Let me first start off by saying these are some of the friendliest people I have ever met!

My experience with Tina's Custom Counter Tops was a little more unique as I had originally purchased some laminate counter tops from a different company. Long story short, I attempted to cut the other guys' counter tops down to size myself (as they only came in standard lengths, but I needed shorter) and I completely failed.

I called around and Tina's was the only place that was willing to help me fix my mistakes. I drove down with my counter tops and they had my mistakes fixed within 10 minutes (and mind you, it took me 3 hours to mess it up in the first place).

And, that's not all! The other guys bolt cutouts did not align properly, so I asked if Tina's had any tips for me. Well, they went ahead and completely fixed the issue free of charge. This was an mistake that another company had caused, and Tina's fixed it for free. I cannot say enough good things about Tina's Custom Counter Tops.

If it wasn't for Tina's, I would have had to spend hundreds on replacement counter tops. I truly wish I knew about them before I purchased my counter tops from the other company.

I cannot recommend these friendly, gracious and professional people enough!

I would give it a negative 5 star rating if I could David at Premium Cabinets of Phoenix is as deceitful and incompetent as they come. Its been over 4 months since I hired Premium Cabinets to install cabinets for one of my rentals and I am still having to wait for them to finish my cabinets so I can rent it out. David has out right lied multiple times and has an excuse for each time his guys couldnt make it out and fix the horrible job they did on the install. They actually installed the doors opening the wrong way. Who does that? They are a complete joke. So if your looking to get cabinets installed dont walk away from this company run.

Had to have work done on a Lacquered Black Piano - Had multiple dings and a couple of deep scratches.  Beautiful work, you could not even make out that there had ever been any damage.   Gave Steve and his crew an almost impossible deadline not only did they meet it but came in early. If you want professional quality work at decent rates don't waste your time calling anywhere else .

Amazing work. The most responsive and reliable contractors I've worked with since I've remodeled my home! Couldn't be more happy with their work. They painted my interior and my kitchen cabinets and they are beautiful. Highly recommend this company

I recently used a L&M Granite Countertops to install quartz countertops during my kitchen remodel and I can't say enough good things about them.  The salesman and crew were friendly, responsive and on time. The prices were very reasonable and quite a bit cheaper than other companies I checked out. Their workmanship was also excellent. I would recommend this contractor.

Matt & Matt were great and I am very happy with my master bedroom custom closet.   They were professional with measuring and providing design and estimates very quickly.  The installation went according to schedule with no surprises.  Everything was clean when they left and the closet is a huge improvement from what it was.

Cannot say enough good things about Maverick Kitchens!  I had a kitchen remodel done in 2017 and it was an utter disaster.  The owner of Maverick Kitchens came and looked at the nightmare I had and worked very hard to make my dream kitchen come to life.  The cabinets are hardwood and very well made and the installation is beyond reproach.  Thanks so much for taking a horrible situation and making it into my vision.

I can't say enough about Dave and his skills. He was very prompt and repaired our damaged bedroom nightstands onsite and they look as good as new.  He even billed us below the initial estimate and is a true craftsman, a rare thing these days. Highly recommended if you have need for any type of furniture repair.

We bought new cabinets for 3 bathrooms a few years ago and experienced white glue residue coming from some of the joints.  I took a door in to order replacements and was told by Kate Fales, the manager, that we had a lifetime warranty.  Great!  However, there was a bit of pushback from the manufacturer, but Kate stayed on the case.  We got our replacement doors with a very quick turnaround and at no cost.  Kate also did the design work when we bought the cabinets and is a pleasure to work with.  Competent, personable, and capable.

