Let me first start off by saying these are some of the friendliest people I have ever met!

My experience with Tina's Custom Counter Tops was a little more unique as I had originally purchased some laminate counter tops from a different company. Long story short, I attempted to cut the other guys' counter tops down to size myself (as they only came in standard lengths, but I needed shorter) and I completely failed.

I called around and Tina's was the only place that was willing to help me fix my mistakes. I drove down with my counter tops and they had my mistakes fixed within 10 minutes (and mind you, it took me 3 hours to mess it up in the first place).

And, that's not all! The other guys bolt cutouts did not align properly, so I asked if Tina's had any tips for me. Well, they went ahead and completely fixed the issue free of charge. This was an mistake that another company had caused, and Tina's fixed it for free. I cannot say enough good things about Tina's Custom Counter Tops.

If it wasn't for Tina's, I would have had to spend hundreds on replacement counter tops. I truly wish I knew about them before I purchased my counter tops from the other company.

I cannot recommend these friendly, gracious and professional people enough!

My husband and I have been remodeling our outdated 70's home, knocking down walls and even moving plumbing. Our kitchen remodel was a hefty job - and to top it off we are DIY'ers. Our friend had told us about their opening, so in our endless pursuit of the best kitchen cabinets, we decided to check them out. Regardless of their fantastic pricing, both Lee and Sarah were incredible to work with! They were patient with our choices (which changed a few times) and pointed out some problem areas with my initial design. (A door would not have opened well.) I cannot thank them enough! If you are shopping for cabinets, check them out.

Had to have work done on a Lacquered Black Piano - Had multiple dings and a couple of deep scratches.  Beautiful work, you could not even make out that there had ever been any damage.   Gave Steve and his crew an almost impossible deadline not only did they meet it but came in early. If you want professional quality work at decent rates don't waste your time calling anywhere else .

John and his crew did a very good job painting our garage and sealing and painting the garage floor. The problem is that he should have not coated the floor outside the garage door seal. Within a few months, the Az sun started to fade and then peel the coating. We called John to ask him to remedy the situation i.e. strip the paint off outside the garage. He looked at the floor and said he would take care of it. Since then nothing has been done-well over a years period of time. I text and call-he kept promising to come out and then he's a no show.
Had he told us that the likelihood of problems with the acrylic paint exposed to the weather, we would have asked him to not paint it.
The best measurement of a contractor is how they remedy problems after the work is done. Based on that he gets low marks.

My husband and I are very happy with the work performed by Raul at L&M Granite!  I had several estimates from different fabricators and L&M Granite was by far the least expensive. Raul's work was excellent!  Sara was patient with me as I had called several times with questions.  If I left a message she got back to be in a timely manner. The installers were polite and efficient!  We are extremely happy with L&M and would highly recommend them!!  Thank you Raul and Sara!!

Matt coated our two garage floors, they came out GREAT.  he was also the only one that would do each garage in two separate trips, I had to be able to store my belongings SOMEPLACE while the floors was curing and no one else would not accommodate a two trip job.

Great job, great value and a great guy!

We had water damage from our Dishwasher leaking.  Doug came over and fixed it quickly.  They look incredible and basically brand new.  He was very knowledgeable and professional and was not trying to nickel and dime me. great service!

I can't say enough about Dave and his skills. He was very prompt and repaired our damaged bedroom nightstands onsite and they look as good as new.  He even billed us below the initial estimate and is a true craftsman, a rare thing these days. Highly recommended if you have need for any type of furniture repair.

We bought new cabinets for 3 bathrooms a few years ago and experienced white glue residue coming from some of the joints.  I took a door in to order replacements and was told by Kate Fales, the manager, that we had a lifetime warranty.  Great!  However, there was a bit of pushback from the manufacturer, but Kate stayed on the case.  We got our replacement doors with a very quick turnaround and at no cost.  Kate also did the design work when we bought the cabinets and is a pleasure to work with.  Competent, personable, and capable.

Had a new counter top for my home office.  They were wonder full to work with.  They had no issues working on a medium small project that others would either overbid or not respond.  They had a great selection of products to choose from.  
Schedule and measurement were done in plenty of time.  Great prices and the service to match.
Will be back with the next project!

Well it seems as if we are having some of the same difficulties as other customers are having. Rodney was great when he came out to measure and discuss our needs. Once we agreed to purchase everything seemed to be going smoothly. Once installation started is when problems started to happen. Certain cabinets were not measured correctly, reason being is Rodney assumed we were removing $1500.00 dollars of back splash. Once we got that all figured out, installation started again only to come across more cabinets that didn't fit correctly. We have finally come to the end of installation, now it's a night mare trying to get Rodney to have someone come out to do repairs. We email him, texted him, call him, if he answers he gives us the I'm waiting for my installer to tell me when he is available. Doesn't seem that customer service is real big priority for this company. We will give it about another week before we contact the registrars of contractors which my wife used to work for, for many years. And since the previous Director has now become an attorney and is a personal friend we will make contact with him also. All we are asking for is that the repairs be made and we move on.

