Greg at Scottsdale Solar was great. All work was completed exactly as he said it would be and in the time frame he specified. My monthly saving are even slightly better than expected.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

Incredible service from sales to contract to install. Absolutely no complaints, we researched many solar companies and Sun Valley Solar was by far the most helpful. They've built a solid business and they explain instead of just try to sell. Excellent communication, and they even encouraged us tour their office which we did and it just solidified our confidence in them.

No follow up .   Emailed all of my info ..... waited for days.    Talked to them waited for email ...nothing.       Typical customer service these days.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. We interviewed many different businesses that sell SunPower solar panels.  We experienced a large range in system price quotes.  PGT Solar ultimately won our business.  PGT Solar is a Master Dealer which is a very prestigious ranking by SunPower.  We have also received two referrals now from our neighbors installing SunPower systems by PGT Solar.  Save time and go with the best SunPower dealer, in our opinion, PGT Solar.

This was one of the best overall experiences I've had with a vendor.  The sales agent that came in was so informative and the way he did the presentation sold us right away. Payments, loan terms and warranty information were easy to understand. No hidden figures or small print. The approval for the lease was done on the spot. Signing up for it was a breeze.
The installation process quick and clean. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. They kept me updated  on the status and informed me what to expect. Very flexible with my schedule. Their answering service is always available and return calls right away, they won't leave you hanging. The girl who answers the phone is knowledgeable and gets things going right away. Modern City Solar people have it together. Had to sue Phelps Solar Specialists due to the unworkable system that they refused to fix, and to massive damage to my home.  Phelps Solar, when they are not lying and had to disclose their work, system and damage to the legal system THEN finally admitted the truth and gave me $8,500 to settle.  The case went thru superior court, is public record, and I have NO gag order stopping me for telling everyone and anyone the truth!  I have posted the check THEY paid ME to the site.... and anyone is welcome to contact me @ godblessvicki at gmail, if you want more info about this company, and their work, and what can and did go wrong.  The court record is public, so go to the superior court and put in Phelps Solar Specialists and you will get the case....Here is a copy of the case name / number:

In my opinion and my my experience they are not a "nice" local family, who treats you well and honorably.... they did everything wrong to my home and to me, and really behaved so poorly that I was FORCED to take them to court... who would want to go thru that hassle to fix an issue that you paid 6K for?  If I could go back, I would NEVER have allowed them put this horrible product on my roof in a way that it does not work as promised, or ever dealt with this company.  

LOOK AT THE ATTACHED SETTLEMENT CHECK.... AND NO GAG ORDER (as much as they tried) BECAUSE THEY DID HARM ME, MY HOME, AND MY FINANCES.

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I am so glad we decided to go solar! Saves on our electric bill. I feel good saving energy and using a local business.   Living in Phoenix, solar is a no brainer!

I live in Chandler AZ and I wasn't a big fan of solar with the leasing part of the deal but with this company they really did there part to show me the difference of leasing compared to owning the solar. I've been using solar for about 8 months now and I couldn't be happy with the results of my bill. Thanks to the Ultra Energy! You will not be disappointed with saving so much money in the summer. Can't thank you guys enough.

They've only gotten worse. System down for over 3 weeks. ZERO response from sunrun except auto replies. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can promise you you'll regret doing business with these clowns.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

This is to let everyone know that Solar Panels don't save you money. We had them installed our bill went down about $30 dollars. This could also be from switching to LED bulbs throughout the house, having double pain windows installed and insulation installed. The panels cost us thousands of dollars and only having the bill decrease by only $30 dollars is not what we were told to expect. We were quoted that people in Arizona had electric bills as low as $5 after getting solar panels.  Now we wish we hadn't bought them.