Amy, at Design & Stone International (DSI) helped us make our kitchen special!  At the very beginning of the project, she patiently listened to our ideas.  Then she brought her expertise to fine tune our plans into a beautiful and charming kitchen.  She made us aware of options that increased the comfort and desirability of the space.   Throughout the project, Amy anticipated our questions.  Her precision and attention to detail was impressive.   She was available through text, email or phone to answer our concerns.  While we were remodeling our older home, unexpected electrical and plumbing issues surfaced.   Amy guided us very confidently through the process to keep our project on schedule.   Amy's customer support and service is excellent!  She called us prior to each scheduled appointment.  The skill demonstrated by her crew of cutting, polishing and installing our beautiful Colonial White granite countertops and cabinets was amazing.  From start to finish Amy and her team get the highest praise from us for a professional and well organized kitchen update.  Design Stone International is a pleasure to work with.  Due to their extremely competitive pricing and high quality products, DSI can expect to achieve many referrals and a repeat customer base. Everything about my cabinet experience was perfect! I worked with Sergio and it was the easiest process. Cabinets came in earlier than expected, delivered when said they would be delivered, installer (Conrad) was here on time and did a fantastic job. Sergio was at my house at 6 am to unbox and check all cabinets to make sure there was no damage and all of the order arrived. No problems whatsoever I would highly recommend this company and Sergio!

I hired Black's to install cabinets and a workbench.
The photos speak for themselves:
-A majority of the cabinets had wood putty smeared up and down the sides instead of only covering the nail holes, leaving a lot of clean up for me.
-Some holes for hinges were evidently drilled in the wrong spot, and then were re-drilled without the other holes covered up.
-The edging around the doors were not fully inserted leaving gaps on most of the corners
-Many of the doors where the laminate meets the edge have have small chips in the laminate spanning the door.
-The ceiling was uneven where the cabinets met the ceiling. The trim on the cabinet was not cut to fit with the ceiling, instead pressure was applied bending the trim piece downwards. It not only looks poorly done, I'm concerned that the trim piece may eventually crack.
-Where the peg board is cut around the electrical outlets, the cut is overshot, as opposed to a smooth continuous cut around the outlet.

RUN! Find a different company and read all of the reviews. Your cabinets will look great at first and then they will peal and chip. Then when you try to hold them accountable you will never hear from them again. Seriously STAY AWAY!

From my experience I would not recommend this business. I had a simple bathtub removed and cultured marble walls and shower pan installed after the general contractor rerouted the shower and drain. I contracted with Jeff at Avonti and had recurring problems with him. To begin, he was not timely with returning calls to either me or the general contractor. I initially met with Jeff at the job site  to go over what we wanted done, and he took notes and initial measurements to work up a bid. We then settled on the work and price with agreement for him to install our selected marble once the general had finished his prep and Jeff had taken final measurements. Upon the general finishing the prep Jeff came to the house and was clueless as to which bathroom he was going to be working in and appeared to have none of his notes from our previous meetings. Once that was finally worked out, I asked him not to install marble on the back wall of a shower shelf inset that had been constructed because we wanted to install a contrasting colored piece of marble at a later date. At the time he understood and agreed to have that small piece left out, however upon the day of installation, he had the inset back wall piece put in, as if he either had forgotten our conversation or didn't refer to his notes. His attention to detail on this seemingly small job costing around $2k was really marginal. I would hate to see how he would handle a large, complicated job. Unless you are the type who hovers over the contractor to make sure every detail is done properly, don't hire Avonti.

This store has changed names, it is now called Arizona flooring and interiors.  Same great products and same great service.

TIMBERLAKE CABINETS ARE THE WORST CABINETS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Not to mention the customer service have been awful. Our cabinet finish started to chip away after barely 2 years of living in a brand new home. We contacted our builder and then finally got Timberlake out to look at the problem. The man that came out was completely arrogant and rude. He said, 'this is wear and tear of the product and some may be related to water damage and is not warranted.' I have posted photos of the multiple cabinets that have chipped and to me this is very clear it is not water damage. What it is is a poor quality product. And if this is 'wear and tear' then he is basically saying that every 2 years I need to spend up close to 15k on new cabinets. Wear and tear means that something is going to wear after a certain amount of time. Cabinets are not something that should do that!! I have lived in homes 20 years old and have seen nothing of his sort. The quality of this product is the worst I have ever seen and the costumer service seems to be just as bad as the product. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Drove out 30 minutes got there at 4:45 when their site and door says closes at 5 and everything was locked and off. Guess they don't want business.
