Vm stonework did a fantastic job with my kitchen. I even ended up with an extra piece for my large window. The installers were professional,  neat, and didn't mind me watching their progress as I was a curious how it all works. I was concerned about what the dream would look like and you have to look so close to even see it is almost not there! Bottom line,  the price was right AND they over delivered with craftsmanship and customer service. Those are very tough things to find in a contractor these days. If you want granite let VM show you how they're different than the rest. I found most granite guys work a full time job and this is a side gig for them,  there's a reason why VM does this full time with a booked schedule, people are willing to wait a couple extra days for something that will be the focal point in their home for years..

Mark, Jack, and the team at Lifetime remodeling did an amazing job replacing our floors. They were not only quick, but did quality work!

Javier did an amazing job.on our flooring project.  He is prompt, communicative and definitely pays attention to detail!! He did such a great job! We are going to call him for any future flooring needs.

We recently had Legend Flooring replace the tile in our home. From start to finish the experience has been great! The owner, Doug, came over and gave us a quote right there and then. No waiting. He was very honest and professional. A week later we put down the deposit and the install was scheduled not long after. The group of guys that came to remove our old tile were very professional and clean. They made sure to cover our cabinets and other things that couldn't be moved to minimize the dust from the demolition. The tile installers were equally as wonderful to work with. They were so polite and respectful of our home. My husband works from home and the guys were never loud or disruptive and you would hardly know they were there. They explained things to us throughout the project and stayed on track with the timeline we were given. The end product turned out phenomenal! These guys took their time and did a fantastic job. The tile cuts and precision is far better than I've ever seen. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience. We would highly recommend Legend Flooring. We will use them for all of our future projects and will be recommending them to all our friends. Amazing company and customer service.

Update: a good company was found and gave a quote and did a great job on my floors.

This guy is so "professional" he's psychic and "knows" no reputable contractor will be available in 4 days to give a quote.

After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

A few things i appreciated about working with Bare Floors:  I spoke directly to the owner Amir throughout the entire process and he was always available and ready to help vs calling a call/scheduling center and having a separate person come out to quote.  Also, his availability was terrific - he was able to remove my tile the next week when others were quoting 5 weeks and for the installation worked around my schedule.  I originally had some wood laminate picked out that I thought was high quality and he showed me some of his that was clearly higher quality but similar price and i was glad to go with his recommendation.  The tile removal, laminate installation and base boards that he did all look terrific.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Josh was amazing! We were 20 minutes late to an appointment at our house after we asked him to push it back 15 minutes. He was super cool and professional. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the carpets and different fibers but was not pushy and did not try to force us to buy anything we didn't want. He was excellent and my fiancée and I would definitely recommend! Thanks again Josh!

Contacted Red Mountain Renovations after reading their reviews on here because I needed my bamboo flooring installed.  I have to agree with all of them.  

Scott and Alex were great to work with.  They are very personable and flexible.  My moldings didn't come in time for when they were installing my flooring, but they came back when I finally got them and didn't charge me for the extra work as well as time they took to come back out to my house.  They also had the best prices for installation as well.  

I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a company to install their flooring.  I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Have you ever had something done at your home that didn't turn out the way you hoped or expected? Then, when you discussed the problem with the company, they deflected blame, denied responsibility, or made excuses? Yep, me too, but NOT with Brian at IronDrive. Brian stepped up and remedied an issue to a problem patio, that any other vendor would have fought me tooth and nail about.
Look, we're all human, and we all make mistakes. Whether it was a mistake or simply the nature of the patio, I got NO argument from Brian. He put himself in my shoes, and realized my dissatisfaction was legitimate to me. The reason for the patio issue might have been a grey area, but we talked at length about the issues and in the end the misunderstanding was the final look of a crack and pitted concrete.
His guys were great, and the garage was amazing. If I could give IronDrive 6 stars or more, I would. I bet my patio issue was probably the only one IronDrive's ever had, but if they ever have another one, Brian is the guy you want handling it.

What a fantastic job they did on the new hardwood in our living room. We will use them next on our carpet on the stairs, and then they will put new hardwood on our landing.  Very reasonable and fast. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs

We needed some repair work in a powder room and were happy to find Mission Hardwood willing to do the work. They did a great job on our wood floor and their craftsmen were always courteous, friendly and efficient. We were 100% satisfied and impressed with their customer service.  Highly recommended!

I was so excited to have my floors Refurbished. They came out gave me a quote (that took a few days to get) but I got the quote. It seemed high however the reviews said everything was great so I went with it. That is where It first went wrong!
Two men came out did the work. The work consisted of sanding all three floors of my house. When they did so they burned the paint off of the baseboards they smashed into walls and then told me 'well that can happen'. They did repair's to chipped tiles.  It was horribly matched, it was blotchy, bumpy, extremely rough!! quite frankly it was horrible. I took pictures called the company...sent them pictures they told me somebody would come out next week to repair them. That person was only given an hour to fix three different levels of flooring. The gentleman left saying I'm sorry but I didn't have enough time. He came back and spent nearly a whole day repairing things (except for the baseboards). I called a number of times to ask them when would they come back to finish the job and baseboards. It took over a month to have them out. I still have yet to be called back by the person in charge. Bottom line my floors look no different than they did before. Save your $3300.  Or find a better company.

So I can update this review with a happier ending. They came back out for the fourth time yes however this time they made things right! My floors look amazing! They bent over backwards to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction!

My husband and I chose to work with Joe and Optimum Home Solutions to redo our flooring, countertops, and backsplash. We have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his teams. They were always there when they said they would be and their timelines were always spot on. Joe and his team made the renovation process as easy and painless as possible. Their quality of work was top notch and affordable.

Adis did a great job leveling / smoothing out a concrete floor and in so doing fixing some sloppy/bad work by the previous "contractor."  Thanks!

I started off my quest for a shower remodel by seeking bids.  Wow, that was harder than it should have been.  I selected D&D as they submitted the most clear response to my estimate.  I did good this time as they did a fabulous job and the shower is stunning!  Everything was just as they promised, including a cleaning service to clean the rooms after construction was complete!  Nice!  Every question I asked was answered and no detail too small was overlooked.  I'm one happy customer!
