When their on line link did not allow me set an appointment they responded by twice telling me to go to other locations to set an appointment.
If they expect me to jump through hoops just to set an audience with the emporer, I consider that a lack of customer service and an indication of many issues to follow.
Life is too short. I moved on.

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. No hard sell to purchase the most expensive, which we greatly appreciated. We got estimates from other companies and were told the expected wait was 6-8 months or more. With Joe, after signing the contract to job completion was only 6 weeks and they did an amazing job!! Joe, Jeff & Porter were a pleasure to work with and our windows look absolutely beautiful. Red Rock Contractors redid our pool heaters, controls and some plumbing.... Superb job, done very efficiently, on time, at a fair price. They are extremely knowledgable in the world of water and pools and suspect a whole lot more. I recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right, the first time. I would hire them again, in a heat beat, if needed for any type of water project

WOW! Chad fixed the gables on our Tudor style home and they look amazing! He drafted a new project solution that makes the gables look beautiful and authentic, but that works so much better than what we had before. Chad is creative, punctual, efficient, super tidy on the job, and offers very fair prices. Highly recommend Chad and Jones Reclaimed for any home project- big or small. Working with Built by Grace was a wonderful experience. They recently re-roofed for us and patched a water-damaged wall inside the house. After a big storm, we were panicked homeowners having a hard time getting a contractor to call us back-- BBG promptly returned our call and remained attentive and easy-to-reach through the entire process. Their attitude was friendly and the work was quality. Not once did they make us feel unimportant because we were a relatively small project. I have nothing negative to say about any part of our experience. They will certainly have our business in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! This is the second time I've used Aqua Therapy.  My first job was having Dereck build a walk-in shower for my elderly mother in November, 2015.  Dereck and his team were wonderful, shower works perfectly, and the shower is well built.  This 2nd job is installing the walk-in Ella hydrotherapy tub for myself.  If you look at the Ella website you can see the manufacturer is here in the USA and they stand behind their product (as does Dereck).  After being scammed by another walk-in hydrotherapy tub company, I went directly to Dereck as he is professional, trustworthy and honest, and he makes sure everything is safe especially the electrical that was dangerously compromised by the prior walk-in tub company I originally used.  Aqua Therapy Tubs is the only company (and Dereck the contractor) that I trust and have complete confidence in. I'm always 100% satisfied with the results.  The new tile job is beautiful and really accents this beautiful walk-in tub.  The Ella tub is the Cadillac of other walk-in therapeutic tubs being sold out there and at a reasonable price.

Skyler and his crew were phenomenal. My mother's bathroom turned out gorgeous. Skyler kept the project moving forward even when it started to stray. Like with any remodel there are always things that can pop up and cause delays, but Skyler communicated and made things happen! We would definitely recommend him and his crew for any remodel you may have. He is very responsive and their work is top notch. Couldn't be happier!!

We had the pleasure to work with Peak One Builders and had a fantastic experience. My husband was hit while serving in Afghanistan and sustained a traumatic brain injury and loss of both legs below the knees. Remolding a home could have a nightmare....but with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors and Peak One Builders this was the easiest experience for us.

Mike Christensen of Peak One was professional, reliable and made sure that the job was done right. The way that Mike had reconfigured our home was outstanding. He was extremely creative, thinking outside the box for my husbands special needs to make sure our home looked normal and not like a handicap section. The house feels open, clean, spacious, and luxurious. Basically, the house looks like it was built for a King!

I love seeing the look of pride in my husband when we are at home, he has full access to everything and there are no obstacles. Now we BBQ and hang out at our fire pit almost every night! We had 6 different estimates for our kitchen remodel.  Most of the contractors that visited our home said, This is a big job, which didn't instill a sense of confidence.  When Eric & Angela came into our home, they immediately understood our vision and made it seem almost easy to accomplish.  After having researched remodeling in our area, the price was in the range of what we had anticipated and very competitive.  What made them stand out for us, was their shared vision for the project, the in-house crew, and the attention to detail.  
Eric came up with several ideas for our layout that we had not even thought of and created a truly custom and beautiful kitchen.
Omar's craftsmanship and attention to detail made it obvious he has years of experience.  Any challenges our older home presented, he and his crew handled without issue.  Omar was very friendly to our kids, and never made us feel like we were in the way in our own home.
Angela provided advice on design to make the space feel cohesive with the rest of our house.  We originally thought pendant lights would make the kitchen feel too small.  She strongly recommended we go with them, and we absolutely love them.  
Steve was always reassuring to me when I was having trouble picturing the kitchen during the remodel.  He was always just a phone call away.
We were very happy with our entire remodeling process with Retro Pro.  If we had to do it all over, we would definitely choose them again.  The only thing friends and family say when they see our new kitchen is, Wow!

Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker Pencil tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.
