I was very pleased with Caliber Roofing Services. I had my roof replaced by them. From the start the process was clear prompt and responsive. Manuel, my first point of contact, was patient and kind. He went through the details of my quote with detail and integrity. The entire project went smoothly, on time and with no surprises. Tanner, the project manager, was also very nice and made sure he kept me updated on the progress of my roof. I'm happy I chose this company for my roof replacement.

We were in a situation where we needed a professional to asses an electric issue with the panel in our house and luckily we called Matt. He responded in a very kind matter. Came over on time; assessed the situation; he had brought the replacement parts and his attitude and professionalism was worth the 5 stars. He definitely will be my go to guy for anything electronically related as well as I recommend him to friends and family. He is professional, very knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding. From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

I am updating my review, Caleb made things right, he put a lot of effort into it as a matter of fact. The sub contractors I definitely would not recommend, some of the folks on the project management side could work on communication a little bit, BUT the major underlying issues have been resolved and that is huge to me! I would recommend Caleb, and definitely his install crew who were among the most professional guys I have dealt with, they truly were the best crew!!! Definitely give AZ sun a shot at providing solar for you!!

We discovered "Mr. Sunshine" (Michael) through several recommendations within our community. Before the Verrado Coffee shop closed he would give free seminars, which we attended, concerning the advantages of solar power. We had already spoken with a number of other popular providers, only to discover that they didn't "really" know all that they spoke of. Michael challenged many things that were told to us by the others & through additional research through Google and other resources, we found him to be the ONLY one that had ALL of the correct, up to date information that we needed to make our decision to go solar.

He promised us that it would be a "very casual, NO pressure" process, & that he wouldn't even ask us for our business at the end. He's a man of his word. We had to ask him "What do we need to do to get this started."

The recommendations he made have worked out as he said they would. The installation was as  clean & professional as we could hope for. The process took some time. (about 3 or 4 months) But that's what we were told to expect. We're VERY happy with our decision. Once you sit down with him, you'll quickly notice the extreme difference in what & how he "educates" you vs. the others "selling" to you.

I recently paid our July APS bill for a grand total of $22.63. Previous bills this year were always a credit.    

Would I recommend "Mr. Sunshine" to my friend & neighbors? ...Without hesitation! I already have!

I had a solar water heater installed by a different company 2 years ago. I was not  happy with their customer service. Of course they were great when selling you the product then not so much when you have issues. Anyways I called the Sun-Earth company and they referred me to General Solar. I called and they came out the next day, diagnosed my problem in about 90 seconds, had the correct part on the truck and replaced it in about 25 minutes. Problem solved and now i have a good resource should problems arise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of understanding how solar works, their product quality, the savings that are enjoyed with solar power, and the fact they had a solid organization I could rely on.

Had a problem with my ceiling fan where the remote and light both stopped working. Changing the bulb didn't fix it, so I needed a reprogramming. These guys came out and fixed it pronto, and at a very fair price. My neighbors also use them and have been happy. A great locally owned business!

I am amazed at the service from the company. The sunscreens are excellent, and compliments are house colors. The temperature difference was noticeable. I was able to see the temperature difference using a Flir camera. My HVAC is running fewer hours, and it's so comfortable. This is a must when the house faces west. I wish I had done it sooner. Thanks for being professional and offering a great product.

I had a system installed in 2012 and went with a lease because of the cost at that time. I would go with the purchase now because the costs have come down dramatically since 2012. Argent installed 3 of my neighbors and my sister.  All are very happy with their systems. Craig Bloom was our rep and explained everything very well.

So far, so good. Office is very responsive. Quick turn around for an estimate.
Estimate was kind of weird, our estimator did just that, looked around and estimated space.  No measuring tape, no Sq footage listed on estimate as to how much they charged us for removal or installation.
I asked if they would accurately measure for removal and for installation,  but did not get an answer.

Will update when installers come in. We decided to go with it and trust they will adjust as needed.

