Dave & Misty, owners of Beck Flooring offer a level of customer service that more businesses would benefit from providing. Time, patience & their product knowledge allowed me to find the flooring I desired. Rob, Robert & Charlie, our installers, were polite & professional, and took great care in doing their job. Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.

Floor Source AZ is the real deal. We had about 1400 sq ft of flooring and demolition of the existing floor.
They finished on time, the result was above expectations, the quoted price is what we paid. And they stayed in contact with us throughout.

Bruce is awesome and very patient. Knew his product and made several suggestions that were very helpful. Installers were ok, my only frustration is they didn't speak English and it was hard to communicate what we wanted for transitions. They ended up not doing what was initially agreed but Bruce promptly had them come out and fix it. Overall very happy with the job. One last note if you do install tile against existing carpet make the sure installers have the ability to make the transition look good by tucking the carpet.

We used Eduardo and crew to install LVP throughout our house. They were great!! Eduardo came out and measured and the same afternoon had a quote for us. They took their time working through each section of the house. The house it about 2000 sqft and they knocked it out in 2 days. I have already recommended Eduardo to friends and family as they did a great job. We have some tile work that we will be using them for as well. Excellent job.

My HOA was very difficult to work with, but J & B Carpets was very helpful navigating that process and the new carpets look great! Thank you! :)

Desert Custom Flooring! Alex and his team did a shower remodel for me in my house recently and man! It's look so amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend these professional guys. Their craftsmanship and getting the job done is just 5 stars all around.

Although they tend to focus on commercial applications, BEF sent a sales rep out quickly to give me an estimate on our residential garage. Dan Sweeney (Sales) was very informative, not pushy, and produced a written quote the next day. They fit us in their schedule relatively quickly, given most contractors involved in residential construction in any way won't give you the time of day lately.  Their 2 man crew was very professional, quiet, and efficient. It came out great and the price, warranty, and materials were very competitive. Highly recommend.

Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor to take down our load bearing wall (in between the kitchen and living room) and raise our ceiling up a couple feet. Bob and his team were the most attentive, personable, and professional of everyone we met. They did a great job with the work they did, while finishing the project on time and very close to our estimated budget. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home.

A year later and now I'm finally doing my review as I've gotten a lot of compliments on my vacation home. As a out of state homeowner I was nervous hiring contractors to work on my home. Victor & Mario met me in person after viewing the property I just bought and gave me a bid. They were very flexible with my constant changes and adapted to my vision. I replaced old carpet with "hardwood" tile flooring, took out a tub and shower in the master, they even found matching tiles to convert it to a huge walk in shower system in the master. Threw out the gold shower doors and ugly brown tiles, replaced them with something more modern. Brand new frameless shower door too! The work didn't stopped there. I removed glass blocks walls and reframed a couple area to be more inviting to my guests. As a realtor in Seattle I will say you are in good hands with these guys. I trusted them with my home being farther away knowing things will get finished and not have contractors flake out on you. I've referred clients to PHX Floors already.
