I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Shannon, Justin, Scott and the rest of the team. Our kitchen remodel exceeded expectations which was made possible by the true partnership between us and Shannon. Trustworthy, reliable, highly communicative, realistic (no BS), and very customer focused - no complaints. We certainly know who to call for our next project and already recommend the team to anyone that asks!

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

Matt possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: he knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with his clients. Matt is very professional and offers cost saving alternatives when possible. I've worked with him in many projects and customers are always pleased.

Super responsible, great job, love the end result. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using him again soon.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

I have recently had some renovation work done by Urban Element. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very start when Quentin came to give me an estimate to the finish of what could have been a very messy job, they excelled. I expected a big mess with tearing out a cast-iron tub ( a couple had told me they would have to saw it in half etc.) Not only did Urban Element get it out in one piece they also took out mud-based tile with hardly a fuss. If you have a job coming up that you are dreading, I highly suggest using Quentin and crew for a stress-free home improvement.

Urban Element goes above and beyond and I will definitely use them again for the next project.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. They have remained available even after the job was complete for any questions. If you want knowledgeable and top quality, these are your guys!

We are very happy with the work that Built by Grace did. We have used Jason for three home  renovation projects and are extremely pleased with all of the work. I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

I selected Aqua Tubs after doing my research on the internet.  Most places usually just take care of tub installation only not electrical   Here they manage the entire project start to finish.  From the top down the service and support has bee outstanding.  The installers Jacob and George true craftsmen.

Just remodeled spare bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. Bret and Skyler took our vision and made it a reality. All their workers were professional, on time and trustworthy. We will be using them in the future for remodeling needs. Love it all.

Mike and his team at Peak One completed a major remodel of our 1970's home last year. They were patient, professional and courteous every step of the way. The team expertly guided us through several complex issues that arose. We couldn't be happier with our forever home!

Just phoned for an estimate and spoke with their interior designer.  She informed me that they won't install anything you don't buy directly from them- due to, ahem, liability reasons-even though I bought a light fixture and a vanity from Home Depot.  This is code for: we are so greedy that we want to make money off of (upcharge) every single thing we can sell you in addition to the other materials and labor we will charge for and make money off of. Greed.  Just plain greed.  STEER CLEAR!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!
