Great service from these guys.  Bobby is very knowledgeable, advise was very useful.  It took several months, but none of the delay was on their part.  It just takes weeks/months for SRP to come through with approvals, then the homeowners association needs to chime in.  In any case, our install took all of about 4 hours, installers even painted their conduit for us.  Excellent install, very satisfied with the service and quality of the install.  I of course have no other solar installer to compare, but I have absolutely no complaints about these guys!!

Update 9/21/17 - After four months, we're getting between 28-39% from the small panel set installed.  Knocks down our demand charge while the sun us up and kept the bill under $300 in the hottest part of the summer. I keep the house cool all day, as I work from home.  Thanks again guys!

No follow up .   Emailed all of my info ..... waited for days.    Talked to them waited for email ...nothing.       Typical customer service these days.

From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! The consultation was very informative and the employees at Coyote Solar had an answer for every question I had about solar. SunPower is capable.  Real.  Honest.  Informative.  Reliable.  Responsible.  This is our second solar panel system installation, both done by SunPower.  Greg Field was more than a salesman.  He  and Annalise saw us through to completion of our job.  It was finished on time and on budget to the dollar and almost to the very day promised.  SunPower produces over 100 kWh daily for us, so we have the sun's power paying us even after using our air conditioning cooling system.  How cool is that!!??  And enough left over to fuel up an electric vehicle in this era of rising gasoline prices.  How hot is that?  And warranted for 25 years -- including the inverters!  How real is that?
Their installers are personable SunPower employees, not strangers, and experienced technicians, not day laborers.  Want it done?  Do it right.  It is going to be there a long, long time.  We are pleased with our investment and with our decision.  TWICE.  Great job, SunPower Team!!

David is the owner, and service tech. I would expect more of an owner to satisfy his customers for return business and also a good review here.

So I had updated my review as I was promised a refund of the 190.00 the company had charged me to come out to continually fix the same problem of bubbles in the line and change filters. BUT after I updated it he took away the credit and is again charging me the 190.00. NOW to me it tells a lot about a company who reneges on a promise more so then the terrible customer service that I wrote about in the first place. To be paying 8000.00 for equipment in the first place to not have the company stand behind its product and installation, I would be looking elsewhere for a system. Customer service always trumps price for me. I would rather pay a bit more if I knew the company treats its customers well. We have South Face is our hole house solar company we call them to fix any problem they are out by the next day NO CHARGE!!!

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I reached out to Pacific West Solar when the existing solar hot water tank went bad. Peter called me very promptly to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. That was the last good thing I can say about him and his company. When he saw what solar unit we had he broke every sales rule in the book. He expressed in numerous ways what an awful solar unit we had and how horrible the company in town was that services and installs them. I should have told him to leave then, but I need a hot water tank so I asked him what he recommended. Pacific West Solar told me not to buy a solar unit but a conventional gas unit. I wasn't expecting that but was open to the suggestion. That's when it got weird and he seemed irritated. He said he needed to leave because he "wasn't making any money" with me. WHAT?!? I was done with his attitude and lack of interest in giving me a quote. I showed him to the door and shut it on him while he was still talking. Peter, you may know more about water heaters than I'll ever know. However, you need to learn a little customer service! Buyer beware if Pacific West Solar wants to send Peter to your house. In fact, Give Donley AC & Plumbing a call. Dan spent over 30 minutes discussing options and worked on an estimate in my driveway.

Didn't think we could do solar because we're with SRP. Zach came by and sat down with my wife and me. Answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood those answers.

Installation went without a hitch. The company handled everything. We just sat back and watched as the panels were installed and ultimately turned on. The whole process took less than a month.

Along the way Zach was available 24/7, and checked in with us often to see if we had any questions about anything at all.

Panels have been in place and generating energy for a couple of weeks now. We love looking at the app and seeing what we're producing.

Couldn't be happier with how it all went. Highly recommend the company.

We have had our sunrun solar panels for 3.5 years on our house in Gilbert. We have only saved money on our electric bill maybe 11 months(non-consecutively) in that time.  Every other month we have not only paid $183 to sunrun, we have also paid upwards of $200 to APS as well! We hate sunrun. They have been unresponsive to our requests to up the production of our system. Additionally, the system has gone out a couple of times o er the years. We would love to get rid of it. Take our advice and DO NOT  go with them! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Purchased a solar system from them with every promise I. The world that my power bill will not exceed $30 a month for my 1500 sq ft house. What really happened was my power bill was consistently  $150-$180 with a $128 solar panel bill. Called them repeatedly to come look at the system to see if it was operating correctly and all they did was look at the app attached to the system (the same app that I had) and tell me it's operating correctly. Long story short we sold the house with the crappy solar system and we will NEVER go solar again. The only people who Benefit from solar panels are the solar panel companies and APS. Solar is a complete scam perpetrated by the solar companies and the government.
