Ron from Eagle Locksmith came as scheduled and was able to program a used Toyota key fob that I bought on eBay.  All told the cost of buying on eBay and using locksmith saved 300-500 dollars.

Also price quoted was what was charged which is important.  I would recommend them.

Fast and friendly! Found ourselves in a bind when we accidentally threw away our safe key 2 days before our move to Spain. Thankfully they opened it and we have our passports!

I needed to change out the lock to gain access to my mailbox at the new apartment and saw the reviews for Eagle Locksmith. I called up and spoke with a really friendly gentleman who was able to get me a same day appointment just a few hours later. Then Roy, the locksmith, was super personable and right on time. Took him just a few minutes and he was able to take my card payment right then and there. The rate was also cheaper than a few other places I quoted with. If you want great service from really great people, give these guys a call!

Don't recall the tech's name.   Was professional and took care of everything.  We agreed for 14 locks to be re-keyed and 8 keys.
I could not find the key for one lock.   The tech gave me options to help
save money when we found the key or replaced the lock.
I found the key and that was also re-keyed.   I also asked how much more if we add additional 2 keys for 10 total.   He made the keys and didn't change us more.
also on the security door the locks were not installed and he took care of that also.
A very pleasent surprise.   I will use them again.

Decided it's time to get serious on home security. A friend recommended this company, so I set a free in home consultation. The owner, Roy, spent a full hour with me going over today's home security options. Let's just say I had it's been a while, and the smart technology just blew my mind!!
Garage, front door smart lock, MY AC!, and extremely sophisticated home alarm system are ALL at my fingertips :) I just love it!
I have left my house with the garage door open so many times, I almost judge my neighbors for not stealing stuff! Lol.  No more of that. The pre settings, and remote (and I mean different state remote) control of what's going on at the house is just such a mind and soul comfort. I even have a main water valve shot down sensor, in case I have a flood!
Service, personality, and professionalism. All 5 star! Highly recommended!

They came out on time, and re-keyed my locks quickly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them again if I need help with my locks.

I recently moved into a new home and had an immediate need for a locksmith. The back door to our home had a separate lock and the key had been lost, so we had no access to the backyard. This made moving large items a REAL issue, and so, naturally, I consulted my good friend Yelp.

It was a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. when I called Eagle (yep, I was THAT annoying girl) but Eddie answered and had a technician routed to me within the hour. Amazing!

When the technician got here, he was super friendly and more than willing to answer a few additional questions we had about the home. We were even able to cash in on the 15% Yelp discount. Love that.

All in all, it was a great experience. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough. If you're in need, Eagle Locksmiths is the only call you need to make.

Called to make an appointment with Eagle Locksmith and the owner answered the phone. He was extremely professional and had a tech on-site for the scheduled meeting time! These guys really care about their customers and their prices are very affordable! I have already referred Eagle Locksmith to a few of my friends who are realtors! I will be calling them next month to install an alarm! I've heard great things about their monitoring services.

Total rip. Broke the lock.  Did not take off the broken lock, charged 95.00.  Could not make the replacement key.  This was a complete disaster.

I will NEVER call this company again nor will I ever recommend them.

If I could rate them no stars.  Actually, this review is a no stars review.

These guys did an amazing job. I needed to rekey my entire home due to a previous tenant that was harassing us. Unfortunately the home was built with Euro style cylinder locks made by CES. After two other locksmith companies came out and were unable to figure out how to work with these type of locks, I called Eagle. The locksmith that came knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job (even opening a utility door that was locked and jammed at no extra cost).

Service was great, cost was fair, they arrived when promised and I will call them again should I ever need locksmith work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I used Eagle Locksmith to cut a new car key for me (lost my original). The Auto Dealership quoted me $225.00. I opted to find a deal online where I discovered you can purchase "blanks" based on your year/make/model for about $40.00! Score...I thought.

