When I was graduating from college my aunt asked me what I wanted as a graduation gift. I told her the only thing I wanted was a big beautiful white desk! I wanted something special and unique, nothing plain or boring. (A desk from Ikea wasn't going to cut it.) My aunt decided she wanted to surprise me with a custom build desk rather than just having me pick one out, so after searching online I found Tina's Custom Counter Tops. I gave Tina a call and we arranged a time to meet at her office so we could we discuss what I was looking for in a desk.

She asked me several questions i wouldn't have thought mattered when designing a desk. She asked me questions such as how high up in my chair i like to sit, how much storage space did I need, where would I place my computer, what things would I put on my desk,what type of things would i store in my desk draws,where would I want my clients to sit ect. The thought that went into her questions made me feel like she knew exactly what she was doing and that I was in good hands!

Tina promised me my desk would be completed by the morning of my graduation so I could stop by and see it before I went to my ceremony... she made good on that promise! When I arrived to see my desk for the first time, Tina personally walked me into her warehouse where it was beautifully assembled and waiting for me. The desk was not only made from gorgeous materials but it was also 100% tailored to my needs, it was very clear that she put thought and CARE into designing and building my desk.
Oh and just when I thought I couldn't be happier with Tina's service, her installer Jerry  delivered my desk to my apartment (carrying it up 5 flights of stairs), assembled it, and gave it a final clean.

We purchased our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Premium cabinets and we are very happy with them. They are all wood and very solid construction at a reasonable price. Sarah was very helpful and patient during the design process and Lee worked to insure everything was correct during the delivery and installation process. Excellent customer service.

Had to have work done on a Lacquered Black Piano - Had multiple dings and a couple of deep scratches.  Beautiful work, you could not even make out that there had ever been any damage.   Gave Steve and his crew an almost impossible deadline not only did they meet it but came in early. If you want professional quality work at decent rates don't waste your time calling anywhere else .

John Gonzalez of Master Hands Painting came promptly to give an estimate for our work and discussed different paint options with us. He was very patient and helpful. During the process, John also kept in contact and made on-site visits for our three separate projects: Painting our laundry room cabinets, two interior rooms, and most recently, the exterior of our home and all our back and side patio walls. All the work was excellent! The crew carefully masked everything, used quality products, took pride in their work, and cleaned up after each task.  They arrived on time and were always courteous and dedicated.  We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Installers did not seal the granite after installing as the owners promised. Also, as a result of cutting the cabinet away for the new farmhouse sink, they left half-inch gaps on both sides of the sink. They did not advise us that gaps would be there based on the design of the existing cabinetry. If they would have suggested this before installing, we would have gotten a different sink. Now it is too late because the granite was cut to accommodate the sink we got. We called the owners to report this, Raul said it WASN'T THEIR FAULT, it's just the way our cabinets were originally built. I said this was not acceptable and asked if he would allow this in his own house. He told me it will be too expensive to send any workers out to resolve the issue, as it would come out of his own pocket. He recommended I just fill in the gaps with some trim. (Ok, but aren't I talking to the person I just paid $2300 to resolve issues like this?!). There were several other miscommunications throughout this project, but this review is already long enough. Bottom line: first and LAST time ever using L&M Granite or Home Boost Remodels (company goes by multiple names). They may be cheaper than other guys, but they are not licensed or bonded and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have any issues with their work you will have zero recourse.

Matt coated our two garage floors, they came out GREAT.  he was also the only one that would do each garage in two separate trips, I had to be able to store my belongings SOMEPLACE while the floors was curing and no one else would not accommodate a two trip job.

We had water damage from our Dishwasher leaking.  Doug came over and fixed it quickly.  They look incredible and basically brand new.  He was very knowledgeable and professional and was not trying to nickel and dime me. great service!

This is the second time I've enlisted Dave from Furniture Medic to do touch up repairs to table tops in our home. He worked on an Arhaus wood dining table that's been used on a daily basis restoring it to pristine condition as well as a decorative side table in the master bedroom I'd accidentally spilled oil diffuser on. Both came out gleaming as if freshly delivered from the store. His pricing is reasonable and services punctual. Highly recommend.

We bought new cabinets for 3 bathrooms a few years ago and experienced white glue residue coming from some of the joints.  I took a door in to order replacements and was told by Kate Fales, the manager, that we had a lifetime warranty.  Great!  However, there was a bit of pushback from the manufacturer, but Kate stayed on the case.  We got our replacement doors with a very quick turnaround and at no cost.  Kate also did the design work when we bought the cabinets and is a pleasure to work with.  Competent, personable, and capable.

Amy, at Design & Stone International (DSI) helped us make our kitchen special!  At the very beginning of the project, she patiently listened to our ideas.  Then she brought her expertise to fine tune our plans into a beautiful and charming kitchen.  She made us aware of options that increased the comfort and desirability of the space.   Throughout the project, Amy anticipated our questions.  Her precision and attention to detail was impressive.   She was available through text, email or phone to answer our concerns.  While we were remodeling our older home, unexpected electrical and plumbing issues surfaced.   Amy guided us very confidently through the process to keep our project on schedule.   Amy's customer support and service is excellent!  She called us prior to each scheduled appointment.  The skill demonstrated by her crew of cutting, polishing and installing our beautiful Colonial White granite countertops and cabinets was amazing.  From start to finish Amy and her team get the highest praise from us for a professional and well organized kitchen update.  Design Stone International is a pleasure to work with.  Due to their extremely competitive pricing and high quality products, DSI can expect to achieve many referrals and a repeat customer base. Excellent service, quick, perfect cabinets, very professional and workers are very careful when installing.  Rodney the owner is a very cool, fun guy to work with and he really knows his stuff! Would highly recommend to anyone. Love my new kitchen cabinets!

Had the same issue with putty smeared all over the nail holes. Nothing removes the smear, lacquer thinner,paint thinner all the way to acetone. Hinges are cheap and the work bench counter needs replacing in less than a year. I also added additional bracing to the upper cabinets as I was told if they start to come loose give them a call. what my cars are parked next to those cabinets I'm not waiting for a disaster to happen. Sloppy substandard job.

Completely unreliable and irresponsible! Requested an estimate from Scott (owner?). He asked me to take pics and text them to him. Responded by text with a price, sight unseen. Never received an official estimate in writing, description of services, etc.
I called him for more information regarding the process, materials and length of time for the project. Also requested to see samples. Scott said he was out of town and he would send his assistant to my house. This person (Doug? Darren?) was supposed to contact me to schedule a time. Never received a text or phone call.
After a week I called Scott again. Left a voicemail. Instead of calling me, he texted and said he will deliver the samples himself on Wed at 6:00pm. Well that was tonight and he was a no show. No call, no response to my text.
This company is a joke! Apparently they don't need the business.

Long and poor installation. First installer was unqualifiedowner and Forman came out after long process they were able to make parts to cover mistakes then the drain leaked but after they replaced floor and all was finished it was a just ok job would not recommend them.     Mark Katz

This store has changed names, it is now called Arizona flooring and interiors.  Same great products and same great service.

Poor installation. Have had to have them come out repeatedly for workmanship issues which should have been done right the first time. The cabinets they installed they did not even anchor to a stud and a 1/4 inch gap produced between the cabinets and the  drywall.

Drove out 30 minutes got there at 4:45 when their site and door says closes at 5 and everything was locked and off. Guess they don't want business.
