No one I know needs carpet re-stretched 2 1/2 months after initial installation. Brandi Carpet tried to blame the problem on Shaw and their carpet. Brandi Carpet never mentioned until today that Shaw didn't want to send an inspector. All I did was send an e-mail to Brandi Carpet and about a week later I get an inspection date and after the inspection I received a report a few weeks afterwards. That repeated both times. Since the problem started 2 1/2 months after installation I was under warranty at that point. The problem kept happening over and over again. It is a terrible inconvenience to deal with. Brandi Carpet never offered to pay for another company to come re-stretch the carpet! If so, provide that e-mail to me because I have every e-mail I ever sent or received from you and your company. You mentioned in your response to my review that you sent me an e-mail a few days before I sent you my offer e-mail. What actually happened is you sent me an e-mail 2 days before Thanksgiving saying that you would call me after the holiday when you were back in town. 6 days after the holiday I hadn't received a call from you so I sent you an e-mail with an offer. The offer was: if you wanted to wash your hands of me as a customer, please reimburse me my cost of the carpet which was $2500 or I would let the public know how I was treated by Brandi Carpet. Under the 1st amendment and as a consumer, I have the right to express my situation which I have. I read the inspection reports. They state that the installation caused the problems. You talking about a stain warranty is irrelevant because I had no stains and the issue was rippling due to your bad installation. The cost you should of refunded was my cost which you said was $2500 not your wholesale cost. Also, provide proof that I denied your first installer to stretch other rooms, never happened! I haven't stretched the truth at all. It doesn't matter how many times you came out because it didn't take long for the carpet to ripple again. The second inspector found areas where it wasn't even tacked down. It easily came right up when he touched it in my closet. I will give you credit for trying to fix the problem, unfortunately your 2 different installers never could accomplish that.

Fantastic Service!! Jon was absolutely wonderful. He came to our house, did an evaluation on our floors, gave us a quote, and within a week we had our new. floors. Prices were more than fair and the quality of the floors were top notch. Clear Choice Flooring is the ONLY choice for us for now on. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Sir Grout was super professional.  We took out an old vanity and wanted to replace it with a free standing vanity.  Basically we had a dozen or so tiles which needed to be replaced.  He came by to give us a quote and had someone here within a day to help us fix the problem.  Worked with us on the price and we were grateful!  We will have them come back to do the next bathroom.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Stopped by Floors n More to get flooring for my living dining area.  The sales staff was very rude and the number of items to select from were terrible along with prices that were much higher than other stores.  So disappointed!

Proline Flooring is by far one of the best flooring company to work with. Great at communicating, reliable, and the craftsmanship is always great. The guys came in, they knew what you want and start working. Proline Flooring did my shower. It came so much better than I expected. They over achieve my expectations on this project. They had great ideas how to design my shower as well!! Can't wait to recommend them to  family and friends.

Kyle was amazing to work with! He was very flexible with my schedule and the other work being done at the home, and his attention to detail was outstanding! He kept in touch at each step and was very personable with everyone in my family. Totally recommend and would use again!

I bought a house and renovated the flooring and baseboards throughout. Marin,Pete, Jonas and the whole team from sales, demolition, to installation were great to work with. They are hard workers, excellent craftsman and good businessmen. Their price is fair and they keep their word. A pleasure to work with an organization such as they have in this era of 'buyer beware' contractors. I highly recommend you talk with them if you are thinking of  renovating your floors.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Sunset Tile and Bath.  I really appreciated Audra's creativity and responsiveness in designing my master bath.  She did a great job.  All the people who were working in my house were respectful, friendly, and considerate of keeping us safe.  They kept me informed along the way and did a very high quality job in the timeframe they promised.  I am really thrilled with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Audra and Sunset Tile to others (and plan to do more rooms with them myself!)

From the moment we walked in the store til after installation we've had nothing but great service. Roy is an excellent design consultant and takes great pride in helping you every step of the way. Had a great experience with Armor-Kote Garage Floors!
We started the process from out-of-state, so we were able to schedule for after our arrival.  We picked out our floor colors from their website.
On the day of installation, these guys were right on time, very courteous and professional.  They started at 6am and were finished by noon.

It's only been a couple of days, but already our floor looks amazing and we take comfort in knowing that there is a great warranty in place and if we have any issues, we can reach out to them and be taken care of.

Highly recommend this company.

