We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I would highly recommend hiring FIVE40 and Shannon for your next remodeling project, and I know I will be using them again in the future.

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, floors, build a closet and other misc items.  We are now planning on remodeling our master bathroom.  Not only are the professional and reliable but Bobby and his whole team are a pleasure to deal with.  Bobby's advice on the design was extremely helpful and made the projects less stressful than anticipated.  I would highly recommend them.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

What a beautiful remodel. Our bathroom was octagon shaped from the 90s and completed outdated. Urban Element did an amazing job updating not just the master bath, but the closet and gave us a beautiful laundry room our home did not have.

Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. He was super responsive and knowledgeable for all of my questions, and had very fair and straightforward prices. Not to mention, the final product of the project came out beautifully, as if there was never an issue with my door in the first place! They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. I called Built By Grace in July 2016 and Bill came out to do a number of projects we needed done. He was timely, professional,a perfectionist and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We will be calling back as we still need somethings done in our house. Highly recommend!!

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

We called about  adding a walk in closet, remodel master bath and guest bathroom.  They sent out an estimator that was not comfortable doing estimate and rescheduled to have the owner come out.  After waiting over a week, I was texted that the job was to big and they would need to pass.  When I called to schedule I confirmed that they did full remodels and not just retrofit tub/shower pkg.  I wished they had been honest and not wasted our time.

Skyler and his crew were phenomenal. My mother's bathroom turned out gorgeous. Skyler kept the project moving forward even when it started to stray. Like with any remodel there are always things that can pop up and cause delays, but Skyler communicated and made things happen! We would definitely recommend him and his crew for any remodel you may have. He is very responsive and their work is top notch. Couldn't be happier!!

While researching pool builders we found Peak One Builders and Restoration; Peak One Pools and Backyards. Upon meeting with Mike, the owner, we immediately felt a connection with him and knew he was the one to build our pool. Mike and his entire staff not only met, but exceeded in building our dream pool and outside bathhouse. Their attention to details, no matter how small, was outstanding. We have had nothing but compliments on the beautiful work that was done.
We were so pleased with the work on the pool, we turned to Peak One again, to turn our current garage into a rec room and building out a new garage. Once again from the start our vision was met and exceeded in the construction. Yes, there were some delays in getting the project completed, and it took longer than anticipated, but the final outcome was well worth the wait. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done.
During both projects, the workers were courteous, made sure the yard was cleaned up and all garbage thrown in the dumpster. It was a pleasure to talk to and work with them all.
Thanks to Mike and his entire staff, we have the home and backyard we have always dreamed of owning.

We used Retro Pro for a guest bath remodel in 2013 and were so pleased that we used them again for the master bath and, as before, we were really satisfied with the results and the whole process. Eric and Angela met with us initially at our home and then again for a design consultation at their showroom. Angela was very helpful both in the design process and during the construction. The work encompassed
a total tear out of the existing bathroom, removal of a sunken tub, and a dividing wall. Two narrow windows were replaced with a single window involving the reworking of the stucco exterior. A new bathtub, tile surround, tile floor, new lighting and cabinets were installed. Nestor, our project manager, and the crew were professional, competent, very accommodating and polite. Eddie did a great job with the tile work as
he had done for the guest bath. It is nice to see a lot of the faces that were with the company four years ago. Communication was excellent and the project was finished on schedule. Although they are not the cheapest in town, the quality and peace of mind was well worth it and we highly recommend them.

Don't look any farther in your search for a general contractor! Can't say enough about the professionalism of Golden Bear Contracting. He does all the work himself, no subcontractors. We remodeled our home in Gilbert that our son and daughter-in-law live in: full bathroom remodels in the master and guest bath, and installation of a new tile floor in the laundry room. Mike was there promptly every morning, worked hard and finished the job in the timeframe promised. He cleaned up as he went and we couldn't be happier with the result!

One of the best things about this company is that he came out and gave us ways to save money as he was measuring for the estimate. (We had one company that didn't even want to come out and instead requested that we send pics and do all the measuring ourselves...and they came in much higher in their estimate!). Mike put together an estimate that was very reasonable, including averages for ALL materials. It was perfect because we then had the option to purchase all our materials, with no pressure and managed to come in under budget. Some items we chose were higher in price than his included materials budget, and many were lower. This made the whole process much easier and we got exactly what we wanted.

Since we are out of town, Mike kept us informed every step of the way, with new revisions to the invoice as we chose materials.

He is very honest, dependable, and we will definitely hire him again should we decide to do further work on the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
