Worked with Victor getting our kitchen countertops updated for our house, was truly amazed how easy working with Victor and how he could see our thoughts on colors. He went above and beyond getting us best pricing around town. Victor helped us every step of the way explaining the different styles and pros and cons. He treated us like family helped every step of the way, we couldn't be more happy with the results and new look of our kitchen. We look forward working with Victor again

Doug and Wendy were awesome to work with as we had tile installed for the first time in our house! They were cheaper than 3 other business we had requested quotes from, and they explained the whole process to my husband and I thoroughly. They knew how quickly we wanted the tile installed and when an opening date sooner than the one we had scheduled opened, Wendy called me late in the evening to let me know they had a closer date. The workers were amazing, hardworking, and diligent. I was working from home and my kids were doing their distance learning and I could hardly hear them as they worked...mind you they had to move toilets, a refrigerator, and an oven!! We are beyond satisfied with the work and the overall customer service they provided. Doug was available to answer any questions I had during the process and even to offer advice about the work that was to be finished by the carpet company (to reattach the carpet to the tile). Thank you Legend Flooring, the new look in our house is finally complete!!

Just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Flooring Professionals. Had a gut-and-remodel and needed to have the floors ground for concrete stain. Had a fellow come out from another flooring company, and quote me an ungodly amount for grinding ... AFTER the tile and mortar had already been removed. Rob's quote was reasonable, his work was fast, thorough, and professional, and he's right ... the darn floors were cleaner AFTER being ground than before! Although he doesn't normally do "polished", he went out of his way to make the floors smooth and even for me. Did such a good job, that I was able to stain the floors without ever having to "polish" them (which the other guy suggested would be absolutely necessary). Couldn't be happier!!

I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery. We plan on doing more renovations in the coming years and PHR will certainly be the first contractor we reach out to! Thanks guys!

After reading Kami's T-L flooring's reviews I contacted them to give me an estimate to install vinyl planks for my entire upstairs. Not only did he respond quickly he was prompt to come to my home and he gave me an estimate before leaving my house. I was impressed that Kami itemized everything on his estimate...removing my carpet, old baseboards, 2 toilets, washer/dryer...Kami did a phenomenal job! My floors and new baseboards look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Kami's T_L flooring

The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!
Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.
Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!
The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

We have had a difficult flooring experience with Carpets of Arizona. We used them previously at another home and had a good experience, however, this time was different. Pros and cons are as follows:
1. Pro/Con: The sales team is highly communicative, answers all questions, and are very helpful. That being said, they did get the measurements wrong twice. We also included baseboards into our overall cost. What we were not told is that the baseboards would be unfinished. We were under the impression our floors, and baseboards, would be good as new. The baseboards were also installed with bad cuts, nails sticking out, etc. I've been told they've now corrected this process as other customers also had this issue.
2. Con: Our install - and I cannot emphasize this enough - was a nightmare. It started in November 2020 and it is still not done as of this pos due to all the repairs and re-do's needed. We did, to be fair, request a break during the Christmas holiday as we didn't want to live through a torn up house any more than we already had been.
We did carpet and LTV in the entire house. Our LTV floors were supposed to be dropped off at our house 48 hrs in advance to acclimate, but a holiday in China impacted shipping from the vendor, which no one at the company knew about.
Instead of waiting for a firm response on when the floors would arrive and pushing our install back appropriately, they continued with the schedule. Luis and another gentleman ripped out the remaining carpet and baseboards and were visibly and verbally frustrated stating they never start jobs without the floors being ready. They piled all the furniture in two different rooms. During this process they damaged three pieces of furniture and we had multiple varying degrees of drywall damage, both large and small. At the end of the day after everything had been ripped out and our house was essentially unlivable, we were told it would be a WEEK before the floors arrived. We had no place to eat or sit.
They also left a ton of broken up cement all over the house, large nails sticking out of the walls dangerously, and three razor blades lying on the floor. My husband and I spent several hours that night cleaning up the mess, pulling out the nails, and making our house as safe as possible.
SOME photos of all the issues/damages attached.
3. Con: Management team and internal communications during the first half of this install. Eric, who was at the time the operating manager and has since been fired, told us varying truths, conflicting stories, and gave us false guarantees. We also later learned he never escalated any of our issues as he told us he had done.
4: Pro/Con - new installers: A week later, Manuel and Jimmy installed our floors. Jimmy was highly communicative the entire time. Manuel is a master LTV floor installer and did a beautiful herringbone pattern in our dining room. The two of them were extremely careful with moving things around and not damaging anything. The con here is where they started rushing at the end. There were quite a few places with the brand new LTV that needed repairs, including one entire room that had to be re-done; gaps were so large you could see the cement below, for example. Several places where carpet started popping up or just wasn't seemingly tacked down. Also, some baseboards were installed that were damaged and had to be replaced or repaired.
I believe the issue is we were originally told the install would take 9 days, but Eric forced it into 6 days, thus the damage. Now it's taken 2.5 months to fix everything.
I do want to give Manuel a lot of credit. He has been nothing but honest and fully accountable, and a huge help in coming out to fix everything. He is kind, trustworthy, and does an excellent job. Kudos to Miranda and Geraldine as well for their awesome service.
5. Pro/Con: Overall, the new management team and those now aware of the problems have fully stepped up, apologized, and taken all the necessary steps to right the wrongs.
My biggest disappointment here is in the way the company has handled collection of payment. We spent ~$18k on the floors; not a small amount of money. We paid 50% down and almost all of the rest, except for a small buffer of money set aside for drywall, furniture, and painting repairs due to the damage, which is to be deducted from the final payment. At one point they sent us a lien notice for final payment in the middle of things getting fixed - it's auto generated, but that is the last thing a customer with our situation should get. They also charged our credit card for the remaining $2300 without our permission and didn't realize why this was a problem, and before all repairs were done, which is extremely unprofessional.
6. In progress: Half a dozen+ more flooring repairs and a Karndean professional is supposed to come out and assess the flooring. Also, the refund on our card until repairs are complete.

