We had FCI (Floor Covering International) come in and do the whole downstairs flooring and we are so pleased with the service, professionalism and price we received from them. it was a big job of removing the old tile and installing new tile and the were so careful and detailed to close off the area to minimize the dust and even after they did the tile install,  had a company and clean and dust the whole down stairs.. very very happy with FCI... THANK YOU

Andy Rosen Is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with when deciding on new flooring for our bedrooms. Because of pets, we didn't want carpeting. Andy showed us laminate and luxury vinyl planks and gave us all the pros and cons of both. Once we decided on LVP, he showed us several samples in the price range that we needed.  We had a couple delays in the installation but Andy and Don made sure that everything was done as promised and we are completely happy with their work and our new floors look fantastic.

Excellent, timely service with great care from Mike, the owner, and Rudy. Price was right on for services and everything was taken care of with great communication.

We hired Josh and team to install flooring to match our main areas and extend into the bedrooms.  In our view the price was fair, and the work done was on time and executed very well.  It is fairly rare that a contractor shows up on time, stays on budget and finishes on time.  In our case the work was done faster than we anticipated, which is a great bonus.

We are glad we used Bare Renovation.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

They don't deserve any stars. I am so disappointed and upset with this company. A gentleman below explains exactly what happen to me. I wish I would've checked their yelp before dealing with them.

This Phoenix store needs major help with communication skills and customer service. I'm in the middle of doing a big home remodel. I called them up for an estimate. They mentioned "they" would come out to do measurements at a cost but it would be returned to me. They hire private contractors to come out and they pay them with your funds. Next day they came out and the following day we got a design. I had questions and that's when everything went downhill. My questions weren't answered for a few days, I had to follow up repeatedly. They responded days later with a bad attitude and like I was a bother. The responses were very short and didn't seem to care much. Nothing was ever over the phone besides scheduling the measurement service. I never knew who I was talking to. It was not personal at all. When you're going to make a big purchase you want to feel like you have a rep/sales person. I felt like I gave my money to anybody and never got what I needed. I finally received a quote with cabinets that I did not pick. They just picked any cabinets. I told them what cabinets I wanted from the start and now they can't provide me with a quote with those cabinets.

To top all this off, I called corporate, spoke with a Sonja and she was not helpful and hung up on me because I said "i have received a shitty service and want my money back." I told her I wanted to speak with someone else. I mentioned that I didn't want to leave bad reviews but that this was getting ridiculous. She said "you can do as you feel." You would think someone would care about the reputation of their company but I guess not with this company. So, here I am. Hopefully they hire people that care about their customers and company.

It's very unfortunate to go through all of this when you're pregnant and trying to get cabinets ordered.

Please stay away from this company as a whole. You will get nowhere.

Didn't finish the job - still waiting for discount refund.

Ben was very attentive at first, created a good first impression. From there, the whole experience went downhill. The flooring arrived separately with no advance warning. The crew that installs the flooring do not speak English so we had difficulty communicating expectations. The project was delayed several days beyond deadline we had agreed on. Still, more than 6 weeks after they finished the job, I'm having to follow up on a discount refund because they never came back and fixed all the paint and gap issues during initial installation.

I was told they're too busy to come back and wrap up the project (paint + grout/silicone for gaps). So now I have to hire another contractor to do all the touch up. Disappointing and frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly. The only reason they don't get a 1 star is that they did lay the floor and the overall quality of that is good. They just didn't follow through and for that reason I wouldn't recommend.

Sent Vanessa an email and went in the next day to select flooring as we had worked with them before with mixed results (see pic of 3 of same tiles adjacent to each other looking off--which they refused to do anything about). When I walked in she was with a couple. They all just turned and stared at me, saying nothing. I was wearing a mask and no one else in the store was wearing one. AZ is the #1 hotspot in the WORLD for Covid currently. After staring at each other for a while, Vanessa finally asked me, "Are you here to pick something up?" WOW! Is it because I'm hispanic? A simple "Hello," or "I'll be with you shortly," would have been nice. "No," I said, "I'm here to select flooring." "Well...I'm gonna be a while." "Take your time," I said. They went on and on, talking half about flooring and half about trivialities. Obviously not interested in helping me so I left. I could have chalked this up to me being sensitive, but she also never responded to my email. Not recommended...unless you're caucasian?

Outstanding service and very straightforward.  The 890 sq ft tile flooring work was completed to perfection.  Very pleased with the final product and competitively priced as well.  Oko is great to deal with.  I will certainly be back to work with him again in the future.  Thank you!

Highly recommended! Very competitive with pricing and communicative throughout the entire project. This team was able to come out promptly, provide a quote and complete installation with just a matter of 2 to 3 weeks. Outstanding quality cabinets with attention to detail during installation.

I really liked the flooring choices and the prices. They were great to work with. Dale Marshall was our sales rep and our installation crew was delightful to share a home with.  We had them come back and do our bathroom as well.  Neat folks!  

The only setback was that the follow up was less than I had hoped.  We had a couple issues with the flooring and Dale gave us some immediate help, but the installation specialists all seemed rushed and ready to move on to other projects.

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

I had Zona Restoration do a bit of minor drywall repair after we had a roof leak. The leak occurred a little bit before the holiday season started, so it took a while to get the roof repaired, and Zona Restoration was incredibly patient while I worked on getting the roof sorted out. During the process they followed up to see when I would be ready to have the drywall repairs done, which I really appreciated. When it came to the repairs, Jerry did a fantastic job! While the repair was pretty small, he worked efficiently and made our bathroom wall look like new. We would definitely look into using Zona Restoration again in the future!

We could not have received a  more professional and outstanding job from this company. We opted for the grout cleaning and paint. The results are outstanding. It appears to be a completely new tile job at a fraction of the cost. The two gentlemen who did the job could not have been more accommodating and well trained. Their expertise is commendable. Could not be happier with the result.

my wife bought a laminated from this company and left a deposit of $6200 , after i read some of the review that " i think it was phony  " told the wife may be we should go with another company , she assure me that the bad review is not right , as far i see they are good people and very plied and they will deliver the material on time and that is exact happen, first of all they been in floor covering over 30 years and they have very good installers , and as far as I know (from the same installer ) they install over 20 to 30 homes daily . I highly  recommend this company to every house hold .
