Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn't seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. This is the second project Lon has done for us.  First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today.  This year, we decided to renovate the entire house!  After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened up our living room, kitchen and dining room.  We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room.  New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors.  The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision.  We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space.  Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

Had a good experience with some brick work and painting. After some touch-up work the job was done well. The new owners of the house we're happy and the work was warrantied to satisfaction so what more could we ask for.

We found modern innovations on Yelp after a few other companies either turned us down or wanted to charge way to much. We needed a door frame widened to remove an old air conditioning unit from a utility closet. Irving was knowledgable, professional, and affordable. If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

Had a remodel to do on our kitchen. Would loved to have used these guys for my project. They are in high demand and booked up. They redid the valley areas they work in, so being on the NW side of town was too far away for them to do the work for me. Support the vets!

During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I am very satisfied with Kyle of I'm gonna Fix it. I used his service once 2 years ago and kept his number because I was satisfied with his work. He just installed our entry wall light and again, am happy with his work. If you need quality work and a fair price, call Kyle.

In February Better Bath Remodeling did a total remodel of our master bath. The tub and glass shower were removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. New tile floor and quartz countertops were also installed.

Michael was great on the Sales side, Martin and Alan were equally great on the construction side. Once the job was started, they worked on it every day until completion. Each day we were advised what they were going to work on that day and their progress was reviewed at the end of the day. Their quality of work is impeccable.

All parties were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

BEWARE-THE OWNER DOES NOT OBTAIN PERMITS REQUIRED BY THE CITY TO DO PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK.  HE ALSO DOES NOT USE LICENSED ELECTRICIANS OR LICENSED PLUMBERS.  Needless to say our remodel was a painful experience.  It lasted months longer than it should have...due to a worker dropping a drill on the brand new vanity marble top and the owner wanting me to be ok with them filling the whole.  No way..we paid for a new vanity we wanted a new vanity..not a new fixed vanity.  Sadly we weren't able to get a new vanity because the 3 times they tried to replace it..each vanity showed up damaged..so we had to settle with a fixed marble top that you can still notice a hole in.  The BIGGEST issue was that the workers hooked up our above stove microwave into the lighting circuit.  Had the owner gotten a permit and used a licensed electrician...this giant mistake would not have happened.  Each time we would use the microwave...the power would go out.  This happened because they were supposed to add a new circuit strictly for the microwave...since it takes a lot of power.  Sadly we had to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors in order to make sure the owner got the permit AND a licensed electrician to do the job.  MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE OWNER GET PERMITS!  In an email from the owner he said he doesn't get permits because it's a waste of time and money!  WELL IT'S ALSO ILLEGAL.  Also..we got brand new kitchen cabinets that took months to correct.  From doors being different sizes..to cracks and dents.  Owner wanted to brush it off saying they are up to standard.  It's up to standard to get brand new cabinets with dents and cracks?  We did end up getting a discount for the cabinets because we finally just settled with some of the flaws.  Also...the workers were careless as they did not cover our  brand new granite counter top before setting all of their tools and supplies on it.  We did hear that the owner demoted the worker that was on our job because of the electrical problem.  However...I put full onus on the OWNER as he did not have a licensed professional do the job like a LICENSED contractor is supposed to do.  There were a myriad of problems...part of my piano getting broken when they moved it...my couch getting scuffed up and having a person come out and airbrush my BRAND NEW couch.  It was a horrible experience.  We still have a little over a year left of our guarantee to fix things should other problems occur.  Praying there won't be something wrong with the plumbing since they did not use licensed plumbers either.  Also...I have MS and this experience sure flared it up!  Needless to say...we did not get a wonderful gift basket like Angela promised us after the project was complete.   One would think since you messed up so bad...you would have given us a freaking gift basket!  Oh well...here's to hoping the job is actually complete.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.
