What an awesome experience, we have been putting off redoing our kitchen for years, but then Justin's team came in and made everything a breeze.

Only lesson learned: we should've done this way earlier.

Our process was very much straight forward under the guidance of an experienced team that had our best interest at heart and assisted us in discovering what we really wanted.

So t to design the kitchen just the way we liked it, received CAD data for visuals and made changes to make it perfect.

We placed the order and then....we wait.....

You hear all these horror-stories about kitchens arriving only half, 12 months of wait time ..... all the above.

But for us with Premium Cabinets, 4 weeks before original delivery date (2.5 months after order was placed), we received a phone-call and an updated delivery date was communicated.

Robert, the most amazing installer set the kitchen up with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. By Thursday evening countertops were installed and on Friday we were already cooking.

Final touches in the week after and done. We had our kitchen back before the original delivery date ever came around.

Thank you premium cabinets team for such a smooth process. Watch out, bathrooms are next and this time we won't wait this long.

We had a fantastic experience with Premium Cabinets and would (already have) recommend them to anyone! Justin, the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to our needs. He also made it a priority to get our cabinets in sooner than expected which was a wonderful surprise! The quality of these cabinets is evident immediately. They all have soft-close features (even our pull-out shelves), and they are solid and dense. The whole process was seamless, easy, and fun! We redid the cabinets in our kitchen, laundry room, and pantry, and ordered all the hardware through Premium Cabinets as well. I also have to mention that Tanner was extremely helpful and kind throughout our experience as well. If you're questioning it, GO FOR IT! Excellent quality, excellent service.

I found Premium Cabinets on a last limb after getting multiple quotes from big box stores and WOW what a great experience. :) Tanner and Justin made what I thought was going to be another stressful experience looking for cabinets very easy and actually enjoyable! Couldn't be happier with the service and cabinets that I received. :)

I would give it a negative 5 star rating if I could David at Premium Cabinets of Phoenix is as deceitful and incompetent as they come. Its been over 4 months since I hired Premium Cabinets to install cabinets for one of my rentals and I am still having to wait for them to finish my cabinets so I can rent it out. David has out right lied multiple times and has an excuse for each time his guys couldnt make it out and fix the horrible job they did on the install. They actually installed the doors opening the wrong way. Who does that? They are a complete joke. So if your looking to get cabinets installed dont walk away from this company run.

Outstanding service and quality ! Cabinet creation and installation was pure and clean. Everything from the initial visit to the cleanup was impressive, with such craftsmanship and customer care. Highly recommend.

We worked with David and Jim and the installer Todd in December 2019 for our kitchen and in January for our bar area.  This company is fabulous to work with!  David did an excellent job designing our kitchen from start to finish.  Jim was accurate and helpful with the billing and payment process.  Todd was amazing at the kitchen demo and the kitchen and bar rebuild.  We are very happy with the quality and structure of the entire kitchen and bar.  This company is very competitive in pricing. If we had known it was this painless, we would have done it years ago! We were also very happy with the granite fabricator company they referred us to. We highly recommend Premium Cabinets staff and Todd!

We purchased our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Premium cabinets and we are very happy with them. They are all wood and very solid construction at a reasonable price. Sarah was very helpful and patient during the design process and Lee worked to insure everything was correct during the delivery and installation process. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I have been remodeling our outdated 70's home, knocking down walls and even moving plumbing. Our kitchen remodel was a hefty job - and to top it off we are DIY'ers. Our friend had told us about their opening, so in our endless pursuit of the best kitchen cabinets, we decided to check them out. Regardless of their fantastic pricing, both Lee and Sarah were incredible to work with! They were patient with our choices (which changed a few times) and pointed out some problem areas with my initial design. (A door would not have opened well.) I cannot thank them enough! If you are shopping for cabinets, check them out.

Purchased some overstock cabinets, and could not be happier with them. The cabinets were just as described and response from Sarah was punctual, informative and top notch!
