We were looking to have 10 year old stone floors cleaned and sealed. When I first got the quote I thought it was a little high but after checking around it was right in line.   Brian did an excellent job.  Unfortunately, the sealing process brought out some old carpet tape marks on the stone that the previous seller had left. We were very stressed and Bryan came back out personally to do some extra works on the marks.  While it wasn't perfect, we were satisfied with the overall job.  I'd use Sir Grout again for sure.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

This is my second time using Floors n More. They just got finished today with my new porcelain tile, new baseboards and new accent tile around my fireplace. They did a fantastic job on all of it. I'm so happy with the job they did. Prices are really reasonable and Matt and his crew are great to work with. Thanks to his staff for helping me pick the tile and baseboards.

Shop around and then visit Jonas at their showroom - he really knows his inventory, made suggestions based on what we were looking for and then beat the best quote we had received. I am so thrilled with this company.  From the start to finish has been nothing but outstanding and professional.  Mark, Kevin and the crews were so great.  My bathroom countertop is beautiful along with the new facets and mirrors WOW what a difference.  They moved the light over to center it which looks much better.  Again a big thank you.

We had great experiences with Baker Bros, from the showroom and designer (Roy) to anyone we spoke with on the phone and all of the installation teams. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome! (We had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen/dining tile install remodel) I am certain, based on extensive experience, this would not have been the case with big box stores. They are good resources (Lowes, HD) but flooring can be difficult to choose and install. Baker Bros does both well. Thank you!!!

These guys are GREAT!!  They know what they are doing and they want to do the right thing for the customer.  I called several places and they were cheaper, but you don't get a lifetime warranty or a better product....USE THESE GUYS, you won't regret it!!

After having the worst customer service experience at the Queen Creek Home Depot, I found Abel Carpet, Tile, and Wood on Yelp and read all the great reviews.  Still skeptical, I called Mike and set up an in-home estimate.  Mike was very courteous and professional in the phone and set up a date and time that would work for both my husband and me.  I explained to Mike out bad Depot experience and he went out of his way to go to Home Depot to look at the samples we liked so he could bring similar ones to our house.  This was my first wow experiences with Mike.  So when he got to our house for the estimate he already had samples of what we wanted.  We were able to find what we wanted quickly and schedule a install with him on the spot.  He even let us borrow the sample so we could use it to coordinate paint.  Mike was true to his word and followed up with me and had everything installed on the day promised.  The installers were also professional and courteous.  During the installation and after, Mike made sure to follow up and make sure we were happy with everything.  Our new carpet looks beautiful and couldn't be happier with our experience and I would certainly recommend this company and use them again in the future!

Showed up on time, and was very polite. Had the concrete in a small bathroom ground down as it had heaved and settled in a couple places. The end result was great and I was very happy that there was no dust left behind. I would use them again on my next project.

Prices were fair and upfront, something I really appreciate.

We cannot begin to say enough great things about Anthony! First off - he is as professional, knowledgable, helpful, and kind as it gets. Secondly, he is extremely detail orientated and takes the time to explain what he has done every day and shares updates and pictures along the way! He went above and beyond in every way - for example, accepting any packages that came to our door or even helping us move furniture back that was not part of his responsibility. He did it to help us and it made a big difference. Also, because of his demeanor and professionalism, we could not have felt more comfortable with him in our house while we were gone for a few days, as he is very trustworthy. Most importantly - our floors turned out great!!! Better than we could have ever imagined. He did a fantastic job and got the job done in great time! If you are in need of someone to help with your floors, Anthony is your guy.

After gathering a number of quotes from the likes of Home Depot and some bigger carpet installers, Bentley gave us a very attractive quote for higher grade carpet.  They came and installed the carpet in a single day. Unfortunately the carpet that was installed in the master bedroom had a manufacturer's defect, but I'm still giving them five stars, becasue Bentley returned and replaced the carpet in the room at no additional charge.

We got a portion of our stairs redone through One stop wood works. Daniel and Israel would show up on time daily, make sure our furnitures were protected/covered and go about getting things done with quiet focus. Also, they cleaned up behind themselves when they wrapped up finally. Most important of all, very happy with the outcome of their work.
We have a couple of more projects in mind and look forward to bringing them onboard to execute our plans.

This is hands down the best flooring contractor in the valley. I have used them for almost ten years with great results every time. Not only are they the best at full replacement, they are the only company I trust for repairs. If Marty says it can't be fixed or matched, trust me it can't be.

