Todd's Porcelain & Fiberglass Repair

I first heard of Todds about fifteen years ago, while working for another company. Offering a service we did not provide...we would refer them to customers in need. We had always received positive feedback from those customers after having worked with Todds. I have been referring them ever since.

I recently called upon them to repair a chip in a tub and was not surprised when they showed up on time and did a great job for me. I recommend them without hesitation.

They refinished one of our tub's this week and it looks brand new.  The house is over 20 years old.  I'm so happy with the results.  They were professional and I would use them again if I had another job like this.

My parents are elderly and hired Todd's to refinish their bathtub. The tub was 20 years old but mostly in great shape my Mom just wanted it to sparkle again. As you can see from the pictures, they paid $525 to create problems they did not gave before. The tub no longer drains properly and Todd's suggestion was to wipe up the water after each shower or bath. It is so much water that after 3 showers, it leaves an full bath towel soaking wet. Since it does not drain, there are constant hard water stains around the area where the water collects. There are other stains further down on the tub that we cannot remove and the finish is pulling up along the walls. The tub was nearly perfect and now we have major drainage issues and no sparkle! I was assured that Steve would come fix the tub for my parents but he cleaned it and left the drainage problem, the pealing and the stains. I feel like Todd's is taking advantage of the situation. You should save your money and hire someone else to refinish your tub!

These guys repaired two chips in a new tub.  They did a great job.  I cannot tell where the chips were in the tub.  You should consider them for your project.

I have been using this company for about 5 years now and have always experienced excellent customer service and quality repairs, until now. Last week they were to come out to repair a chip in a tub. Appointment time was 9:00 - 12:00. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and asked for a call when they were on their way. The day of the appointment I arrived at the job site about 10:15 as I had not yet received the call. At 11:45 I called Todd's to be told by Denise the company had given the tech another appointment before ours when we should have been his 2nd of the day. She assured me he was on his way shortly was only 20 minutes away. I had to call again at 12:30 as he had not yet shown up, nor had I received a call. Denise again told me he was on his way. Logan finally showed up, without calling first. He never introduced himself nor identified himself as being with Todd's. When I mentioned that he was late and was supposed to call first, he simply said Oh, where's the tub?. He made his repairs and I asked the homeowner to look at it to be sure she was satisfied. She and I found an indentation still visible to the eye (this was a BRAND NEW TUB). He mumbled something when I asked him to fix it. When I asked what he said he just looked at me. He did spray another coat on the tub and the client was satisfied in the end.

We will not be using Todd's anymore. The customer service has fallen so drastically and the staff simply didn't seem to care about any time schedule we were given.

Todd's repaired some chips in our tub.  It looks great.  The fellow who did the work took a lot of pride in doing a good job with superb craftsmanship.

They were easy to deal with, prompt and quite professional.  A little research showed that they provide better warrantees than the other tub resurfacers

I would use them again.

We had the folks at Todd's come to our house and refinish our two tubs.  The tubs are original to our 30 year old home and were in need of updating.  We could not be more pleased with the results the team at Todd's provided.  The tubs are beautiful, and the work was done by professionals whose attention to detail resulted in an outstanding result.  I highly recommend Todd's for the high level of workmanship they provide at a more than competitive price.

I had an existing appointment with Todd's Porcelain & Fiberglass Repair and after trying to get Denise @Todd's to be helpful with arranging for landlord to pay , getting an date to come out and getting a firm estimate-which she was not at all helpful- decided to call around and see if someone else could come out. Todd's just did not seem to care of follow-up with any of my calls. Disappointing because they are some kind of superstar with Angie's list. IMO, Denise at Todd's needs a class in customer service.

I found several other companies but Adams fiberglass Owner Chris Adams called me right away on Monday after an internet inquiry on Saturday.  After speaking with him, not only could they do the job in one day versus the two days quoted by Todd's,after hearing my story, Chris expedited my job ahead by two weeks! I cancelled with Todd's.

Much friendlier, much more helpful and narrowed the quote down to a smaller range versus Todd's telling me it could be anywhere from $375-$875.

I explained to Chris that I REALLY needed the shower because of medical issues and that I am having difficulty physically being able to safely step into the other Bathroom's tub/shower because of injuries from a car accident. Chris heard this and made an extra effort to move my appointment up to a much earlier day. Also, they came earlier in the day than they quoted (12:30 vs 2:30) and got the job done way faster than originally indicated at HALF the cost that Todd's  MIGHT or might not have charged me.

They filled the floor with foam because it was flexing, fixed the cracks and refinished the shower pan to nearly identical color and it looks pretty darn good. We will see in two days how it holds up to my very BIG body. I will post pictures later.

My only negative is that there is some dry loose material left on the carpet and being that I can't vacuum right now, if they had vacuumed that up and wiped off the material they got on the vanity, def would have given 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Adam's fiberglass to fix your cracked shower stall if your looking for a friendly and helpful company that does everything they promise and they do it at a price that is fair. And, actually wants your business.

Maybe I  caught Todd's and their CSR Denise at a bad time, but they just did not instill confidence and  their demeanor toward me was indifferent each and every-time when I called which was numerous times.They state on their credentials that she has been there 20 years, maybe she has gotten too comfortable and apathetic to still provide the best service? Something that the owners should look at. Her sense of urgency is very poor.

Todd's refinished my porcelain tub about 8 years ago and it was time for it to be redone.  Both times they have done an excellent job.  This time, in particular, Sr. Tech Steve Rometty's work was outstanding.  He did a beautiful job!  I explained some of my concerns to him before he started the work and he addressed all of them.  His 28 years refinishing tubs certainly shows -- his expertise is amazing.  He did the work in a timely and professional manner and was careful to clean up after the job was finished.  I have been very satisfied with Todd's workmanship and would recommend them highly.

I loved the initial meeting.   They were very patient and kind as I decided what color/style to get.

They arrived on time and did an amazing job...cleaning up everything!

I absolutely love my new bathroom countertops.

1 o'clock appt, called and was told they would be here at 230, finally showed up at 335 and tech didn't know what they were here to fix.

High price, takes two or more trips and would not recommend. Looking at other review sites, This is not the company I  want. They advertise a lot, but that does not mean much to me. Quality performance is available from local business at almost half the price with one day service. See my other reviews. Sorry moved on and would not use again.
