I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations.  I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call.  Wow!!  This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

My Gate to my backyard was destroyed off hinge, rusty, broken boards....Michael to the rescue.  Took his time, true professional old school hard work and dedication.  There are not kind enough words to describe the person Michael is and how great this company performed. Flawless.  Communication awesome

So, you can shop for price, quality or both.  I went with Landmark Iron for my front door and later for a pool fence...because of uniqueness, plus price and QUALITY!  Corners, angles, curves and slopes.  No visible seems and nearly invisible caulk lines.  Perfect welds, heavy duty hinges and latches.  For someone who did not want to replace a front door or add a pool fence, I'm now glad that I did both and consider them pieces of art.

What a life-saver!     I wasn't even sure if this gate was saveable but Juan came out and did an amazing job! He welded the broken spots, bolted to the ground and installed all new posts for the gate.  It looks great. Super strong. And came in for a couple hundred $ less than I had thought it was going to cost. Thanks so much!  Highly recommend!

This company is one of the better of the bunch! I was fortunate enough to stumble across Roll-a-Shield who couldn't help with my need but recommended The Screen Co and I gave them a shot.

They arrived on time, paperwork was executed quickly, the guys were professional, quick and reliable. I am totally calling them for my next project!

I don't about the long term quality of these gates.  We have two of them. One was purchased 3 years ago and it is hard to close. The other one is not yet 2 years old and the  powder coat finish is starting to come off and  it is very difficult to lock. They look good but it appears Action Gates skimped on materials.

From start to finish Mr. Moon and his team did an impressive job installing a new fence for us (and on a 107 degree day in late July no less).  Their work ethic and craftsmanship were impeccable.  It's such a relief to work with someone who does the work themselves and takes pride in a job well done.  Thank you, highly recommend!

Ken and his team did a fabulous job installing 2 new gates in our backyard. Ken helped us with meeting the city requirements, explained our options and provided high quality and great looking gates. We definitely recommend Sun King!

Our old fence blew down in a storm and we needed a new fence ASAP. Kurt was able to get us a quote and have his complete the installation in no time. It's been almost one year since we purchased our fence from Kurt and it's held up wonderfully. I would 100% recommend this business to family and friends.

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.

(Edit) owner response says that he didn't work for us but he did. Just a warning to future clients. Run or be careful.
