I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

Matt possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: he knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with his clients. Matt is very professional and offers cost saving alternatives when possible. I've worked with him in many projects and customers are always pleased.

Alex and his team did a incredible job they turn my kitchen into literally my dream ! Definitely recommend Desert custom flooring for any home remodeling had a very good experience especially for being our first remodel.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional,  reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We definitely would recommend Atelier507 to anyone needing a talented architect or considering a remodel/renovation project.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

Got a large cabinet section installed in a random area next to my kitchen. Excellent service from this company. Quentin keeps you informed of the process and communicates well throughout. The employees who did the work were respectful and did a great job! Would use this company again for remodel services! Adding a picture, the color is the same on top and bottom cabinets, photo lighting throws it off

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

Red Rock Contractors redid our pool heaters, controls and some plumbing.... Superb job, done very efficiently, on time, at a fair price. They are extremely knowledgable in the world of water and pools and suspect a whole lot more. I recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right, the first time. I would hire them again, in a heat beat, if needed for any type of water project

Chad is amazing! I don't even remember how we found him initially because it's been so long that we've been using him. He's done several projects around our house and is one of the only contractors I trust to do the job right. There have also been times I couldn't be at home and there is no issue with trusting him alone in the house.  We've worked with several contractors before we met Chad and there is almost always something that they don't do quite right or some way they've cut corners. That never happens with Chad. He is meticulous and does exactly the job you've hired him for. We've even started using him for projects at both of our businesses because he's so awesome. We can't recommend him enough!

Working with Built by Grace was a wonderful experience. They recently re-roofed for us and patched a water-damaged wall inside the house. After a big storm, we were panicked homeowners having a hard time getting a contractor to call us back-- BBG promptly returned our call and remained attentive and easy-to-reach through the entire process. Their attitude was friendly and the work was quality. Not once did they make us feel unimportant because we were a relatively small project. I have nothing negative to say about any part of our experience. They will certainly have our business in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

We called about  adding a walk in closet, remodel master bath and guest bathroom.  They sent out an estimator that was not comfortable doing estimate and rescheduled to have the owner come out.  After waiting over a week, I was texted that the job was to big and they would need to pass.  When I called to schedule I confirmed that they did full remodels and not just retrofit tub/shower pkg.  I wished they had been honest and not wasted our time.

Even though we couldn't do business, they were professional and steered me in the right direction to get my project done.

Mike and his team at Peak One are absolutely fabulous.  They executed a remodel in our home this past fall and they handled every aspect in a professional manner.  Their work was high quality, they always communicated well, and they have the highest integrity.  I know that sounds a little too good to be true -- but it is.  I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Project: Remodel 90s kitchen

Eric and Angela were very helpful with the design of our kitchen. They are very easy to work with, have a lot of good ideas, and have good pictures of remodels they have completed. This helped with explaining their ideas. They listen to your ideas and try to work them into the space.

The staff showed up at 8:30 am every weekday with only a few exceptions.  We were notified of those exceptions at least a day ahead. They were very helpful as we were living in the house while the construction was in process. They tried to keep the place livable. They also closed off rooms where they were working with plastic sheeting so as to keep the construction dust down.  They cleaned up every evening before leaving.

The trades showed up when scheduled.  We did not have many week days where work was not in process.

The time estimate was six weeks, and the actual was five weeks.  We love our new kitchen and it is very easy to work there.  We were so impressed with this project, we are having them back to remodel the shower area in the master bathroom.

Scope of Work

Kitchen demo:
 Remove wall between kitchen and Great Room

Hired Golden Bear to remodel master bath and second bathroom in March 2020.  I gave it 5 stars so you can read about my experience and who this guy really is.  You decide.

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.  They were very easy to work with, which is why I hired them.  On several occasions Michael saved me from my bad ideas.  

But there were issues around the finishing details. I had to go over the work and point out with stick notes many finishing details like at the base of the cabinets, grout cleanup in corners and rough finishing edges.  Overall in the end the master bath came out great.

But in the second bath the amount of grout clean up issues were extensive.  For some reason they decided to change the color of the grout without my consent and it looked terrible. I was told the color would change after it dries.  

Well the grout color did not change when it dried, the color they used what not what I selected.  Michael stop taking my calls after he admitted they used the wrong color and said they would come back and fix it.   I had to hire a tile company to change the color of the grout.

I do recommend that Michael hire someone to do the finishing work he does not like doing.  Would I hire him again or recommend him - NO.
