Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

From sales to install I had a great experience with sun valley. They educated me on why I need a demand manager to stop peak demand pricing from srp and sold me a 4kw system to curb peak demand etc. the demand manager let me control demand for each month and informed me that water heater is pretty costly in energy in addition to ac. I will use them again to install more panels and maybe a battery if they get cheaper. Great prices great experience !

No follow up .   Emailed all of my info ..... waited for days.    Talked to them waited for email ...nothing.       Typical customer service these days.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! The consultation was very informative and the employees at Coyote Solar had an answer for every question I had about solar. Initial steps of evaluating and sales went more smoothly than I could have reasonably expected. Greg had honest answers to all questions and suggested a few questions that had not occurred to me. No overly-aggressive or unscrupulous salesmanship, just honest assessments of the pros and cons of solar installation. Strongly recommend this company.

We had David Phelps do the install of our solar pool heater - he was very professional and worked around our schedule and dogs. If the solar system works as well as Phelps Solar i know we will be satisfied

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I reached out to Pacific West Solar when the existing solar hot water tank went bad. Peter called me very promptly to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. That was the last good thing I can say about him and his company. When he saw what solar unit we had he broke every sales rule in the book. He expressed in numerous ways what an awful solar unit we had and how horrible the company in town was that services and installs them. I should have told him to leave then, but I need a hot water tank so I asked him what he recommended. Pacific West Solar told me not to buy a solar unit but a conventional gas unit. I wasn't expecting that but was open to the suggestion. That's when it got weird and he seemed irritated. He said he needed to leave because he "wasn't making any money" with me. WHAT?!? I was done with his attitude and lack of interest in giving me a quote. I showed him to the door and shut it on him while he was still talking. Peter, you may know more about water heaters than I'll ever know. However, you need to learn a little customer service! Buyer beware if Pacific West Solar wants to send Peter to your house. In fact, Give Donley AC & Plumbing a call. Dan spent over 30 minutes discussing options and worked on an estimate in my driveway.

Excellent company to work with! We worked with Edwin and Zach who walked us through a truly effortless process of solar installation. These two have been readily available for all questions. They took the time to explain pricing and logistics. The installation crew was equally amazing and efficient. Definitely would recommend for anyone interested in doing their little part to help the environment

Sunrun did everything they said they would do: They took care of all the city permits, plan design and installation. Plus, their work was neat and clean. I don't think I had to pick up one piece of trash from my roof or from my yard. I am very pleased.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

STOP CALLING ME!  After I told you the first time that I am on the do not call list and you needed to take me off yours, I have received THREE MORE CALLS!  It's ridiculous and I know that you obtained my phone number through less than ethical means because you are calling on a number that I only use for clients and friends.  I do not give this number out to any business with whom I have a "relationship" and I certainly don't, and never will, have a relationship with your company.  

By the way, I am self-employed as well and I totally get how hard it is to find clients but that doesn't give you the right to operate in such a disrespectful and unethical manner!
