We hired Crosspoint Contracting to remodel our kitchen and utility room.  We are very pleased with the job that was done.  We had a few minor setbacks with flooring and ceiling fans being on backorder.  But as soon as the materials were in Cliff had his crew out here getting things installed.  I would recommend Crosspoint for any of your construction needs.

Waed and his team are outstanding! I learned about him after he did a fantastic job remodeling my neighbor's place. He did some work in my kitchen and completely remodeled my wife's old place that she still owns and now rents out. We couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend him.

Joe has been such an asset to have to take care of my home improvement needs.  I have used him and continue to use him for all of my home improvement projects.  He is very presentable, trust worthy and reliable.  It is nice to have someone you can that shows up on time and does the work right the first time at a very reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend using him for any projects you might have.

We are in the process of doing some home remodeling and one of those projects is a new driveway and front porch. Travis and his team did an outstanding job of replacing our old driveway and porch with a brand new one! They demoed on Wed and poured concrete the next day and it looks great. They were professional and timely. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The best part is that all the concrete work looks fantastic! Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

We remodeled a 1927 house in Sea Cliff which involved ripping up almost every lathe and plaster wall in our home. After firing our expensive general contractor halfway through the job, we decided to finish the remodel ourselves. We interviewed eight drywall guys from Angie's List before looking on Yelp and finding Elvis. I called him on a Saturday and he was at the house within an hour of calling him. He was easy to work with, reliable, had a good sense of humor, and most importantly, he took great pride in his work. It was a no-brainer, particularly compared to the other guys we met. After a few weeks (it was a big job), Elvis put a level 5 finish on almost every wall in our house at a very reasonable price considering the high level of quality. We're very happy and will be calling him again when we remodel the kitchen and bathrooms next year.

One thing to keep in mind ... I didn't realize that Elvis is also a painter. We had already committed to another painter, but I would have used him otherwise. However, because he was so easy to work with, we asked him to install some crown molding in three bedrooms. He did it in a day and it was great. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend Elvis for any drywall/plaster work but don't be shy to use him for other jobs as well. You won't regret it.

I had several great experiences with this company prior to them losing previous project managers I had worked with before. Once they had left I contacted Jake Watzke Restoration Manager several times in an attempt to complete the work they had been contracted to do by my insurance company and those requests obviously fell upon deaf ears. Because not only was the work never completed by I actually needed to hire another contractor to complete the repairs Patterson was originally hired to do in order to sell my home and pass inspection. Such a joke. If your looking for repairs after an insurance claim there are far too many options and/or companies out there to have to settle for Jake Watzke and Patterson Homes.

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!

Please DO NOT USE LECKIE INVESTMENTS for your projects he does not pay the people that do the work for him. Getting any money out of him is like pulling teeth. I was working on a project with him in Tempe  that was 80% completed when I was struck with leukemia. I've been in the hospital for 2 months fighting for my life and he continually refuses to pay the last bill which is $10,000 dollars. I've emailed him, I've called him, I've texted him but he ducks and blocks every single request. All that I want is to get paid and go on with my life and pray for a bone marrow transplant. What a heartless human being he is when I'm laying in bed trying to save my life and he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me please please do not use this company!!!!

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
