Really convenient and fast! Called Charles on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to get my new key fob programmed and cut same day, right away. And he charged a fraction of the price that the dealership quoted. Highly recommend his services!

Very cool. Came out to Superior from Gold Canyon and the price is the same. Advised me on how to process refund for lost key with AAA. Told me ahead of time what cost would be and suggested alternative for one key that would be more costly if not done by the dealer. Would definitely recommend.

The Lock Lady is very good. She's reasonably priced and not afraid of difficult jobs... or small jobs either. Laura definitely knows what she's doing. She showed up early and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

Nathan did a great job installing a padlock on my gate.  Customer service and quality of service was amazing. I am very very happy with my experience.

So I just bought a house and the idiot that sold it to me completely forgot to tell me that the fancy wrought iron front entry gate, one of the primary selling features of the house, had a deadbolt lock stuck on it that had no known key in this universe AND the mounting screws had all been cut off so it couldn't be removed by simply unscrewing it.  

Yep, it was 100% worthless.

So I reached out to J&J Locksmith and they sent their tech right over to get me sorted out.  He arrived exactly on time and was friendly and professional and It took him less than 10 minutes to pick the old deadbolt off and install the new deadbolt that I'd purchased on the gate.  

His skills were really tremendous.  Fantastic job, the best.  I know it, you know it, we all know it.

PS:  I should mention that I was very proud of myself, Ms. Homeowner, handing him that nice new deadbolt lock that I'd bought to be installed...and that's when he and I both noticed with a laugh that I'd purchased a single cylinder deadbolt with a thumb latch on the back of it...for a wrought iron gate.  (Who's the idiot now??)

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

One of their drivers was driving on the highway like a maniac this morning. Going at like 15 over the speed limit, swerving in between lanes, cut off two people that I saw and one was so closed the other driver swerved into the lane next to them. Would report them directly but they flew past me and I couldn't catch their license plate

do not use under any circumstance.... even if your baby is locked in a car.

they price gouged my sister in gilbert when she accidentally locked her child in the car.... mom of the year ... i know right just kidding

literally for a normal $80 job they charged her $160 as they knew she wasnt going to wait.

i own a couple businesses here in the valley; we may not always bat 1000 but we always take care of people.

this was insanely disgusting and any attempt to contact them was met with rude banter on their end.

i wasnt even looking for a refund i was just dumb founded....

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.
