Established in 2003.
For over 30 years, Owner Dan Norton has built a solid reputation as one of the leading residential contractors in the Valley. Dan is a skilled master carpenter and experienced builder, having owned and operated both a framing company and custom home business for 16 years in New Jersey. In 1995 he moved to Arizona, and established Noreaster Development and been builder beautiful homes and remodeling projects since then.

Our home was damaged by a water heater leak. The owner of Nor'easter determined early on that we were a small job. We learned later that what he meant was that we were low priority. Several weeks later (he admitted that the job took longer then it should have) we have a home repair job that ran well into 5 figures that seems to have been done properly and looks nice.

Communication is definitely not the strong suit of this contractor. And anytime that we the consumer are positioned between a contractor and an insurance company you can rest assured that the process will be confusing. I still don't have the numbers sorted out!

This contractor installed French doors at my house and they now leak. When I called the owner he told me he is kind of not in business any more. I am sure he would be in business if I would have been calling with a new job for him.
