I just completed a three-car garage renovation with T.W. Garage Pros.   Tyler and Wyatt, two brothers, are very experienced craftsman who recently started their own business.  Their customer service was outstanding and they were very responsive.  In addition, they werevery cost competitive.  I liked that I didn't have to wait months to get the remodel started and completed.  They completed the polyaspartic epoxy floor in two days.  It should have been completed in one day, except that the Scottdale black beetle invasion created a one-day delay in applying the final clear coat (YUK).  They started the cabinets on Monday, after the floor cured over the weekend, and finished on Tuesday.  My goal was to touch everything I packed into a rental box truck only twice, once in and once to put away in the cabinets.  Tyler and Wyatt made this possible!  
The saddle tan floor looks perfect. They took the time to properly prep it and the way they applied the coating was truly an art form.  I chose to do a full wall, and one corner, of floor to ceiling (10 ft tall) light oak cabinets, which matched the floor nicely.  The cabinets were pre-cut, brough on site and installed with no issue.  They look beautiful and clean!   Overall, these guys did a great job on my garage remodel!  I'd definitely recommend them.  

My only recommendation for TW Garage is to provide another service, i.e. pack, store and unpack the garage treasures (junk) while the garage remodels are going on

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

I had Eric replace some fascia and he quoted a fair price, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up completely!
We are happy with his performance and I highly recommend him!

Enmar is the only place you need to go for your hardwood flooring needs.  Trust me, stay the hell out of Lumber Liquidators unless you want cheap garbage.

The owners are very personable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for the sale.  We borrowed several sanples to take home to see how we liked it in the room.  We finally settled on a flooring and found out it was backordered.  We were bummed due to the urgency of getting our first baby's nursery completed.  Brian called the supplier and was able to get what we needed weeks ahead of the stated availability.

The installer was polite and courteous and worked quickly.  We are more than happy with the finished product.

Do yourselves a favor and check this place out.  The pricing is competitive and the customer service is exemplary.

First and foremost WOW! I was extremely impressed with this company from the beginning. Mark was so pleasant to work with on the phone. I was telling him about our project and where all of our Saltillo was located and I was able to send him photos so that he knew exactly what I was talking about. After having looked at our somewhat tricky project, he advised that the owner, Jack King come out to do the estimate and measure. Jack was extremely professional and talked to me so that I completely understood what would happen for demo day. Before the demo day, I was able to speak with Nick and Mark had reached out as well making sure we received the instructions and if there were any questions, to contact them. The day of demo (today, 6/15/2018) the crew was early and eager to start. I met with MaryAnn who was so professional and made me feel as ease knowing that I would be leaving my house so the crew could work. When the job was nearing completion, (only 5.5 hours!!!) I headed back and was talking to MaryAnn for a little bit about the house. I did not expect her to be hard at work just like the crew! It blew my mind, she has an amazing work ethic!! The crew was great as well, super polite! I don't know why anyone else would go with another company besides this one! DUST FREE!! I also did stop by 3 hours into the job and MaryAnn walked me through to see the progress, absolutely, zero dust!! If you book with this company, you will NOT regret it!! Without question, the speed of communication was 5 out of 5.  Disappointment came when we confirmed the appointment time and scope of work with our address / complicated driving directions.  Our appointment was no longer scheduled...  Previously, after our confirmation of "YES" we want that time, Jeremy replied that he would obviously need our address. On the day before our appointment we sent the remaining details.  Jeremy replied, within an hour, that he had already given that time slot to another job request because we failed to give our address right away.  Make sure you confirm, and confirm again so you don't have this issue.    

Jeremy has really good Yelp reviews and we were encouraged when his response time was so good that we could funnel him a nice flow of jobs.  Had we realized that by not giving our address as the "missing detail" for confirmation we could have corrected any misunderstanding.  Just be sure that if you think you have a confirmed appointment, that you actually do.

Our bid was reasonable for lighting installation of $80 per with no need to move electrical.  Our handyman needs were based on a ceiling height issue.  We had 3 pendant chandelier lights to install and could only reach 2 with our existing ladder.  Because we thought, in error, that we had an appointment and wanted the work done before guests came for Thanksgiving, time was of the essence.  We simply purchased a bigger ladder and saved ourselves $45 at the end of the day.

I recently completed my second flooring job with Kennedy Tile and Flooring.  My first job was performed about three years ago where they replaced all the tile and carpet within my previous home.  After purchasing a new home, I asked Kennedy Tile to replace the carpet and bathroom tile in my current home.  They did a wonderful job on both!

The team within the store provided a great level of expertise on the type of carpet and tile I wanted to go with.  They were quick to come out and measure and within 2 weeks of selecting the flooring the job was scheduled and completed.  I would highly recommend Kennedy Tile for expertise and pricing.

Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

I needed someone who could do a variety of tasks at my house to get it ready for sale. I've had good luck with people/services I've found through Yelp and Kent was no different.

He came to my house at least 3 times. He installed closet doors, fixed drywall, tiled a vanity, hung mirrors & more. He showed up on time, got things done quickly, was reasonably priced, couldn't ask for more than that. Great to find someone who's licensed and can get multiple things done fast.

I ended up working with Warren at Removal Tech on accident. I was supposed to have a Craigslist company come and remove my tenant-damaged wood floors. When they came, they did a small section and left all the glue. Then they said it would cost more to do what I'd asked them at the outset - wood gone, clean floor - and that it would take 3 days. I don't like being baited and switched so they left. Then I found Removal Tech on Yelp. They came that day and got what I needed done THAT AFTERNOON at a fair price. I hope I don't have any more water losses, but if I do, I'm going here!

We just moved here to Prescott Valley from Massachusetts and don't know anyone. Using Yelp I found Mario of Navas Remodeling. I needed a very old kitchen sink replaced and Mario did the job for us. He gave us a fair price and he did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result and we will contact Navas Remodeling for future work at our new home. Thank you Mario.

Danny of Solid Home Renovations quite simply does WHAT he promises to do, WHEN he promises to do it, and is ready to correct anything that isn't exactly right (which doesn't happen often).

He responds to phone calls and texts quickly. His prices are fair and competitive.

We just had him complete our second (much smaller) project and we can't say enough great about him and his crew and the results he delivers.

This company was recommended by a colleague. We were pleasantly surprised. The handyman responded to my call in a timely manner and made us feel like getting our jobs done mattered. We had some urgency do to a social function at the house later in the week. He came over early within a couple of days with an attached trailer to his truck. It had everything already in it so he didn't have to make a ton of trips to the hardware store. He did quality work and had an extensive list of jobs done around our house before the party later that day. We highly recommend this company.

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

I can't say enough about Hales.  First contractor I have found in years that is reliable, trust worthy and reasonable, all while doing a great job.  My shop floor came out great.  They showed up on time, worked hard, and we're done on time.  Working with them (watching them work actually) restored my faith in contractors in the Prescott area.

Mark made a effort to meet us on a Sunday and was quite thorough with his estimate, and held to the estimate during the job.  However, they never re-installed the closet guides on our 4 closets.  After calling several times and being assured that they would finish that day, we finally had to install ourselves.  Promises made, but not kept; not good professional business behavior.

The man came out to measure my home for carpeting and tile and was supposed to send me estimates. He never sent them or called.

BEWARE!! I bought a fan from this place and it didn't work!! I try returning it or exchanging it and they wont work with you. They just take your money and don't respond. Don't waste your money just spend the extra money a buy it new.