The key arrived as a "blank", instructing me to find a local locksmith to cut it specific to my vehicle.  With that, I called Eagle Locksmith to do the work. The gentleman I first spoke with from Eagle was polite, offered same-day service, and arrived at my home on time.  Within 20 minutes of meeting him, he handed me a freshly cut key that worked like a charm. Unfortunately, he also handed me an invoice for $175.  I have no idea how competitive this is, however given the fact it took 20 minutes, tops, I felt it a tad high. Perhaps this is just "what it cost", however if I could do it again, I may check one or two places and get competitive quotes. Anyway, cost aside, I'd highly recommend them based on fast, reliable and competent work. Bottom-line, I saved $10.00 based on what the Auto Dealership originally quoted.  Live and learn.

Roy was at my car within 15 minutes and had it open in 2. The last time I locked myself out the locksmith left my door hanging out of the frame a little, but Roy set it right back into place no problem. I was having an issue with the original locksmith and these guys were much more professional and didn't try to gouge my pocket.

Horrible company and a very dishonest owner (Roy).   Avoid at all costs.    I've been trying to get a copy of a car key (fob/transmitter style) for the past 4 months.   I have had nothing but problems with this company, employees, and owner.
It started when I was stood up twice, both times after setting up appointments around their schedule and driving to their shop on E. Indian School.  The business is all locked up during business hours as it is "By Appointment Only"....don't bother making an appointment--they don't mean anything.   I was given excuses of a) the employee assigned to me had to go to the hospital the day before and I forgot to call you, and b) the machine needed to complete your digital key is in use by another locksmith employee at a job site (why make my appointment for a certain time and have me show up, knowing they can't complete the job).    I should have stopped there, but the owner felt so bad and "wanted to make it up to me".   On my 3rd appointment attempt, I finally got to meet somebody who worked for the company (albeit, he was 20 minutes late).  I sat in my car with the locksmith for 2 1/2 hours as he attempted to make a duplicate of my key transponder.   He called tech support, the dealership, other employees, all to no avail.  My battery died from waiting so long, and he had to attach jumper cables from his personal car for the next 25 minutes of the ordeal.   Not only could he not program the new key, but my ORIGINAL key was not deleted and I had no way to leave even if I wanted to.  Finally another employee showed up, spent 2 minutes going through the same steps as the first guy (who obviously just didn't know what he was doing) and was able to at least get my original key re-programmed.  He said it was too risky to try to get the duplicate done today and suggested I wait until they can try another machine at a later date.  So a total of 3 appointments and 4 1/2 hours of wasted time, I was right back where I started.   I continued to contact Roy to schedule my appointment for the duplicate key programming.  He apologized for all the troubles and "no-show" appointments, gave me his cell phone number to call/text him personally, and vowed to have a technician come to my work site with the proper machine as soon as possible (that was Jan 15th).   For the next several weeks, Roy texted me every excuse in the book--the technician was busy and not available, then he had a family emergency and was out for the next 10 days, then they were waiting for their machine to get updates from the manufacturer for my make/model, etc., etc.    Then the texts and phone calls just stopped.   He would not text back (knowing he received them since they were sent and received using iMessage on the iPhone) and would not return any voicemails left to his cell phone or company line  (approximately 12 messages were left over the course of the next 4 weeks).   I know I should have gone elsewhere after receiving such poor customer services and being fed so many lies, but my persistence and belief that Roy and his company should fix the problem they helped create, was too strong.      I finally was able to reach Roy on his business line after blocking my number (surely he would not have answered had he known it was me calling).  After I gave him the description of my year/make/model, he knew it was me and said that they were waiting on a new machine and had no time table on when they could purchase it.   He said it costs over $11k, and until/if they get the machine, they could not work with "smart keys" in the meantime.   I laughed at yet another silly excuse/lie and ended the conversation.    I attempted to contact him one last time later that day on his cell phone, and of course he would not respond back.
OVERALL:   AVOID.   VERY DISHONEST OWNER, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES and POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came when (maybe even earlier) than they estimated they would. Here it says they close at 11:30 but I believe they are 24hours. He did a 10minute or less job and opened my car to get my locked keys out without having to make a new key. I am appreciative of Roys work and at the hour he came to save my keys

Roy and Eagle Locksmith have come to our rescue numerous times!  This review is long overdue.  The latest case of Roy rescuing us is when the power recently went out and I was with my two soaking wet kids (we got caught in the storm).  Upon arrival at our house I realized I didn't have a house key, only our garage door opener which of course didn't work due to the power being out.  We also had a brand new puppy who I knew was probably so scared to be in the dark. I felt so helpless until I called Eagle Locksmith.  Roy literally dropped everything to come to our rescue.  He showed up not 5 minutes later and let us into our house so quickly.  I was and still am very grateful for his top notch services.

