I needed keys cut for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I did not want to pay stealership prices, and Aardvark not only handled that, and other locksmith needs professionally, on my time table, and with great skill.  I would recommend him for any and all of your locksmith needs.

Tom was awesome.  We had bought a used car that only came with one FOBIK/emergency key.  Tom saved me a trip to the dealer and only charged half what the dealer wanted.  So, I got two extras.

He showed up at my work, made two copies, and even gave me some very helpful tips on some of the security gadgetry on the car, since I had never had anything so complicated before.  Tom was incredibly professional, incredibly helpful, and provided a high value service.

I would definitely recommend US Key Service, and will call him again if the need arises.

Thought it was appropriate to add my full text interaction with Lock Lady given that her re-telling of our interaction included words describing me as 'hostile, agitated, aggressive, abusive, etc'. Also note in the text interaction I make specific reference to her speaking loudly and talking over me, which was not negated by her. Probably because it is exactly what transpired.

So.. have kissed the $230+ I paid her good bye and am going to stop updating this review as I choose to put energy into positive experiences and people. Check out my other reviews :)

But Please do take the time to read her description of our interaction and the text message proof I provided, as I believe they both speak to exactly who this woman is.

Finally, Since I know you will read this crazy 'Lock Lady,' shame  on you for your mistruths and using your so-called faith to garner people's trust. This is exactly why many folks believe Christians are hypocritical a-holes who use religion to further their own personal agenda.

When you called we said we'd take care of any damages that we might have caused with the soonest available opening which would be about 48 hours from now. Now this has nothing to do with money.  Even if another customer called and offered us a treasure trove, we would also give them the first available appointment.  We can put you in touch with the rare customer we have caused damage, ( in some cases ,by far exceeding the cost of your door panel, and they will tell you that we took care of them no matter the cost). If you'd have a little more patience and not curse at us on the phone with vulgar language, we'd gotten this taken care of.

That is a pretty flowery version. I agree I got upset and lost my cool, but It's pretty tough to say, hey, your door panel has to flap in the breeze for 2 days because they have other appointments. Especially after the $200.00 I Paid for the service and the needlessly broken panel. But, I will not disagree. I lost my cool and was wrong in that regard. So, here is your chance. Will you take care of the panel? I looked at it yesterday. Your tech broke the plastic cover over the latch and stripped three of the plastic inserts that hold the panel on. They won't lock in place. Just pop back out.

Jeff took care of my doors within hours of calling. He was honest, efficient and personable.  I highly Recommend them!

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

I needed a key made because we misplaced our keys. It was so nice to talk to an actual person. I made an appointment that day and paid for the services. We ended up finding our keys and Austin Lock & Security refunded all of our money. He could have charged me for the service fee because I had an appointment and he did not. I'll never use another locksmith again. Thank you for being so kind in a very stressful situation.

The owner of this company, Mike Meehl is one of the worst humans I've ever dealt with in my life.
Steals from his employees and rips off his customers. No standardized pricing for his techs, prefers when his techs charge the maximum possible for any given job. Many other companies out there that charge less and provide a more professional service.

Kid was nice but had to call for backup help  3 or 4 times, finally more experienced dude showed up 30 minutes later. Total time 1 hour 30 minutes from time kid showed up to getting a key that will open car but won't start it!!!
It isn't cheap and they wont tell you the up front costs no matter what. The fees just keep getting piled on... $$$ I'd day expect 80% to 100% more than whatever little cost info they will provide over the phone.
Honestly, in this crazy world, the upfront truth would be nice.
Job done and it's over with. Kid was nice and allows for extra star.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I called this locksmith on Tuesday morning, explained that I needed a mobile locksmith to pick my travel trailer lock and make replacement keys.  They said no problem, they would send out a locksmith.  Quoted me around $60...  Ok fine...  When the "locksmith" got to my house he looked confused, had to text his supervisor...  He then told me it was going to be $129!  Just to open the door!  He didn't have any capabilities to make keys!  He was not a mobile locksmith.  I told him I would absolutely not pay $129, that he should leave.  

He then demanded that I pay the service call fee...  Ok... But you came unprepared to do the thing that I asked you to do!  Make keys!   He couldn't cut a single house key if he wanted to...  Anyway I'm pretty ticked at this point.  Paid him to get him out of there, then called the company back.  They took my number said the manager would get back to me to resolve the fiasco the next day.  No call back yet.  So manager, if you are reading this, please call me...  Let's resolve this!  Service was on 7/28/15 at 3pm...

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.
