I cannot say one single thing wrong about the service we received . We called on a Saturday, and he was able to come in within the hour, found the problem and fixed it. Friendly, effective and efficient. Everything was handled over the phone from Canada (which is not always easy), but the entire process was hassle-free. Will use Matt again and would recommend him to anyone!

This review is late. I bought my solar array from Rooftop back in 2016. It was installed in September and it's been working like a champ till it hit summer 2017. One if th inverters went offline and had to be reset. I called these guys and they sent someone to check out the systems integrity and function. They were helpful throughout the whole process and made sure that their product and my investment was working as it should.

Please use my experience with this company when deciding to choose this company for your solar needs. Hopefully this review helps.

After recent chat with Sasha, who helped me out to fix all the major issues.
Also provided with step by step instructions as well as guided on the call to rectify the issues on hand.
Sasha also provided some insights on how to manage the solar system, she also promised that it should have not come to this, and will take care in future for customer service.

I am amazed at the service from the company. The sunscreens are excellent, and compliments are house colors. The temperature difference was noticeable. I was able to see the temperature difference using a Flir camera. My HVAC is running fewer hours, and it's so comfortable. This is a must when the house faces west. I wish I had done it sooner. I had a system installed in 2012 and went with a lease because of the cost at that time. I would go with the purchase now because the costs have come down dramatically since 2012. Argent installed 3 of my neighbors and my sister.  All are very happy with their systems. Craig Bloom was our rep and explained everything very well.

I have now used Thermoshield for two different projects. Both times have been a great experience. They are professional but not the type that will give you a 2 hour demonstration and then ask for a signature and deposit. Just Cayden showing up and being honest and real, explaining what I need and what I don't need. They got my house done within a very short period of time for a reasonable cost. I truly appreciate that in this day and age. I will call them again and recommend them every time. Def 5 stars!

WOW!!!!! I would give T&K 10 stars if I could. Obviously contractors are super busy right now, but I could barely get anyone to return my calls, or when they did they were booking like 4 months out or no longer serviced my area. I finally did a random online search and found T&K -- they answered my phone call immediately and were able to schedule me within 2 weeks. I was sooooo happy. But what was the catch?

THERE WASN'T ONE!!!! Not a single catch. They showed up on time, were fairly priced for the current market, did outstanding work, in a reasonable amount of time, and the techs were SOOOOOO nice. Shoutout to George and Gabriel!!! Like honestly I had never met service people so friendly, helpful and accommodating in my life. I am so happy I found George, Gabriel and this company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Overall my experience with Harmon Solar was... okay. I signed up with Harmon because they seemed to have a really good understanding of solar technology, government regulations, the solar market as a whole and came in at a really good price compared to competitors! All pluses! Ben was a really good sales associate and knew his stuff. There were some hiccups along the way but when they took action to get something done, they were usually fast at finishing the job. One of the problems was how much effort I had to put in to keep the process moving on my solar installation! For the first half of the project, there were times it felt like if I didn't call to follow-up, my project would stay stuck in limbo.

However, the most frustrating part of the process was the payment. Harmon Solar was using Sunrun panels but there was such poor communication between the two companies it was a task figuring out who and how to pay for the panels which only slowed down the process more!

In spite of all this, one reason I still call the experience "okay" is because of the project manager who took over my case half way through and was so helpful! Jessica was very responsive and consistently explained at what stage the project was and gave me updates on what was going on (even when it wasn't a status update Harmon Solar was proud of!) She was transparent and empathetic when there were delays or miscommunications from Harmon and was very personable. If she wasn't the project manager on this job, I might have called it quits and fought with Harmon to refund my down payment. She helped me see it through which salvaged some of the experience for me. Thanks Jessica!

We compared a couple of companies and felt we were getting a better deal overall from AZ. Solar Solutions.   They worked tirelessly to install our system and when a problem arose, they were here to fix it quickly.

We have been producing nearly 100% of our energy since April when we became fully operational.   Even on the few cloudy days we have in Arizona, we're generating energy.   So happy to have final made the decision to 'go green'.

My solar went down on 7/29. I was not notified as promised, I got my $400 electric bill and called- oh yes, they could see my solar wasn't working. Really? Titan was notified on 8/12 and confirmed they took the job to come out to fix it. NOPE! I called on 8/28. Sun Run called on 8/27 both of us left messages- NO CALL BACK.  NOW I'M ON HOLD- 30 minutes- Titan-you need better customer service.

We have been trying to get rid of our panels for months.  Not worth it at all.  Repeatedly we are told to send in our last 6-8 months of TEP bills which we have done on 3 occasions now.  Each time we are told to wait a few days, which turns into a few weeks, which turns in to never and we have to restart the process.  When we got the panels we were told that we could cancel at any time if we were unsatisfied.  Now that is not the case.  We continually are put on hold by their rude and below par customer service team and when we do get them and ask for a supervisor we are told they will not transfer us.  We want these off our house, we do not want to support such a company that will not help their customers.  Do not go with this company as they promise the world up front and then ghost you.

I installed Solar Panel from Sunrun through Costco. Sunrun lied to me to receive my contract, the majorities Solar Panels Sunrun installed did not work since they installed it, Sunrun hide information (the reason the panel they installed did not work properly). I bought large size of Solar Panel over $40,000 plus interest rate and refinance cost which I paid over $50, 000. About 10-11 of Solar Panels did not work since installation. I paid electric bill over 10,000. I tried to communicate with Sunrun customer service and they offered me only 2000 and repair the panels. Unfortunately,  Sunrun customer service is trying to ignore and dismissed my request for taking full responsibility for all damages caused to me.

Do not trust Sunrun and Costco. I only hired Sunrun because I trusted Costco.  They are unethical companies and they are trying take advance of customers. They took my money and Sunrun caused me financial and emotional damages.

I filed complaint against Sunrun and Costco with Sate Licensing Agency, State Attorney General Office, Better Business Bureau and Complain to the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

I am going to provide bad review against Sunrun and Costco in Yelp, Google Review, Solar Reviews and others.

My next steps would be to contact my local government and local media regarding Sunrun and Costco.