I have used Eagle twice, and both times Eagle was outstanding in both work and customer service.  The first time- three years ago - my daughter and I had taken our coffees out to enjoy on the patio. When we pulled the sliding door closed behind us, a board used in the track at night - and which was leaning up in the frame, FELL INTO THE TRACK.  We were out there in my small walled in patio without even a cell phone!  No neighbors were out mid-day, I mean we were alone in the world locked out without key or phone.  After awhile a neighbor two doors down stepped out into his patio, and when we called out in our plight, he called a locksmith...turned out to be Eagle which came immediately, got in my front door, came through the house, got the board out of the sliding door track, and us into the house.  I believe the man's name was Roy; he had responded within mere minutes, and the charge was so small I can't ever remember how much.
The second time was last week.  I had opened my garage door to get a garbage can back in, and as I stepped out the garage door closed itself down right behind me.  I was all alone out on my driveway without a door key, and once again, without cell phone.  Another neighbor called Eagle for me, and once again Eagle was in my drive within the time they gave us...20 minutes.
The name of the young man from Eagle this times was Ken.  Ken had to drill out my old front door lock, but replaced it and provided me with keys. While Ken was inside he noticed a sock stuck in a clear tube in my vacuum cleaner in the hallway, and got it out for me!  Eagle is not only very fair-priced, but exceeds all expectations in attention to detail and customer service.  Our townhouse community knows Eagle well, and you should remember the name, too. My dad got excellent service at Eagle Locksmith. He had a camper shell on a pickup that needed new locks and keys. The owner had to go get the parts at a wholesaler, which he did within 24 hours for him so that it would lock when we went on a road trip the very next day!  Very reasonable prices and excellent service, highly recommended!

My former roommate has got to be one of the most scattered, forgetful, dipsticks I have ever met. She went on vacation and returned without any of her keys. She was able to let herself into the house using the garage code, but had no keys for her car. Somehow, this became my problem. While I was on vacation (and dead asleep I might add) she called me and asked for help. Considering I wasn't there and she was safely in the house, what exactly did she want me to do? Apparently, she had already called the company that helped her when she locked herself out of the house 3 weeks before this current disaster (seeing a pattern here?). When she called them, told them the situation, and how much cash she had on her, they pretended to lose reception and hung up on her (I kind of envied their approach and wished I had thought of it).  She called me in the middle of the night because she figured that since I had found a good locksmith the last time, I should have no problem finding an even better one . . . in the middle of the night.  How this was my problem, I have no idea, but I'm an enabler and I was desperate to go back to sleep, so I agreed to call around for her.  However, after I found out how much cash she had on her, I wanted to hang up on her myself. Normally, a new car key with a chip costs between $175 and $200, but if you really negotiate and act completely pathetic, you can get it down to $165 or $160 (she definitely had less than that).  On top of which, it was 11 pm and she had to leave for work at 7:30 am the next morning, so this had to be done that night. So, after calling a few places and being laughed off the phone multiple times, I found Eagle Locksmith.  I'm not going to lie; if I ever meet the man I spoke to on the phone, I'm going to have to hug him!  Not only did he agree to the paltry amount of cash that she had on her, but he said that he would have the technician out in 30 minutes or less!  Remember, this is the middle of the night; most places charge you extra if they have to come out after a certain time.  They even called to confirm that they were on their way.  When the tech got there, he realized that the genius had told me the wrong car model. Despite this setback, he still managed to get her into her car and program a new key.  It doesn't end there! Somehow, while he was breaking into her car and making a new key, that ninny locked herself out of her room!  She had the audacity to ask the poor technician to unlock the door for her, and he did--AT NO CHARGE!  These guys are saints!! I would have run in the other direction with all her nonsense.  They acted professionally, worked with the budget she had, and were beyond accommodating.  It's very possible they took a loss on the transaction, since those keys are so expensive, but they made it work.  And I got to go back to sleep--I can't thank them enough!! I will never, ever use another locksmith, PERIOD!