From the first contact to the final product the professionalism of this company is as top notch as they come. Do yourself a favor and start with the best. You won't be disappointed.

Spicegirls are the best! I found them through Yelp, and they were quick to help me. I wanted a full bathroom remodel. We met virtual then i went into their showroom to pick the final choices. Rosa is an absolute delight. She worked with me to stay within my budget. She even came to my house the next day just to put the samples in the bathroom to see if it would look good in person. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on & when. She also sent pictures while i was out of town. They have great taste & did an excellent job with my bathroom, highly recommend!

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. We are so pleased with all the work they helped us with, including a new fireplace and surround, wainscoting, whole home painting, lighting, shiplap, and many other projects! Outstanding communication and even better people! It's been a pleasure to meet Martin and Calvary Tile & Stone will be my first and only contact when we need any construction, electrical, and/or any other help!

After spending nearly a year shopping around, looking at reviews of companies with the BBB and ROC, going back and forth to get tile samples, carpet samples, walking on the tile samples, the carpet samples, etc., I finally hired Arizona Flooring Solutions to remove and install new tile, do the grout work (for which I paid extra because I wound up buying the tile elsewhere) and also to install new carpet padding and Stainmaster Xtra-Life carpet I bought from them. That was in mid-January. I hired them because I was told again and again that the guys doing the work in my home would be employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions rather than subcontractors. In fact, I clarified this over and over again with one of the owners, Brian, who apparently outright lied to me by insisting that these guys were and are employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions.

So here it is just six months later and tthere are definitely hard spots I feel when I walk on the carpet barefoot, and I have been thinking I'm overly sensitive or have weird feet, but now other people can feel these hard spots too when they're barefoot.

Also,  I find that while wiping up a spill on the part of the tile that is abutting the carpet, if the 100 percent cotton rag gently touches an edge of the carpet, some of the fibers and the lamination on the back of the carpet comes out.

Stupidly, I trusted that one of the tile installers knew what he was doing and had experience with all aspects of tile install (like I stupidly trusted the carpet installers, Victor and Maurice) who told me that I did not need to seal the grout. All over the Internet and everyone I've spoken with tells me that the guy had no clue what he was talking about. The grout needs to be sealed. So I will have to re-grout and then have the grout sealed since the grout is white. But again, the guy, Corey, apparently lied to me too. I, as the customer ... er, contractor, should have insisted that they seal the grout and that the grout must be sealed; then I should have shown them how to do it.

Apparently, they also don't know how to properly remove a toilet from the flange, to bolt it in properly or to keep the valve at the wall from leaking. They didn't even know how to break off the screw of the bolt that keeps the toilet seated in the flange and correctly fit toilet bolt caps over the top of the screw. So the toilet flange is bent and I will have to hire a plumber to correct all their shoddy "work". I guess I should have asked whether they knew what they were doing. I also should have asked Brian whether I was to be the contractor on the job because that is not addressed anywhere in any of the contracts or forms nor did Brian tell me I needed to ride those guys and constantly question them as to their skill, knowledge and experience, along with showing them videos and providing them with written how-tos on doing the job for which I hired the subs and paid Arizona Flooring Solutions.

When I call Arizona Flooring Solutions, which is advertising weekly, I get a message that their "voice mailbox is full". I don't want to go in person and fight and argue with them, so I contact Stainmaster.

Stainmaster can't reach the owners of the company either, so they give me the phone number for the mill that actually attaches the lamination (backing) to Stainmaster's fibers, a company called Gulistan. They also give me the name of the local sales rep for Gulistan ... who supposedly deals with Arizona Flooring Solutions.

I now know that at least one of the owners of AZ Flooring Solutions, Brian, lied about almost everything I asked him (which is "lucky" for me because it means that the company's contract is null and void). But I didn't find this out until the other owner, Jason, who had shown up with the guys to do the work at my house, left and I asked the guys straight out, "Are you subcontractors or are you employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions?" They told me they were, as I had suspected from the start, subcontractors, not "employees of the company", as Brian insisted at least a dozen times.

But they had already started the work, and it was/is good. Except for the non-sealing of the tile. The carpet installers/subs didn't do anything right, and I actually am still finding nails sticking up from the tackstrip coming through the padding and the carpet. That's not how this should be.

I would advise everyone never to use Arizona Flooring Solutions. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again, no matter what their prices are. They are the worst.
