Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This was our first salon remodel & We can not say enough about working with such a great team!  Rex really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted.  Rex worked hard with us on our tight budget and designed a salon we are proud to show off to our guests! We have received soo many compliments!  He was there every step of the way - From plan design to build. Arriving promptly every morning and cleaning up each evening before they left. I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. Thanks Marvin.

I used Travis' service for a few minor home repairs in a rental unit several months ago. The prices seemed a bit overpriced for the work, but the repairs were done, so I was ok with it. When I tried to use his services a 2nd time, I called him and left messages and he never returned my call - unprofessional. And easily replaced with someone willing to do the job. I won't be calling Travis again.

We had water leaking from our downstairs ceiling. Our upstairs bathroom had a pipe issue. Who do you call? Well, we called on the amazing team at Interiors by Thomas and we were NOT disappointed! They managed to come over to deal with our urgent matter and worked far into the night hours to stop the leak and open up the ceiling to let it start to dry out. They came back and fixed us up like new. I would highly recommend the professionals at Interiors by Thomas.

We recently remodeled our kitchen, guest bath, and powder room. They were all complete guts! I have to say that EVERY PERSON, we came in contact with at AFFINITY,from our salesperson Ray, to the scheduler Marco, to the installation mgr JAMIE, the installers Eric &Emillio, and Mark & Bill, were an absolute pleasure to work with! Our experience was ALL POSITIVE! Yes, there were a few snafoo's along the way as is totally normal,but they were all taken care of in a timely manner until we were completely satisfied!  unlike someones review here, i was constantly given samples to take home to help make my decision. We were given a CAD design to go over before we ordered. We picked midrange cabinets and then went for the servo electric cabinets that raise up and down by touch. It is fabulous! We are Very Happy with our whole experience and VERY HAPPY WITH OUR BEAUTIFUL CABINETS!!!

We love our new Master Bathroom! AZ New Bath was great to work with! Evelyn kept in contact with us throughout the process. We got our estimate in late April, demo started in late June and we were completely finished by July!

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
