete scope of work in writing, because services you think you paid for can turn into conveniences to him that he can walk away from at any time.

Had the same issue with putty smeared all over the nail holes. Nothing removes the smear, lacquer thinner,paint thinner all the way to acetone. Hinges are cheap and the work bench counter needs replacing in less than a year. I also added additional bracing to the upper cabinets as I was told if they start to come loose give them a call. what my cars are parked next to those cabinets I'm not waiting for a disaster to happen. Sloppy substandard job.

I am SO happy with the work they did on my entertainment center. It is the perfect color to compliment my home. David was fast, clean, and professional. We are already in the process of booking them to do our kitchen. Very, very happy with their team.

I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with the Avonti staff and installers. We worked with Mark. He had great ideas about how to make our bathroom look top notch. He came out and personally measured and made custom templates for our unusually shaped shower. We liked his ideas and products so much that we bought two sinks to match our new shower. We love the cultured marble. We went with Tender Gray. It is absolutely gorgeous and easy to clean. It was affordable and looks so high end and we have no yucky grout lines to maintain. So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the entire team (especially Mark, Chino and the other gentlemen who we did not catch their names but were professional and kind) who helped our bathroom renovation dreams come true while not breaking the bank. What a nice experience from start to finish.

PS THEY FOLLOWED ALL THE STATE GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19 AND WE FELT SAFE AND OUR BOUNDARIES WERE RESPECTED FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE WAY INCLUDING MASKS, GLOVES, SHOE COVERS AND STAYING A SAFE DISTANCE FROM US.

My wife brought in a sample to see if they could match it.  She was told to leave the same and that they could find it no problem.  I returned a few weeks later to retrieve our sample only to find that our sample had been thrown away.  The woman I spoke to acted like I was completely insane for having left our sample with them, she asked me multiple time why we would leave a sample with them.  I could see that she had a customer sample sitting on her desk, so I asked why would any potential customer leave a sample with them, to which she admitted that they would attempt to find a match.  After describing the tile to her, she was able to recall that we had in fact left a sample.  Apparently they had some drama with one of their employees, that employee left the company and they just threw away her stuff without attempting to contact the customers she was working with.  The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and said oh well, it happens, she did not bother to apologize.  We are now screwed because we no longer have the sample for the tile that is all over our house.  I would never give my business to a place like this.

TIMBERLAKE CABINETS ARE THE WORST CABINETS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Not to mention the customer service have been awful. Our cabinet finish started to chip away after barely 2 years of living in a brand new home. We contacted our builder and then finally got Timberlake out to look at the problem. The man that came out was completely arrogant and rude. He said, 'this is wear and tear of the product and some may be related to water damage and is not warranted.' I have posted photos of the multiple cabinets that have chipped and to me this is very clear it is not water damage. What it is is a poor quality product. And if this is 'wear and tear' then he is basically saying that every 2 years I need to spend up close to 15k on new cabinets. Wear and tear means that something is going to wear after a certain amount of time. Cabinets are not something that should do that!! I have lived in homes 20 years old and have seen nothing of his sort. The quality of this product is the worst I have ever seen and the costumer service seems to be just as bad as the product. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

If you do business with this place make sure you  are home to ck the work we had to call them back  to fix the instalation cause  it is very upsetting that after paying thousands you have to get them fix
