Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

Brian and his crew did a great job! We started with a bathroom remodel and added a kitchen remodel, and they finished the job within a few weeks. Brian was very quick to respond and their bid was highly competitive to others.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future work on our home.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  
We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

Dion was very quick to drive over my place to do the estimates and he is very personable and friendly, very excellent customer service I may say. I am looking forward to doing business with him and he will definitely my go-to person for all house projects. I wish I could give 10-stars tho..check him out and you will see what I'm talking about. Not like other companies where they take forever to even respond to online request. Keep up the good work!

I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

From the first day that I met Irving, I felt that he was a man of good character. I would not have hired him past that day if I thought otherwise. Throughout the course of the project he took on for my client, he continued to exemplify that good character in addition to his amazing workmanship. His team was also very professional and even more timely. I was thoroughly surprised at how great the job turned out, especially for how quickly they were able to get it done.

This project included painting, flooring, carpeting, and more of a 2 bd 2 ba condo.

When obstacles came up, Irving kept his cool and professionally proceeded with whatever solution that was necessary. Very grateful for Moden Innovations, and will continue to use them moving forward! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I hit all the big box stores to get quotes on a kitchen remodel but thankfully we kept looking and found Sam at Pelleco before we bought anything. Sam has really creative design ideas - he knows what looks good! He was easy to work with and very competitively priced. The quality of materials is high (higher than what we would have been able to afford at one of those big box stores). In fact, we got much more bang for our buck with Sam than we would have anywhere else. Sam was quick to address any complaints we had during installation and has since followed up with us on a few other items that did not originally meet our expectations. We'll be contacting Sam next year when we have budget to redo our bathrooms.

We contracted our remodel project of a 1950s vintage central Phoenix home with VETSBuilt Contracting. The entire project was well executed from the beginning. They were also the most responsive business during the initial bidding. DJ and his team of experts accomplished work that included electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, complete flooring and bathroom tile upgrades, and drywall work. The team held to schedule commitments and executed work in a professional way. The Quality of Workmanship from each area of trade was accomplished flawlessly. We will use DJ and his team again as we see them as trusted/professional partners that provide great workmanship, a fair market price, and a schedule you can count on. Special thanks to Sergio for stellar tile work, Jay for super electrical upgrades that brought convenience to the property, and Daryl for plumbing upgrades that addressed issues and  modernized the home.

We started on our first remodel this year and wanted to start with the kitchen and our kid's bathroom.  Andrew had some great advice while talking through what we wanted that really helped us get our vision together.  He also helped reign us in and keep us from doing stupid things that may become an issue years down the line.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Used the Handyman Connection today for the first time and was very impressed. I read some other reviews where people had complaints, but they clearly didn't have Rob. Rob was punctual (early actually but he called to make sure it wouldn't inconvenience us), professional and did the job for less than he originally quoted because he was able to finish sooner than expected. The drywall work he did was top notch and I would definitely call again as long as Rob was available.

Would definitely use again. He mounted our 42inch TV and it was fast + high quality service. Definitely recommend and you can't beat the price!

Called 8/24 for an estimate for updating my guest bathroom and was given an appointment for 9/7 for Mike to come out and evaluate my job. I was a little nervous that there was such a time lag for coming out to evaluate the job. It made me wonder what the timeline would be for actually doing the work.
Mike arrived at the appointment time and day. I explained what I needed done and Mike advised me that updating my bathroom sink, countertop and sinks/plumbing and bathroom light/mirror could only be done if they also remodeled the wet area (tub/shower) at the same time. He explained that this was part of their business model and gave a ballpark estimate of $10K. I had only budgeted $3500 for the items I needed updated so I thanked him for his time.
Mike is friendly and helpful. If I had an extra $10K I would consider them.

We needed to remodel 2 bathrooms in our house and we selected Retro Pro for our project, they did amazing!!! not only they helped us with the design (Eric and Angela) but the crew (Omar, Max, Heri) that worked on the overall project were a pleasure to work with, very clean, professional, and customer oriented at its best. They even finished the job earlier than expected and my bathrooms look awesome, couldn't be happier, we would highly recommend Retro Pro for any project. Thank you so much!!!!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.
