We would recommend FIVE40 Remodeling.  We contracted Shannon and his team for a carport-to-garage conversion at our house in Tempe.  The end result was fantastic, as Shannon's team executed our vision for the new garage while adding suggestions and touches that we would not have thought of.  His crew was always on-time, respectful, courteous, and always left the job site clean and secure.  Shannon was very responsive, especially when the project was off-track to start, and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process.  Very easy to work with.  Our job was completed on budget and beyond expectation, and we are really happen with the outcome.

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

Had some newer reviews pop up on my radar. I feel bad for the people who didn't dodge the bullet I did, and I'm glad I said something despite the threats. Pretty scary stuff!

Desert Custom Flooring! Alex and his team did a shower remodel for me in my house recently and man! It's look so amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend these professional guys. Their craftsmanship and getting the job done is just 5 stars all around.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

Red Rock Contractors redid our pool heaters, controls and some plumbing.... Superb job, done very efficiently, on time, at a fair price. They are extremely knowledgable in the world of water and pools and suspect a whole lot more. I recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right, the first time. I would hire them again, in a heat beat, if needed for any type of water project

WOW! Chad fixed the gables on our Tudor style home and they look amazing! He drafted a new project solution that makes the gables look beautiful and authentic, but that works so much better than what we had before. Chad is creative, punctual, efficient, super tidy on the job, and offers very fair prices. Highly recommend Chad and Jones Reclaimed for any home project- big or small. We for sure will be calling him again!

This company is amazing!  I needed to get my father's home fixed up prior to him coming home from the hospital and was on a short timeline.  They were able to get all accomplished within that timeframe.  The contractors they sent were true craftsmen and paid close attention to the details.  I will use them again and recommend their flooring installation services.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. I found Aqua Therapy Tubs so awesome to work with. Derek is very professional, prompt and is very clear with the proposal. He really worked  to get me the materials I wanted, showing he goes that extra mile. I now have an offer on my home and I look forward to having them re-do another bathroom for me. No need to call anyone else!!

After the initial sales call and estimate (Richard) we contracted Rise Above Remodeling to redo our guest bathroom.  Not only did it turn out beautifully, but the craftsmen who did the work were excellent, timely and very nice. Management from Rise Above came by daily to check on progress and even helped with color and design suggestions for another room.  We couldn't be happier.

Peak One Builders did an amazing and truly custom addition and remodel of our kitchen.  Peak One was extremely patient with us during the design phase and helped modify the plans and sketches until we were satisfied.  During construction we had several new ideas and changes that we wanted to make and they worked with us to incorporate the changes.  From hanging huge wood slab from the ceiling as a dining room table, incorporating a pop up TV in the kitchen island to creating a custom wine cellar underneath the stairwell - they never said no or it wasn't possible.  Living in the house during construction the workers were always respectful and cleaned up daily.  We interviewed several contractors and we are so glad we decided on Peak One.  I would highly recommend Peak One for any addition, remodel or new build!

BEWARE-THE OWNER DOES NOT OBTAIN PERMITS REQUIRED BY THE CITY TO DO PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK.  HE ALSO DOES NOT USE LICENSED ELECTRICIANS OR LICENSED PLUMBERS.  Needless to say our remodel was a painful experience.  It lasted months longer than it should have...due to a worker dropping a drill on the brand new vanity marble top and the owner wanting me to be ok with them filling the whole.  No way..we paid for a new vanity we wanted a new vanity..not a new fixed vanity.  Sadly we weren't able to get a new vanity because the 3 times they tried to replace it..each vanity showed up damaged..so we had to settle with a fixed marble top that you can still notice a hole in.  The BIGGEST issue was that the workers hooked up our above stove microwave into the lighting circuit.  Had the owner gotten a permit and used a licensed electrician...this giant mistake would not have happened.  Each time we would use the microwave...the power would go out.  This happened because they were supposed to add a new circuit strictly for the microwave...since it takes a lot of power.  Sadly we had to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors in order to make sure the owner got the permit AND a licensed electrician to do the job.  MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE OWNER GET PERMITS!  In an email from the owner he said he doesn't get permits because it's a waste of time and money!  WELL IT'S ALSO ILLEGAL.  Also..we got brand new kitchen cabinets that took months to correct.  From doors being different sizes..to cracks and dents.  Owner wanted to brush it off saying they are up to standard.  It's up to standard to get brand new cabinets with dents and cracks?  We did end up getting a discount for the cabinets because we finally just settled with some of the flaws.  Also...the workers were careless as they did not cover our  brand new granite counter top before setting all of their tools and supplies on it.  We did hear that the owner demoted the worker that was on our job because of the electrical problem.  However...I put full onus on the OWNER as he did not have a licensed professional do the job like a LICENSED contractor is supposed to do.  There were a myriad of problems...part of my piano getting broken when they moved it...my couch getting scuffed up and having a person come out and airbrush my BRAND NEW couch.  It was a horrible experience.  We still have a little over a year left of our guarantee to fix things should other problems occur.  Praying there won't be something wrong with the plumbing since they did not use licensed plumbers either.  Also...I have MS and this experience sure flared it up!  Needless to say...we did not get a wonderful gift basket like Angela promised us after the project was complete.   One would think since you messed up so bad...you would have given us a freaking gift basket!  Oh well...here's to hoping the job is actually complete.
