Bad experience with caliber roofing. They were hired by my General Contractor and after their first visit I had flashings sticking up and additional broken tiles on my roof. They came out a second time to fix their first mistakes and left me with even more issues. After the second mess up my GC cut ties with them on my project. I am now left finding another roofer to fix the gaps they left between tiles and try to find matching tiles.

I reached out to Apollo as we have just moved on to our new townhouse and I wanted to have a ceiling fan installed and a new makeup mirror hung.  Actually the fan had to be put together too as we had just purchased from amazon.

They came out the next day, were very polite and efficient and now I have my ceiling fan and mirror all set.  Total charge was $200.

Great work and we would use them again.

From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! We got scammed into a solar system in FL and it was given over to these YAHOO IDIOTS that have NO CARE in the world for their customers! Our solar unit didnt work for MONTHS from day one and they sent bill after bill. 6 months later, still no solar production and they sent threatening emails, texts and calls saying to PAY YOUR BILL! When asked from day 1 to come out and fix, they stated they would - did not get fixed for months! I told them I would not pay until fixed OR they could reimburse me for the months without production. THEY REFUSED AND EVEN LAUGHED AT ME!!! They have control once you sign the paperwork and they scam you into signing (there is small fine print and you better read it or you are fucked). This company should be brought down and dismantled altogether. You think you will beat me on this one Sun Services but I promise you will not. Sit back and watch. You guys suck BIG TIME !

PS - DO NOT BUY FROM PATRICK ASCHMANN in Arizona OR Florida under Zuma Energy OR Byosolar. He was the initial scam artist that lied about all of it and gets you locked in. AVOID SOLAR ALTOGETHER!

Mr. sunshine was responsive and informative when it comes to Arizona solar. He is friendly and easy to converse with and very knowledgeable. He came to our house to survey the structure and understand our energy goals.

Tim (the engineering guy on the team) provided information about generation and connections to the grid and was very informative about getting solar installed along with flexible scheduling.

I had some scheduling issues that will delay the installation, and this awesome company understood the situation that will delay my project and will be there when I can resume my project.

While doing research on Arizona solar energy, I found  there are any number of ways to have solar panels installed on your home, not all are great. I was  concerned about solar projects that were pitched which did not seem financially plausible. However you do solar in Arizona, use this company!

Just had General Solar out to redo my pool solar. My old system was at the end of its useful life and was getting to be a headache to maintain.

Kent and Steve were very patient with me explaining the benefits of their product and what I could expect performance wise from a solar heater for my pool.

They showed up on time and worked diligently to get everything hooked up.

Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

I had great customer service and also got the best pricing out of 5 quotes. My bill last month for electricity was under $30. Install looks great! Very professional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. I called the office a few times to ask if he was still coming and they assured me he was but didn't know what time (at this point he was already late). Called again 3 hours later and they didn't pick up the phone, left a message asking them to call me back and they never got back to me. A few days later I called back to see if they could reschedule and they hung up on me. I called back right away and they didn't pick up the phone. I don't know how a business is running with such horrible customer service. I'd rather them just tell me they're not going to complete the job so I can call someone else rather than leave me hanging the way they did. Would not recommend to a single person. Don't even waste your time.

The entire process was so professional and smooth. We loooooovvveee our new sun screens in our loft and it makes such  a difference. I'm so happy that we can still see outside more than I thought we would be able to. Highly recommended! Thanks, guys!

We shopped several companies for solar panels and came up with multiple quotes that varied by 10s of thousands of dollars.  It was frustrating as we tried to sort out what was right and what was a sales gimmick. Trying to understand the differences in price some companies used terms like "it's the way we balance the system" "it's difficult for the consumer to understand" and several other sales pitches. We found none of it to be true and passed time and time again.

We got in touch with Marty at Argent solar and were immediately impressed by how forthcoming he was. We asked questions we knew the answers to and he gave us the answer you would expect from a friend, not a sales guy.  When the quote came in we had plenty to compare it to and we found Argent to be priced well below most of the competition, using as good or better quality rated panels.  When other companies seemed to be adding the tax credits to their price, Argent was not.  

During the installation Diego and his team were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. At each step of the process they were on top of it, coming out the day after APS and city of Phoenix approved the install to power up the system.

Anyone looking at solar should give Marty, Diego and the Team at Argent an opportunity to provide a quote. I am incredibly happy I did.

