Nathan from Holloway is here now trying to figure out how to relocate the microwave electrical to an up-to-code outlet. He's smart, courteous and competent. His fee is reasonable too. And he was on time, even though we only called late yesterday afternoon and scored an appointment for this morning. Highly recommend Holloway!

Used these guys for several upgrades over the years from adding a hot tub, ceiling fans, can lights and even had them change the whole service panel at my mom's house. As good as it gets!  Raphael installed new switches and a two Panasonic Whisper Ceiling ventilation fans in our master bathroom.   Installation was professional, fast and very tidy.  What I liked most about Raphael's approach to installing fans and recessed lighting was how careful he was not to make unnecessary holes in the drywall to pull wires, etc. He was careful to make the ceiling cutout a perfect fit for the fan. We have a 1 story house with good attic access and he worked in the attic rather than cut more drywall holes.   Have had electricians that punched crazy holes in the ceiling and the cost to repair drywall can really add up.

Erik put a new AC in our home last year and has come out to service it on his own.
He also did electric work on our stove and the backyard.

Excellent customer service! I tried to get a hold of numerous general contractors to fix some repairs to my home after a home inspection. I was blown off and treated rudely by the ones I reached out to. A family member heard of my frustrations and told me about Maricopa Property Maintenance. I was so glad I called! He came out within hours of my initial call and gave me a quote the next day. He scheduled the repairs in less than a week and was done within two days! Super friendly, family run business. VERY HONEST!! He went through my home inspection, step-by-step, and looked at each item of concern for himself. He explained why the home inspector was concerned and informed me of whether or not he deemed them important fixes or cosmetic. He could have just made all of the repairs and taken advantage of my naivity, but he didn't. I will be doing business with them in the future for any of my household needs and referring them to others who are looking for home repairs or upgrades.

Brian and Zappo Electric is your one stop!!!!  We had electrical conduit being ran from our roof directly in front of a major drain and into our electrical box.  We were getting water down the conduit and in our electric box whenever we had rain.  Brian gave us a fair quote and did the work immediately.  He took great care in re-routing the conduit and the final result was extremely well done.  We will be calling Brian for some future projects.  He is honest, on time and takes pride in his company.  Give him a call and a chance.  You won't be disappointed.

My water heater wasn't working in the home I just moved into, they walked me through all the steps needed through messages. Got it working in less than 20 minutes on a Sunday evening. Wonderful service!

Couldn't have asked for better customer service, true to very reasonable estimate, and a great, professional installation of three ceiling fans. Dale Jr (service mgr) from Mister Sparky came out to fix an issue at my home. He was prompt and curious. Resolved the problem quickly and did it all with a smile. Precious (at the office) was upbeat, sweet and called to let me know the tech was on the way.  Overall a great experience and I will be calling them again for electrical needs.

This one's a 2-fer. I own a rental property just outside of Scottsdale and got hit with a double whammy this week. First, my tenant walked into the master and slish-sloshed her way her way right back out because the carpet was soaked! At first we thought it had to be a pipe leak in the wall from the master shower because the leak was around the wall. We called a local guy to come out (not Tucker Hill) and told me it was just because the shower door didn't have a bottom guard and that water was escaping from the shower and running under the wall. (Oooookay.) He didn't even want to open up the wall. So, I called Tucker Hill and they had a guy out there same day. He quickly discovered that it was leak in the hot PEX line from the shower, which we were happy with because we thought for sure it should have been in the slab. They replaced the portion of the line and even though I'm still scrambling to find a contractor to fix the hole in my wall, I'm so glad it wasn't a slab leak.

Fast forward to the next day, I get a call that the AC isn't working. Since Tucker Hill does HVAC too, you guessed who I called. Again, same day and they discovered I had a coil leak and it needed to be replaced. Thankfully they had what they needed in stock and they sent out an install crew the very next day. The AC blows cold again and the tenant is happy.

Being so far away from our property, I'm really thankful for the professionalism we received from Tucker Hill. I'd highly recommend these guys the next time you have a need.

My opinion still has not changed.  I do not, and will not ever use this company.  
1.  Bad service
2.  Bad workmanship.
3.  They don't seam to know what they are doing
4.  installed defective valves.  Pipes never pressure tested.  I could have taken a shower with the leaks.
5.  Never on time.
6.  Mixed native soil and landscape rocks.  
7.  Totally non professional.
