This review is a bit late due to us being nose deep in home renovations, but I decided to take a much needed break to comment on what I think is the best flooring company out there.  David and Misty are by far the nicest people you will ever talk to.  Not only are they nice, but everything about them and their business is top notch. When I told Misty what I was looking for in a tile, she seemed to know exactly what I was talking about because when David showed up at my home to show me what Misty picked out, she was spot on!  From the estimate to the final product, everything came out beautiful.  Our home looks so nice now.  Guy and Mike were the installers and they are really great people.  Guy kept in constant contact with me during the install and would even send me pictures showing me the status.  We had a little problem with a few of the tiles after install and Guy was at our house the very next day to fix it.  Super great customer service!  The prices are very reasonable considering the exceptional quality of their work.  We are starting the process of remodeling our master bathroom and you can bet we will be calling Beck's to help out with that!  Highly recommend!!

I am going through a complete kitchen remodel. I had all the previous ugly 90's tile removed and was ready for floor installation. It had been a month of no floors in my kitchen just unfinished concrete slab. I had purchased the same floor I have throughout my living space "GripStrip plank style vinyl flooring". You know the budget friendly cheap stuff from Home Depot. I thought hey it be easy. Well after some guy basically ripped me off and didn't complete the job I was beyond distraught. STAY AT HOME MOM with a very active 2.5 yr old and a mobile 7 month old I NEEDED floors ASAP.

KRIS came to the rescue. She could clearly see how in need I was for floors and wasn't about to let me install them myself (my last resort). This job was small but challenging and I got installer after installer declining the job because "they don't work with that floor". To say the least I was losing hope and then Kris came eased my nerves and GOT THE JOB DONE. Something I'd been trying to get completed for weeks. Kris worked her magic and found two great installers. They were at my house within a couple days and finished install in just a few hours!

If your looking for good quality work, a genuine person, honest, professional and veteran! Go with Kris. I know for fact when I'm ready for some great quality floors (real wood) I will be giving her a call. For now I will enjoy my newly installed kitchen floors and have a breath of relief that I can let my toddler run free around my house again.

Despite our home being a little off the beaten trail, Danny Lain was able to visit us quickly and assess the job. Tiles and supplies were ordered and the work was scheduled quickly. The install team was efficient, respectful and friendly. The new tile floor looks BEAUTIFUL !   Additionally the price was great and we were happy to get Floor Source who has a great reputation to do our job.
Also thanks to the helpful folks at the Emser Tile outlet who helped us pick out the tiles.

We redid all the flooring in our house. We worked with Danny on selecting flooring. It was a good experience. The installers arrived on time and finished the job before the scheduled completion date.

Seamus is the best in the business at any kind of repair and restoration.  Don't hesitate calling Seamus for any kind of service having to do with stone.  If anyone can do anything to rectify a situation having to do with stone, this is your guy!

Rick and his company did tile removal in 9/2020. When the work was done, we had to start hounding the company for follow up and completion- most of the texts I still have showing the lack of care and follow up on their part. Our island kickboards were not reinstalled and left in a pile (we had to send Rick pictures before he finally sent his brother to fix those) and our carpet was torn and burned. The workers did not tell us they had damaged the carpet. We notified Rick who said he has a lots of carpet repair knowledge and would do what it took to fix it-
If it couldn't be repaired it would be replaced. But when he saw the rug in person and where the damage was, he tried to get us to agree to change our tile plan and add a border tile to cover the damage. He also tried to convince us to tile that whole area. When we said no he was visibly frustrated and left before my husband could finish talking to him. He sent a separate company over on multiple visits to fix the carpet- the first guy said the carpet was too old to stretch and would rip more, the next guy said he could stretch it fine but when he did it started to tear and he stopped saying it was the best he could do- it still hadn't pulled past the main tear. The next guy said he knew how to work with this and stretched it more. In the end we were told they put down so much glue if we ever replace the carpet it won't come up. We are still left with an area where the carpet doesn't touch the tile leaving a visible gap in high traffic area. Also the stretching has left the carpet with obvious seam lines and puckers. These were not as evident on the last carpet repair day but as the glue dried the carpet puckered and pulled back. Rick was unimpressed with our concerns, ask for pictures, and them would not return our calls/texts. We are left worth damaged carpet- not worth the savings for this company's dustless work.