I hired Black's to install cabinets and a workbench.
The photos speak for themselves:
-A majority of the cabinets had wood putty smeared up and down the sides instead of only covering the nail holes, leaving a lot of clean up for me.
-Some holes for hinges were evidently drilled in the wrong spot, and then were re-drilled without the other holes covered up.
-The edging around the doors were not fully inserted leaving gaps on most of the corners
-Many of the doors where the laminate meets the edge have have small chips in the laminate spanning the door.
-The ceiling was uneven where the cabinets met the ceiling. The trim on the cabinet was not cut to fit with the ceiling, instead pressure was applied bending the trim piece downwards. It not only looks poorly done, I'm concerned that the trim piece may eventually crack.
-Where the peg board is cut around the electrical outlets, the cut is overshot, as opposed to a smooth continuous cut around the outlet.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kwik Kabinets. I had many other people come to look at what could be done to change my cabinets from the deep grained oak to white. I was told it couldn't be done without still seeing the heavy grain and I really wanted something smoother. I was told I had to reface and that just refinishing with paint wouldn't work and it would be a very expensive job. I found Kwik Kabinets online and gave them a call. Angelica was very responsive, knowledgeable and informative. She put herself out by coming with samples a few times until I decided what I wanted and always answered my text messages immediately. The job was done quickly and at a much more reasonable rate than any other quote, plus they look great. Much better than I expected after all I had heard. The guys that did the work were friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend them.

My 70 year old mother contracted to have cabinets two countertops and shower door done by this place I know of them being in the trades that being said I have never dealt with a more incompetent company ever!
She dealt with Jeff after waiting for stuff to get ordered they brought out a counter top and splash but didnt have an installer so it sat then after repeatedly calling the cabinets are delivered but again no installer this is the point I became involved! I installed the cabinets myself called Jeff he came out measured for countertop and glass door that he measured a month prior apparently didn't remember he said he would get it pushed through probably two weeks .
So called in 10 days doesn't remember anything said he's 5 weeks out I said that's not gonna work cancel it !He calls back on Wednesday says there gonna pour it Saturday polish Monday and Tuesday would deliver Tuesday or Wednesday my mom sits at an empty house waiting so she calls Wednesday to get a delivery time and he proceeds to tell her he never said anything like that ! So needless to say I have a very upset mom so I call
And refresh his memory he apologized he forgot again and an hour later calls that it's ready and he will deliver but again no installer so I installed all of there products they were paid in full on in October ! And here we are Tuesday the following week waiting for glass he measured two weeks earlier
And there gonna call with an installation time so I call the office talk to Heather and she advised me it would be today and Greg there scheduling guy would call with a time ! NO CALL so I call and Jeff answers doesn't even remember the job so once his light bulb came on he says it will be today between 12-2 installer will call when headed to job at 2 no call so I call again and installer running late will call me back no call and installer is at my moms to install! GREAT COMMUNICATION JEFF! If your gonna lie repeatedly write it down because you have a terrible memory!

My wife brought in a sample to see if they could match it.  She was told to leave the same and that they could find it no problem.  I returned a few weeks later to retrieve our sample only to find that our sample had been thrown away.  The woman I spoke to acted like I was completely insane for having left our sample with them, she asked me multiple time why we would leave a sample with them.  I could see that she had a customer sample sitting on her desk, so I asked why would any potential customer leave a sample with them, to which she admitted that they would attempt to find a match.  After describing the tile to her, she was able to recall that we had in fact left a sample.  Apparently they had some drama with one of their employees, that employee left the company and they just threw away her stuff without attempting to contact the customers she was working with.  The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and said oh well, it happens, she did not bother to apologize.  We are now screwed because we no longer have the sample for the tile that is all over our house.  I would never give my business to a place like this.

We were unfortunately stuck with shoddy cabinet doors manufactured by Timberlake when we built our house in 2014. We began seeing cracks and peeling on every single cabinet drawer less than 3 years later and called Timberlake once we nailed down the proper contact. (This took time as we had to start with the builder and work backwards) Initially we were told that this was normal wear and tear and likely not covered, but when the QC guy came out he agreed that this was a flaw in manufacturing and they would replace. Our cabinets are double stacked in our large kitchen, plus we have 3 bathrooms as well with them. We were told the cabinet line had been discontinued and would take 8-10 weeks to be manufactured. Constant follow-up by my husband was required during this time. At week 16 we finally had an install date. The installer showed up and waited around for 2+ hours for the parts, once they arrived they were missing ALL of the drawer fronts and more than 10 doors! They then told us they would not install our door hardware as well. The install took longer than expected and then still wasn't finished. Another 6 weeks went by before the remaining parts were completed, delivered and installed. Fortunately the installer who does not work for Timberlake was amazing and installed the hardware for us, but the Timberlake employees we dealt with were not even remotely worried about customer service or the quality of their products.

Drove out 30 minutes got there at 4:45 when their site and door says closes at 5 and everything was locked and off. Guess they don't want business.
