I called Shannon to inquire about building a sauna room in my clinic... He literally stopped by same day and had an estimate ready the very next day. He is 100% responsive and keeps you in the loop on progress. His pricing is very fair and he is an honest person. The room is exactly what I was looking for. I will recommend Shannon and his team to everyone!

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. Alex and his crew tiled our large shower and garden tub area. The job was a very challenging task of 250 sq ft of porcelain tile, marble shower floor tile and decorative stone. Great communication and very informative and valued input. Reasonable price and quality work. Highly recommend.

We hired Bobby to design our backyard make over and some small projects in the interior of the home.  From the first time we met him until he finished the project, he was attentive to our needs, was in constant contact with us as the project progressed and was transparent about the cost and the process.  As with any project, there were always things that unexpectedly came up and Bobby always found a way to resolve the issues, keep us informed, and prioritize our concerns.  We have already consulted him with a carport redesign, which will also include an additional of a new room and storage area.  We are confident he will do a fantastic job and would recommend him and his team to any project.  He has great ideas, great taste and listens to what the customer's needs and desires are.  Highly recommend him!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

I have recently had some renovation work done by Urban Element. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very start when Quentin came to give me an estimate to the finish of what could have been a very messy job, they excelled. I expected a big mess with tearing out a cast-iron tub ( a couple had told me they would have to saw it in half etc.) Not only did Urban Element get it out in one piece they also took out mud-based tile with hardly a fuss. If you have a job coming up that you are dreading, I highly suggest using Quentin and crew for a stress-free home improvement.

Urban Element goes above and beyond and I will definitely use them again for the next project.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

WOW! Chad fixed the gables on our Tudor style home and they look amazing! He drafted a new project solution that makes the gables look beautiful and authentic, but that works so much better than what we had before. Chad is creative, punctual, efficient, super tidy on the job, and offers very fair prices. Highly recommend Chad and Jones Reclaimed for any home project- big or small. We for sure will be calling him again!

These guys did a great job on our kitchen remodel.  They did a great follow up after the job was done to make sure we were happy.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! Just phoned for an estimate and spoke with their interior designer.  She informed me that they won't install anything you don't buy directly from them- due to, ahem, liability reasons-even though I bought a light fixture and a vanity from Home Depot.  This is code for: we are so greedy that we want to make money off of (upcharge) every single thing we can sell you in addition to the other materials and labor we will charge for and make money off of. Greed.  Just plain greed.  STEER CLEAR!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!
