With a baby on the way, we were in search of a reliable flooring company to help with a stair runner to add some grip to the slippery stairs. Luckily we found Deb and her team who were absolutely wonderful. She sent Shawn out very quickly with the mobile show room. It was so easy, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made the process a breeze. Jason did the install and was extremely nice and reliable as well. Everything moved very quickly and we LOVE how it turned out. Can't say enough great things about Deb, Shawn and Jason they truly made this the most seamless hassle free experience we have ever had. They treat you like a family!

I had travertine installed throughout my home the week after Christmas. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the Custom Floor Covering showroom. Andy took the time to educate me about stone flooring; Doug came a few days later to give me an estimate; and a few days after that, the work began. I was very fortunate to have Charlie do the installation because he is a master craftsman. The end result is beautiful!

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

Evan and Bryan gave my family and I top service and helped us tremendously, we will refer them out to family and friends. We were greeted upon arrival and glad I came here.

My husband and I were recommend to Marie at Arizona Discount Flooring and we couldn't be happier! She has the best prices in town. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of flooring.. it was a nice break from the typical pushy salesman type stores that are trying to push a specific product.. we will definitely be going back!

At this point, I'd have to give them zero stars. After a couple of attempts, I couldn't even get them to call me back to schedule an estimate for a house a mile from their showroom. I guess they don't want my money.

Outstanding service and very straightforward.  The 890 sq ft tile flooring work was completed to perfection.  Very pleased with the final product and competitively priced as well.  Oko is great to deal with.  I will certainly be back to work with him again in the future.  Thank you!

We've had issues and delays with another cabinet company and then was recommended by a friend to come here. I will say our experience was amazing and Blake as well as their entire team was professional and fantastic overall. Our bathroom cabinets a and countertops turned out amazing and we are so happy. Worked with Arizona Floors to install new countertops in kitchen and two bathrooms, and backsplash tile in kitchen.  Robert and his folks are excellent to work with and I appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction.  Workmanship on the installation was outstanding - could not have asked for a better looking result. Installers were prompt, professional and very friendly guys - a joy to have working in our home. Would not hesitate to contact Robert's folks again.

We discovered  a leak in our master bathroom that went under the floorboards of our closet and master bedroom and just created an absolute mess. I've never had to deal with something like this and when I reached out, I spoke with the owner and CEO Aaron (which is nuts bc when do you ever get to speak to the owner of a business?) who was just the kindest and most knowledgeable person in the world. He walked me through the entire process, including working with my insurance, the adjuster, and they have their own public adjuster which is incredibly helpful in maximizing the insurance payout, and they do all the demo and reconstruction.
Aaron sent out Edward and Nick and I can't say enough good things about both of them. Super professional, extremely efficient (they moved everything out of our packed master bedroom in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything!) and they're just such nice dudes. I have 3 dogs and every morning that Ed shows up he always takes time to say hi to them and pet them and that is just the coolest thing.
Aaron and Zona have created an incredible corporate culture and they have hired the best possible team you can imagine. I will always recommend them moving forward to absolutely everyone. The quality of their work combined with the level of their customer service is honestly unmatched. Choose Zona! You won't be disappointed. We just had The Grout Doctor Scottsdale out to clean our travertine flooring and do some repairs on both the floor and our tiled master shower and guest bath. We are so happy with the results! The shower looks amazing and the grout matched perfectly, the flooring looks like new. Tony and his crew (Alex) were right on time, matched their estimate and did a fantastic job! Highly recommended
