I was very pleased with Caliber Roofing Services. I had my roof replaced by them. From the start the process was clear prompt and responsive. Manuel, my first point of contact, was patient and kind. He went through the details of my quote with detail and integrity. The entire project went smoothly, on time and with no surprises. Tanner, the project manager, was also very nice and made sure he kept me updated on the progress of my roof. I'm happy I chose this company for my roof replacement.

I had an issue with my kitchen outlets and all my master bedroom outlets were no longer working. I had a short in the toaster which caused the kitchen issue and I compounded the problem by testing the toaster in the bedroom Everything else in the house was fine

I called Matt, described the issue, he told me to go out to the panel and turn on off all the breakers which I had in the dark the night of the incident. So I turned off and on all the breakers and reset the GFCI outlets in the kitchen and viola all was well. Thanks Matt for your assistance. Total charge, zero.

We have had our solar for 9yrs, our installation was seamless and follow up service has been appreciated.  I live in Sedona where a summer APS bill can be 200$ or more!!  We are feeding the grid daily and I'm proud to say last July our bill was 16$!    Rooftop solar has been a pleasure to work with!

After taking a 2 hour adult education class on solar I learned a lot and decided we should get solar for our home. According to the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), there are an estimated 306 solar companies that service Arizona. I searched  for companies with over four star reviews and an A+ rating. For accountability I wanted to purchase from a company that not only sold solar but also installed solar with their own employees. I determined that I would only accept the top two solar panels and the top two solar inverters. I narrowed the field and reached out to four companies that met all the criteria. In November and December we met with representatives from four solar companies. I was advised that from the time a contract was signed until the solar installation was approved by the city inspector and approved and activated by APS was typically about 3 months. We decided we did not want to lease a system and ultimately decided to pay cash.(There are, however, good options to take a loan to pay for solar).
The last of four company representatives that we met with was Matt Nam with Sun Services and he convinced us to contract with Sun Services for our home solar installation.
Our solar system went live without a glitch on March 31. In the past 3 months if I had a question or concern I would text or email Sun Services Project Management team led by Senior Project Manager Alonda Dimas. I always received an immediate response.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Brad provides excellent service. We had three screens added to our home. The price was very reasonable and they good great. Brad arrived on time for both the estimate and installation. Additionally, both visits were quick and did not take a lot of time. Highly recommended.

I have had 2 systems installed by Argent Solar both installations were professionally done one on SRP and the other on APS. Both systems worked flawlessly and Argents customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use Argent Solar again and recommend them to family and friends!

I have now used Thermoshield for two different projects. Both times have been a great experience. They are professional but not the type that will give you a 2 hour demonstration and then ask for a signature and deposit. Just Cayden showing up and being honest and real, explaining what I need and what I don't need. They got my house done within a very short period of time for a reasonable cost. I truly appreciate that in this day and age. I will call them again and recommend them every time. Def 5 stars!

Tommy followed up on a quote very quickly. He was fair and reasonable.  I got 3 quotes overall but I choose T&K. I had 9 LED ceiling lights added in the living room and office, 4 Lutron Caseta smart switches added and they put in an outlet outside for me my sprinkler control box.  Pedro arrives on time.  He walked through the project to make sure we were aligned on scope and offered suggestions based on his experience and knowledge.  Pedro kept me updated throughout the job, completed all work we agreed to and gave me some ideas for the future!  Working with electricians is never cheap but I will say this company gives a very fair bid compared to the market, does great work and Tommy and Pedro were both great to work with.

Still trying to figure out how paying $400/mo to Harmon  offsets the $98 solar credit from APS.

Had issues with the solar converter and they sent a guy to my house that same week to replace it an upgraded one at no charge.. Very responsive!

I WISH I wold have read these reviews first.

I bought solar through an independent agent, with good reviews, so I didn't really know anything about Titan when we purchased but I sadly got screwed. The panels were installed by January and turned on by Feb. 1st. No issues with the install etc. First couple electric bills were great, with us starting to build a credit etc. Then all of a sudden in May we owed APS $261 and sold NO power back at all since the last read. We checked the unit and it was completely dead! We were NEVER sent the link to download the monitoring app so we had no way to know and it could have been out for over a month. It took me almost a week to get someone out, to be told that the inverter was bad (this seems to be a common issue sadly, so MAYBE they need to get a new manufacturer!!) The door hanger said they would come back when they had the part. I assumed it would be a few days. NOPE. It took WEEKS and we had ANOTHER full month without solar in June costing us 329! They finally got it replaced since it seems they have to wait for an RMA from the inverter company and then return the old one and wait on a new one instead of just putting on a another one and settling up with the manufacturer later. Ridiculous!

Now I am out $590, possibly more since it went into the next billing cycle by at least a few days, still have no way to monitor my solar and they are not being responsive to my sales person either.

The pattern here is clear. I hope they get the message and get their act together since I WILL NOT be recommending them to any of my friends who are following my experience before deciding to get their own solar systems.

Oh on on a sadly funny note, the girl at Titan I first talked to to ask for service, told me to call the FINANCE COMPANY (who thought I was crazy)!! She didn't even know that her own company would be responsible for a work order!

PS we own our system we don't lease it.

I was very interested in getting solar panels and went to their website and requested to be contacted, I was called very promptly by their "pre-qualification" group to get pre qualified first. after I answered a couple basic questions ie. address how many stories my house was I was told that a sales rep/estimator would call me promptly. Three days goes by and nothing, so I went  to their website and submitted again. Another pre qualifier person called me again. I told him a couple days before that I had already gone through this. He said that he didn't see my orginal request. I answered the same questions again and he said he was going to get me to one of their sales reps and I would need my electricity bill. I wasn't home at the time but headed there, so I asked to be called back in an hour. No problem I was told we will call you in an hour. That was almost 3 weeks ago. If they can't manage a simple follow through call twice doesn't exactly give you a good feeling about their business ethics, and based on most of the reviews looks like I am right.

Excellent company to work with - I bought a home with solar (as a realtor) the transfer was easy. Aps even grandfathered the previous owners plan which is no longer available!  Find out If there a lease attached cause that will be part of your monthly. Big advantages are your producing electricity during peak hours so your savings can add up fast ! Barely noticeable sitting in your own yard
