Two words.....UH - MAZING!!!  :) We hired Stein & his crew to update our very 1980's guest bathroom.  From the time Stein gave us his bid until the job was done he was professional, dependable and extremely helpful.  He made the scary process of hiring a contractor so EASY!!  Stein & Kevin answered every question we had and made fabulous suggestions.  We actually wished we had another project just so we could work him again, they were THAT GREAT!!  We will, without hesitation, recommend Nordic Improvements to anyone we know looking to make a home improvement or update.  We could not be happier!

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

We hired Josh and team to install flooring to match our main areas and extend into the bedrooms.  In our view the price was fair, and the work done was on time and executed very well.  It is fairly rare that a contractor shows up on time, stays on budget and finishes on time.  In our case the work was done faster than we anticipated, which is a great bonus.

Lloyd did a fantastic job for me by installing travertine stone on my fireplace.  He is a professional and artistic tile master.  Great value for what he does.  Highly recommend.

Tiana and Glen did amazing work on my kitchen remodel. They delivered on everything I requested for with quality workmanship. Their communication was top notch throughout the entire project and it really gave me a sense that they truly cared.

They put a lot of effort in getting into all the details of the project and we're thorough with all aspects. Because of of this, we did not encounter any major unexpected issues on the project.

They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.

I have been completely satisfied with their work and would without a doubt recommend them for home remodel projects. They are respectful, professional and charge very reasonable rates. I am looking forward to using their services again for a future bathroom remodel.

We had Able and Ready take out a sliding glass door and replace it with a wall and a 4 x 4 window along with some kitchen work. From the time the owner came out to the time the finished, we had nothing but professional, helpful and respectful workers. Fred the project manager made sure we were informed about arrival times, what would be happening and progress. Every night the workers would clean up and remove any mess.

We were extremely happy with the work.  It's too bad that the company ( i will not mention their name because they don't even deserve that) that remodeled our master bath did not even compare to Able and Ready.

Need the bathroom remolded at in a very old home for my grandmother. Larry came to do the estimate. He was honest and fair. Started work as soon as possible. was spot on about the time it would take to complete and that was spot on. Also was always available to answer any questions. Lester, the young man that did the work was very professional. He worked quietly, did quality work. Both men we worked with were honest and made sure everything was done to my grandmothers and the families liking. I could not be more grateful!!!

Deck remodel:
Over all quality was very good. The crew, led by Freddie, was a pleasure to deal with. The communication from James the owner was poor, that is the only reason that I won't give a 5 star rating. I awarded the bid to James, faxed my contract to his office and gave 50% down with them over the phone. After 5 days I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to see if they had a start date. They replied that James would have to handle that. I texted him and asked for a start date. He replied the same day stating that he had a few decks in front of me and had to see how far the crews had gotten and would get back to me as soon as possible. 7 days later I finally hear from him. He asks if they can start the next day. I replied absolutely. 2 days later, still no crew. The next day he replied that there had been a mix up and they would be out the next day, and they were. The crew was very friendly, clean and did fantastic work. 2 weeks later I found a couple spots where the paint didn't stick after a rain. I text James back and a crew had the trouble spot repainted with in 2 days and that time it stuck.

Great company! I am extremely pleased with my remodel/updating they did in my home. All of there employees were polite and considerate in my home. Always on time and work was completed timely. There quote was fair and the quality of work performed was excellent. M Rice

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.
