Recently had our solar installed by Rooftop and even though we are STILL waiting for APS to come and commision the system, we could not be more thrilled with the Rooftop Solar team. From estimators to project managers Adam, Vanessa, Brian, Daniel and Julia to the EXCELLENT, efficient, polite and obsessively neat installation crew lead by Sergio, everyone was focussed on a properly designed, installed, effective and efficient system, not just a 'cash grab'. I can't recommend Rooftop Solar highly enough! If you're looking for solar done right, these are your guys and gals!!

Polite, professional and on time. I don't write reviews very often, but these guys exceeded expectations on ALL fronts. I spoke to 3 different solar companies and AZ Sun Services was extremely competitive on price and knocked it out of the park with the level of service they provided. John and Charlie were available for every random question I threw at them before, during and after installation. Charlie walked me through the process of submitting my request for solar with APS to ensure it was done right the first time. His attention to detail was flawless. APS installed the meter and approved the system in less than 2 weeks. My neighbor waited 4months!! Terry, their NABCEP certified installer, was on point. He was very thorough in telling me how the system worked and all the little things they did to ensure a top notch install. I would recommend these guys to anyone considering solar!! This company, actually Mr. Sunshine himself, provided a truthful, clear, and concise explanation of the process and outcome of going solar.  No pressure,  I called back 5 times and did not pull the trigger for over two weeks.  During that time I never got a pressure call back.  The quality information sells the product by its self.

My solar water heater became defective, called several companies for service, here are some of their comments, " if we didn't install it we don't service it". "we don't do solar anymore", We live in the Valley of the Sun. I called General Solar, spoke to Kent and he said he could come to my house on Monday, I asked if he had any solar water heaters on hand, yes he did, I said please bring it when you come.  After 4 days of no hot water and taking cold showers even during a heat wave, gets old, I had hot water within 1 hour, Kent and Steve cleaned up and removed the old water heater. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kent and Steve. I will refer you to anyone who is interested in solar. Thanks again, Mary

Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of understanding how solar works, their product quality, the savings that are enjoyed with solar power, and the fact they had a solid organization I could rely on.

Arizona Energy Pros is GREAT!!!  I had my home reviewed for an Energy Audit and the work was performed by Arizona Energy Pros along with putting up a Solar System.  I had a investment in a CD for 20k that was making me $20 dollars a month..I invested this in my new solar system which is cutting my electrical bill down $200 a month and $300 during the summer.  Smart investment now I have more money to maneuver to my other bills like an extra income with savings on my electric bill....

I was in the market for solar screens for our house. We have a Southwest exposure so we have total sun from noon to sundown. It gets bright and warm in the living room and kitchen. I had read the great reviews that Southwest Sun Screens had and gave them a call.

I spoke with Ryan and he was extremely personable on the phone. We scheduled an inspection. He arrived on time and quickly measured the windows, gave me great price and I scheduled the install. Ten days later they came out and did the install in about an hour and a half.

I couldn't be happier. We went with the 90% black on all of the windows and they look great. They also keep the house MUCH darker. I would absolutely recommend calling them if you're in the market. We did all of the windows, but you can do only a few if you want. I'll probably have them out to put a new screen on the sliding back door now.

We shopped several companies for solar panels and came up with multiple quotes that varied by 10s of thousands of dollars.  It was frustrating as we tried to sort out what was right and what was a sales gimmick. Trying to understand the differences in price some companies used terms like "it's the way we balance the system" "it's difficult for the consumer to understand" and several other sales pitches. We found none of it to be true and passed time and time again.

We got in touch with Marty at Argent solar and were immediately impressed by how forthcoming he was. We asked questions we knew the answers to and he gave us the answer you would expect from a friend, not a sales guy.  When the quote came in we had plenty to compare it to and we found Argent to be priced well below most of the competition, using as good or better quality rated panels.  When other companies seemed to be adding the tax credits to their price, Argent was not.  

During the installation Diego and his team were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. At each step of the process they were on top of it, coming out the day after APS and city of Phoenix approved the install to power up the system.

