We had water damage to our upstairs flooring and the owner Debra had her team come out as soon as we called them to get us a quote and get started. We were very happy with how nice it turned out and how fast they got it done. I would highly recommend Floor coverings international chandler gilbert.

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really.  It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality.

Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If I could put negative stars I would.  This is my experience and it's very disappointing (should have looked a yelp first!!):  

I was very excited in the beginning and even more excited when we first received our cabinets. What is disappointing is the communication with this store and every time we would call in, either Mike or Patricia would answer and 9 out of 10 times we would not receive a call back OR we would have the sense that we (my husband and I) were being ignored once we mentioned our name (which is why the last two times I called I waited on the line and then the last call I refused to give my name and wouldn't you know it, I got Alex. Alex is the sales rep we've been working with).  It was sad that I had to resort to e-mail in order get some sort of response.  We were told, by Patricia,  that the handles and the soft close hardware would be mailed separately.  Handles comes in, but come to find out the soft close hardware were supposed to be with the cabinets when we drove to the store location and picked the cabinets up (the correct info came from the third party contractor Rob).  The original measurements of the kitchen were off, but that was due to the warped pantry wall, and Rob not seeing that issue when he first came out.  

NOW, we have to change two of our bottom cabinets, return the crown molding (No where in the instructions, and none of the reps informed us that we needed to place two by fours behind the upper corner cabinet, to make up 3 inches on either sides to make sure all would align and so that the crown molding would not bump into the cabinet door), and STILL have to wait for these items to be shipped to us. I requested a refund for the entire setup via email AND verbally, but they sent the contractor to "remeasure" and resell us on solutions (which we've been asking for solutions for the past 2+ weeks!).  

In the long run, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This has been a learning experience and I will definitely be using a different cabinet company in the future.

Marie and her employees are VERY unprofessional! She has great prices on product but stay away from her installers. And heaven help you once she is paid forget it! And she is not BBB accredited as her invoice states (faker). They promise and under-deliver to the max! I have even sent her video to her cell of the mess they made at my house - she could care less! I went to the BBB, she has not responded to them and I am disputing the charge until my home is repaired from the tile guys who were sloppy with the grout, left my toilet ajar from its mooring which is causing a foul odor to be present, destroyed all my baseboards, and did not make all the grout lines even!!!  Both my wife and I took 2 days each of PTO from work to get this job done and to this day it is incomplete.  She cannot get her tile guy (Martin) to come back because she does not pay.  Her employee's and contractors told us that she lies to customers, cheats them out of money, and is very bad pay.  Had I known all this I would not have bought from her.  Again her prices are so great you get caught up in that fact and assume that the install will be a breeze, we had 70 sq ft of tile and 500 sq ft of laminate for our master bathroom done and they promised a 2 day completion.  Not sure what my next step will be if the credit dispute does not go through but I am sure we will have to visit a local Judge to file a civil complaint to get the tile work redone.

Sent Vanessa an email and went in the next day to select flooring as we had worked with them before with mixed results (see pic of 3 of same tiles adjacent to each other looking off--which they refused to do anything about). When I walked in she was with a couple. They all just turned and stared at me, saying nothing. I was wearing a mask and no one else in the store was wearing one. AZ is the #1 hotspot in the WORLD for Covid currently. After staring at each other for a while, Vanessa finally asked me, "Are you here to pick something up?" WOW! Is it because I'm hispanic? A simple "Hello," or "I'll be with you shortly," would have been nice. "No," I said, "I'm here to select flooring." "Well...I'm gonna be a while." "Take your time," I said. They went on and on, talking half about flooring and half about trivialities. Obviously not interested in helping me so I left. I could have chalked this up to me being sensitive, but she also never responded to my email. Not recommended...unless you're caucasian?

Perhaps one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with hands down, and we have worked with tons of contractors as we own numerous rental properties and have flipped and remodeled many homes. Oko and Sal are extremely professional, humble, respectful, detail oriented, and have immaculate house keeping skills. No messes left behind, no hassles from beginning to end, reasonably priced, and very responsive. Oko was a spot on project manager, and Sal had great backsplash tiling skills. We found our new go to tile guys...thanks again gentlemen.

We've had issues and delays with another cabinet company and then was recommended by a friend to come here. I will say our experience was amazing and Blake as well as their entire team was professional and fantastic overall. Our bathroom cabinets a and countertops turned out amazing and we are so happy. Thank you Blake and team for doing a great job with our family and home! Will definitely use again!

Our spare bedroom was the only room in the house without tile or hardwood.  My husband had hardwood installed in most of the house 6 yrs ago so I wanted to have the same wood in that room.  I called many, many local companies and even out of state suppliers to try to find the wood at the lowest price.  Turns out it had been discontinued.  AZ Floors found a supplier that had what we needed.  It was more expensive (of course) than what it was 6 yrs ago.  I had 4 different companies come out and do estimates.  The other local companies didn't have set prices for labor nor did they respond to me same day or even next day for some.  I called AZ Floors and spoke to Leisa W. She gave me an on the phone estimate, called me back within a couple of hours and had found the wood with an estimate and then had it all e-mailed to me by day's end.  We were surprised that not only did they give us the best service so far, but we got much more with the purchase than the other guys.  Although the wood per sq. ft. was a little more than the other places the overall cost was less AND we got more for our money.  For anywhere from $70-250 less we got the wood, installation, glue, new base boards, T square and a 2 year warranty (included) and most importantly in the least amount of time.  Other places only offered wood, glue and installation. Let's just say the wood got ordered, delivered, is acclimating under our pool table and will be installed in 2 days.  I am still getting call backs and just got a quote e-mailed to me from other local companies who I called on the SAME DAY as Arizona Floors.  They are also going to be done with the project in less than a day.  I an anxious and excited to see what it looks like after the weekend.  Same yourself the stress and time and just call them first.

Sam was incredible to work with on my master bathroom remodel. He provided expert insight while also being fully supportive of my desire to design my dream bathroom. Let's just say I was VERY involved in the design process , and Sam was totally supportive of that. He worked with my vision from start to finish and promptly took care of any concerns I had. Several of the external contractors who performed installations said they make sure to keep materials in stock specifically for Pelleco Home Design, which - wow! My bathroom was a challenging project due to the intricate tile work in my shower, and the end result is just stunning. I'm so grateful for the work Sam and his team did to create this masterpiece. The before/after pictures attest to the quality of their craftsmanship.

Caulking work in shower was sloppy. I had to call them out to complete areas missed and fix areas where caulking had collapsed. I realized later that the workman had just caulked over the old caulk in some areas rather than removing the old material first.
I paid a high price for fixing a crack in the cement in the cabana. Helmut told me the high price was because of the special material they would use. Within a month the repair was cracking. I called Helmut to ask if they would come fix the job -- no response.

my wife bought a laminated from this company and left a deposit of $6200 , after i read some of the review that " i think it was phony  " told the wife may be we should go with another company , she assure me that the bad review is not right , as far i see they are good people and very plied and they will deliver the material on time and that is exact happen, first of all they been in floor covering over 30 years and they have very good installers , and as far as I know (from the same installer ) they install over 20 to 30 homes daily . I highly  recommend this company to every house hold .
