I contacted the Fix it Floyd firm to repair all the things found wrong during my home inspection.  I met Brian the owner on a Friday on the first day in the new house and did a walk through to come up with solutions.  On Saturday, two smoke detectors started beeping when the batteries went low.  With no ladder and no way to get one I called Brian and he was nice enough to come out and take care of the batteries.  That kind of customer service was evidenced during the repair process that they did on a fixed price and timely basis.  Work was done well and all subsequent repairs have been timely.  Its great to have access to someone you can trust and can fix just about anything in a house.

Good guys they installed a connection to an instahot water heater, Everything worked as planned.

This is an excellent family business that provides individualized high quality service. The owner Jaime and his son JJ performed two large jobs for us involving many different tasks in a newly purchased home that we were updating in Sun Lakes. They work quickly and efficiently. Jaime had years of experience and knows a lot about electrical contracting but also about many other aspects of home repair. I got many good tips from him. He is great at diagnosing problems and coming up with practical solutions. It's obvious that he wants the work to be high quality, yet he's also mindful of controlling costs. He's a very pleasant and respectful guy who cares a lot about customer service. I feel like I've made a friend.  If you work with a bigger corporate company, it's always possible that you'll get some guy who just started a year ago. Wouldn't you prefer to hire someone with years of expertise?  If you call Rabago, you won't regret it!

Cobb-AZ was a great company to work with. It was easy to make an appointment and they came when they said they would be here, even called to let me know they were on the way. Steven was excellent to work with. He went through everything that needed to be fixed and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They did the work as estimated with no hassles.  I would use them for any size jobs, big or small. I will call them every time. Thank you Steven and Cobb for the great job.

I've always known exercise isn't all it's cracked up to be! When my treadmill stopped (while I was on it) I took that as a sign to have coffee instead. When the guilt kicked in and I got back on, I heard a pop, the machine shut off and the fan above me was shooting sparks. I called Jenco because the owner lives in the neighborhood and Nextdoor residents had positive comments. Wes arrived on time, fixed the issue, noticed an additional wiring problem and corrected it,  then cleaned up after himself. Prices were reasonable and I now feel safe that i don't have to worry about a potential fire.. I haven't decided if I will go back on the treadmill yet or continue using it as a clothing depository.

I used SMK Electric two more times since my last review. I called Simon to install some light fixtures and fix the wiring to fixtures in the kitchen a few months back at a second condo I own and his work was great as usual! The condo is over 25 years old so some of the wiring is a somewhat outdated so I felt more comfortable updating things with a licensed electrician. Just called Simon again January 2012 to do more work at the 25+ year old condo on the old wiring. He replaced electrical outlets, light switches, an outdoor light and installed an electrical outlet outside. It's great bringing an older property more up-to-date knowing the work is done right with a licensed electrician rather than trying to do it yourself. The work is done efficiently, quickly, by a professional at a reasonable rate. After using Simon from SMK Electric three times, I highly recommend using him for all your electrical needs!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Selling my home and the buyer requested repairs, one of them concerning HVAC. After talking to I don't know how many contractors and feeling frustrated I found Apache Dee's. From the moment they answered the phone to the completion of repairs I got nothing but honesty, courtesy and thankfully affordability. They knew exactly what the inspector was talking about on report and were able to give me a quote for repairs over the phone. The technician they sent out was quick and straight to the point. We were introduced to Triton Electric LLC by our contractor who was performing a complete remodel of our 1979 Sun City West home.  The remodel consisted of taking the home down to the studs, adding a kitchen island and moving most interior walls.  Kent and Mike were flawless in their design and approach.  They worked with us one on one adding additional can lights, moving and rewiring wall receptacles, adding a tankless water heater, adding 240V garage outlet, adding exterior lights, adding additional outdoor outlets, adding electric for BBQ island, and adding exterior yard lighting.  All of this was in additional to the work they had performed with the contractor.  Communication between them was superb and their pricing was more than fair.  What a great company to work with.  The end result is a home we are comfortable with and feel SAFE in!

Had an issue where outlets died for no obvious reason.  Matt came out same day and troubleshot the issue and had us up and running.  Price very fair.  The problem was quite odd and convoluted but they figured it out! Very Please!

Called Mike after seeing multiple positive reviews in Nextdoor. Was not disappointed.

I needed a light fan combo replaced in my front room. He was able to fit me in the same day I called as he was in the area already..   very happy with the job he completed.   He explained what was happening as he was doing it and also identified a possible problem that a non-electrician might not have been able to identify.   Problem was corrected, and cost was as originally quoted.  

Would absolutely recommend!