Anyone looking at solar should give Marty, Diego and the Team at Argent an opportunity to provide a quote. I am incredibly happy I did.

Dustin 12.71 kWh 41 panel instal 2018.  Contract signed July 28th, powered up system Oct 4th. Sign off by city of Phoenix, APS and our HOA.

I called a few contractors for quotes, Caden came on time was informative and mentioned thing others had not. I went with the energy audit as it's an old house. They did all the paperwork to get me the rebates and the total cost was very good. The install team was friendly, did a great job and did not leave a mess. Caden came back to measure the difference from the duct sealing and insulation and there was a large improvement. While it's still winter here, I can tell my heater is not going on so much. I'm looking forward to see how this improves my energy usage  when the heat comes.

T&K installed our large solar system. As with any project this size there tends to be a hurdle or two, but the employees at T&K were fantastic to work with! They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable!
They took care of any issues that occurred during the process in a timely manner!
Several of the guys Worked overtime and went above and beyond! They were A++

I obtained r installation from Harmon and signed a lease with SunRun.  I would recommend both of those companies.  They are efficient and courteous. Harmon installed solar on two of my homes.  The second home was with SunPower leasing.
HOWEVER, the facts are somewhat different than represented by the Harmon salesperson.  My average cost before solar was $175 per month.  My lease is $135 with my first home.  I was told that I would save $40 per month initially and more later as APS fees increased.  In fact, I found that APS still charges ne $20 per month service fee.  They also will PAY ME $03 per KWH for any accumulated excess power I transferred to them by the 1st of each year.  They will also CHARGE ME about September 1st of each year the amount of power I used in excess of what my solar equipment produced since the first of the year.  That charge is $0.14 per KWH.
In total I will pay about the same as I did before I installed solar, Remember, APS will still receive a fee of about $40 per month average which negates my initial savings.
In the long run it will save me a little money.  My second home is just finishing now.
Call APS for clear understanding of all the fees involved.  They also have  a good analysis on their website.

We compared a couple of companies and felt we were getting a better deal overall from AZ. Solar Solutions.   They worked tirelessly to install our system and when a problem arose, they were here to fix it quickly.

We have been producing nearly 100% of our energy since April when we became fully operational.   Even on the few cloudy days we have in Arizona, we're generating energy.   So happy to have final made the decision to 'go green'.

This company is still TRASH! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!!! The "owner" messaged me never to hear back from her again.  Even when talking with the City of PHX they get the same frustration from this company as all the other reviews on here.  I would go somewhere else if possible!!!

Made the mistake of making an inquiry. Long interview supplying data, looking up bills, till they got to my shake roof which disqualified me. Why didn't they ask that first? But that was a minor blip compared to the barrage of emails and phone calls to "follow-up." No matter that I tell each caller to take me off the list cause I don't qualify. They are a tar baby, and even if I qualified I wouldn't trust such hard selling people to do anything.

I was originally with Vivint solar.  Their phone app listed daily solar production within 24 hours. I was very impressed with their efficiency.  Sunrun has purchased Vivint and now this beautiful Vivint solar production phone app does not work.  So I called Sunrun customer service and asked them to please email me directions to the Sunrun phone app.  They said they would.  A week later I had to again call Sunrun customer care and ask them to please email me the instructions  and they finally did.  So their process requires that you submit your phone number to get a texted verification code to plug into the app.  Ugh.  Finally got into the app and there is no production information for my solar panels for 9/16, 9/17, 9/18, or 9/19.  Today is 9/20.  Ugh!  Must call Sunrun now to find out if their information on the app typically runs 4 days behind.  Ugh!  And their app is very primal and an annoying box keeps popping up and I need to scroll back and forth to see the information underneath it.  Sunrun could have learned a lot from Vivint's efficient technology.  Will let you know after talking with Sunrun later today if 4 day lag in information is standard for Sunrun.  Not impressed at all with this company and am very much annoyed.

Just called Sunrun.  There is a 96 minute hold before anyone can answer the phone.  Ugh!  Just checked phone app.  No posting yet for the 9/16, 9/17, 9/18, or 9/19.  Ugh!
