I was a little leery to order a custom designed trellis from a company I had no history with in a city thousands of miles away.  But with Tim's knowledge and professionalism we got the job done.  Very happy with my 8' x 10' steel powder coated trellis.  Crating and shipping were handled by Quality Iron as well and it was delivered intact and on time.  Thank you Tim!

Highly recommend Demetri and Todd (Davis Forge Fabrication).  We are extremely fortunate to have these two in our area.  They do excellent work at a great price!  Extremely high value.  We had them fabricate a custom iron access gate and replace wood slates on our side gate.  They also adjusted it so we could open it again the way it should be.  My wife can open now which couldn't before.  Both gates turned out great and the custom access gate turned out far above what I expected.  We could not be happier!  Demetri is very responsive to calls, great communication skills.  He is easy to talk to and listens so you can easily explain what you need.  Top shelf workmanship, if you're looking for any type of iron/metal work look no further.  Contact Demetri at Davis Forge Fabrication!

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

The garage door that came with my house originally was junk so I called Grease Monkey. Brian gave me a quote over the phone. The very next day Aaron called and said he was in his way, very professional. Aaron arrived on time, prepared and worked through the day in the heat. This guy took no breaks and was dedicated to his work. I admired his work ethic and he was very friendly, committed and I could tell he took pride in his work. He explained all the features of my equipment and asked me my preferences. Aaron didn't leave until the job was done. He cleaned up the mess and hauled off my old door. We've been using Mitch with Bram Flooring for years and have referred him to family and friends who have all been very happy with him. We just finished another project (laminate wood floors throughout our downstairs) and this time was no different. He quickly responded to our calls/texts, was quick to start the project and was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Carlos was the project leader for the install and he was amazing. He was very transparent with the process, took time to double check with me about prior decisions, recommended the best ways to maintain the floor and even moved our big piano back into place and put the wood protectors on its feet. The work was immaculate, high quality and quick. I can't recommend Bram flooring enough and that has been the case for many years now.

We originally went to Cosmo with a concept and he counseled us through the logistics and made recommendations where appropriate. The end result of our rustic laminate floors exceeds our expectations in every way.

Oh Tony Tony Tony, where do I begin. Well it's been almost a year and we just completed our fence.  You came out and did a quote and we were all set. Once our pool was in it took you FOREVER to come out and have our fence put in. Well the first thing was we had agreed upon a layout of the fence. Well, after the tile broke we had to stop. We then had our stone replaced and it took months to get you back out. Oh wait your drill broke and we had to wait for a replacement. Oh and your daughter was sick or had to do this or that and no show after no shows. So we finally get the tile fixed and had you come out after multiple no shows to then having the tension be too tight. So, AGAIN no fence!!!! Mind you I have 3 little kids and went all summer and fall without a fence. So we have you come out again after multiple no shows and we decide to move the layout so there's not an angle and you don't have a part so now the waiting game.  You should have known it wouldn't have worked. Oh wait more no shows and then today you finally came after you said we were your first appointment in the morning. Well you showed up at 1 ish and began to do the job. You did the job poorly having the mesh on the tile which we have to have you fix. You fixed it and then charged us for a freaking house call!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!! $150 for your mistakes. I will NEVER recommend you ever. I am not sure how you still have a job. We were very nice and understanding but come on. It's called a JOB! WORK!!!!!!!

From the start of this process to the end, everything was easy and simple with this company. I Even got a call as they had a cancellation and got in the next day. Dallas, Brett and Jared showed up timely (even a smidge before, which I can appreciate). These three gentlemen were super kind and friendly and did an amazing job on my back patio. The attention to detail is just awesome! I cannot wait to hire them again to do my garage and I would request Dallas, Brett, and Jared to do my next job as well. I am so please with how awesome my patio looks! Thank you again!

Ironman put in our new pool fence and we have gotten so many compliments on it.  We liked the fact that they construct the fence to order, and have the option of puppy pickets. We placed our order initially in October, but due to other unrelated delays and weather just had it put in.  Between Oct and July they were out to the house a few times to talk about options and remeasure.   The crew that they sent (Lou Coronado?) was great. My hubby is super picky and they were very patient and willing to make sure it was done right.

DO NOT use this guy ! Super unreliable, non transparent, does not communicate, and out right lies and misleads. Sean came out and measured and seemed courteous and professional initially even though he was a day late to the appt. He gave a good quote stated he would send a docu sign doc and never did. We called him 6-7 different times with all types of excuses of why the document was not sent? He would state he would call us back with the answers and we would never receive a phone call back. Got in touch with him because we kept pursuing him and asked him to be honest and just tell us if he didnt want to do the job or couldn't do for some reason? He assured us he wanted to do it and mislead us all along the way. He finally scheduled it on a Thursday and Friday and his crew would be there at 8am. Took a day off work and arranged for our dogs to be with a sitter and no one had arrived by 9:30 still and he wouldn't answer any of our calls. I finally called him on my work phone which he didn't know the number and he answered that one ... I was obviously angry and he stuttered around still being dishonest and stating he didn't know why his crew hadn't come yet he would call them and call me back. Yea right! I
Implored him to do the right thing and state that he wasn't going to come - and told him all the efforts we made for him to show up and do the job. He didn't care and he still kept stating he was gonna do the job? What is wrong with people, what is wrong with this guy ? Why do you
Mislead people and outright lie about doing the job? He had no intention of doing it - I didn't know why? But DONt USE HIM- he is NOT RELIABLE and he is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

He owes me a day off work and weeks lost of trying to find someone to put up a fence!
