I put off getting my screens replaced as I expected it to be a hassle. Exactly the opposite was my experience with these people. I completely agree with everything Joe said about this company! Professional, clean, courteous, reasonably priced...you name it, they are it. They come to your home and make the screens right on the spot. They also have different kinds of screens on their vehicle, depending on what you want.
You'd never guess I would recommend these people would you?
One more thing. They have a minimum order for the number of screens if you want to make an appointment. I only needed two made.-less than their minimum number. Here is how they handled it. They determined when they'd be in my area at another job. If I could be at my home when they were finished with that one, they would come to my place as soon as they were done. It worked out perfectly.

During the monsoon I lost two screens. I did a search on businesses that would come to my home replace the screens. I worked efficiently through email (works best for me) setting up the quote and the work to be completed. An appointment was set up and I was provided the name of the technician that would be doing the work.
Sonny contacted me with an ETA that worked well with my scheduled appointment time. When he arrived he located the screens in need of repair and went promptly to work. He did an amazing job. I was more than impressed not only with his work, but his customer service. He showed me the completed job and provided input on my other screens all within a timely manner.
It is not often in AZ that I find competent people to help with home maintenance that leaves me in awe. The price was more than reasonable for coming to my home with me enduring zero stress. There is no doubt in my mind that I will request Sonny from Screenmobile for all my windows in the future.
I highly recommend this company.

I have used Screenmobile on 3 different residential properties. You would think this company would appreciate the business from a loyal customer. The defining moment was when I contacted the company for a quote on 4 windows and a patio door they responded they would need to actually see/measure the patio door. I wanted to schedule the estimate for the patio door, as well as replace screens. They said the 2 windows screens totaled $228 and they have a minimum of $250-really gonna turn away repeat business over a $22 differential that did not include the patio door yet to be measured. Bottom line I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Just had French screen doors put in. Kevin was awesome. The doors are wonderful. Fit perfectly, work great. Him and his partner were very efficient and very professional. I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend for anyone who needs new screen doors.
Right from the start the commitment to customer service is apparent. Gayle was pleasant and professional in setting up the appointment and explaining the process and pricing to me. Kevin and Chuck came out to the house and Kevin took the time to explain how the screens work and available options. Pricing seems to be fair and reasonable to me, when compared to taking it to the hardware store. No fuss. No waiting two weeks for the frame to comeback. The screens fit nicely and look good as well.
The work was completed in a timely manner and the impact inside the south-facing rooms was nearly immediate. Shortly after they left, I was on the phone again with Gayle making arrangements to have all the remaining windows on the house screened.

Kevin and Gail were excellent to work with. You can tell they take great pride in their work. Kevin came out and he pointed out an item that wasn't to his perfection while he was installing that I probably would have never noticed. He came back and re-did the job. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I've had a few people prior to Kevin come out to quote me on screen doors and drop shades. Kevin has been extremely honest and insightful. Kevin and Gayle provide first class customer service. I called and left a message for pricing on big screens Gayle called me back with in ten minutes. Provided my the pricing for my screens (best prices in the valley). I schedule my appointment with Gayle. Kevin came out to the house on time and was extremely professional and hammered out the screens. I would highly recommended this company
These guys are amazing! My client agreed to replace a screen door for their buyer with only two days to closing! I searched the valley online and couldn't find the right sized door in stock. Then I remembered Screenmobile.
Gail squeezed my job in on the day of closing. Kevin was on site exactly as promised. 25 minutes later we had a custom heavy duty replacement door. The quality is the best. It is superior to anything I saw in the stores. The service is outstanding. ( Sorry if you missed lunch, Kevin).

First of all, I am from Chicago and thought a screen is a screen! I called to get 2 windows re-screened and was told there was a 4 screen minimum which was fine because I had 1 more window that could use a screen and another needed a frame and screen. And was quoted 4 screens re-screened for $40 each which I thought was expensive but there were coming to me. When the technician showed up, he said that price was for a bug screen not a sun screen which was $60 each and I thought it was a bait and switch! I did have him make a new patio screen door $280 and re-screen the patio door $170 plus 3 more windows.
And the total bill all of the sudden was $725. I did ask for the other windows to get done and not till he left I just felt like I was ripped off consider he was at my place just over an hour!
If I had to do it again I would have taken my screens to a place that could do it then have them come to me!
A sun screen is a sun screen!
Expense lesson I learned!
Gail and Kevin are absolutely incredible! Not only were they super responsive, they were knowledgeable and provided what we needed quickly and conveniently!! Would highly recommend!!

Wow, great customer service and a pleasure to work with. Had our complete home sun screened. They were a bit more money than some of the other quotes but their professionalism had my trust. They showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed by this company and their services. An actual contractor that the owner stops by and supervises the work being done
They asked me to text them pictures of the type of screen I wanted repaired and they said they would call me back. They did not call me back. Customer service is very important to me and to not call me back exhibits unprofessional behavior. Aside from that, $280 for a new screen for a sliding glass door is too much $$ in my opinion. I only needed the wheels replaced on the bottom. I would have paid a premium to have them come to me and replace the wheels. But we never got that far in our discussion because they never called me back.
Great service from start to finish. Kevin explains the science and purpose of the screens which helps to make an informed decision. The quality of the craftmanship and materials is first rate and the finish product is so sharp. On time, on budget and friendly...the perfect combination.
This is the one of the most professionally handled jobs I have ever had done. From the initial phone call to the flawless installation and friendly service-this place is top notch. I would highly recommend this company for all of your screening needs. The replacement screens are better than the original ones. A+++

Very unprofessional. From the beginning it seemed that they did not want to do the job I had. They made every excuse in the book why it couldn't be done. After the tech had made enough excuses I called in to the office to find out what was going on. I was told for three straight days that I would get a call back and sure enough here we are 2 weeks later and no call. There are a couple other screen mobiles in town that actually want to work. Just hope you don't live in this outlets territory.

We had a slight issue and it was taken care of within a couple of days.The Tech came out within the beginning part of the window, fixed the problem and showed us how to avoid it happening again.
They are pleasant , honest and RELIABLE to deal with.
We have recommended them to several of our friends.
