Bad experience with caliber roofing. They were hired by my General Contractor and after their first visit I had flashings sticking up and additional broken tiles on my roof. They came out a second time to fix their first mistakes and left me with even more issues. After the second mess up my GC cut ties with them on my project. I am now left finding another roofer to fix the gaps they left between tiles and try to find matching tiles.

Matt is truly amazing! He came out same day to take a look at an issue we were having with our lights. He was professional, responsive, and courteous. He was able to quickly resolve our issue and we were so grateful for such a wonderful experience!

We now have a negative (credit to us) APS bill.

The install guys were pretty decent and helpful with some post-install issues. I guess, in the end, our biggest gripe is with the fine folks at APS and the even more fine folks at the ACC who rubber stamp anything APS wants. "Smart meters" are a scam.

These guys were super expensive, and when I reached out to them with my concern about why I was charged so much (they didn't even need to fix anything, it was a tripped breaker!), he couldn't even return my email. Good luck if you use them, just be prepared to break out the check-book!

Having had 7 years of prior experience with solar I didn't need any convincing about whether to have another system on my new home. I did need valid information on leasing options vs buying and Michael had all the facts. We talked solar for about 2 hours and he didn't offer any hype. He actually downplayed some of my thoughts about installation timing and energy production. All accurate. Since I had planned ahead to put solar on the new home Michael encouraged a purchase of the system and set me up with quality components at a fair price. I now have 2 months of production and can already see our energy needs will be fully met by a system of just 7kW in size. I also encourage the added efficiency of ceiling fans, LED lighting, reflective window film and good insulation. Michael is a good guy, knows his business and won't waste your time with pipe dreams or a deal you'll regret. I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Arizona Energy Pros is GREAT!!!  I had my home reviewed for an Energy Audit and the work was performed by Arizona Energy Pros along with putting up a Solar System.  I had a investment in a CD for 20k that was making me $20 dollars a month..I invested this in my new solar system which is cutting my electrical bill down $200 a month and $300 during the summer.  Smart investment now I have more money to maneuver to my other bills like an extra income with savings on my electric bill....

Brad provides excellent service. We had three screens added to our home. The price was very reasonable and they good great. Brad arrived on time for both the estimate and installation. Additionally, both visits were quick and did not take a lot of time. Highly recommended.

I interviewed several companies before choosing Argent SOLAR. So far, I am satisfied with my selection.
Today is five days after my installation. The install process was smooth once the permits and all were done. They answered questions and kept me informed of the progress with the city and electric company.

The design of the installation looks pretty nice. The workmanship looks excellent. The clean-up was excellent.

The application to monitor the production (pc or phone) of energy from the panels is pretty easy to follow and understand once you read or you're trained what it means.  It's user-friendly with a bit of technical information.

Now I'm waiting to see the first few bills. With the wait, the question of is it all worth it shows up periodically. Hopefully, I am on the right new electric plan that will benefit my family: the solar and electric hybrid electrical plan.

I recently had a thermo shield treatment at my house. I was skeptical but I have noticed a difference as it has gotten hotter.  The team was very helpful and honest.  It was as simple as allowing them access to the Atic.  It's a no brainier for a low cost.

Tommy and his team are amazing!  After calling T&K yesterday I was quickly booked with Steven to come out the following morning.  Steven arrived right on time, was very kind, and we discussed all my concerns and needs.  He then gave me an exact price for labor and materials.  After we agreed on everything, he installed a new sub panel for me with 2 dedicated circuits to my work area in the garage.  I have a mini A/C unit that was overloading our existing garage circuit.  He did everything extremely efficiently, quickly, and cleaned up his mess (which is a professional touch that is literally impossible to find in a lot of people these days).  I now have a fully functioning studio area that won't trip the breaker on me anymore.  Thank you so much for the fast and awesome service!  I will definitely be calling you guys again soon for more projects.

Very pleased with Harmon Elec/Solar. Customer Serv. in my honest opinion is top notch. Jessica was amazing! Technical component very good. Initially, there was a minor glitch  in the system which ,  no fault of the installer but a product defect on inverter.  Harmon immediately responded and got the system on tract . Enjoying the savings on utility bills which would have been sky high if we stayed same with just APS.  A wise decision to go solar and most importantly went with a reputable company like Harmon

Two years now and still no bill from SRP.  My excess generation covers the Surcharge SRP charges. Wooooo - Hoooooo

If it was possible , I would leave zero stars.  I regret that I did not look at Yelp before using Titan for my solar panels.   When I made the purchase the sales organization that worked for Titan agreet to a credit/rebate of 6 months of loan payments.  After months and months of trying to get a resolution, since. the sales company they hired went out of business,  I reached Lenin , a. customer service manager. larevalo@titansolarpower…, agreed to get me the rebate within 60 days.  That never happened.  I do know know how Titan continues to be a viable business with such horrible business practices.  Blantant scamming. Solar is fantastic and should be a positive experience.  I have aleady put work out in our neighborhood to use another installer.

Worst Customer Service Ever! I called in to have a party removed from my solar rental account/contract after a divorce and refinance. Nearly two hours of hold time and three department transfers later, I'm back on hold, waiting to get transferred back to the last dept I spoke with. I was just told that it will be several weeks before they can do this because it will take that long to have my documents sent over to the right dept, and I will need to call back in again at that point. I'm looking at listing my home for sale this month and need the other party off my contract. What does it take to get anything done with this company?

I purchased a home in Peoria this month and 10 days in from closing, my solar is still not up and running.  I have tried to call customer service multiple times and sent emails and I am either left on hold for over an hour or no one ever contacts me back.  I have also emailed and left messages for the transfer team with no response.  I am sure I am going to end up with a huge power bill since for some reason nothing is up and running.  If this is their idea of customer service
