ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I started my career in 1996 in Michigan as a custom home builder working for my family run business. During my time with the company I mastered my skills in all the home building trades in order to transition to Arizona where I then established my company Urban Element Inc. in 2004. My life and career goal is to always look forward and share my passion in building and remodeling. In doing so, I can express my creativity on a daily basis while being able to fulfill my client's vision for their dream home.

We hired Quentin Sahwany, owner of Urban Element, Inc to remodel our master bathroom and replace all our downstairs flooring. Quentin meet with us, listened to our wants and together we worked out a design.
The finished project is beautiful and exactly as we discussed. His crew did a fantastic job. It was done on time and to perfection. Since the project was completed while we were away from our home, Quentin provided us with progress notes and pictures. He was always quick to respond to all my texts and provided answers.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)
This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.
On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...
1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures
We're super happy with how it turned out. And Amado and Antonio were great to work with as well. Thanks guys!

I love my shampoo always a treat.
Patti has a cozy little Suite downtown Gilbert easy to get to from anywhere .

Got a large cabinet section installed in a random area next to my kitchen. Excellent service from this company. Quentin keeps you informed of the process and communicates well throughout. The employees who did the work were respectful and did a great job! Would use this company again for remodel services! Adding a picture, the color is the same on top and bottom cabinets, photo lighting throws it off

10/10 would recommend Quentin - we are SO happy that we chose him to do our home remodel. We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we're on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. He and his team are so professional, easy to communicate with, QUICK workers who will get the job done correctly without cutting corners and they are SO clean as they work as well, which was such an added unexpected bonus! What a beautiful remodel. Our bathroom was octagon shaped from the 90s and completed outdated. Urban Element did an amazing job updating not just the master bath, but the closet and gave us a beautiful laundry room our home did not have.

I have recently had some renovation work done by Urban Element. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very start when Quentin came to give me an estimate to the finish of what could have been a very messy job, they excelled. I expected a big mess with tearing out a cast-iron tub ( a couple had told me they would have to saw it in half etc.) Not only did Urban Element get it out in one piece they also took out mud-based tile with hardly a fuss. If you have a job coming up that you are dreading, I highly suggest using Quentin and crew for a stress-free home improvement.
Urban Element goes above and beyond and I will definitely use them again for the next project.
Needed to get a new Counter top for my Kitchen after getting my estimate realized that I was able to get new cabinets put in also. Thank you Quentin. Will recommend and use for future work needed.
Filled in a small area in front of our shower with some extra tile and grout we still had. Looked great! Also, the job was smaller than he originally thought, so he knocked off $50.
