Matt from Apollo Electric is superb with timely communication, his honesty, and timeliness. We had new water heater replaced and found out that when it died it probably fried our breaker at the box. In order to make sure we had hot water for the house, he came over near the end of the day and replaced the breaker. I think that the $190 charge was a little steep for the total of 15 minutes worth of work he did replacing the breaker but he did say "sorry". I think it must be his standard hourly charge. I wish he would have said, you have paid for an hour is there any other electrical work I can complete in the 45 minutes you paid for. I do appreciate the fact that he came over that day though.

We meticulously considered and researched all our options when making the investment in a solar system, from size of array to brand and type of inverter. Ultimately we chose Rooftop Solar and Hanwha microinverter panels, and though the price was higher than the competing bid, we're really glad with the choice, both for technological reasons and for the company's ethos and practice. Rooftop kept us fully on board with things we wanted to have a say in (the aesthetics of the design and layout) and handled all the red tape and bureaucracy so we didn't have to (inspections from the city and APS, etc.) We came out with an 18-panel array that actually *looks good* on the house as well as reaps a ton of energy from the sun. It's also worth mentioning that everyone at Rooftop is really, really pleasant to work with--they are friendly, positive, kind, laid-back yet professional, and deeply rooted in and invested in the community and the cause of cleaner energy. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Mark Henderson and his assistant were excellent on Friday, July 19, 2019. Great job - detailed in workmanship and professional. We had some non-trivial work performed in the installation of new GFI outlets. Thank you so much.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of understanding how solar works, their product quality, the savings that are enjoyed with solar power, and the fact they had a solid organization I could rely on.

Very pleased with Harmon Elec/Solar. Customer Serv. in my honest opinion is top notch. Jessica was amazing! Technical component very good. Initially, there was a minor glitch in the system which , no fault of the installer but a product defect on inverter. Harmon immediately responded and got the system on tract . Enjoying the savings on utility bills which would have been sky high if we stayed same with just APS. A wise decision to go solar and most importantly went with a reputable company like Harmon
They were highly recommended. Thank you!

We compared a couple of companies and felt we were getting a better deal overall from AZ. Solar Solutions. They worked tirelessly to install our system and when a problem arose, they were here to fix it quickly.
We have been producing nearly 100% of our energy since April when we became fully operational. Even on the few cloudy days we have in Arizona, we're generating energy. So happy to have final made the decision to 'go green'.

Titan has a professional group of people that was great to work with. The initial salesperson explained everything very well and their pricing was very competitive. The design and installation teams were great, coordinating everything. including the HOA application. The installation was done in one day as advertised. The county inspection passed without any issues and the system is now working better than expected.
Thank you Titan!

Buyer Beware! In this case the lessee! Inverter was down for seven days before I realized no production was being made. I contacted Solar City. Had to wait over a week for a tech to come out and look at the system. Then I was told it would be 5-10 days for a new inverter. Still no contact from Solar City in that regards. They have a production guarantee they comes up after 2 years, but in the meantime I'm paying SRP for electricity and Solar City a lease payment which they will not reimburse. Bad! Bad! Customer service! Totally wrong on every level. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and contacting various local news station's consumer advocates. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT lease or buy from this company.
Update: It seems SolarCity is under the impression they have addressed my concerns. Actually, they have not. The inverter has been fixed, but my concerns and requests have been ignored in contacting their customer relations manager. When attempting to contact them again today, my email was denied as spam. When I emailed using a different email it went through. Odd? I'm not going away, as I'm sure they hope I will.

My panels have been installed for 18 months now. I'll start with what I am really ticked off about. You should consider these things when making your decision. I signed up with the PPA Plan.
1) Installers came 2 days earlier than scheduled and gave me no prior notice. I came home from work to discover they installed the power panels on the exterior side of my house when they were intended to be in the interior of my garage. Will not move them without charging me. I signed an agreement for a system that was over-engineered with the intent of adding a pool. I no longer have the proper clearance to get equipment in my yard to dig the pool due to the electrical panel placement.
2) I now have a major pigeon problem. My roof and sides of my house are COVERED IN CRAP and broken eggs falling out of the nest for my dog to eat and become diseased. I have about 20 nests under my panels. Sunrun should be installing bird screens at the time of install. Instead, they tell you they had no way of knowing there was a "bird problem in the area". SERIOUSLY?!?! The panels are the cause of the bird problem. Now I'm told I have to pay $2,000 to have them fix a problem that should have never been a problem if Sunrun was pro-active and knew their business. This isn't something I should have to ask for during the design phase. They should know this. The (3) quotes I received; each company said birds are ALWAYS a problem with solar panels.
Positives:
1) I save about $500 p/y on my electric bills. But the savings won't truly start until 4-5 years because I will have to pay $2,000 out of pocket for bird screening and clean up.
