Issac did an awesome job for us today at a very reasonable price.  Installed dimmer switches in various rooms and hung a chandelier that another electrician couldn't do.  I couldn't be happier with his work!!

As good as it gets!  Raphael installed new switches and a two Panasonic Whisper Ceiling ventilation fans in our master bathroom.   Installation was professional, fast and very tidy.  What I liked most about Raphael's approach to installing fans and recessed lighting was how careful he was not to make unnecessary holes in the drywall to pull wires, etc. He was careful to make the ceiling cutout a perfect fit for the fan. We have a 1 story house with good attic access and he worked in the attic rather than cut more drywall holes.   Have had electricians that punched crazy holes in the ceiling and the cost to repair drywall can really add up.

Erik put a new AC in our home last year and has come out to service it on his own.
He also did electric work on our stove and the backyard.

Excellent customer service! I tried to get a hold of numerous general contractors to fix some repairs to my home after a home inspection. I was blown off and treated rudely by the ones I reached out to. A family member heard of my frustrations and told me about Maricopa Property Maintenance. I was so glad I called! He came out within hours of my initial call and gave me a quote the next day. He scheduled the repairs in less than a week and was done within two days! Super friendly, family run business. VERY HONEST!! He went through my home inspection, step-by-step, and looked at each item of concern for himself. He explained why the home inspector was concerned and informed me of whether or not he deemed them important fixes or cosmetic. He could have just made all of the repairs and taken advantage of my naivity, but he didn't. I will be doing business with them in the future for any of my household needs and referring them to others who are looking for home repairs or upgrades.

If you are experiencing electrical issues and are apprehensive about hiring an electrician; please put your faith in this company. Brian was so quick, professional and fair. I would never consider any other company.

My water heater wasn't working in the home I just moved into, they walked me through all the steps needed through messages. Got it working in less than 20 minutes on a Sunday evening. Wonderful service!

Just found Temple Electric this month after we moved and needed our old lighting changed out and some trouble shooting done.  Did lots of web searches for electricians in Scottsdale and found that Temple Electric had lots of great reviews.  Now that our initial job is completed I can see why Chip and his great crew gets such raves.  We had 12 lights to either be replaced or moved, along with a few switch existing switch issues.  Everyone was great to work with, explained everything they were doing, keep our house neat and clean as they went.  They even drywall patched a couple of small holes that were left behind with the light changes, which I have never had an electrician do.  So glad to have found honest, quality company and will continue to use Temple Electric for our upcoming electrical needs.  Also, the price was great and upfront.  Thank you Chip and your crew for a job well done.

Extra Electric came by as a trade partner to Presidential Pools to clean up some electrical issues and Gill was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.  Will definitely be keeping them in mind in the future!  Thanks Gill and team!

Nothing worse than having electrical issues. We had a problem about 2 months ago when multiple indoor outlets and lights and all of out backyards electrics went out. This included our sprinkler/drip system and all of the plants started to suffer. I get on yelp. Look for electricians in the area and mr sparky shows up with a few good reviews. Now I didn't see the reviews for the other local mr sparks otherwise I would have stayed away.

Anyhow, they were nice on the phone and said they would send someone out the next day. The 2 guys who showed up were super nice and seemed to know what they were doing. They told me the likely problems and told me what it would cost to really diagnose and fix the issues. They quoted me about $350 at the times.

Then the bleeding began. Multiple knocks on the door saying they found more problems. The dude wrote up 3 plans and the given costs. Lots of scary words like melting wires, not up to code, and danger if not fixed were used. Suddenly I'm replacing half the breakers in the main box. At the end of the 2 hour visit I get my bill for around $1000 dollars. Everything is working and although I certainly have some sticker shock, the job is done.

A few weeks ago I meet up with an old friend who happens to be an electrician. This visit gets brought up. He basically explains that I probably got taken and I paid a 500% markup for 2 hours of work and no more than $75 bucks in parts. Awesome. I have a beer with my buddy and forget about the whole ordeal.

This week my phone rings. It's someone from mr sparkys sister company Easy air and heat. They explain to me that when I was visited by mr sparky I also paid for a air conditioning tune up. Shady.....no one every said anything about that when I was getting gouged. I tell them to go ahead and come out. Today they show up. Check out my ac unit, which has been working fine and Is only 2.5 years old. I am told the capacitor is not working right and needs to be fixed or it's going to explode and leak acid all over. I am told this will cost $290 dollars. I say no thanks and that I would need to go through my home warranty company. He then tells me that if they come out they will say there is nothing wrong and not fix it. I still say no thanks and he leaves.

I'm thinking after the first visit I go added to their sucker list. Their work may have all been appropriate. What do I know?  But all the other reviews seem to be pretty consistent.

Don't make the same mistake....

2 stars because they were nice and fixed my problem. Now I just can't afford to give them any more...

Dylan came out to take a look at my concern at no cost! He told me about his previous experience with something like this and gave me an idea of what to expect if they were to further investigate and attempt to fix it. He was very helpful and even answered some other plumbing-related questions I had.

My opinion still has not changed.  I do not, and will not ever use this company.  
1.  Bad service
2.  Bad workmanship.
3.  They don't seam to know what they are doing
4.  installed defective valves.  Pipes never pressure tested.  I could have taken a shower with the leaks.
5.  Never on time.
6.  Mixed native soil and landscape rocks.  
7.  Totally non professional.
