They asked the right questions and came back with the perfect rendering. The cabinets came in quick and then their installer/custom carpenter came soon after that. It was exactly what I wanted and could not be more perfect or more beautiful! I will only use Madera for any of my other cabinet needs and visions. Thank you!

Wow!! I just got my countertops done by Syles Brothers and I am astonished! They came out exactly how I wanted. Michele and her husband were prompt with their appointment to measure the tops, they were also extremely professional and personable. Rosalie, one of the owners, was able to answer any questions I had about the process. I am just beyond excited about the look, they are amazing! We could not have been more pleased with Neil's Garage epoxy floors.  He showed up promptly for the estimate and did a thorough job explaining each step of the process and the various price points.  Absolutely no pressure.  It was booked for about two weeks out and that is exactly when it started.  It took three days as advertised and overall only about seven hours over the three days.  It was obvious the workers cared about their work.  They showed up each day right on time, polite, clean, friendly, and professional. We thought the price was fair for the work done and love the finished product. It's easy to see why they've been in business for so long!

I had just started my second major home remodel when I contacted Authentic Custom Cabinetry with some questions about cabinet refacing/resurfacing.  Mary patiently talked me through my options, filling in the gaps in my understanding along the way.  She told me if I was looking for refacing/resurfacing, they probably were not the company for me, however, she told me that, if I was interested, she would send out Eric to take a look at my project and, if nothing else, give me some guidance on how to proceed.  
Eric came out a couple days later and completely blew my mind.  He asked me several questions regarding my plan for the remodel and patiently listened to my poorly thought out plan.  He pointed out pros and cons with my plan and then asked if I was interested in hearing his vision for the remodel.  I eagerly said 'yes, please'.  Eric then proceeded to walk through my entire house, room by room, excitedly sharing his thoughts on what could be done to increase resale value, and how he could hep me achieve my goals.  This was all before any talk about cabinets.  
I could go on and on really, but I won't.  Bottom line is, along with receiving quality, affordable, great looking cabinets, Eric with Authentic Custom Cabinetry has made himself available at a moments notice to provide me with resources for every other aspect of my remodel.

Caleb is the best! When I first reached out to him, he was super responsive and invited me to his place of work. We discussed what I wanted and he made it happen! I asked for a card box, photo frames, and a welcome sign for our wedding, and he thought of details to ask that I hadn't even thought about. He also kept us in the loop along the way through text. We picked up our stuff a couple months later and we thought it was gorgeous! His work is really professional and beautiful. This guy really knows his way around wood. The closet people have installed closet systems in 4 homes for me and they are always so quick and clean and they deliver a high quality product.  I tried another brand in my last house and had such regrets...I just used them again and they were wonderful.

They gave us a great quote for a bathroom remodel but were late every day compared to when they said they would arrive. Sink countertop has issues they did not resolve well. Promised pictures of issues with our roof and never provided. Said they were not capable of doing roof repair and would subcontract and then did it themselves

I wanted to put Woodmode cabinets in our remodel. I went to the showroom and met with the salesperson, Karen. I explained that we were not ready to order cabinets yet, but did want Woodmode. I gave her our plans and told her that I wanted to do the kitchen. Karen told me that she would do cabinet plans for the other cabinets in the house without any obligation. At our next meeting she presented me with cad drawings of all cabinets and a contract. Karen explained to me that Woodmode was having a promotion that was ending at the end of the year. Karen told me that she called Woodmode and asked them to extend the promotion past the end of year as I was not ready to order cabinets yet. Karen said woodmode agreed to extend the date on the promotion as long as I gave a deposit. For a kitchen that was to cost approximately $53,000 I gave Karen the requested deposit if about $26000.00. After the deposit was given the cost of the kitchen kept going up. Karen finally told me that Woodcrest would not honor the original contract. I contracted with another company and asked for my deposit back. I confirmed with Woodmode that Woodcrest never ordered any cabinets for me. Mark, at Woodmode customer service, confirmed that I am not in the system and couldn't understand why I couldn't get my deposit back.

To date Keven Mooney the owner of Woodcrest Cabinets in Scottsdale has not returned one penny on my money. I have been requesting a refund for over one year.

HACK!!!!!! The most unprofessional unreliable and untrustworthy person I have ever met !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
