Reached out via Yelp and provided all details required for a quote. After a couple of phone and text exchanges the price went up two more times even though the reasons given were already provided in the initial contact. Ended up having another company do the work for better price.

In response to Becky: We did discuss the carpet removal and it was even mentioned in the Yelp quote request. Your first quote also mentions you would do baseboards and furniture removal, but when I offered to do that myself you only agreed to not raise the price again.

My Dads house came out amazing. From start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable to watch the transformation. Todd from the main office kept us up date on the whole Process. I would highly recommend them.

First of all let me start of by saying. The owner is amazing. She is professional, courteous and really easy to work with. She took our call on a Sunday and set us up for an appointment the following Tuesday.
  When she came to our house on Tuesday. She showed up with a mask and practiced social distancing. She brought in various carpet samples and let us feel the different in fabric and feel of each one. She was not pushy or using sales tactics most people use. She allowed us to make our own choice and decision on all our flooring. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish.
 Her installers showed up with a mask and were really profesional and courteous also. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving even vacuumed each room. The install is perfect. If you need anything related to flooring or the many more amazing home projects and services they offer. PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT THEM. You will not be disappointed.

We had ALL of the flooring replaced in our new home by Floor Source. And while we did run into installation issues with both the upstairs carpet as well as the downstairs laminate, Floor Source stood by their word and made sure any issues were fully addressed. In our case, the carpet had to be completely reordered and reinstalled upstairs. In addition, a large portion of our downstairs flooring had to be ripped out and redone. As we stand today the final job looks outstanding.

Sharing more detail below that deserves to be noted:

Our sales lead was very wonderful and helpful in the beginning and worked very hard to find alternative flooring when we discovered our flooring was on backorder. He also made sure the carpet issues were addressed quickly as well, without a second thought. However, given our project was a long one due to high standards we had (and should have), installation challenges and backorder issues, he very slowly became short with us which was really disappointing. At one point when we texted him after discovering an issue  he responded "I can't talk right now".  I understand that our job was a tough one where we admittedly had frustrated moments, but I work in customer service too. And I would not treat a client the way he did on that day and frankly a few other occasions prior to that, that I will not get into here.

Considering the above I want to give ALL of my 5 stars credit to Omar, the lead installer who really saved the day.  Rarely these days do you come across exceptional customer service like his. He stepped in immediately with empathy and patience. He has an extensive background in installation which gives him a detailed eye. From day one he wanted to make sure any issues were not only addressed immediately, but that they were done correctly for long term success. He repeatedly recognized the investment we were making in our floors with them, and the quality and customer service that we should expect as a result as well.

Thank you to Floor Source management for getting our job done to the quality that we expect despite the challenges along the way. I hope that you  recognize the gem you have with Omar, he sets a standard everyone there should follow.

I'm currently remodeling the interior of my house, so I've been searching for different businesses in Arizona. Mike was the first one that returned my call, so I'm glad I hired him. He and his father replaced the tiles in my shower, and they exceeded my expectations.  To my surprise. He was able to squeeze me in within the week! It's my first time hiring him, and I will continue to use him. He works with his dad, and they do a fantastic job!. I'm getting my kitchen, and family room remodeled soon, so I plan on hiring them again when they return from their vacation

From the start Floor Source bent over backwards for us.  When we had some difficulties in what we chose (we changed our mind), they helped us correct it the best they could (we still paid for the carpet and will keep it, but they adjusted labor and padding).  They scheduled us and kept us updated on installation.  On the day of install for the laminate, they sent Tony.  He was fast, efficient, and friendly.  But the most important part.... he did an immaculate install!  The next day the guys came for the carpet (sorry, can't remember the names).  They were just as good as Tony!  Fast, efficient and did an absolutely amazing job!  We still have the left over carpet piece and our son will put it in his house.  Already spoke to them and they will be using floor source to get padding and install.  Floor Source is going to send a person to their place for measuring.  Service ALL THE WAY AROUND!  Thank you Floor Source!!

Seamus did an amazing job repairing a granite desktop that was broken by our movers during a recent move.   He came recommended from the moving company but we will definitely use him again in the future.   He was on time and his work was meticulous.   We ended up with a seam in the granite which is better than what the original installers had provided.   Highly recommend.

Great experience/ Fair price.  Guys came in ready to work.  Very professional and the leader, Antonio, explained everything to me.  They cleaned up and left my floor ready for installation of new flooring. Very little dust... just as promised!  Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Eduardo.  Muletas did flooring and baseboards in our entire home (5300 sq ft), 5 full bathroom remodels, a stone accent wall, kitchen backsplash, laundry backsplash, and did a fantastic clean job! Fair pricing, great communication, hardworking, I can't say enough about Muletas. I highly recommend them, they came early every day and worked hard.  Strong communication throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy with every aspect of each job until completion

We were looking to have the carpet redone in 3 rooms in our home and we're not sure where to start. We knew that we wanted to use a local small business and we found J & B Carpets on Yelp. We are SO happy that we did! Vikki and her mom were incredible to work with and made the entire process so easy. They had plenty in stock to choose from and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They even came back out after the install to make sure the quality of the work was good and to give us instructions on how to keep them clean. The new carpets are beautiful, we couldn't be happier. Seriously, look no further if you are looking to have new carpet installed, J & B will do a great job!

I contacted Adriatic Flooring for a quote to install laminate flooring throughout our house and received a reply in just minutes. They were on time for a walk though, and we were given an estimate based on a simple install and also one if we encountered potential fixes. The day of the install they again arrived on time, pulled up the old flooring, made a few fixes and installed the laminate at the price quoted. Their pride in craftsmanship and their professionalism is apparent in the end result. We love the floor and would definitely recommend Adriatic Flooring. Excellent workmanship and customer service, and they are a pleasure to work with and honor their quote.

We found ourselves in a major time crunch to get our garage floor coated. After contacting several companies trying to get a quote and an idea of when they could do the job, we found First Class Coatings. Eric took my call on a Sunday and was very accommodating and understanding of our scheduling problems. Eric even came to our site and provided an amazing quote that same day. The job was completed on time within two days of my original call to First Class Coatings. Please do yourself a favor before you pick a floor coating company let Eric have the opportunity to bid your job.

I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

The two-man crew came out on time and took two hours on the first day to clean, prep and put down the first coat on my 2-car garage. I choose the solid-color option with two coats. Crew came back the next day, on time and finished their work in about an hour. Floor looks terrific! I was told if there were any problems to call and that they would fix it. These guys really know their stuff. Fast, efficient, courteous and meticulous. Kevin is very fair with his pricing. I would not hesitate recommending Brilliant Epoxy Floors to anyone. Juan and the G&C team are top tier contractors. They've got specialists for everything you could need in a house and deliver top quality for great prices.

Occasionally, scheduling can be a bit hectic when multiple specialists are on the job, but Juan is responsive to feedback and his team improves after each trip.

We hired Vetsbuilt to come out as a general. Contractor to do painting, install of cabinets, and redesign of cabinets. In addition to that the kitchen counter concrete tops needed to be taken out and new granite tops installed. We needed the use of a plumber, electricians, painters  and carpenter.
Bob Jenkins handled everything. He presented me with a very thorough contract that listed all costs and both the expectations from Vetsbuilt as well as my role in the project. I found this very helpful because this eliminated any surprises.