When our house was built in 1995, we used Baker Bros. to install our carpet. When the day came to install, all of sudden they didn't have enough carpet. As our closing date was approaching, we told them we were going to go with another company. A short time later, they miraculously 'found' more carpeting. After they installed it, I compared it to the sample I had and I absolutely know that they didn't install the same carpet that we chose. It was inferior quality and broke down quickly.

So when it came time to replace my carpeting, I was skeptical of all carpeting installers. I did my research, read all the reviews, crossed my fingers and chose Abel Carpet  in Oct. 2013. I chose wisely!!

Mike did a great job helping me choose the right carpeting and padding. He didn't try to oversell or pressure me into anything I didn't want. After the install, I was amazed that the carpet I chose looked and felt even better than I expected. I was thrilled! Over a year later, I am still in awe. Every time I walk barefoot across it, I want to call Mike and thank him again!  

At the install, we had them run some speaker wire diagonally underneath the carpeting and within a day or two we started to notice the bumps they made. Mike sent one of his guys out immediately and they pulled up all the carpeting in that area and fixed the problem. No problem since and you'd never know they were there.

Mike and his crew were great to work with and I would highly recommend him. He is honest and patient and sells good quality products.

My husband and I had thought about doing this for years, and finally found Anthony from First Due Concrete Staining.
He explained everything, to a T and what was going to happen.
We chose a color and then we went (per Anthony's recommendation) and looked at a color sample at Cohills to be sure the original color we had chosen was what we really wanted.
Seeing the actual color versus the color on the sheet was good because we changed our mind. I highly recommend you seeing the color up front and personal.
We did most of the prep ourselves in removing the existing tile, carpet and linoleum in the three rooms we were getting done. (It's really was not that hard).
Anthony came in the prep is the longest which he fully explained to us.
And I hear you say what about the dust?
There is little to no dust which I was totally amazed about.
So this is the end results which we are absolutely thrilled with couldn't ask for a better finished product.
And how to clean the floors? Anthony recommended either a microfiber brush or a swiffer sweeper so this also cuts down on the amount of chemicals for cleaning of the floor's .
And Anthony stands by his work before during and after.

Ok....granted I loved the name because it was my dogs name who passed a year ago, BUT...I went with them after interviewing close to 10 companies.
Why? I sent Scott a picture of what I had,telling him I wanted something similar and he nailed it! Scott Was punctual, pleasant, ethical, knowledgeable, helpful and ALWAYS responded to calls and texts.
The carpet was installed to perfection, they have their own crew which most companies do not...he followed up by being at the house to make sure all went smoothly and if I had questions, which I did, he didn't shy away, but explained things to me.

We needed to add skirting to the stairs, upgrade the lighting and add handrails to our curved staircase. It was important to get the handrails installed as soon as possible since my husband recently had a stroke and navigating the stairs was very difficult.

Another contractor recommended Daniel at One Stop Wordworks. He answered my call promptly, gave me a written bid and expedited the  work. They were friendly, efficient and on time. They protected the surrounding area, cleaned up after every step and followed up until the entire project was completed.

If I could give a,  0, I would. This firm  was  hired to put tile in a bathroom and  to complete a backsplash in my kitchen. It has been  a few years, but I could not recall the name of the company and I just found their card. I had chosen nearly white tile for the bathroom. The tile was placed when I was at work and I came home to find that the tile, already install, was an ugly grey. They claimed you never know what will come out of the quarry!. Then I came home to find the backsplash was horrible. the tile was crooked and some edges actually stuck out from the wall. The owner became angry when I told him it would have to be redone. They took the tile off, gouged into the plaster wall under it. The company who brought them in agreed the jobs they did were horrible.

Erica is the best! Very professional, her subs are first rate and nice, and her ideas really helped us achieve the design we were looking for. Look forward to having her help us with more projects in the future!:)

Wow!  Great work on a small project in a bathroom.  Most tile companies won't give you the time of day for small projects, but Calvary was super!  Flexible around my schedule and done wonderfully!  It looked like the other tiles, like there was never replacement tiles and new grout matched perfectly!  Very reasonable and responsive.  Highly recommend!

Unlike the other reviewer, I did opt to visit the store when I got the voicemail full.  When I arrived a FOR LEASE sign was in the window.  We got such great pricing and and a LIFETIME guarantee on installation.  However 3 months later and the seams are showing really badly.  These professional installers were a joke. Now that they are not in business I am stuck with a crappy job.  BEWARE OF THE BBB rating.  This company was rated well and look what happened.
