We recently had our cement floors stained and wanted to install wallbase in lieu of baseboards. We contacted several places (including one that gave an outlandish estimate without even measuring or looking through our whole home) Misty was really down to earth. She was great with communication and did a quick and thorough estimate. Robert installed our wall base and worked non-stop all day, was meticulous, and professional. He was also just a really nice guy. We LOVE the results and would absolutely hire them again.

I called Kris at Floor Coverings Intl with a last ditch plea for help. Another contractor didn't show and we are selling our house and had a deadline days away. Kris listened and said she would call me back after trying to rearrange some things. She did. Kris sent an associate out to make sure she wasn't over promising and FaceTimed with us to discuss specifics. Then Mario and Jesus came out to our job and were spectacular. They suggested a better tile layout, they helped an elderly neighbor struggling to unload some potting soil, and worked late to meet our deadline.

We have recently replaced tile in our living room, dining room, lounge, kitchen and hallway with luxury vinyl plank. We received superb service from Floor Source right from the estimate, choosing the color, to tearing out the tile and installing the plank.

Jared was extremely helpful and made a number of trips to our house to bring different samples for us to choose from. The tearing out of tile was done as scheduled in the most professional way (with the least amount of dust). The installation of the vinyl plank was completed ahead of schedule and again was done in a very professional manner with the head of project making a visit each day.

I can't say enough great things about Joe, the salesman I worked with for Prime waterproof flooring for the bathrooms and laundry room in our home. Seamus is the best in the business at any kind of repair and restoration.  Don't hesitate calling Seamus for any kind of service having to do with stone.  If anyone can do anything to rectify a situation having to do with stone, this is your guy!

Job well done!. We were grateful to have these guys on board to remove the tile from our home and the dust has been barely noticeable. I didn't have to plastic anything off order do excessive prep work. We just removed any furniture that was in the way and our house is not any dustier than a normal Arizona day.  The company was quick to respond to our inquiry and we're one step closer to getting our new floors. This was no easy task! The tile was very difficult to remove and I can't imagine trying to do this on my own. Again very pleased with the quality of work as well as the friendliness of the employees. They were done in a day and a half, despite this job being more difficult than they anticipated. They remove just under 800 ft.² of tile.Would recommend them to anyone!

Matt came out and was very professional and gave a quality service at an amazing price. I had been quoted almost twice what we ended up paying Matt, and found it to be a bit extreme. Matt on the other hand was very reasonable and came in at the best price. The job was very well done I was very happy with his services he even did it in less time that was quoted and came in less than what was quoted because my concrete was soft and it didn't take too long. Which I found to be very honest. The job was very clean with no dust at all. After finding a crack when wanting to install tile this was a huge headache and such a stress for us. I contacted around 5 people that all gave me quotes, I am very happy we went with Matt on this one. Good communication through quotes here on yelp, should up on time for quote and job and was accommodating.

Bruce Berey and Gainey Flooring recently removed our hardwood, carpet and tile floors and installed CoreTec Vinyl Plank Flooring.  Their attention to detail in preparing the floors with  leveling and patching  was outstanding.  Their communication with us during the process was excellent and very much appreciated.  Very fair price and he will work with you on all aspects of your project. This is our third time using muletas flooring. Eduardo is extremely efficient and gets the job done well. He installed laminate floor tile in our 3k sqft duplex in less than two days. When we needed repair done he completed it in a matter of hours. Highly recommend him for laminate and tile work.

I was looking for a remnant and had been to several other carpet stores. One store, after being there for 30 min and selecting the remnant, literally told me when I got to the register because it was after 3:00pm they couldn't sell it to me.  He wanted me to come back the next day.  Pretty confusing since the store closed at 5:00pm and even when I explained to him I live 40 miles from the store - have you seen the price of gas? His answer was, "I live just as far and I drive to work everyday" No thank you, I think I'll find a different carpet store to take my business.

I stumbled on J&B Carpets after a random internet search. I cannot speak highly enough about this store, even though I only needed an inexpensive remnant the service and help they gave me was above and beyond and I found the perfect remnant for my project.

I would highly recommend using J&B -- if this is how they helped me with a very small job, I think it speaks highly for how they treat all their customers. Big or small they value you and your business.

Currently on a mission to update and refresh my 1992 house without breaking the bank nor trying to shortchange my project or the selected vendor for Quality Work, Ethical Workmanship and Professional Honor is not always the cheapest. In essence you get what you pay for most times, not all the times, just most of the times.  Well I started my mission with Floor and Decor and soon realized they do solid work however the add on costs were starting to spiral upward. So I did what I always do: TRUST YELP!  So, started contacting 4-5 star installers with double digit reviews or more looking for Quality Work, Ethical Standards and Professional Honor from the floor installer. If it was that common web sites like Yelp would not exist. I contacted Denis on my project in early January and worked through the details and got a estimate of work understanding clearly that ALL QUALITY INSTALLERS are very busy working 6-7 days a week now with the housing market on fire right now. Had Denis come by the house to check out the project which resulted in a very competitive estimate for it was turn key inclusive of everything. Everyone else is nickel and dime-ing the consumer so the estimates turn out to be price plus this, plus this and plus this raising project costs upward by 25-30% . I also understood that if there under deficiencies or problems with the sub floor that the installer should not cover it up BUT FIX IT which is what the Ethical Installer and Homeowner SHOULD DO for that is what keeps the Industry HONEST. So Denis let me know that is always a possibility and I added that figure into my quote of unknown things that can happen ON ANY and ALL Home Improvement Projects for Crap Happens! We set the install date and then had to change it for Denis excels at wood floors more so than tile and I had a tile install and I wanted an angle cut install. Denis was honest and ethical about the misunderstanding and then reached out to other professionals in the Industry that he has worked with and would represent his level of quality and ethics. However there prices came in about the same as Floor and
Decor and was going to bust my budget. So I advised Denis to put me down for a late May install or #1 on his Cancellation List. Denis did not want me to wait so found another colleague he trust and I got installed in a matter of days and the work was top notch! Plus Denis kept in touch with me like he was doing the work when he was not the one installing the floor. Today, Monday, after a final Install on Friday, He called me to see how the install looked and how I felt about it giving the impression he did the installation BUT HE DID NOT DO THE INSTALLATION (I paid the other vendor; Not Denis) . Talk about Ethics, Honors. Professionalism, and Customer Service Commitment! WOW!  This professional cares about his customers, his industry and takes care of  his customers directly and indirectly and you will find very few professionals like Denis. This company is very good.  We were able to trust them with doing our floors while we were away, and the owner sent us pictures and a status report each day.  We tried to do the floors ourselves when we first built the new house, but our job was thin and messy, while theirs was using the best possible equipment, procedures and products.  We are very happy, and impressed with their professionalism.

Brilliant Epoxy Coated the Cabana floors at our popular hotel in Scottsdale. Needless to say, aesthetics were of the upmost concern going into this project.
