Worst experience ever. 3 days of run around. Instead of just saying he cant handle the job, he just wasted my time with excuses why he couldnt.
Didnt return text explaining what was going on with project. Just left and went to next. No call. No text. No.email.
I will never recommend this non professional

We've all been in that spot when you suddenly realize you don't have your keys and oh crap! They're locked in your car or worse they've gone missing.
Tom and US Key Service to the rescue! This is a friendly, reputable company that you can trust to get you out of a jam. I have utilized Tom's services since he had Arcko Security Co in California and recommend them with no reservations.

She was fast responding and extremely helpful! Kept me updated on when she'd be there to help me. Got me back into my car in less than 5 minutes. She was extremely affordable and I have a ton of respect for what she does. I would highly recommend The Lock Lady!

He came out and got right on it.  It took him longer than he thought but still charged me the same price.  They will definitely be my 1st call.

Def. would recommend. Anthony came and replaced and rekeyed my lock that another locksmith had to drill. He was friendly, professional and was all done within 30 min or so. Hopefully I won't need you again but you guys will be the first I call if I do!

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

I needed a key made because we misplaced our keys. It was so nice to talk to an actual person. I made an appointment that day and paid for the services. We ended up finding our keys and Austin Lock & Security refunded all of our money. He could have charged me for the service fee because I had an appointment and he did not. I'll never use another locksmith again. Thank you for being so kind in a very stressful situation.

We called for a locksmith to come to our residence to fix our mortise lock on our security screen door.  Eddie called and let us know he would be there in 15 minutes. He fixed the problem, explained thoroughly everything he was doing and was gone within half an hour.  They give free estimates whereas everywhere else I called wanted a service call fee that was not applied to your work.  I would HIGHLY recommend metro lock and safe services.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.
