One of the most honest and best contractors one could work with.  Only problem is that there are not enough Glenn's to go around.  I highly recommend Glenn and his team.

Stein recently completed a major remodel of our master bath which included all new tiling in the shower, tiled flooring, new faucets, sinks and granite countertop.  We couldn't be happier.  The remodel looks fantastic, and the job was completed on time and underbudget.  We will recommend Nordic Improvements to our friends and family without hesitation.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We hired Tyson to tear out the old counter tops and disconnect the plumbing in preparation for a new laminate counter top install by another company.  He was quick to respond to our request for quote, came out to the house and quoted a very reasonable price.  On the day before installation, he and his co-worker showed up on time and got the disconnect done in about 1 hour.  This was a rapid time considering that the counter top was held in place by some very inaccessible screws.  They handled the job masterfully.  The next day, the new counter tops were installed by the other company and Tyson showed up immediately when the job was done and reconnected the plumbing, touched up the spots where paint had chipped during the tear down and left the kitchen looking better and cleaner than when he started the job.  I can't say enough good things about Tyson and his company.  We will keep his card on our bulletin board for future jobs.

This company is fantastic! Great experience all around. The salesman was on time, professional, honest, and knew how to answer all my questions. (Which has not been the case with every company I've had a quote from). They have a great selection of products to choose from and are very competitive with price. Jim's group is excellent. The entire team takes pride in a job done right. Jim and his team are very responsive. They answer phone messages and address your questions promptly.  I would not hesitate to use them again and would definetly refer them to friends or family.  The team is trustworthy and honest.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

I personally got to interact with Jacquie when she was remodeling/redecorating D'Carlos Restaurant. She is a true professional with great vision. She takes your ideas, wants and makes your dream become a reality. All this is done while respecting your time and budget constraints.  A true professional!

They are the best I've found. They are dependable, polite and excellent at making all kinds of repairs. I have nothing but good things to say about this company!

My shower is shown on her webpage and it looks beautiful  Kris has great talent and vision but unfortunately it was a horrible experience and therefore cannot recommend her. I could've gotten this same shower with much more professional contractors. She is much more interested in control and being right than doing what the customer wants and is paying for. I was even insulted, called names, sworn at and when I approached her about that, I was told to go f*** myself!!

On April 19, 2017 I was cleaning my glass shower doors and in so doing lifted one out of its track (as I have done numerous times before) and much to my surprise it spontaneously combusted into thousands of pieces all around me.  After I did a bit of internet research I found that this phenomenon of tempered glass  spontaneously combusting is a rare occurrence but it does happen.  Upon learning this I contacted Arizona Shower Door customer service and was advised they do not provide a warranty on their glass doors.  Given the manner in which the shower door exploded into thousands of shards of glass all around me I felt very lucky that this occurred to me, as I only had a few minor cuts from the glass shards, and not to one of my young children who typically use the shower.  As such I wrote an email on April 19, 2017 directly to Paul Knadler who is the President of Arizona Glass explaining what happened and I am still yet to hear anything back from him.  In short, I believe given the unique and rare occurrence of this glass exploding event that Arizona Shower Door should stand behind their products for such a unique and potentially dangerous defect when it occurs as another glass door manufacturer did in a similar instance to mine from an article I read online.

Therefore I do not recommend the products of Arizona Shower Door.
