Wanted to surprise a family member who is very detail oriented by completing a bathroom while they were away. Needed someone who knew exactly what to do. Marcus responded immediately, gave an estimate with detailed verbal explanation. It was clear he didn't need guidance other than to know our preferences. He took charge and worked straight through until the job was done. This bathroom was bare bones by the way. He had to demo, reframe, do light electrical work, drywall and tile from floor to ceiling. He got it done and it looks clean and sharp. When the family member saw it, they were stunned and could tell it was professional. On top of the great work, Marcus is just a really great guy and really cares about his work. Marcus, if you see this, my family thanks you!

Brian and his crew did a great job! We started with a bathroom remodel and added a kitchen remodel, and they finished the job within a few weeks. Brian was very quick to respond and their bid was highly competitive to others.

We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn't fit our style anymore. Since we don't really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was highly professional and super customer focused. Everyone we met was amazing, friendly, respectful, and super knowledgable. Every member of the team respected our schedules, our home, and our pets, and they made sure that we are well informed about every step of the process. Amazing level of communication!

We loved the initial assessment to see if the partnership is a fit on both sides, and also really enjoyed the design component and the insider knowledge that everyone involved brought to the table. Very transparent and upfront, which is something I personally very much appreciate and value.

I have rarely seen any contractors who communicate as much as Jeremy's team, work as reliable, and clean up to the point that you could barely tell that anything was being done. They have an amazing crew and I highly recommend hiring them for your next remodel, you will absolutely not regret it.

I wish we would have the bandwidth and savings to just have Jeremy and his crew help us immediately with our remaining projects, but when the time comes we will definitely be reaching back out!

This is the second project Lon has done for us.  First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today.  This year, we decided to renovate the entire house!  After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened up our living room, kitchen and dining room.  We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room.  New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors.  The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision.  We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space.  Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

Dion was very quick to drive over my place to do the estimates and he is very personable and friendly, very excellent customer service I may say. I am looking forward to doing business with him and he will definitely my go-to person for all house projects. I wish I could give 10-stars tho..check him out and you will see what I'm talking about. Not like other companies where they take forever to even respond to online request. Keep up the good work!

Mike was very professional before during and after my remodel. He remodeled our master and hall hath along with re vamping our kitchen. He gave us a schedule.. Stuck to it and delivered beyond our expectations. More than thankful.. When he was finished with our remodel it felt like a breakup! Thank you for everything Mike!

After not being listened too about what we were looking for, for our bathroom and being quoted and outrageous price we found Irving. He communicated with us through out the whole process and had a fair price. He even helped us out with some additional tasks. Highly recommend him for bathroom remodels!

We just had Pelleco Home Design completely renovate our kitchen and are glad we went with them. After researching our options, we called Pelleco. Sam showed up on time, took some measurements, and gave us a basic idea of how our layout would look. He then gave us blueprints of how our finished kitchen would look with the cabinets, counter tops, sink, and appliances, complete with measurements for everything. Before construction began, we were able to visit their showroom to see how the cabinets, hardware, and counters would look. At the Pelleco Surfaces warehouse, we got to pick out the actual quartz slabs that would go into our kitchen. Sam was great to work with and was always able to be reached. He kept us updated every step of the way. Everyone in his crew was professional and helpful. The whole renovation took about two weeks and we're very happy with the end result. We would definitely go with Pelleco again for a future remodel. Thanks Sam!

Vetsbuilt recently repaired my patio roof and replaced a water heater. Bob was friendly and agreeable to a few scheduling changes. The estimates he gave were spot on. I would recommend them and use them again.

Simply put they do stellar work. Andrew and his team have worked on our property three times now, and we've been blown away with the results each time. Very professional and follows through on his word. We haven't had any issues with delays in the schedule or any of the usual annoyances that come with contractors.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I just read the response from Handyman Connections:

........Handyman Connection also offers a free, written estimate before any work is performed.  All of our work comes with a one year warranty, if there is a problem with the work, we are always willing to fix it at no additional charge.  In this case the customer requested that we give them a partial refund and let them hire another service to repair the problem.  We were happy to do that for this customer.

Well, let me tell you, if you complain about the work, the jerk that is in charge will simply tell you that you WILL PAY UP or you will have a mechanic's lien slapped on your house!!!! There was no conversation as described, You have a one year warranty, please let us know if you have a problem. YEAH.......NOT!!!!

I was ONLY offered a measly $200 discount if I agreed not to contact Angie's List!! It cost me HUNDREDS of dollars MORE to fix the MESS that I was left with, and I got a $200 discount????

We were offered an up front estimate, BUT we had NO idea that HOME DEPOT was doing DOING the MAJORITY of the construction!!! So, THEREFORE, we were OVERCHARGED for construction that WAS NOT performed by Handyman Connection!!!!!! Not only that, but Handyman Connections had to ONLY install the PRE-BUILT by Home Depot double doors (frame already built too) and FAILED to do it properly!!!!

