As an insurance agent and insurance advisor, Michael was awesome for my clients. He drives to your home to help add in charging stations for electric cars like Tesla, Chevy Volt, and the Nissan Leaf. My clients live all over Phoenix, such as Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Scottsdale.
I am so happy I met Michael!
LightDay solar has an amazing battery pack for saving non peak energy to disperse during your peak hours to save energy costs for those that don't want to rely on SRP or APS.

Last year Dillon Holmes of Cambio installed the solar panels at our retail location in Phoenix, cutting our electric bill in half. After the state and federal credits and the depreciation on the equipment, we're looking at a return of our initial investment in 7 years. Dillon continues to monitor our output and if anything appears to be below expected production levels, he's out there to check our equipment and resolve any issues. This was definitely a good investment and a good choice of vendors.

I am so happy I went with Noonday. Everyone is trying to get you to go solar but Noonday offered me the best deal, service, and quality. I've saved so much money and now will own my energy in the future. They answered all my calls and were patient with me (not pushy). Also the install was super fast. They offered me the lowest deal I had seen yet and were very professional. The process was fast, easy, and stress free. I would highly highly recommend!! Great quality and service!!

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I would highly record J Ryan!!

Mike is the epitome of professional and good business ethics. He went above and beyond to ensure we were getting optimal solar usage and came back on his own time to fix a repair under warranty which was not his responsibility. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish every industry had more like him. Highly recommend.

Great company to do business with. I found them thru word of mouth because a few neighbors had their solar installed by Streamline. Also want to make a recommendation get Fred to come out to give you the rundown and quote. This is not a fly by night type of company. My system has been up and running for one year as of this month. Today I reached out to Fred to get some information about batteries added to my system. About a half hour later of chatting I brought up what I perceived as a issue with one of my panels underproducing. Fred is in sales and even though I decided not to buy a battery system he took the time to address my concern about one of my panels. Come to find out I have a roof vent creating a shadow on that panel. Since it was only a small percentage different than my other panels in output I see why that panel is a little lower. This is because I maxed out my roof with solar panels and not because of anything that Streamline missed. Very pleased to have chosen the right company. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.
He is extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly and you can tell his sincerity is real. He wasn't trying to SELL me. He was trying to EDUCATE me and gave me the information we were looking for.
If solar is what you are looking for, I would recommend Brilliant Solar Solutions above any others. You'll get what you need and I believe you'll avoid any problems you may have from other Solar companies.

We original went with a " Big" solar company BUT had nothing but problems. I called Paul at AES and we could not be happier. PAul kept us informed and walked is through the whole process. Brian was great and they finished even quicker than the 45 days from signing contract. The crew was great and kept area clean and was very respectful that the attic access was MY BEDROOM lol.
Could NOT be happier. If you want to be more than a number - go with these guys! Thanks AES for helping us go Solar!

I emailed in from the website and received a call from Cory later that afternoon. He updated me on the current metering plans SRP has and the ways the industry is trying to get away from their heavy handed approach to keep people from saving themselves money. I look forward to exploring more solar options once the battery technology is available.

I live in Hutto TX. I was interested in Solar Power Panels and started to get quotes from several companies. Prices varied from company to company but I went with Nerd Power because they were the only company that offered energy reduction followed by installation of solar panels which I liked, I also liked the sales person Jonathan Whitman who did a great job with the proposal. One of the items on the Nerd partner program checklist is to be responsive and flexible. This is a must (at least for me). I have had issues, some I thought should have been easy to fix but they took awhile. I had to call and email many times to get them fixed or answers. Again Jonathon Whitman has been great eventually
getting me answers to the questions I asked. Still waiting on a couple items, hopefully they get resolved as he has informed me. As far as the energy reduction Nerd Power estimated around 4770kwh a month. Now knowing what energy upgrades they are doing and researching more about them, I don't see it getting there, but time will tell and I will post an update after all done (hopefully a good one) I believe they make a good profit in this area based on my research of the cost to do what they did
on my own compared to what they charge for it. And that's fine as long as the actual energy reduction is close to what they estimate. The project manager and workers doing the upgrades have been doing a good job. As far as the solar panels, they are getting installed next week. They are lower efficiency panels then other quotes I got. Researching the panels I found out they are considered a very good panel. So I guess
not being an excellent panel does allow for the cost to me to be lower. And again the sale person did a great job explaining the differences to me and according to him not a big difference. My estimated energy offset was 98.9%. Only time will tell if their estimate was close. I know its all an estimate but I believe if that's what you tell me, which convinced me to buy, it better be close. So eventually I will provide another update with my actual offset. (and again hopefully a good one)

