We found this business through home advisor and the reviews were decent so we arranged for an appointment for their salesman to come out. Glen Copper showed up. A nice British man. Is it just me, or do British accents seem inherently more trustworthy? If you agreed, the focus on the word "seem" is appropriate. We told Glen that we were on fixed incomes, wanted all carpeted areas in our 2 bedroom home covered in laminate wood flooring, and wanted flooring that didn't show marks. That was our most important thing- to not show marks. Glen said he had the perfect product for us. It looked nice and matched our furniture but I questioned if it should have some sheen to it and Glen said no. The price was within our budget, so we agreed to a deal. Glen promised he'd be the only person we'd speak to during the installation as he was "our go to man"and it was "his" crew who'd do the installation and that he'd check in daily. We never saw Glen again. The installation was a nightmare- the team was one worker, he was always late and frequently a no show. Glen forgot to figure in our carpeted master closet. This project took 8 long days. I could go on, but the story doesn't end there. It goes on to this day.

The laminate sucks, it shows absolutely every mark. Even cleaning it with Glen's recommended products and method, you can see every swipe of a mop or the towels we have to use to get it dried. Towel swipes, foot prints and paw prints. This flooring never looks clean even when just cleaned. We had to hire a cleaning service and they clean it 3 times each time they're here and hand dry it and it still looks like crap. A realtor came over after the cleaning people had been here and said that we'd never sell our house with theses floors. We can't afford to replace them, so we'll have to end up knocking thousands off our asking price. Thanks Glen and Floor Coverings international of Chandler, who hired him and doesn't stand behind their product.

Save your money, your aggravation and never use this third rate flooring company. I had to give it one star to get the review to post. There's not a no star option!

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Words can't describe how pleased I am with how my project turned out using GPS.  They are true professionals and keep you well informed throughout the entire process.  I will likely use them again for a bathroom remodel project that I anticipate starting at the end of the year.
Kimberly is such a sweetheart to communicate with.  The company is very fortunate to have her as a liaison with the customers.

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!

do NOT buy your cabinets from any of the Cabinet to go locations. They might be inexpensive but it's not worth it, and that's IF you actually GET your cabinets! Do yourself a favor and go to glassdoor.com and read the reviews of what their own employees say about this company. Then go to the better business bureaus' site and read those reviews. They are all exactly what I've experienced.

I ordered my cabinets in May and here it is almost September and I am missing one last cabinet. no one will tell me where it is or when it's coming. To make matters worse, I can't finish my kitchen without it and I already started the install because they told me my cabinets were going to be in, in July. They were SUPPOSED to be here in June. They said 4-8 weeks. I ordered them on Memorial day and well, it's almost labor day.

The store will not call me back, even when they promise too. I send emails, they've never responded to one email. I sent an email to their corporate store and got an email back apologizing but no resolution and no follow through.

They've really screwed me and left me in a hard place. to make matters worse the cabinets are finished with lacquer not paint so I can't match the color  exactly. Would you want one mismatched cabinet in your kitchen?? I don't either.

they are not a member of the BBB..... i should have done my research first. lesson learned and now I'm screwed.

I've made 4 trips to this store and have traveled over 400 miles trying to pick up cabinets that I already paid for.

Don't waste your time. Poor customer service. The owner Marie has no idea what's in stock, has an attitude, and never returns phone calls. She doesn't stick to her word or the set schedule.

The crew was very sloppy and spit sunflower seeds all over the place. You can feel the seeds under the carpet. Someone on the crew also stole the change that was in a box in the bathroom. The box also contained my wedding ring. The manager denied that it was stolen and suggested I forgot where I left it. She also stated that her crews are accused of stealing all the time but and it never turns out to be them. WTF.  Unless you want a bad job and robbed go somewhere else.

Oko and Sal did our backsplash and did it perfectly. They even uncovered an earlier flaw and took steps to address that. They worked efficiently and finished on time. Upon a follow-up involving a cracked tile, Oko came back on the next day and expertly repaired it. Their results were flawless and they were willing to deal too. We're saving his card for future tile projects. Highly recommended.

The owner Greg was so awesome to deal with! We've had so many issues with contractors lacking integrity - Greg was the opposite! Returned all our calls, his crews showed up when they were supposed to and work performed was excellent! Jesus and Milton (tilers) were incredible!!! They made suggestions, asked proactively how we wanted to handle the inevitable challenges that arise in a project of this scale and their attention to detail/resultant work was of the highest quality. Greg and team rebuilt our shower, did the floor tiling and our granite for our vanity.

Couldn't be happier with how my new floor turned out! Robert was very helpful and gave me all the information needed to make sure this project went smoothly. The Coretec laminate I chose laid nicely and turned out incredible. Thank you Arizona Floors!

Met Sam at the perfect time, right when we were getting ready to begin a full remodel of our 3,200 sq. ft. home. He helped us design and procure all that was needed for the remodel, from flooring, to kitchen and bath cabinets, to beautiful quartz countertops, to plumbing fixtures! He's a great designer and has amazing prices for great quality items.  If it wasn't for Sam, we would have ended up hiring a designer and spending 15-20K on design alone! Sam got us great style at amazing prices, just the way we like it.  Did I mention he's a great guy and easy to work with? Thank you for everything!!!

Will Wilson was really great. He did excellent work putting in new bathroom cabinets and baseboards. He was very careful to do the work as we desired. He was extremely pleasant and thoroughly professional. He did even more than we asked.

Tony came out quickly, gave us an estimate, and educated us on how to properly care for our tile/grout. I was trying to decide between cleaning and sealing or recoloring the grout, so he did a quick clean of an extra dirty area to help me evaluate my options. I decided to clean and seal as it cleaned up really nicely, and I appreciated that he helped me select a more affordable option since I like the existing grout color (though it's hard to keep clean). Our service provider, Alex, arrived on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, and was polite and friendly. Out floors now look 10000x better. I wish I had remembered to take a before picture, but our "oyster" colored grout was dark brown in many areas from accumulated dust, first, etc. We live in a rural area with more dust than average and 4 dogs. Despite the "hard living" our floors get, the grout is back to its original state! It looks fantastic, would absolutely recommend and will be using their services again in the future for sure.

Despite what others say, please do your homework first.  This guy (Mike HRafi/Michael HRafi is a true con artist and will lie, cheat and steal.  I first purchased carpet from him and he did a good job.  I then hired him for another job and he outright took my money and said that the contractor he hired went bankrupt, only to find he never hired a contractor, and manufactured and altered receipts.  I am warning you, he is not a nice person.  He comes across as a caring, concerned and savvy business person; he is nothing short of a con artist.  You can call me if you like to get more information.  My number is 281.300.8282. I just don't want you to get scammed like he scammed me.
