Can't say enough about the team at Big T Electric.  Troy and another colleague were friendly clean, efficient, and they took the time to explain everything in detail.  Quality work done by quality people.  I'm very appreciative and highly recommend them.

I contacted the Fix it Floyd firm to repair all the things found wrong during my home inspection.  I met Brian the owner on a Friday on the first day in the new house and did a walk through to come up with solutions.  On Saturday, two smoke detectors started beeping when the batteries went low.  With no ladder and no way to get one I called Brian and he was nice enough to come out and take care of the batteries.  That kind of customer service was evidenced during the repair process that they did on a fixed price and timely basis.  Work was done well and all subsequent repairs have been timely.  Its great to have access to someone you can trust and can fix just about anything in a house.

Good guys they installed a connection to an instahot water heater, Everything worked as planned.

Wow, been looking at Solar for quite some time. Went through some of the larger corporate companies and never felt comfortable. Anyways, decided to go local with a family business and it paid off. Got to know Mr. Black and his son quite well because that is who they are...a down home AZ family with similar values. Not to mention some of the guys on the crew, Daniel, Bryan etc. All guys that have the same values as their bosses/owners. It is a nerve wracking decision, no high pressure sales but more of a conversation from Black Platinum. If you are expecting them to hound you, that will not happen. I needed to install a Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging station at my garage.  My garage is at the opposite side of the house from the electric panel, thus around 100 feet of wire need to be guided from the panel to the garage.  After getting multiple quotes with different proposals of getting the wire to the garage, I decided to have Rabago Electric do the job, due to the straight forward proposal for the wiring, competitive quote and the use of high quality parts.  Jaime and JJ came in on time and get everything done as expected in a reasonable time.  Highly recommended!

I called this guy to get a price on trading out a transmitter in a camper and putting in a new panel for the garage. He hung up as soon as I asked if he works on campers. Rude!

I contacted Jenco after I saw some good reviews on Nextdoor.com. My daughter's bedroom ceiling fan stopped working, and I also wanted a new outlet installed. When I contacted Dave, he promptly sent me an email with a good quote, and we set a time and date for someone to come out. This morning, Nick arrived timely. He was courteous and professional, and he did a great job on both items I needed. The price Dave quoted is exactly what I paid and I think I got a really good deal on work well done. Thanks, Jenco! You're definitely my first call next time we need an electrician.

I have known Simon for a few years and have always referred him to anyone that I know that needed electrical work.  This time we needed him on our personal home.  I wanted the old can lights replaced with recessed lights in the kitchen and then added additional recessed lighting in the family room and formal living room..His attention to detail is awesome.  There was very little drywall damage, and what little there was he repaired and painted (we had the paint match from when we had painted the interior a few years ago).  Everything was cleaned up when he left and you really couldn't tell that he was ever there.  He has an assistant Alex who was very trustworthy and also very capable.  I would not hesitate to refer them in the future, it's hard to find good contractors in the Valley but they are one of the best.!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

I have used Shields for over 19 years.  They are the BEST.  When they do work it my home they leave it sooo clean you can't tell they have been here.  They are are on time and very polite.  I would NEVER use anyone else.

I called these guys on Monday 6-23-15 around noon.  I had spent the rest of the morning calling countless electricians that wanted thousands of dollars to replace a damaged bus bar on a pedestal.  In addition to that it was 110 out and the water for the house and horses runs off electricity Not to mention we had no ac.  I spoke with the girl in the office and sent her pictures.  She told me a tech could not make it out that day but would be out the following day we are pretty rural and about an hour from them in the rio verde area so that was understandable. Asked her to have the tech call me so i could meet him there about an hour before he gets there.  The tech James called me at around 10:00 the next morning and made it out about 11:00.  He was fast knowledgeable and an awesome guy.  He was done in about an hour and had us up and running for hundreds of dollars vs thousands.  I think it took him longer yo drive out than to complete the work.  These guys are awesome not to mention they could fix what 6 other electricians could not and they did it in less than 24 hours.

I had ECO Electric come out to install an electric outlet for my electric car.  Unknown to me their were some issue with my electrical installation and SRP demanded and I had it fixed and brought to code.  Daniel handle all conversations with SRP and made the whole process a breeze.  He is highly knowledgeable and did such a great job with the work I needed to have done.  I would never hesitate to call ECO Electric back for any future needs and neither should you.

These guys are great. We have used them for a number of very complicated electrica problems yet they seem to make it very simple. Honest with integrity. You will not regret working with these guys. Kent and Michael operate as owners and they are an amazing team.

Said he was going to stop by at 3:30.  Texted me 20 mins before said he couldn't make it.   I asked him when can he come by and he said call someone else!  I told him I am flexible but still would like him to come look at the issue.   He never responded.

Had an issue where outlets died for no obvious reason.  Matt came out same day and troubleshot the issue and had us up and running.  Price very fair.  The problem was quite odd and convoluted but they figured it out! Very Please!

Very Disappointed! Mike was recommended by a RE agent. The contract estimate was written on a word processor without even a letter head to describe the scope of work and exclusions. The one sentence exclusion stated no liability or responsibility to any damage caused by the contractor during the electrical installation. That written statement should of been my first  WARNING SIGN regarding the disaster of what was ahead of me.

The scope of work was to install outdoor lighting, along with the wireless switches. The contractor took no care in digging the trenches by placing the landscape rock and dirt on my manicured lawn, putting green, walkway and any area that was easy for him to do the job quickly. To make it worse. the removed landscape rock was never separated from the dirt, which creates a difficult job to replace. That was the second WARNING SIGN.

During the performance of work, the contractor's vocal attitude displayed no care to the owners questions, concerns and or expectation.

At the end of the 2nd day, the contractor announced he was finished and needed a payment to complete the agreement. My wife and I clearly witness, the contractor (owner Mike) had no intentions to return the landscape rock and dirt back to the trench area. In addition, residual cuts of wire inside and outside the house remained on the ground disregarding any cleanup. All the garbage and material packaging from the contractor was disposed in my own garbage bin that consumed an incredible amount of space.

in summary, the rude unprofessional contractor never completed the electrical work and left the work area, including the landscape, a mess for the homeowners to restore the conditions back to normal. I highly not recommend this contractor unless you're looking to finish the job yourself.
