Great job! He gave the option to meet him on his route to save on the trip charge. His quote for a Honda key was accurate and very competitive. Expert service. The van is nice, new, clean and organized. Even with this Corona Flu, he took very safe precautions and disinfected everything before handing it to me. It was a pleasure to be served by a real pro and an interesting guy to chat with while he worked. A+++++

The transponder key even has a plastic "Handle" similar to the real Honda key for hundreds less than the Honda Stealership quoted!

US Key Service is Awesome!  I lost my keys for my Black 2008 Honda Civic.  I called US Key Service and they came out to my house with in an hour.  They had me up and driving in no time.  Great Price!  Highly recommend US Key Service.  If I could I would give them 6 Stars..

I needed a key for my Nissan Quest. Other locksmiths couldn't program the key. Nathan came out and programmed no problem. Fast, professional, and affordable.

I got some advice from J&J that ended up saving me a bunch of money. They could have easily charged me a bunch of money for something with much simpler fix. I both respect and appreciate their honestly. Thank you J&J.

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Spoke to Mike and he quoted me $150 to fix the ignition in my car. I know this is the price he quoted me because I called two other places and they each told me $150 so I figured this was the norm. Guy came out and did the job fine. When I went to pay, he told me a different price of $165. I called Mike and he told me that's what he quoted me.

Now I know it's not a lot more, but it's the principal. He wasn't willing to work with me, basically I pay that and that's it. Now the work had been already done, so I didn't have too many options at this point. Guess I could have gone to court, but why? It's my word against his. Figured I'd write this up so that someone else wont get stuck with what happened to me.

Please, if you decide to use this company, GET IT IN WRITING. If you don't you may be sorry.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They're complete scam artists. My wife lost her key for her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was stranded so I called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement. I was told there'd be a $25 trip charge and that the key fob would be $125.

They came out and ended up charging $670 ($29 trip charge, $152 to look up the code by VIN, $289 for the key fob, and $145 for programming). AFTER the work was done. And the key doesn't work. It unlocks the door but doesn't start the engine. Also, he broke the back hatch of the truck, but fixed it later.

I called and talked to the same guy I contacted and now he says he quoted me the "starting price" of $150 because he couldn't possibly know how much the key fob would be even though I gave him the year, make and model of the vehicle. He was rude and belligerent.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.
