A note on cost: It was comparable to, or even better than, other roofers I met with, and if you intend to go solar, you get the 26% federal tax credit on both the cost of the roof and the cost of solar.

I wanted to go solar as I was tired of the insane APS bills. However, Sun Run, Solar City, etc were just too expensive to eve make the math work. Adam was referred by a friend and it was well worth it. From helping me order the right panels, inverters and get the engineering and permits completed. I did maybe 2% of the "work" and Adam did the rest. But doing so saved me thousands compared to what the big companies were charging. Last July (before solar) my APS bill was close to $435. This month, $27. It's that every month and consists only of taxes and fees. It's awesome. So if you are considering solar, give Adam a call.

James McCormick is an absolutely outstanding solar contractor. We got our solar from him in 2019 when he was with another company. He was super easy to work with and he did everything he could to get us the best deal on the panels that would work best for us and not just the most expensive to line his pockets. Even though he left the company for a more reputable solar company he still calls to check up on the panels and to make sure they're working as he promised. The last time he checked on us we told him that Solar Topps didn't hold up their promise to birdproof our solar if we started to have issues with Pigeons. When James found out about this he called the company to try and get that remedied and they wouldn't honor it for him either. He asked us how much we were getting charged and when it was getting done in passing when we talked next. I told him everyone was quoting us $1700-$1800 but that I had found a company here that is Veteran owned and he was doing it for $1300. I was happy with this outcome because saving $500 was huge to us at this time due to COVID.

James showed up at our house that day and gave us HALF of the money! This man no longer has to deal with us because our solar has been up for 9 months now AND he isn't even with that company anymore BUT he decides to show up and give us money. Talk about going above and beyond. If you are looking to get solar than I promise you this is the man you want helping you. I can't even explain how selfless that is and I can guarantee you finding someone like James is one in a million! Thank you so much James!!!!

I will admit, I have always been hesitant to go Solar. Mainly because my husband and I had been approached over 10 times from December when we moved into our new home in Surprise until June about Solar Panels. Sales guys would come by constantly, give me their sales pitch, and expect me to sign on the spot. Some were cocky and some didn't know what the heck they were talking about.No one every provided us a brochure or showed us what we would save, just told us we should go Solar blah blah. Until one day, my husband was in his parents neighborhood and met Jesus.

He set something up, even though I was reluctant and Jesus came by.

From the moment Jesus walked in until the moment he left, he was extremely professional. it was so refreshing to have someone try and get to know us before selling us.Aftwr some small talk, he immediately pulled out a one pager with a bunch of information as well as showing us what others in our area have saved. He had us access our APS account,  typed some stuff in his computer and then physically showed us what we would save.

He gave us time to consider and checked in once in a while. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge that I decided we should go solar.

Since we decided,  Jesus has come over to show us plans, come over when the design needed changed and has kept in touch throughout the entire process. he continues to answer all my questions and is always just a phone call away.

Jesus and his great customer service is one of the main reasons we decided to go solar. Sure it saves us money but having someone who knows so much and is so kind, truly made a difference.

I give Simply.Solar 10 stars and would recommend their company to anyone and everyone who wants to go solar. they know their stuff and make you feel comfortable making the decision.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again.  Our air went out and our warranty company sent Pro Solutions out to fix it. This all happened in a timely manner. The technician left our house Friday May 22nd at 2pm, saying he would be in contact with our warranty company. We waited eagerly wanting to know when our home would be livable again.  No word from either company. We call the warranty company Saturday to find out no quote had been submitted.  I called Pro Solutions asking what was going on and was told "We have until Monday, I mean Tuesday to turn it in since it is a 3 day weekend."  Technically this is true but I was really hoping this company would take better care of me and my family during a time of quarantine and record high temps.  The quote was FINALLY submitted around 12pm May 26th.

Had them scheduled for 4pm. Cancelled on me 10 minutes before the actual appointment. Will do my solar with another company, that is more reliable.

David and his son did an amazing job. They swapped out two Chandeliers seamlessly and transported them to respective houses for installation with care. Both very professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend using them. They're also honest and trustworthy.  Thank you so much team.

After much research and multiple bids we decided to hire Ridge Roofing to replace a roof on my parents home. Tanner came out and completed the bid. He sent us an itemized list of what needed to be done along with a reasonable bid and detailed pics of the old roof. I had many questions and called multiple times...he answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my decision to go with Ridge Roofing. They got me on the schedule quickly, got materials on site and showed up on time. As the project went on Landon...the owner, kept me up to date on the progress. Again, there communication helped keep my confidence. Upon completion of the job, Landon came back to do an inspection and to take pics of the completed roof. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review...I got several bids before hiring Ridge Roofing ....my choice was based on the companies integrity and commitment to doing their very best work. I will absolutely be recommending Ridge Roofing to anyone in need of repair or replacement. Thanks guys!!

I only know about this company because of their salesperson coming to my door. Already doesn't look good for your company sending your employees out in the Arizona heat to a strangers house. I have a no soliciting sign on my porch but that was ignored. I was flustered and when she asked if I was interested I said sure and then she automatically makes me an appointment. I was maybe looking for some more info in a pamphlet, not trying to have someone come back. I emailed right after to cancel this appointment but someone still showed up and I had to say I wasn't interested (employee also came in his own personal car so I hope this company is providing their own insurance and gas money to their workers). And to top it off both employees I encountered weren't wearing masks. Pretty inconsiderate considering the times we're in.

Just had our solar presentation.  Started out great until I had some comments about the overall price I would be paying monthly.  The total price for the system sounded high so I said I wanted to shop around.  The sales guy said it would be hard to shop apples to apples because their system was much better than most.  That may be, but since this was our first presentation learning about solar, I had nothing to compare the prices and system to.  When we said we would like to shop around before committing, our sales rep became a little annoyed and his whole attitude changed.  Not so friendly anymore!  To top it all off, we too were promised $240 for the presentation.  Instead we were given a piece of paper with a link to download a free Ebook on solar...yeah!  So no $240-or even $5.  When I called the office to question why we were promised the $240 but received zero, they said "Oh, that was for last month". Should have been mentioned when they booked the presentation for this month.
If this is how they run their presentations, I am now skeptical of this entire company.

These people scammed my grandma! They called her out of the blue and convinced her to buy solar through them. She went along with it! She's too sweet for her own good.

They installed it within a couple weeks but have not connected it to the grid, so it's not actually being used, and "will call her when it's time to connect it." They didn't go through the electric company or get any permits.

She didn't even know what the contract says. She's a widow in her mid-80s on a fixed income and doesn't even know how much the system costs, if she bought it or leased it, or any of the details about the size of the system. Do not do business with this company!

Freedom Forever does not communicate once the contract is signed.  Do you like being ghosted by your solar provider?  This is for you.  Otherwise, use literally any other company.
