I needed keys cut for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I did not want to pay stealership prices, and Aardvark not only handled that, and other locksmith needs professionally, on my time table, and with great skill.  I would recommend him for any and all of your locksmith needs.

Tom was amazing to deal with and helped us on very short notice to replace my daughter's car key which broke off of the fob. He even met me at in the parking lot of our daughter's employer and made 2 new programmed keys within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business!

The Lock Lady is very good. She's reasonably priced and not afraid of difficult jobs... or small jobs either. Laura definitely knows what she's doing. She showed up early and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

He came out and got right on it.  It took him longer than he thought but still charged me the same price.  They will definitely be my 1st call.

This man has to be the most honest business man I've ever met.  I have an older Mercedes that needed an extra key made.  I called Nathan and he came out a few days later. I've been told that these older Mercedes FOB's are notorious to replace BUT Nathan took on the task (for half the cost of the dealer).  He had a real difficult time making one up after trying for hours to make.  He told me he needed to come back as the ignition was now not working.  A couple of days later he come back (MOST WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY AT THIS POINT) and put in a used ignition part.  It wouldn't work after HOURS of trying.  He bought another used ignition part and AGAIN, this one after hours would not work.  I had just paid him his fee and now was thinking he would walk away and leave me hanging.  NO!!!  This man went ahead and instead of buying another used ignition part he went to a local dealer and purchase a NEW ignition (retail cost is around $600).  He did not charge me a thing for these parts or these many hours of labor.  

The new part was just put in and I have to tell all - this man is a very ethical business man and I must thank him from the bottom of my heart to finish this most difficult job and I'm now a happy camper.  PLEASE ALL - USE THIS MAN if you lose a key and you won't be disappointed.  He'll get the job done even if (as in my case) he loses money (probably a good $1000 in my case) in the process.  THANKS AGAIN NATHAN - YOU DESERVE MY FULL ADMIRATION AS A FINE BUSINESSMAN.

I used J&J Locksmith to re-key my house locks. Jeff Weigandt does excellent work. He is a pleasure to work with and his pricing is reasonable. Most importantly he was on time and went above and beyond to show and explain his work to me. I would highly recommend Jeff and J&J Locksmith for all your locksmith needs.

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Spoke to Mike and he quoted me $150 to fix the ignition in my car. I know this is the price he quoted me because I called two other places and they each told me $150 so I figured this was the norm. Guy came out and did the job fine. When I went to pay, he told me a different price of $165. I called Mike and he told me that's what he quoted me.

Now I know it's not a lot more, but it's the principal. He wasn't willing to work with me, basically I pay that and that's it. Now the work had been already done, so I didn't have too many options at this point. Guess I could have gone to court, but why? It's my word against his. Figured I'd write this up so that someone else wont get stuck with what happened to me.

Please, if you decide to use this company, GET IT IN WRITING. If you don't you may be sorry.

Of course the service is a bit expensive because it's a mobile service, they all are.  The communication was really good. He showed up on time, got my ignition fixed in a timely manner.  I feel (still waiting for him to finish up) pretty comfortable with the whole deal.  You have to expect that someone driving to you and working out of their car and not in a shop is going to be a little pricey.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.