This review is overdue! I contacted a few companies to replace carpet with laminate and either got the run around or were completely out of my price range. Rustin not only answered my inquiry same day, but he scheduled a time to come to my house and take measurements and walk me through the process. He was honest and reliable. He answered all my questions even on a Sunday. His team was great! They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. The job was done quicker than I expected and looked better than I expected. I am so happy how the floors turned out and would highly recommend Rustin and his team.

Do not use this company. We had an awful experience that ended up costing us a bundle. The one week job turned into 7weeks. They were refinishing our floors. We came home to stain all over baseboards and door jams.... Sanding marks and rag marks everywhere.....Light and dark splotches everywhere. They Washed stain rags out in master jacuzzi tub and snuck back in the house to try to fix things after the second complete sanding and staining and didn't seal the part they tried to repair so now we have a sheen difference. If you have already started a project with them, call ROC at first sign of trouble. They are on their third business license but the tried to deny that when confronted. ROC confirmed this. Owners are B. Serafin ant Art Gramer.

Company absolutely exceeded my expectations. From my first call for an appointment, to the estimator and finally to the technician, everyone, without exception, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and customer focused.
My 20 year old travertine floor was perfectly restored. It looks like new. Highly recommend!

Optimum Home Solutions tore out our old ceramic tile and replaced it with a gorgeous porcelain tile. Joe was always in contact with me and even popped in for a visit. His guys worked very hard and they were efficient and quick. We were so pleased with their work that we have them coming back this week to install a back splash in our kitchen. We highly recommend using Optimum Home Solutions, especially if you want great quality product and work for a great price!

I typically only do reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad products and services. Mediocre service isn't worth mentioning. That being said, Adis is absolutely exceptional!! When we removed our carpet to install laminate flooring, we found an expansion joint that had lifted, making it impossible to do the install. Adis not only provided the concrete grinding but also applied the leveling compound at almost the same price another company quoted me just for the concrete grinding. We were able to start the installation the next day on our like new, completely level floor. Adis is a perfectionist who will do the job right at a fair price no matter what is takes. While we did the install ourselves this time, his company does flooring sales and installation, as well as concrete coating, grinding, and leveling. Premier Concrete Resurfacing is the only company I will hire to handle my flooring needs. Thank you, Adis!

I started off my quest for a shower remodel by seeking bids. Wow, that was harder than it should have been. I selected D&D as they submitted the most clear response to my estimate. I did good this time as they did a fabulous job and the shower is stunning! Everything was just as they promised, including a cleaning service to clean the rooms after construction was complete! Nice! Every question I asked was answered and no detail too small was overlooked. I'm one happy customer!
