An Arizona native, Ivan currently lives in San Tan Valley with his wife and two year old son. Family is important to him and will always be his number one priority. In his free time, Ivan loves golfing on cooler days or staying at home to watch baseball and basketball--he's always rooting for his favorite teams, the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns. He loves chatting about sports or locks--both are his passions!

I locked myself out of my house!
Ivan was very professional and polite on the phone and was at my house helping me in less than twenty minutes.
He even made me extra key copies right there in his van so this won't happen again.
He was a true lifesaver and very kind.

Great man! Told us he'd be at our house in an hour but showed up in about 40 mins...even after hours. Went straight to work, gave us a smoking deal for our predicament. By the time he left we felt like brothers. Wonderful man and wonderful service! Use this guy!

I initially had a 5 star rating of this company. I was a previous customer of this company and was very happy until last night! They claim to be 24-7! That is complete BS now! I've been calling them sense shortly after 1am because I was locked out of my house!

I left them messages to call me as soon as they get my messages that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!
I have no idea what happened to this company from over a year ago but it's sad to see it has deteriorated! This is so disheartening to me!

I didn't catch the name of the locksmith, but he was very kind, professional, and prompt. He was also very fair with prices especially considering it was a late Sunday night. He arrived I'd say within 10 minutes of my call and it took him about 30 seconds to unlock our door. Thank you, sir, for helping get me into my house and being respectful, courteous, and prompt.

We just moved and needed our new home rekeyed. We have a ridiculous number of doors with two locks on each of the doors, and Ivan came in and made fast work of it! Very helpful and friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely would use again and highly recommend!

Closet door handle broke and after trying to fix it myself recognized I need professional help (locksmith not therapist). Found 1st Call on Yelp and called. Ivan answered and said he'd be here between 1pm and 3pm and he showed up right at 1pm. He was organized and professional. I would recommend Ivan to anyone needing a locksmith.

The tech Ivan was very professional. He gave me the price right over the phone, and no destination charges or fees. He answered all my questions and worked very quickly. He gave me his card, and I plan to designate him as my local locksmith.
