Victor and his team were professional and took a lot of pride in their work. He convinced me that he could do the whole kitchen with 2 full slabs of quartz rather than 3, saving me over $1200. His measurements were dead on and the counters set into place just so. I really wanted a large horizontal radius sweep on a corner of the island, and he immediately figured out what needed to be done and that he could do it with scrap left over from the 2 slabs.

He completed the kitchen in 30 Dec, which was amazing given that it was between the holidays.

Had one minor issue with two under cabinet doors that binded against the bottom MDF sheet, but his team solved the problem in 15 minutes, at the very end of the day and with dusk and darkness already descending.

I'd recommend Victor and VM Stoneworks to anyone that has an interesting challenging countertop situation creativity and competence are just as important as price, and the total cost was about $2k less than my original contractor's quote..

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

Javier did an outstanding job in laying out my new laminate flooring.  His prices are very reasonable and he cleaned up perfectly. It was only a small job relatively but he did my two spare bedrooms and they look great.   I have had other flooring done in my home by another business, but here is the difference.  These people communicate perfectly.  Thank you Jackie. You text, they text back within minutes and that sold me initially.  I started the whole process (my initial text) with them last Tuesday.  Monday afternoon my job was complete.  I highly recommend them.

We worked with Legend  Flooring to replace most of the flooring in our house. Their pricing saved us $3000 compared to another quote we received. The owners were very helpful through the entire process, from helping us narrow down our selections in the show room to scheduling, demo and install.  The installers were very nice, respectful of our space and did beautiful work and the owner of the company stopped by one of the days to oversee how the job was coming along. We will definitely use this company again for future remodeling projects.

We needed about 400 square feet of tile removed so we could finish our whole-house re-tile project.  After experiencing the dust-nightmare of DYI floor grinding, we decided to give Flooring Professionals and their dust removal system a try.  We were not disappointed.  Rob and his crew were outstanding.  They showed up on time, answered all our questions and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently.  The best part?  No dust at the end of the day!  All tile pieces and residue were completely removed and they wiped down all the horizontal surfaces where any incidental dust may have accumulated.  All in all a very satisfactory experience--definitely recommend!

Easy to work with this team. Ive worked with many contractors over the years and I must say this is the first time Ive ever really been impressed. They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. A few things i appreciated about working with Bare Floors:  I spoke directly to the owner Amir throughout the entire process and he was always available and ready to help vs calling a call/scheduling center and having a separate person come out to quote.  Also, his availability was terrific - he was able to remove my tile the next week when others were quoting 5 weeks and for the installation worked around my schedule.  I originally had some wood laminate picked out that I thought was high quality and he showed me some of his that was clearly higher quality but similar price and i was glad to go with his recommendation.  The tile removal, laminate installation and base boards that he did all look terrific.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Needed one room of carpet done that was previously destroyed by my dog... messaged a lot of places. Jerry wrote me back immediately and gave me a FANTASTIC deal. He was so nice in making sure I was taken care of. This morning when I went to pick it up it was just a bit too short for my room but they gave me another option at a great deal as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful in getting me taken care of even though I wasn't making a huge financial purchase! I will definitely be calling them when it's time to upgrade my house. Top notch from beginning to end.

Excellent excellent work. I cannot say how pleased we are with our new flooring. So now thats out of the way, lets get down to the nitty gritty

1- Price. - Beat the estimate given to me by Lumber Liquidators by a 100-75%. Now that alone saved us quiet a bit. Thats on labor alone. Scott even helped us source the wood from one of his proffered retailer whom we had visited earlier unknowingly and that dropped the price per sq ft by about 50%. It all adds up to quiet a bit. (We got engineered hardwood from the dealer, if that helps in anyway. )

2-Time. Lumber Liquidators wanted 4-5 days, these guys were in and out in 2. He promised he would have it done in 3 days at the worst case, but the fact is he delivered on time that was very important to us.

3-Flexibility - Was very flexible to work with as far as times and schedules go. We found it easy to accommodate them with the numerous options we were given

4-Personable - Wonderful people to work with. The whole crew was just nice wonderful people. I dont know how you may make your decisions but that is a big big  deal maker/breaker for me.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. In fact one of our neighbors is on his way to hiring them toe work on his house !  

5 star service thru and thru

Brian and his crew are A+.  Started the job right on time at 6:30 and finished 8 hours later also right on time.  Communication was clear and crisp on expectations.  They completed the job in a new construction and we couldn't be more happier with the finish.  Everest grey was a wonderful recommendation! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I are so impressed with the service at All Pro Floors.  We discussed replacing the carpet in our all of the bedrooms in our house with laminate.  We had Rustin come out and less than a week later, we had an estimate and the project is complete.  They were so accommodating with my schedule and even sent out an "extra" guy to work on less than 24hrs notice to be able to complete the project all in one day instead of 2.  The installers that came were very professional and personable.  We love our new floors and could not have asked for better installation and customer service!  Thanks All Pro Floors Crew! Poor quality, no follow-up and terrible customer service.  They were referred to our contractor from a trusted carpet installer to refinish one room, everything seemed fine until they refused to come back and finish the work that we paid for - this includes some blotching, cleanup of stain that ended up on adjacent tile/wood and never installed (but paid for) corner round for the stair.  The work was performed in December and after countless emails/vmail, still no return phone call - and it's March!!

Buyer beware!!

Very impressed by this company! The tile and grout in my kitchen were pretty stained, and the travertine floor in my bathroom had holes in it that collected dust and cat litter and stray cows (almost). The crew made it all look brand new - just thrilled with the results. AND - about a week later I received a check in the mail, a refund because they had overestimated the amount of time to do the job. Wow! Talk about being professionals!  Thanks, Dan and company

There's no reason to shop for a contractor other than Optimum, they are the BEST! From start to finish every person we interacted with was courteous, professional,  responsive and honest, and we interacted with a number of individuals (office personnel [Alyssa], sales person [Noble], granite fabricator and installer, tile installer [Aldo], hood vent installer [Joel] & the company's owner [Joe]). Our job was a comprehensive kitchen remodel, new granite countertop, sink & hardware, cabinetry hardware, 3D stone tile for under center island, tile backsplash above all counters and above range hood/vented through roof. So pleased with our finished job. I'd highly recommend them as your contractor. And, we'll certainly be using them again for our next project. Thank you!

I typically only do reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad products and services.  Mediocre service isn't worth mentioning.  That being said, Adis is absolutely exceptional!!  When we removed our carpet to install laminate flooring, we found an expansion joint that had lifted, making it impossible to do the install. Adis not only provided the concrete grinding but also applied the leveling compound at almost the same price another company quoted me just for the concrete grinding.  We were able to start the installation the next day on our like new, completely level floor.  Adis is a perfectionist who will do the job right at a fair price no matter what is takes.  While we did the install ourselves this time, his company does flooring sales and installation, as well as concrete coating, grinding, and leveling.  Premier Concrete Resurfacing is the only company I will hire to handle my flooring needs.  Thank you, Adis!

The nightmare continues. 18 months after Dion
D&D construction build a laundry room addition to my home, the roof leaked, paint started peeling down the walls- revealing mold- and wood around window frame and corners of walls are cracked. The remodel/addition work he did cost me $65,000 paid to him, and a whole lot more to fix all his messes. Very big messes. Mold, ruined walls and roof messes. The list is very long.
