Our design team determined we could relocate the vents, offer more panels, and Jeff & Alan Proctor inspected the roof, determined where we could place them and took care of this for us.
Our company, and, our now mutual customer, were very satisfied with their service.

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

We have a 1953 'pyramid shaped roof' slump block ranch style home with a couple of newer 'flat roofed' additions.  We had layers of distressed shingles, some rotted fascia wood, rusted and dented venting and a huge water retaining dip in one of the additions.  C & H fixed it all with new painted galvanized fixtures and wood, be it plywood or 1x6's.  We even tested the dip using a hose on our new roof - its GONE!  

Nick High (Owner) stresses quality work and products when he talks to you and it shows up in the finished product.  He checks back after the work is finished to be sure you are satisfied.  He was easily reachable to answer questions and really understands Sonoran Desert roofing.   His fair pricing, honesty, scheduling flexibility along with friendly tear off and finishing crews made the trauma of home repair almost fun.

C & H's roof crew arrived prepared on time each day, communicated well, were skilled, worked hard and cleaned up before they left EVERY day.  The new roof looks great and water no longer leaks in around our addition's roof vents either.  I highly recommend C & H Roofing if you're looking for a good local Arizona company.

Provided very reasonable estimate for my small 10x16 shed.  Finished the job the following week. Excellent workmanship and fully satisfied with results.

We recently purchased a foreclosure property where the water heater had burst, causing damage to the stand and drywall surrounding the water heater.  The bank replaced the water heater, but refused to repair the damaged drywall and it quickly became laden with mold.

On a referral from our Realtor, we hired Wayne Glashagel (Owner of AMA Contstruction) to repair the water heater stand and surrounding drywall.  Wayne drained the water heater, disconnect the copper pipes, remove the water heater, tore out the water heater stand, sprayed Killz on the moldy areas and rebuilt the stand from the ground up.  Afterward, Wayne reconnected the water heater to the plumbing.  

Wayne was very courteous and professional, arrived early for the appointment and did a fantastic job on the repair of the water heater stand.  It looked brand new and the drywall texture matched the existing texture perfectly.

I would highly recommend Wayne for any general contract work.

We worked with Brandon and Jason and they were awesome! Fortress was recommended by USAA for our home repairs. We hired them to replace our roof, paint the exterior of our house, install a ceiing fan/ight fixture in the living room and completely re-do our kitchen lighting. They worked with us as we waited for our home equity line of credit to come through and then promptly got the work started. They were patient in working around our schedules and waiting for us to make up our mind about what we wanted. They were communicative throughout the entire process and wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. We hope to do more updating in the future and wouldn't consider using anybody else! Highly recommended!

They fixed the leak in my roof and did exactly what they were supposed to do.  They were on time and did a great job!

Absolutely awesome group!  Ralph and his crew are working beasts, out here putting my 10x12 shed up in 117 degrees.  I felt awful but they were simply awesome. Product totally sound, built to last for years and they performed as promised. So glad we went with them instead of Tuff and so glad to support local business!!!!

I bought a house that you were suppose to have replaced roof and you didn't you added another layer, and could care less, which tells me If everyone is smart they will avoid your company if they want their roof done right!

We purchased the Western Window Systems' 620 serious sliding window from Modern Group.  We are not happy by how the windows were installed.  First, one of the window's measurement was done not accurately, which resulted in very difficult sliding.  Second, there was leaking from the windows.  We tested the windows by spraying the exterior wall with a garden hose to simulate rain from the monsoon season.  Water dripped rapidly from second level to first level from the window on the second level.  One corner of the window on the first level also experienced leaks which resulted in the wooden frame getting wet.  The crews that came for window installation were not professional.  They left trash and many screws behind onsite and did not clean up.  They opened the tarp which was covering the window installation site to gain access for their job and did not recover the tarp to its original condition nor did they communicate with us regarding the proper handling of the tarp.  Overall, very unsatisfactory experience with Modern Group!

Having to re paint the house because it was not done right the first time.. Paint was just spayed over existing  paint with no scraping at all. Before you use this company just know what needs to be done in advance

Everyone is very nice during the buying process - once you're in the house, they don't care. They offer a referral program where you can refer friends   and family to buy a house and they give you $3,000. Well, that's only if the buyer does not have a real estate agent. So, they have you do their dirty work and then don't give you anything for it. We referred family who bought a house and then we were given the well in the fine print.. speech. They also offer a 1 year home warranty on anything - except they never get back to you. I've filled out multiple requests for issues and have to follow up with them to get anything done. They talk a big game, but they do not deliver.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.

This contractor installed French doors at my house and they now leak.  When I called the owner he told me he is kind of not in business any more. I am sure he would be in business if I would have been calling with a new job for him.