Seriously, Matt and his team did a phenomenal job removing old ceramic tile (1200 sq ft ). Not only did he give a great quote but as honest to tell me the sq footage was less than the original estimate ( 1260 ) and adjusted the final price. This company is in high demand and I can see why. Our installer even said how impressed he was with the demo. We were also impressed with the work ethic and their professionalism.

Gainey Flooring Solutions just finished installing laminate flooring in our entire home.  They did a great job!  I will be recommending them to our family, friends, and neighbors.  

Bruce was great to work with.  He is careful to give accurate estimates and communicates very well.  He is accessible with a phone call, and if we happened to get voicemail, he returned our call within a few short minutes.  He knows the flooring business very well, and his decades of experience gave him the ability to assess our project and give options for completing it that made sense.  

His price was very competitive, fair, and realistic, considering the amount of work to be done.

We had installed laminate in two bedrooms and were planning to do three bedrooms as a simple DIY project.  Once we finished the first two, we realized we liked the "look" so much that we wanted our whole house done.  That would require more demo and floor prep than I was willing/able to do myself, so I called several flooring contractors, including Bruce from Gainey Flooring Solutions.  

Keep in mind, some contractors will not take on a job that has already been started by the homeowner.  Bruce was very understanding and had no hesitation in giving us a plan for completion that suited our situation.  

His crew was experienced, efficient, and very meticulous.  They were able to demo several hundred square feet of ceramic tile and haul off the debris in a timely manner.  The cabinets and rooms were masked effectively, so as to minimize the dust that always results from extensive demos.  

Since floor prep is the key to a good end result, Bruce's crew took extra care to do it right.  

We are VERY HAPPY with our new laminate floor, and would recommend Bruce at Gainey Flooring Solutions to anyone!

We used Eduardo and crew to install LVP throughout our house. They were great!! Eduardo came out and measured and the same afternoon had a quote for us. They took their time working through each section of the house. The house it about 2000 sqft and they knocked it out in 2 days. I have already recommended Eduardo to friends and family as they did a great job. We have some tile work that we will be using them for as well. Excellent job.

Had such a great experience! Vikki was amazing. So personable, straightforward and super friendly. We needed to get some new carpet in a rental unit and she told us exactly what we needed. Easy to communicate with, available and transparent about the process. Would absolutely recommend J&B to anyone and will definitely use them again!

Adriatic Flooring was absolutely amazing to work with.  From the first communication through final day.  Very professional, kept a clean work area, started and finished exactly when promised, actually finished ahead of time!  Highly recommend.

First Class Coating did a great job coating our garage.  The work is excellent.  Eric made sure that the job was going to be done on timely manner.  He also provided information on how to care for the epoxy coatings and answer all the questions professionally.  His crew was hard working and friendly!  Highly recommended.

We were "visiting" our new home that was being built when we passed a garage being done. We stopped and the man in charge (Robert) approached us and asked if we were interested in having our garage done. Gave us his name and number and several weeks later we called him. He came by at the agreed time and explained the processes, our options and pricing. We spent some time on their website and decided on the color and process. Called Robert up and agreed on a start date. They arrived on time and finished on time and did a magnificent job. We could not be happier. They were nice and Pro.  my place become great!  They reconstruct the old area and cleaned up after, i will call them again for the next service.

Had a visit from DJ on March 4th to discuss the various projects in our home. Nice guy. Seemed interested in the work. But I'm scratching my head as to why 20 days and one follow up phone call from me to him later I've still not received his estimate. DJ, if you don't want our project please just say so. Or at least reach out to me that you're behind and when you'll get it to me. No communication from you is not cool.

I did not initially contact DJ through Yelp. I called directly and set an appointment by phone. DJ came to my home on March 4th. Today is March 25th and still no estimate from DJ. I reached out to him last week and he didn't even seem to remember me. In 21 days he has not called, texted or emailed me. Which IMO is too long. I will not be emailing DJ as you requested. If he is this unresponsive over a quote I'd hate to see how things would go in the middle of my project. I'm moving on.

All the guys at PHX Floors are very professional. They were considerate of my time and my roomies time and space. The flooring in my two bathrooms was done in 9 hours. I was so surprised they were able to get so much done in that amount of time. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring work. The time saving alone was well worth it and they did an awesome job! Thank you!!