Very happy with Tommy and his crew's work on our home in Carefree. Friendly, dedicated, and super responsive. They've helped us run new lines for appliances and fix the mess that is our kitchen lighting setup. I'll continue to call them for any help we need.

Wow! So pleased with my solar installation. There are lots of companies that sling panels on your roof and, boom, you have solar. Harmon was amazing to work with from start to finish.  Here is why:

They were informative through the whole process.

Their installers were super professional. They were safe, courteous, communicative, and just plain nice.

Their work is top notch. I've seen lots of panels with Co duit running all over the place. Harmon makes it look like mtly panels are the only thing on the roof.  Every connection was installed in the attic so it looks much cleaner.

Value. I've gotten got great results from my panels and the price I paid was more than fair.

Service. They have been responsive to all my needs, even months AFTER I paid them and they were done.

Couldn't be happier.

Made an appointment with Benjamin for Aug. 1, 2017.  Was told I would get a reminder call the day before, which never happened.  I was here waiting on the 1st but nobody showed up.

I called to reschedule, explaining my problem.  I got an apology and was told that someone from sales would call me ASAP.  Waited a couple of weeks.  Nobody called.

I called again, and re-explained the situation and again was apologized to.  Was told that they are in meetings but someone will call me back.

It is now the 21st, and nobody has called me.  I don't think they want new customers.

I am concerned that if I did schedule with them, their customer service would SUCK.  

Disappointed.

I WISH I wold have read these reviews first.

I bought solar through an independent agent, with good reviews, so I didn't really know anything about Titan when we purchased but I sadly got screwed. The panels were installed by January and turned on by Feb. 1st. No issues with the install etc. First couple electric bills were great, with us starting to build a credit etc. Then all of a sudden in May we owed APS $261 and sold NO power back at all since the last read. We checked the unit and it was completely dead! We were NEVER sent the link to download the monitoring app so we had no way to know and it could have been out for over a month. It took me almost a week to get someone out, to be told that the inverter was bad (this seems to be a common issue sadly, so MAYBE they need to get a new manufacturer!!) The door hanger said they would come back when they had the part. I assumed it would be a few days. NOPE. It took WEEKS and we had ANOTHER full month without solar in June costing us 329! They finally got it replaced since it seems they have to wait for an RMA from the inverter company and then return the old one and wait on a new one instead of just putting on a another one and settling up with the manufacturer later. Ridiculous!

Now I am out $590, possibly more since it went into the next billing cycle by at least a few days, still have no way to monitor my solar and they are not being responsive to my sales person either.

The pattern here is clear. I hope they get the message and get their act together since I WILL NOT be recommending them to any of my friends who are following my experience before deciding to get their own solar systems.

Oh on on a sadly funny note, the girl at Titan I first talked to to ask for service, told me to call the FINANCE COMPANY (who thought I was crazy)!! She didn't even know that her own company would be responsible for a work order!

PS we own our system we don't lease it.

Scheduled an appointment with Solar City and the guy never showed. I rescheduled and an hour after he was supposed to be at my house he called and said he forgot the power cord to his laptop,  he could come anyway, but would have to come back,  so I rescheduled and he didn't show again!
Then he sent an E mail telling me he had been out of town most of the summer (WTF? ) and did I want to reschedule?
I would not ever hire this company! The employees are flaky!

Sunrun's customer service is horrible. And their repair time-line is even worse! I have only had the panels for less than 4 years, and it has been broken for approximately a year and a half total of that time. Last time it went down, it took them over 6 months to repair it, and it would have been longer if another potential customer hadn't canceled their installation so I could get their inverter. The company did come out to replace the inverter a couple months prior, but they replaced the wrong one that was actually still working (I have a large enough array that I have essentially 2 systems, a big and a small one, the larger one went down and they replaced the inverter for the small one). Now the whole system has been down since 10/13 and they keep telling me that someone will contact me within 5 business days (this is my 4th time so far, and they said they were escalating the last 2 times).
DON'T use this company, you will be stuck with a system that won't produce enough power to offset the lease payment WHEN IT HAPPENS TO WORK!!