Dustin 12.71 kWh 41 panel instal 2018.  Contract signed July 28th, powered up system Oct 4th. Sign off by city of Phoenix, APS and our HOA.

I had a leak from my A/C attic drain pipe. I had 2 plumbers say it was likely it was stepped on by the insulation guys who were the only ones in my attic.
I also had a supervisor form that same company tell me the same thing;
The owner came out and took a bunch of pix and denied it could be them; Did not offer any adjustment; I wound up paying the balance in full but it left a very bad taste with me as 3 people said it was likely from the installers; An adjustment as a matter of concern would have been a fair thing to do;

T & K is the best electrician in Phoenix! Honest, communicative and efficient. Will be using this company for many other electrical issues at my properties.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. It's been 2 years of disappointment with this company. I only have 18 more years on my lease. What a huge mistake on my part. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I have several friends and family who have installed Solar City systems on their homes and they are very happy. I was told that my system would cover my entire bill and it has not done that for 2 years. They said they would monitor my system remotely and they can not figure out how to do that either. Now something is broke and the system is not working at all! I called last week to let them know something was wrong and they said since they monitor my system they would know if something is wrong before I would. They don't even know they are not monitoring my system because that hasn't worked for at least a year! They told me to change my APS plan to a different one and it should have been changed from day 1. Oops they forgot to tell me. Somehow changing plans is going to fix the system? If they don't figure it out I am seriously considering legal action to get out of our agreement since it is clear they have no intention to honor it on their side. DO NOT INSTALL A HARMON SOLAR UNIT ON YOUR HOME.

This company has been questionable from the get go.  Kyle our "salesman" was okay at first. Really a salesman personality. Not pushy just the insisting that our product is the best kinda guy. My wife and I agreed that we wanted to use renuable energy and was very interested in the savings so we decided to move forward with getting solar panels. He told my wife and i that if we needed anything at all that he would be there for us.

Weeks later we would get sparatic phone calls from people we didn't know letting us know that other people would be by to check the roof and take measurements. More Weeks would pass and we would get more phone calls about different people needed to get back on the roof.  Still no communication regarding where we were in the process or any follow up for that matter.  I would call and check on them every once in a while to see where we were in the process and would get very generic answers from the nice younger sounding gal who tried to answer my questions the best she could ..... Professional emails sent by Craig the guy who handles permitting with the state was not thorough or seemed not to care about anything.  His way of completing his work was to write broken english emails and have me taking time to discuss my permit with  state offices.... . Which turned out to be completely useless and a waste of time and I was told after many days of back and forth with them I was indeed good to go and did not need to contact them in the first place.

I expressed sincere frustration to our sales man Kyle, who after saying he was going to get to the bottom of this and Answer all my questions.  Kyle has just straight up ended communication with us. All of this after a meeting he set up.  He insisted he take care of all this negative bs that's going on around our project. Just gone.  Texts (how he likes to communicate)  have not been returned. As it stands today, on June 25, 2018, I am unsure what the hell is going on. We signed documents with this company on February 26th. 4 months ago.  Please save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company.  If I could give them zero stars I would.

if I could rate a zero I would, but it does not look like Titan Solar cares given all the bad reviews.  I've had several issues with my solar system and it takes an act of congress to get anyone to respond.  in the last two weeks I've left 4 messages for a call back plus one email.  no response.  I'm on terminal hold right now agai since messages are not returned.current hold is 24 minutes.
Run away if you can.

Solar is the way to go! I'm very pleased with the entire experience with Solar City, beginning with our sales person, Andrew. He was there to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Solar City delivered as promised and I'm happy to say that I no longer dread my summer electric bills. If you are contemplating going solar, call Andrew @ 602-369-1303. Do it for yourselves and our planet!

Sunrun's customer service is horrible. And their repair time-line is even worse! I have only had the panels for less than 4 years, and it has been broken for approximately a year and a half total of that time. Last time it went down, it took them over 6 months to repair it, and it would have been longer if another potential customer hadn't canceled their installation so I could get their inverter. The company did come out to replace the inverter a couple months prior, but they replaced the wrong one that was actually still working (I have a large enough array that I have essentially 2 systems, a big and a small one, the larger one went down and they replaced the inverter for the small one). Now the whole system has been down since 10/13 and they keep telling me that someone will contact me within 5 business days (this is my 4th time so far, and they said they were escalating the last 2 times).
DON'T use this company, you will be stuck with a system that won't produce enough power to offset the lease payment WHEN IT HAPPENS TO WORK!!