Please read my previous review to fully understand WHY I gave this business ONE star, only because I was FORCED to give them one!!

This company is so amazing, I thought that I knew what I was doing but in all honesty I need them to help guide me into my kitchen remodel. My favorite thing about them is how clean and organize they are, also their professional input has been so on point! I also have been adding to the project, from when it started and Kyle and his wife are so cool about making the vision come to life! I can't wait to use them again!!!

Called 8/24 for an estimate for updating my guest bathroom and was given an appointment for 9/7 for Mike to come out and evaluate my job. I was a little nervous that there was such a time lag for coming out to evaluate the job. It made me wonder what the timeline would be for actually doing the work.
Mike arrived at the appointment time and day. I explained what I needed done and Mike advised me that updating my bathroom sink, countertop and sinks/plumbing and bathroom light/mirror could only be done if they also remodeled the wet area (tub/shower) at the same time. He explained that this was part of their business model and gave a ballpark estimate of $10K. I had only budgeted $3500 for the items I needed updated so I thanked him for his time.
Mike is friendly and helpful. If I had an extra $10K I would consider them.

I wanted to redo a shower to make it tile and glass and redo another bathroom to include new cabinets, tile, and a glass shower. Retro Pro gave me a competitive quote (priced about the same as the others), but I chose them because they approached the project like a partnership. During the initial meeting, Steve offered some helpful suggestions to address a few things I said I didn't like about the existing bathrooms. He did it in a nice and open way so that it was easy to say yeah or nah. And he focused on what would make me the happiest as opposed to just getting the job done.

When it came to timing, they worked around my schedule, including the holidays, guest visits, etc. while giving me the feeling that what I wanted mattered more than what would be the easiest for them.

When it came to doing the work, they protected my home like a cocoon. My carpet was protected by layers of heavy plastic wrap that held up very well for the duration. My wood floors were kept safe by a protective layer. And they cleaned up every night before leaving. They did a great job of bringing in well-managed teams of workers to keep the project moving along quickly. And they kept us informed about the timing along the way so there weren't any surprises.

My husband was impressed by the ventilated plastic wall they taped to our home to keep dust and fumes in their working space and out of our living area. It looked pretty awesome and it did the job well. They carefully protected our home the whole time and it showed how they are customer-centered; they care a lot about how they could make the project easier and drama free for us.

As the work began, because they were so collaborative and insightful, I mentioned a few other things about other parts of my home that drove me a little bit crazy. For example, my other cabinets would slam shut and another cabinet had broken hardware. So they upgraded the hardware on my existing cabinets for a reasonable price. And boy, what an improvement. The cabinets fully close everywhere (none of that 'almost closed' look anywhere). And they open and shut simply and quietly. I love how much easier it is to use my old cabinets now. They didn't make any comments about do I want to replace these old cabinets? They just heard my comment about what bothered me about the old cabinets and they said, would you like it if we did x to fix it? and I was all ears since they were all ears and they'd won me over as great helpers with excellent work so they'd earned my trust and respect.

They also noticed that my garbage bin space was underutilized so they asked me if I'd like them to make it bigger by installing different hardware. Again, they made it easy for me to consider, with no pressure whatsoever. I gave it some thought then approved their proposal. And now I have about 1.5 times the bin space fit into the same cabinet. It looks awesome and glides out perfectly. Now I don't need to take out the garbage as often and it looks like the bins were custom made for the cabinet.

They noticed project work/materials details that should be improved before considering it done, even stuff that I had no idea wasn't quite right, and they made sure it was finished to the high standards that they hold. I didn't need to say a thing; they showed me the tiniest details they'd noticed that they could address and they'd get it done. Very nice.

Also, I felt that a couple of tiles weren't exactly what I wanted. The tiles are natural stone so some variation in the look of each tile is normal. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that I didn't like two of the tiles until after they were fully installed. I was kicking myself for not giving it a better look before the grout was put in. But they bent over backwards, sideways and forwards in the kindest of ways to redo the work however many times it took to make sure every single tile makes me smile every time I go into the room. Again, their only goal was to make me happy no matter what it took.

I can't say enough about how amazing they were to work with. Nestor, Steve, Eric, Angela...they are all excellent at what they do and their customer service throughout the project was exemplary. I am so glad I chose them to do the work.. And I'm delighted with the whole thing from start to finish. The next time I want some work done, even if I don't quite know what the solution would be, I know I can call them and they'll come back with something that'll work better than I'd have thought possible with minimal disruption, strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, great ideas on how the look can come together, a customer service orientation, and with what'll make me happy as their sole focus. I couldn't ask for anything more...it was top notch all around.

I look forward to working with them on my next project. They took great care to make it exactly what I was hoping for and more. Wow, these folks are amazing.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work completed my GPS. I had water damage from the monsoons and Rudy came out, gave a reasonable quote and was able to start work the very next week. The crew that completed the work were polite, on time, and very efficient and did an amazing job. Also definite shout out to Kimberly! She was on top of the project from the moment I called the office!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.