I hired Freedom Forever to add solar to my house because they agreed that it could be done without cutting strategic trees in my yard. At least 8 other solar companies had said that it wasn't possible. After quite a long wait, FF called me on March 1 to say that they had scheduled tree trimmers for the next day - less than 24 hours' notice. They said they couldn't change the scheduled time of 8 AM. I couldn't be there as I had to pick up a visiting friend at the airport, but I said they could come & explained 3TIMES which trees were not to be cut. To be sure it was clear, I also attached a note to each tree in the yard indicating whether it could be cut or not. I arrived home to find my giant front yard pine tree being butchered. The note that clearly said "DO NOT CUT" was lying under a pile of branches. My complaints to the company have resulted in NOTHING - not even an apology. They were only interested in finishing the installation. When I told them they couldn't come back on my property until the tree issue was resolved, they ultimately cancelled the project. I'm left with a butchered tree and no shade on the front of my house. Higher utility bills, no solar, butchered tree. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FREEDOM FOREVER!! Steer w'll clear of this company.

We signed up for solar in August of 2021 and we were told that the process would take around 2-3 months to complete. We were hoping for October, but understood that it may be November. The plans were drawn up and we waited for APS, our HOA, and the city to approve it. We got approval from the HOA and APS withing the first month and they even sent it back and requested revisions be made to the plan that Envision drew up. (No big deal. These things happen) Envision concluded that we needed a panel upgrade before they could install the panels. I was very patient throughout the entire process because I assume that this industry was experiencing supply chain issues and shortages due to COVID just like a lot of other industries.
We finally received a notification from the company on November 18th 2021 that our electrical panel upgrade would happen on 01/20/2022 at 7:00am and the solar panels would be put on the roof on 01/24 - 01/25. This was the first thing that made me start to worry because we were concerned that since this was going to take place in 2022 instead of 2021, it would prevent us from filing it with our taxes until the following year. (Still not a deal breaker)
For the electrical panel upgrade, they notified us that the power would need to be shut off for 6-8 hours that day. My wife and I work from home, so we had to take the day off and request the following weekdays off for the solar panel installation as well. We got the days approved and made plans to go through food in our refrigerator and not stock up due to the power set to be off for the day. When the day came I awoke at 6am to get ready for the power to be turned off around 7am. Everything seemed to be going to plan until 7am came and went and we were stuck waiting around for a few hours. I gave them a grace period since I assumed it would work that way. At 10am and no sign of the company I called in to check what was going on. The rep I spoke with informed me that they cancelled my electrical panel upgrade THAT morning around 7am. So here we are already taking a day off and then pretty much cancelled on without even knowing it. I had to call in to them to get this information. This immediately upset me and I found it inexcusable to not be told what was happening when it happened, and also to fact that they were able to cancel on the day of. So I felt uneasy even rescheduling because no how can I even trust they won't cancel again?
So now we are already unsatisfied. So far we have already waited 5 months and we still have no solar panels or an electrical panel upgrade and no set date as to when this will get done. Not only that, but this panel upgrade was scheduled in November. So we planned and waited for this for 2 whole months and it was cancelled on the day of.
On February 3rd they notified me that they could do the panel upgrade on 02/09/2022. We declined that date due to a death in my wife's family and funeral proceedings being out of town. The company then told us that 05/02/2022 @ 7am was the next available time for them. We accepted this. There was no way they would mess this up again right? Its February and we have almost 3 months to prepare for this and we already accepted that we came this far now we just want it done at this point.
As we were approaching the date for our panel upgrade I decided to give the company a call to see what's going on to make sure they haven't decided to change something and not tell me again. So on 04/29/2022 I called to just make sure everything was going to plan and they told me that now I was cancelled because the financing I was approved for had expired since this process took so long. They wanted me to reapply for the financing and then reschedule another panel upgrade date. The problem I had with this is the lack of communication. They had cancelled me more than 2 weeks prior and never informed me in any way (email, text, phonecall).
This whole experience was exacerbated due to the fact that my wife lost her grandmother in late February and 2 uncles in January. This family lives in Mexico and in Yuma Arizona and we live in Phoenix AZ. This forced us to use many days off work to commute back and forth frequently during these months. The reason I bring this up is because this means that us taking days off work was extremely valuable this year. So it really pissed me off that nobody from this company communicated these things to me and it caused me to take days off for essentially no reason. It is also just flat out disrespectful not to inform me. It undermines my time and my family. I told this company to just cancel my whole application and that I would not be working with them ever again.
I don't know what their deal is, but this was a serious mismanagement on their part. I am a patient and understanding person, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I shouldn't have to check that they are doing their job. I trusted them and they flat out failed.
