Chromatic Coatings

I have a historic home in Downtown Phoenix and needed a major face-lift done to my old bathtub. I did my research and knew that reglazing/resurfacing was the way to go instead of installing a new tub. I was not sure what this type of project would cost, so I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and had about 4 people call me...I ultimately chose Ardi. 1. He moved his schedule around to accommodate my requests since I had guests coming into town 2. He was one of the most affordable options ($450) and 3. He made me feel very confident in his work with before and after photos. He seemed to really know what he was doing.

He came as soon as that week and it took barely 2 days... he came one evening to lay down the stripping agent to leave over night and then came early the next morning around 8am to finish the job by noon. He left us extensive care paperwork as well as a warranty. AND he also polished our sink for no extra cost. Really fantastic.

I was amazed at how beautiful my tub looked... the pictures speak for themselves. I will recommend Ardi to friends, family...everyone! Thank you for making my tub dreams come true! :)

We had 2 Clawfoot tubs re-glazed by Chromatic Coatings last week and they look Amazing!  Ardi came and looked at all 5 of our tubs, we own Starlight Pines Bed and Breakfast in Flagstaff, and we decided only 2 needed to be re-glazed.  He gave us a fair price and we scheduled the work to be done during a week we closed for some remodeling.  He showed up on time and stripped both tubs, came back the next day and glazed them.  His work is impeccable!  He removed everything from both bathrooms, taped and covered anything that could have been damaged by the process AND cleaned up completely.  As I mentioned at the top, the tubs look FANTASTIC!  We are so glad to have found Ardi and Chromatic Coatings.  I was worried that this was a lost art and the tubs would never look new again!  Thank you so much for a wonderful job!

Very happy with our remodel! Transformed our bathroom for a fraction of the cost. Very convenient that the company does counter and shower refinishing and cabinets. Great to work with!

Ardi and his guys did such a nice job!  Had him do 2 full bathrooms for a client's older home that I was about to sell. Really gave the 1979 home the update it needed to sell in 2 days!

This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

I had a crack in my porcelain sink, and after repair, you cannot see any signs of the crack, beautiful work!!!
