One of the most honest and best contractors one could work with.  Only problem is that there are not enough Glenn's to go around.  I highly recommend Glenn and his team.

Stein did a great job on our bathroom remodel.  I got 4 quotes and his was one of the two most competitive in price, so ultimately the decision came to who I trusted to be in my home alone for a month.  Stein came highly recommended and was a pleasure to be around at every meeting.  He was also very responsive and thorough preparing the quote.  
During the project he stayed on-time and on-budget.  When small, unexpected issues came up he solved them at his own expense.  The result is a bathroom we enjoy and the confidence that our money was well-spent.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Tyson was recommended from a friend.  He turned a den into a bedroom for us.   Framed a wall, closet, and door.    Overall the price was great, job was done quickly, and no complaints on the workmanship.   He did take a little awhile to get back to me and had to schedule the job a few weeks out, sounded busy, but I take that as a sign of a good contractor.   Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Home Time Bathrooms was amazing! We needed to remove a tub and install a more accessible shower for dad. John was amazing! He provided us great options, suggested products to make pops life easier and safer and worked with us on a customized bench to meet his needs. The products were absolutely beautiful, and the little touches of trim and care were far above what I was expecting. It turned out amazing! John took care of everything from start to finish. Checking on the work and provided great updates to pop and myself.

Having done a bathroom remodel a few years earlier the price was great compared to the quotes that we got and paid. The work was quick and the crew was super respectful and clean! We are so very happy with pops new bathroom and highly recommend!

Jim's group is excellent. The entire team takes pride in a job done right. Jim and his team are very responsive. They answer phone messages and address your questions promptly.  I would not hesitate to use them again and would definetly refer them to friends or family.  The team is trustworthy and honest.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

Jacquie Evans was very professional, thoughtful with her recommendations and easy to work with.  I was looking to update my home yet use the furniture that we moved from other homes.  She has eye for visualizing your descriptions and comfortable with making suggestions.  She looks at every room with a fresh eye and doable ideas.  I really enjoyed our appointment and appreciate her helpfulness.

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

This was one of my worse experience in life dealing with Kris. Certainly, it was great at the beginning of our alliance but when it came down to the beginning of the work, it was a disaster. Kris was to design kitchen cabinets, install the cabinets, and the installation of granite. Upon the installation of cabinets, with her FIRST cabinet sub-contractors, which did not complete the job to even basic standards. So poorly that Kris did not even bring them back to the job. Unfortunately, the installation was not the only thing wrong, Kris's wrong measurements also created massive time delays. The cabinets were not squared by the first cabinet installer hindering the granite countertop measurement (more delays). While all these circumstances, her frustration was taken upon by the customer (me and my family). After four weeks of waiting, the correct cabinets arrived BUT the new cabinet installation was not done after two weeks because of ridiculous excuses.  In addition to that, the quotes that Kris gave me were way off my original quotes. I guess, her loss is my loss (who will not succeed in a business like this?)

Inviting Kris or any service to my house requires some form of reverence, correct?  Well.... with here impediment, my family and I were threatened by her. Her exact words I'll have the city, immigration, and ROC on doorsteps before nightfall.    

WHO WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF INVOLVEMENT???

She TEXTED, so I have these threats in writing because I am a MEXICAN -AMERICAN. All of the texts are empty threats that shows the racist nature she operates her business.

Unfortunately, the stress and frustration of this job caused a toxic environment in my home and with my family, so I did a stupid thing and just paid her the excessive amount that we had NEVER agreed upon because I just wanted her out of my house.

Terrible, terrible!!!! Do not use this company!!!! I can't believe that Lowe's is using this company for their stores. My experience has been a complete nightmare. From the start their installer stood me up and came 5:00pm instead 8:30am appt time. He took the measurements and suggested a barn style door, that I liked to find out he did not send the measurements and I am not able to even use that kind of barn style door. Lowe's could not even find the pictures. I took off of work to have him install the shower door, he called and at 9 am, to say he was not coming said the door was not the right one. I was very upset since he could not tell me the night before! So we rescheduled and he installed the door and when he finished, the bottom sides were not long enough so he put glue to cover the 2 inches and 1 inch missing gap. The door was not able to close completely. The top of the shower is 3 inches from the ceiling, were there is a speaker. I asked installer, did you see the big gaps, is the water going come out and why is so tall? He said those are measurements I gave them. It was correct on my garage. He said the he only takes the measures and he does not order the glass. He said well call the company because I have to leave to class. I said, why would you install it if you saw it was too short???? He just started at me and said call them tomorrow. So now I am waiting for them to come and take it down. I talked to Abraham Ramos customer service, who when I explained everything too became very rude and hung up on me. I called Lowe's regional to make a formal complaint. So I am still waiting for Lowe's Chino Hills and Arizona to come take down shower on the weekend since I will not miss work again for this. It has been the worst experience dealing with Lowes and Arizona shower doors. The only person that has been helpful is Angie the assist manager at Lowe's, has been understanding and helpful.
